his second death is uneventful, mostly because nobody actually realizes that he's dead. his parents were old, and his elder sister already married out, so he lived alone for 5 years already. dead at 27 due to a house fire, yet his soul is already strong enough to be wrath.

he comes to the very fair assumption that its simply due to his status not as a reincarnator, but as a millenial. the sheer amount of depression and existential dread he faced as a physically disabled terminally ill millenial in the corporate hell that is the post capitalist corporate purgatory primed his being as one that simply cultivated resentment like a finely aged wine.

but he so geniunely enjoyed teaching and learning that he just. never told anyone that he was dead. it completely slipped his mind as unimportant because he knows that ghosts in this world are just humans a bit to the left, and since he is still the same person as before, is just as much of a ghost as he was before, knows that he can still teach and learn the same as before. it doesn't change anything for him.

he just picks up his ashes, apprentices himself to the village potter, makes himself a new tea set, and weaves a beatiful tapestry dedicated to the only god who can truly do no wrong, yushi huang.

he continues teaching and learning, and genuinely caring for his village, carefully, carfully making sure he does not hurt his people, making sure he does not scare them.

the way his people discover he is a ghost is not pretty, but neither is it ugly.

a nobleman was in town to rest the night with his entourage of guards. one young lady working the local brothel is harrassed by the guards, so nervous she trips and spills wine on the young master.

the nobleman, covered in wine, tipsy and enraged, grabs her and throws her to the ground, yelling at her to grovel and apologise; he does not notice the hateful gaze of shen yuan, once playing a delicate tune only moments before.

shen yuan wants to stop this, but that would definitely reveal him as more than human. the choice is taken from him as this stranger has the gall to step on one of his own students, he feels his patience snap in the stunned silence of the entertainment hall.

faster than possible for any mortal, he stands by them, holding the nobleman by the front of his stupid fancy robes, panicked babbling about that bitch having her man-whore friend doom himself to suffer both their fates. one of the guards stabs shen yuan through the chest.

there is screaming as the village's beloved teacher is run through, even as he ignores the wound and drags the nobleman from the building, the guards running after them. shen yuan takes the entire group out to the forest with only the nobleman as bait, and uses the silence if the night as a backdrop for the unrelenting slaughter of 15 people.

when he returns, he is covered in blood, carrying everything they had on them. the word has spread. their teacher is something else. but that wasn't nesicarily bad. the nobleman's rescources are stripped of identity and spread amongst the villagers. shen yuan has not harmed them, only stepping in when one of them was in harm's way. they have known him for 30 years, they know he is nothing if not kind.

so he protects them. because they have always been his family. so for centuries he does. he watches his peers as they grow old and die, caring after their children and grandchildren and great grandchildren. he is their teacher. he is their uncle. he is their ---.

there was a period of time where the town thought shen yuan took on a heveanly tribulation only to reject godhood and return to the village. shen yuan tried to tell people that wasn't true, that he never became a god or refused godhood, that he was simply trapped in a mountain for a decade, stewing in a pot of resentment and accidentally becoming a ghost king.

he doesnt even know how he did that, just that apparently yoyos are similar enough to meteorhammers that he could apply the same concepts, and also that he had enough condenced rage and nerdiness to actually figure out anime moves with qi. so what if half of the ghosts in the kiln thought he was some kind of spider demon, he has cool threads that he can use to kill you.

and actually fuck you, spiders are pretty damn cool!

it starts not long after that. the prayers. his people are praying to him, as if he's some kind of god.

thats when he realizes. he can pray to the gods. he can pray to the gods, and they will only ever know the temple it came from. and really he's spent so long worrying over not just his blorbos but also his whole village, and really what is he if not an anonymous millenial internet troll.

and so it begins.

How good i think all the forsaken people's would be at cooking!(not including upcoming characters)

Survivors:

Elliot- His pizza is GODLY. Like the pizza in cartoons, all melty and real and oml that pizza is PEAK!! However, it's all he can cook.

Chance- They try, but.. little rich boy who likely had chefs cook for them, so.. safe to say he can't cook. (That, or option B, either chances food is GODLY or shit, it'd be a gamble!)

