The first verse of The Parting Glass sung a cappella for @elodieunderglass :) Using my bass range for good (and a little bit of evil, if the role calls for it). Featuring a little bit of a growl on the low D if I'm honest.

the old time radio the adventures of superman show from the 1940s! unfortunately most of the serial was lost - we only have episode 2, 4, and 5, out of a 12 part serial. they are number 432-434 in this archive, if you wanna listen dick shows up in 433/part 4!
in brief, batman goes missing on a dangerous mission he refused to let dick in on, and dick, after trying everything, ends up writing a letter to superman asking for his help, and sends it to the planet. clark finds dick unconscious on a boat and rescues him, and they start working together to find bruce! and then the rest of the episodes are lost so we have to piece together the rest of the plot through secondhand sources :,)

Psychonauts is amazing! I played as a cool kid named Raz (yes, I’m calling him Raz because he said that his name is Raz- I forgot the full name due to there being no subtitles at the time.
Edit: I couldn’t find the options in the main menu before starting the story, so I had to replay it in the paused menu got get what the first cinematic said.

it fucking sucks how hadestown is such a good musical but i can barely stand to listen to recordings bc reeve carvey sucks so bad as orpheus it's unreal. i have no idea why he was the pick or why he lasted so long. i saw the show for the first time live with a touring cast and that orpheus had some sauce behind him, "wedding song" actually had sexual undertones for example. reeve sounds like a little baby boy and he has no sauce whatsoever and i hate listening to him. "doubt comes in" made me cry live and i don't even want to listen to the recording. am i like missing something?? do other people just not know that better options are available?? eve is singing her heart out but they have no chemistry
#The version I saw had a black actor as Orpheus and given the old-timey jazz/blues influences#It just fit better imo? I mean he was also genuinely a far stronger singer#But the soundtrack is so jazz/blues inspired. Who is this white boy. He's nothing to me
