Having multiple friend groups and/or good friends outside of your main group is probably good.

That way when you feel convinced that your friends will hate you forever and leave you for making a mistake you can at least know that you have someone else who doesn't hate you yet, thus you're less likely to do something impulsive that will make everything worse.

Baby, I've bought toys from like actual stores in person. The cashiers don't even bat an eye. And if you're buying online, there's usually an option for discreet packaging if you're worried about that.

And there are tons of options. For a beginner, I suggest getting something small. Maybe the width of two of your fingers to start with so it's easier to prep for it. And if you want a vibe, a bullet is probably the best option. They're small and easy to hold if you get a good one.

I’m not gonna tag this MOTA but I was wondering why today was a bad mental day and I had a horrible stomach ache the whole day after watching episode 5 this morning. I mean of course it’s horrible and we’re all feeling it, but I didn’t have this reaction with the other episodes, and then it hit me.

At my work most of us are pilots and it’s more or less our jobs or related to it. About 4 months ago one of them was killed in a plane crash. Engine failure, terrain with no options. There was nothing he could do.

I haven’t even thought about it in a while. I had held my friends and coworkers while they cried, reassured them when they blamed themselves, listened when they ranted. We sat in debriefing going over every detail of what happened before, during, and after the crash, learned that our friend was still alive when the medical team got to him. Those five minutes between first getting a company-wide “there’s been an accident” text and waiting for my best friend to text me back so I would know it wasn’t her was the worst of my life.

There was a lot about episode 5 that was…really accurate regarding the airmen’s reactions. I’ve been trying not to throw up all day and now I literally just remembered this even happened how could I forget.