Twotime- They are GREAT at cooking, the only downside is how they get when given a knife. So, usually whenever they cook someone else handles the cutting aspect! But they are amazing at cooking besides that.

Guest1337- He used to survive off the bare minimum during war, he can cook but it's not exactly.. flavorful... he's trying but it tastes like nothing.

007n7- Hes a good cook! Has a wide variety of things he can cook, too! Think about the amount of food jobs hes probably had- also, fast food costs alot, and he can't let c00lkid starve! His experience as a dad makes him a terrific chef, even if the survivors tend to forget.

Shedletsky- He can't cook.

Dusekkar- OK, so i feel like he'd be a decent cook? Just in his freetime, hes never actually needed to cook and just doesn't it for fun, so it's not like. GODLY or anything, it's just average.

Taph- Pls dont let them cook. They can season food, but do NOT let taph cook for the love of spawn, PLEASE...

Noob- Cant cook, but great at baking! She liked baking things for g666 back before being forsaken, so he's a really good baker and tends to make dessert for the survivors.

Builderman- Average, but rarely adds seasoning- more flavor then guest1337, but not by much.

Killers:

1x- ONE EGGS ONE EGGS ONE EG- ok but in all seriousness, they'd be a good cook. She wanted to be better then his creator at SOMETHING, so.. top teir food.

C00lkidd- He can make pancakes! That.. that's it. Dude he's 10. Also, the only reason he can make pancakes is because when he was around 6, 007n7 was making breakfast and c00lkidd wanted to help- they ended up making pancakes alllll day, breakfast lunch and dinner. C00lkidd was so proud of himself, and it's a core memory.

Jason- Doesnt cook often, but hes average at it. The one cooking whenever 1x is too lazy or just did a round, he enjoys cooking and is trying to get better at it.

John doe- Before being corrupted, he was a decent cook. But. He's a feral animal now, literally has a spike as an arm.. don't let him anywhere near the kitchen. </3

If you were having a bad bad or stressful day, he'd sit you down on his couch and pour you a drink.

I feel like you'd be in his office a lot with him. Drinking, smoking, cuddling, all in his office.

His office would also smell like whiskey and nicotine but whatever

Silco likes to hold you in his arms when he's stressed.

Vander

Expect big, long bear hugs!! Especially when you're sleeping 😭 He'd cling onto you like life support.

He would accidentally show you off to everyone at last drop.

If Vander knew you were having a hard day, he'd have your favourite drink and meal waiting for you on the counter.

The kids would adore you and see you as a second parent. Especially Vi since she's always the one taking care of everyone else. She needs somone to look for help too.

Vander would sometimes stand behind the counter, watching you play with the kids. It melts his heart seeing how happy you make them. He had always dreamed of settling down one day and having a family.

im scared to ask how you feel about lottie as a character

i have a very complicated relationship with lottie and ive been DYINGGG to talking about her because shes more interesting than shauna can ever dream of being. SHE'S the complex female character we need more of.

okay so to preface: i have multiple scales for character appreciation in my mind. there's writing (how well they're characterized and their role as a narrative decive), personality (how much i would fw them as people), action defendability (self explanatory, how willing i am to ride for their defense), and treatment in the fandom (how contrarian i wanna be)

lottie. ohhh boy.

writing: oh no notes. 10/10 she is one of the most fascinating characters in the show. her setup and descent is so well done, and her motivations are beyond complex, like you have her trying to do the best for everyone, but also her whole "the wilderness will choose" mindset. she contrasts herself in the yummiest ways possible. her role in the story is absolutely the most relevant and important for the narrative to progress the way it does. as a character, shes's so well done it makes me wish that i could be objective about the whole thing

personality: unfortunately im not able to enjoy characters simply from a robot analysis objective scale. lottie's personality is -while interesting- absolutely INFURIATING to watch. i personally cant stand characters that i call "progress blockers". she repeatedly forces her belief system (deep psychosis) onto the rest of the team, at the expense of escape or actual rational thought. this is where i have to admit: i root for morally sound, logical characters especially in shows like this. "but you can't watch the cannibalism show and complain about the cannibalism" first off. who said im complaining about the cannibalism. im just complaining that shes tormenting my favs (ben, travis, akilah, nat). i do like that she plays a complicated role as the group's mediator, except her mind is so warped, she does an awful job at it (drugging travis, letting shauna beat her up, deluding her followers). i think that shows how much she cares for these people deep down, and i can respect that. more on that later in ther actions section.

actions: so lottie, like i mentioned earlier, has a really interesting internal conflict of wanting to do whats best for as many of the team as she can, while also not being against sacrificing them for the wilderness's mercy. she very much believes that the ends justify the means. however. i can't ever look past her scenes on doomcoming. and im hoping that the people who made it this far aren't illiterate fucking troglodytes who want to debate on what actually happened to travis that night. because it was s/a, actually, it was attempted gang rape and then attempted ritualistic murder. "you cant watch the murder show and hold it against the murderers" we all know damn well that thats not what was most upsetting about that scene, and im allowed to hold certain crimes over eachother in terms of severity. and quite frankly i just cant bring myself to like a character who engaged -ACTIVELY LED AND RATIONALIZED- in that. lottie's whole schtick is that she just doesnt fucking understand or respect boundaries, literally and metaphorically. moving on from doomcoming, she's weird and culty about shauna's baby, which shauna has full right to be freaked out and pissed about. she becomes the leader of the group in s2 and then can't make proper decisions. she lets shauna almost beat her to death instead of trying to mediate the situation rationally, setting up shauna's vengeful nature we see in s3. thats something i could talk about for hours, how shes partially responsible for the shauna we all know and hate. her drugging travis and akilah is a page straight out of misty's handbook, and i dont think i have to explain why it's wrong. her killing edwin?? denying them all escape, causing a chain reaction with shauna and tai also staying behind??? that elevated my blood pressure to a level dangerous to my health. i cannot stand progress blockers. yes, i know she thinks everything she does is right. that doesn't make me (a rational bystander) like her actions any more. again, there are rational people in the show, so im just gravitated towards them sorry guys.

fandom: lottie has two types of people rooting for her in the fandom. theres the "omg my lord and savior she can do no wrong" group and the "omg crazy ass schizo mental illness queen" group and neither of them get her. she's flawed. but her flaws shouldn't all be attributed to dehumanizing conversations about her mental illness. let's not forget that she was a 17 year old going cold turkey on antipsychotics after living the last decade on them, in a situation that's beyond stressful, mind you. no fucking wonder she turned out that way. whatever. i feel like there arent a lot of her fans who recognize the absolute gray nuance in her character. or maybe im just on tiktok too much and everyone on there is fucking rotted beyond belief.

conclusion: i love her. i hate her. im neutral. she scares me. i blame her for all the problems out there and she's doing her best. that's the point

Effie Trinket is a war criminal

I saw a post along those lines on Reddit the other day. Apparently this is a very unpopular take and tbh I'm totally surprised by it.

I understand that Effie is a very liked character, she is generally portrayed as sympathetic and showed a lot of remorse and guilt (at least in the movies) towards her involvement in the Hunger Games. I also recognize that she's not a politically powerful person in anyway or even in the furthest influential enough to have any say whether the Games exist or not.

In my opinion, that doesn't change a single thing. Societal norms and propaganda are no excuse for cruelty and abuse. Some people compared Effie's involvement in the Games to those of the regular Capitol residents in the way that both profit from the abuse and suffering of the Districts while accepting the games as is. This is very strange to me, because isn't there a clear and obvious difference between existing in a facist regime and actively choosing an occupation that requires you to be an active part in the torture and murder of children?

Some people said that we dont know if Effie took that job on her own free will, but come on? We know that Panem has strict rules for all of its citizens, but when did we reach the point of assuming the Capitolites are actually oppressed and forced into their occupations? Effie time and time again refers to escorting in the Games as an honor. She is proud of her work, for fucks sake! This isn't a woman that was forced into this. She thrives on it! The end of SOTR only supports this further.

And if people dont argue that shes been forced into escorting, they argue that with society being full of propaganda and treating the District residents as less than human, Effie couldnt have done anything different anyway.

As a german, I find that extremely offensive. I dont think I need to explain why its just so wrong to claim that not knowing better / following orders / being brainwashed is an excuse for violence. One thing my country's history taught me is that this is never the case.

Its also such a faulty argument, considering characters like Plutarch, Cinna or Cressida exist. I agree that you need some sort of outward opinion to break through the propaganda you consumed, you wont change your mind if you never hear different opinions. But like. Effie worked with Haymitch for 24 years. She had enough hands on experience with District residents that her empathy should have made her realize that they're people just like her at some point.

Then theres others that compare Effies participation in the Games and in the conclusive violence to Katniss shooting that woman in Mockingjay. Some even compared it to Rue suggesting to Katniss she drop the tracker jackers on the Careers, which is just - Urgh! Do we really need to explain how theres a difference between children being forced into life and death situations, and a privileged young woman actively choosing and occupation that is build and supports the murder of children.

And the extra tragic thing is that none of this changes the fact that deep in her heart, Effie probably actually thought she was doing the right thing. I think many people struggle to accept that the characters they like and sympathize with can be deeply flawed people. You dont need to have bad intentions to cause imensive harm.

Effie wasnt a bad person per se, but that doesnt take away from the badness of the things she helped do.

I cant even breathe rn like I can imagine the reader realizing the red flags and understanding that something’s wrong but as soon as carlos commands her to service him she’s doing it not out of fear strangely - no she WANTS to do it. shes vying for his attention basically.

when she and someone she assumes is a friend are tending to the garden outside, perhaps cult!leader carlos comes over and stares at the both of them. its common for him to ask someone to give themselves to him to purify their soul and our little reader thinks its her turn now but instead its her friend that has to lay on the ground and spread her legs for their savior. Every single time, reader doesnt get picked and now shes begging for it, her mind cant think of anything else other than having to be the chosen one here!

Maybe a week or two later, cult!carlos is heading to his room and goes down the hallway after a long day of preaching and mingling with his disciples and just as he turns the corner, he finds you on your knees with your tongue out, pleading with him to give you the opportunity he’d long been denying you.

The grin he must have, like a wolf seeing a lamb all for himself to devour.

In the spin off temptation au (and not the actual since ik reader would def be more careful with how she interacts with men of the church from now on 😭😭😭) i can see him manipulating reader into trusting him, telling her that he would never do what charles did to her and as soon as she finally becomes vulnerable and lets him near her, hes already pouncing on her, yanking her top down and hiking her skirt up, wanting to see what was so special about this pussy that brought disorder upon the entire church. his fingers plunging into her wet hole, lips wrapped around a peak as he sucks gently, ignoring her wails and pleas as he mumbled against her tits that this was the only way to save her soul.

Besides she did with charles, why would the bitch try stopping him now?

There’s a fire in your chest every time you look at him.

Not the kind that burns out. Not the kind that flickers quietly in the background. It’s a wildfire—consuming everything in its path, especially the pieces of you that used to be rational. You used to think you were calm, maybe even chill. But then you met him. And suddenly the idea of someone else even looking at Obito felt like being set on fire from the inside.

And still… you smile. You smile so prettily whenever he talks, nodding like you’re the sweetest girl in the room. Heart eyes, literal. Glittering. The others say you look enchanted—like you’re permanently caught in some lovesick daydream. And they’re not wrong. You are.

He could cough and you’d gasp like he just confessed his undying love. He could brush past you and you’d hold your breath for ten minutes, trying to memorize the feeling of his sleeve against your arm. You are so in love with him, it’s ridiculous. Gross, even. And completely, hopelessly obvious.

But Obito doesn’t seem to mind.

In fact… he likes it.

The first time he noticed, he blinked at you with that confused, squinty frown like is she okay? But then your hand brushed his, and you practically melted, staring at him like he’d just performed a miracle. That’s when something in him shifted. Maybe it was the part of him that never got enough love. Maybe it was the part of him that still craved something unshakable—something obsessive. Whatever it was, he started leaning into it. He started teasing you.

“You’re looking at me again,” he’d mutter without looking up.

You wouldn’t even try to deny it. “You’re the only thing worth looking at.”

His ears would flush pink. His mouth would twitch. And you’d smile like the sun was trapped inside your chest.

But it’s not all sweet sighs and heart eyes.

Because you don’t share. Not even a little.

So when you see some other kunoichi giggling around him, laughing too loud, leaning too close—your heart doesn’t flutter. It clenches. Tight. Sharp. Ugly. You stare her down like you’re planning a murder in your head. You don’t say anything—yet. But Obito feels it. Feels your energy shift like a storm rolling in behind him.

He excuses himself mid-conversation, makes his way to you, and gives you that look. The one that says you’re doing it again.

“Jealous?” he asks, voice low, smug.

“I don’t get jealous,” you lie, head tilted sweetly. “I get territorial.”

His smirk grows a little crooked. “You’re insane.”

“You love it.”

He doesn’t deny it. Because truth be told, he does.

You’re not like anyone else. You don’t play it cool. You don’t pretend you don’t care. You make it very clear that he’s yours. That he belongs to you. And somehow, to a man like Obito—someone who’s lost everything and has always been overlooked—being wanted like this? It’s addictive.

He doesn’t need to guess how you feel. He doesn’t have to fight for your attention or read between the lines. You worship him. You stare at him like he’s the last man in the universe. Like if anyone touched him the wrong way, you’d rip them apart without blinking.

And the best part?

He believes you would.

So sometimes, just to see it, just to feel that crazy love swell in your chest, he lets someone get a little too close. Lets someone touch his arm or laugh too long at his joke. He always keeps you in his peripheral. Watches the shift in your expression. Watches how your body stills, how your fingers twitch like they’re reaching for a kunai.

“Relax,” he’ll murmur, grabbing your wrist and lacing your fingers together, like that’s enough to anchor you. “I’m not going anywhere.”

“I know,” you whisper, pressing a kiss to the back of his hand. “Because I’d never let you.”

And he knows you’re not bluffing.

You’d kill for him. You’d die for him. But most of all…

You’d never let anyone love him the way you do.

Dean was watching as you excitedly ran around the bunker, packing your things. Your birthday was coming up and your father had reached out, saying he was gonna take you out to celebrate. The thing is, your dad wasnt really there for you. He had a habit of leaving you for a hunt and not coming back for months or, promising to see you and bailing for a hunt that just cant be ignored. Thats where Dean comes in. Whenever your father feels the need to ignore you, he drops you off at the bunker–you basically live there.

Dean cares for you like your his own. Hes done a lot more loving, worrying, and nurturing than your father ever has, and right now hes really worried. He knows how exited you are to go out with your dad, but he also knows that there is a very high chance your dad wont show. 

He didnt want to burst your buble but he couldnt let you get your hopes up. As you were messily packing a bag in your room, he tried to remind you that your father hadn’t always followed through with his promises. You would wave him off everytime claiming that this time would be different, its my birthday–he cant miss my birthday.

After you were all ready, Dean waited with you outside the bunker. You were rocking back and forth on your feet, so exited you could hardly contain it. He carefully watched you while constantly checking his phone, your father was already thirty minutes late and he wasnt answering any of his messages. Another thirty minutes passed and your smile had faded, you knew what this ment. 

Dean is leaning against the trunk of the impala as you turn to him, looking down at your shoes, “hes not coming, is he?”

He slowly aproches you, looking down at the top of your head “im sorry sweetheart, im sure theres an important reason” He tried to give your father the benefit of the doubt.

  You sniffly lightly before blinking away your tears and meeting his gaze, “theres always something thats more important.”

His shoulders slump when he sees your broken expression “oh sweetheart, come’re”

He says before extending his arms out, inviting you into a hug.

You melt into his embrace instantly as you try to hold back tears “Im so stupid for thinking he would come. He never changes, he never chooses me first”

He rubs your back comfortingly “you are not stupid. He should be choosing you. Hes stupid for leaving you here. I wanna keep trying to defend him, say that he doesnt understand what hes doing, but he knows he should be here. Im so sorry.” 

You keep yourself tucked in Deans arms as he consoles you “You dont need your father to be here to have a great birthday. We can celebrate, do anything you want”

You slightly pull away and look up at him with glossy red rimmed eyes “anything?”

He reaches up to wipe a tear off your cheek and smiles gently “anything.”

You take a couple seconds to think of something before responding, “well, all I really wanted was to see my dad but, you’ve done more for me than he ever has. I just want a chill night in, maybe we can have some pie”

His heart melts “we can get you a pie, sweetheart. I’d do anything for you, cause I love you, you know that right? Cause youre family and family takes care of eachother.”

You nod “I know, I love you too”

“Good” he pulls away from the hug and picks up your forgotten overnight bag “how bout we head inside and get some comfy clothes on? Do you wanna come to the store with me to get some pie, or you wanna just doordash”

You follow him down into the bunker, “doordash, i'm not leaving this house again tonight”

He nods, placing your bag down by the door and pulling out his phone “i'll get the order started, and I want you to put your favorite PJs on and go pick out something for us to watch”

Before you make your way to your room, you give him one last hug, “Thanks De.”

He reciprocates, “of course Sweetheart.”

jilyrat in a fic setting: jilytail isn't actually that far-fetched honestly, i can see james experimenting with his sexuality with peter, and peter likes it but james doesn't because hes straight, but he doesnt say anything bad about it. and so peter mistakes james for liking it and just.. hangs around when james and lily start dating. and lily kind of accepts it because she excuses a lot of things when it comes to james. and the war starts and lily thinks it's a good idea to have another pureblood such as peter on her side and they kind of.. make it work? 😭😭😭 and it sounds awkward but peter has alot of hobbies and silly side quests and hes kind to lily and lily lowkey falls for him 😭😭 but then james sees this and he gets jealous and breaks it off with him. lily gets upset with him and james is like ykw whatever and goes to hang out with sirius while leaving lily and harry at home. lily's lonely, so she stays in contact with peter until the prophecy thing happens. then it's actually lily's idea to have peter as the secret keeper because she trusts him. james agrees because well um hes dumb, and hes blinded by nostalgia and he lowkey feels bad. and we alll know how it ends. overall a big fat 8/10 😭😭🥀 i could see this happening. they are dysfunctional asf afterall.

sirigonagall in a crack fic setting: sirius graduates hogwarts and hes sleeping around alott and once, he spots mcgonagall at the bar with dumbledore of all people. and she looks terribly broody and sirius is like WHATEVER and goes for it, he throws a pickup line at her, and as expected, she frowns at him, thinking hes drunk. but surprise surprise, hes not actually drunk. so they sit down and have a long talk, it starts out incredibly dull because minnie has decorum. but then sirius starts talking about his mother and mcgonagall, whos a little drunk now, starts talking about how sirius' father and her had a fling in the past. and sirius is like WHATT and decides he Gets it. he asks her for more information about it. she says no obviously and shes scandelised, so she leaves. but sirius is curious now, and he wants to spite his dad. so he goes digging around his father's office and finds letters orion had written in the past about mcgonagall. and hes left feeling so debilitated because wtf??? and so, like a mad man, he sends one of them anonymously to her. he doesnt hear back for a week and just when he thinks she's given up, she shows up at his door, fuming. she asks what hes playing at and how dare he go through the letters. sirius is a little surprised, but his dad's been dead for about a year now, so he doesnt really see the problem. then mcgonagall asks sirius reluctantly if orion wrote anymore letters to her and sirius nods and shows her a drawer filled with them. and mcgonagall gets sad and they talk about it. and then sirius starts to see her as a genuine friend and they hang around sometimes in their animagus forms. sirius soon starts to spiral when he realises that yeah, shes supposed to be a mother figure to him but shes also attractive and nice and fun to hang around with and witty and- oh No. like, genuinely attractive. well, hes always had mommy issues. walburga would roll in her grave. then sooner or later, sirius gets guilty of feeling this way, so he kind of asks her out to get rejected and move on and to no one's surprise, she looks at him like hes grown an extra head. she declines and sirius- sirius is actually sad. he'd liked hanging out with her but the guilt is too much so he avoids her. then minnie realises that oh this guy was actually being fr and not trolling so they eventually get together. overall a solid 7.5/10

snabraxas in a fic setting:

lucius and severus being fwb, but they have to break it off cause lucius realises he's going to be married off soon. so one evening, he brings severus over to malfoy manor to introduce narcissa as his wife. so severus goes, and they have to walk this pretentious, long, meandering pathway to get into the actual house, and on the way, sverus spots abraxas lounging in the sun, shirtless and shouting at his peacocks to get out of the swimming pool and hes lowkey mesmerised. lucius brings him inside, and severus is being polite to narcissa and they makes small talk. and a while later, abraxas joins them in the dining hall, all freshly showered and looking classy. lucius introduces severus to him and abraxas' lip curls in distaste. and That

is the moment severus vows hes going to make that old man rail him senseless. how Dare he curl his lip at him. severus is going to give that man a heart attack and steal his money.

first, he has to be an annoyance of course. he starts by stealing one of abraxas' peacock. everyone knows how emotionally attached abraxas is towards his peacocks, so obviously, he comes to take his peacock back. but then he sees spinner's end and hes like bitch u live like this? abraxas demands severus gives him his peacock back and severus is like how did u get in my house. tobias throws a chair at him. abraxas dodges it and screams because his own peacock attacks him. how Dare? so now abraxas tries to use magic to get his peacock back but it keeps escaping. tobias is yelling, so severus throws a silencing charm at him and tells abraxas that if he wants his peacock back, he'd need to pay. and abraxas is like u filthy halfblood and severus just raises his eyebrow.

the last time a poor halfblood had the gall to steal from him, refuse to give back what he stole, and had a terrible caregiver, and didn't care if he got called a filthy halfblood, he became lord voldemort, so abraxas takes severus' threat seriously and pays him. but the problem is that the peacock actually really ends up liking severus and won't follow abraxas back. abraxas gets really pissed off and just kidnaps severus with him to malfoy manor. the stupid peacock keeps following severus around and abraxas is ridiculously jealous.

severus starts making hair potions with the peacock's feathers and he gifts it to abraxas and it turns his hair pink for a whole week. HA lucius is in hysterics and severus is triumphant. abraxas really really wants to kick severus out but his peacock won't be happy. :( and then a few months pass with severus commissioning potions for lucius' clients and severus wants to travel for a bit. so he packs his bags and leaves to australia for a bit after saying goodbye to his peacock. the house seems empty without severus to abraxas. he has his peacock back, but even it misses severus. abraxas then remembers that hes rich and can do anything so he apparates to australia to keep annoying severus. severus sees him and he's like how does this guy keep finding me. abraxas ends up following sev to his hotel room and he's like what is this?? this is where you sleep?? and sev is like hmm if you don't like it maybe you should buy me a house here or something and abraxas, being a mad man, actually buys him a house. severus tells him hes insane. abraxas kisses him. severus gets sugar babied to death and lucius is on the verge of Suicide. the end.

people need to remember the concept of "speaking for yourself." there have been times that i had male privilege and times that i did not. how is hard for passing trans dudes to just say, "i have male privilege" and not "we have male privilege"

personally i think it's because trans people are more anxious broadly right now (for extremely obvious reasons) and so black-and-white thinking is more comfortable. men do x, women do y, i am a man because i do x, she is a woman because she does y. its reassuring. it gives you a script. as long as "x" is true (male priv here, but other things at other times) then you are definitely a man

so then if another trans person comes along and says "well im a trans guy and i dont [x]", it reads as an attack on your system. it reads as a statement of misgendering, "you arent really the gender you say you are."

or, put another way: if saying "men have male privilege, i have male privilege, therefore im a man" is the way somebody is dysphoria-coping, then of course he will get hostile to anyone who challenges that premise. he doesnt want to be an individual case, thats confusing and vague. he wants to know the rules of being a man so he can follow them. they may be leftist rules or queer rules, but rules all the same. and the point of rules is to enforce them, so then he does, and then he feels better for having protected the rule (and thus, his identity). it's bleak.
