₊˚⊹ 🍼 he was very closed about his regression at first. originally he believed there was something wrong with him, and he didnt know why he wasnt able to just act his age sometimes. he didnt know why he wanted comfort, and wanted to be held, and needed to suck his fingers to calm down. he didnt know why he couldnt talk, and couldnt think, couldnt be normal. but it was izuku who introduced him to age regression, and told him that thats likely what he was experiencing, and he helped him warm up to the idea of letting himself be cared for, and listening to his instincts. hes not exactly open about his regression. he wont talk about it unless hes asked. but he doesnt hide it, like he used to.

₊˚⊹ 🍼 when fuyumi is taking care of him, it reminds her of when shoto was a real baby, and she gets nostalgic and sentimental and emotional, because she missed out on her baby brothers childhood for the most part, and now she feels like she has the opportunity to reconnect with him and make up for lost time. (natsuo feels the same although hes more of just his big brother instead of his main caregiver)

₊˚⊹ 🍼 he doesnt use parental nicknames for his caregivers because how he sees it is that he already has parents, and although he doesnt like his dad and has a complicated relationship with his mom, he still has them and doesnt need or want new parents. there was an instance however where he was really tired and fuyumi was rocking him as he fell asleep, and he called out for “mama”. he doesnt remember this, and wouldnt ever consciously do it, but i believe subconsciously he probably sees fuyumi as more of a mother figure than rei not because he hates rei, not at all, but just because hes lived his entire childhood with fuyumi while rei was gone. this made fuyumi really emotional and she pulled him closer.

Emmy theory:

Luke and Nicola got together after filming Season 3 in spring 2023, around the time the famous play photo was taken.

Someone a few weeks ago said that many of the girls from summer 2023 had "agency represented" as their Instagram tagline. I had an eureka moment when I read their comment.

I think they (Luke/ Nic's PR Teams, Netflix or even Shondaland) were looking for a PR relationship for Luke to cover his real relationship with Nicola (I will get to the reason in a second).

I know this is a contentious topic but PR/fake relationships is a norm in the entertainment industry. These girls are represented by agencies so they have legal teams to back them and negotiate. They aren't random girls. Everything was coordinated. They needed a front from Season 3 press (early 2024) all the way up to award season ( Fall 2025). This is an 18-month to 24-month span, which is apparently the norm for PR relationships.

The biggest award for both Luke and Nicola is the Emmy. But how can they be contenders for Emmys if people think they aren't acting? They are the romantic leads. It wasn't like they were co-stars but didn't have many scenes together or played characters with no romance between them (ie Debling and one of the Featherington sisters, who really dated irl). The end goal before the World Tour and even before Season 3 aired was always an Emmy nomination. Think about how for most films the Oscar is the end goal.

Netflix and Shondaland invested so much in Season 3. Not only for promo and ratings but for award nominations as well. There are still Polin photos and clips posted by Netflix accounts a year later, and Variety recently posted an article about Nicola's potential Emmy nomination.

I think this is why everything with Luke and Antonia is all fake and PR. Notice that we need huge reminders that Luke and Nicola were just acting and have other partners.

- The infamous Papgate during the Season 3 Part 2 Premiere.

- The Boss Red Carpet Debut a few weeks before the SAG Awards (and doubled down by Nicola later after the SAGS with the Antonia follow)

-The BAFTAs speak for itself.

And we are going need reminders before the Emmys (Fashion Week, Wimbledon, more Backgrid stuff, etc, you name it.) The stakes were high for the BAFTAS nomination, but they are even higher for the Emmys. This is why Luke and Antonia "hardlaunched" a third time around the BAFTAs, and there were no Luke and Nicola interactions. Nicola is a serious contender for an Emmy; she can't say now that she was dating the romantic lead because again, people would assume she wasn't wholly acting.

If Nicola is nominated, expect the farce with Antonia to continue. It will end after the Emmys and before the end of this year.

If she isn't nominated (or Bridgerton doesnt get nominated for a serious category), it might end sooner.

I think both Nicola and Luke are incredible actors and their chemistry on screen and off is amazing. They both deserve all the nominations. But the optics at the moment is for them to be first and foremost considered as professional actors, not as two people who fell in love on set (that story can come out later).

This makes A LOT of sense with multiple theories wrapped into one and I can see this being a definite possibility.

(he still keeps the curly eyebrows tho)..... next day he sets out to find zoro - which he knows where to find bc luffy - still wearing his mask, and zoro confesses that he could never break the curse but HE doesnt care about it he just wants sanji however sanji is and if sanji will take him.... so sanji takes the mask off and kisses him and zoro says something bickery about his eyebrows and sanji calls him a mosshead again but its all perfect bc theyre together and they would be either way

I don't think that magically Ragatha is starting to lose her charm to Pomni so that Jax can appear more appealing to the viewers. I dont know if anyones thinking that but I did think it for a second. But I think that it's because during the first like week, or two? Times weird. I think that at first Pomni really needed that very positive influence. Because Pomni was reeling and needed to be taken care of. But now that she's getting her bearings? She no longer needs Ragatha's positivity and comfort nearly as much. So she doesnt react positively to it anymore.

I think Pomni definitely likes Ragatha still, but she's starting to befriend Jax and she feels pressure to not disappoint Ragatha. Like she sees Ragatha watching her laugh at Jax's antics, and Pomni forces herself to stop laughing

At the end of the episode, Ragatha definitely feels alone and maybe thinks that Pomni doesnt like her as much anymore

More event drawings!! Ngl ive been hype for this event for awhile the only issue i had with it being rn was that its before club azul who i was trying to save for. Stitch was surprisingly easy and fun to draw. Uhm dont ask why boothill is there… my friend sent me a photo of him and i needed to draw him carnally that very second.

I think rose is already barely handing the fact its almost summer break and she still isnt home (and the will probably have to spend it with Crowley) so i think ending up in a deserted island shes just had it yknow. She isnt actively crashing out but when everyone is trying to make a game plan she offers something… not so good. She chills out eventually especially after seeing stitch. I imagine since she cant do magic to help out she also is crafting with stitch most of the time. Like making fishing nets or a way to properly filter out the salt water. She cant STAND floyd tho, floyd knows it and enjoys pissing her off because unlike riddle, rose doesnt lash out when she is mad. Bonus points annoying her annoys riddle so he is having a blast

Vee is the complete opposite, they dont even realize that this is a bad situation. “Oh we’re in an island now? Sweet!!” Then they almost drown trying to transform into their merform. They would be on the food team because they are very good at hunting and by hunting i mean chasing things until it lands in their mouth. Is what they thought before they got their asses beat, and just by the hand of God managed to kill most of the criminals and only one remained. The criminals darted to harcourt but before he reached her multiple bullets were shot into his chest causing harcourt to bend over as the criminal fell into his own pile of blood, and while she thought it was adrian a voice rang through the silent warehouse.

"Hi guys!" A unknown female voice chirped out as their brows furrowed and their attentioned turned to the middle of the room, There stood a women wearing red and she lowered her sub machine gun and waved her hand, "who the fuck are you?" Harcourt raised her voice as she stood up holding her waist where one of the crooks had hit her.

The masked women rubbed her head, "Me?" The women in Red asked as harcourt let out a scoffed "who else am I talking to?" The blonde retorted as the women in red, shuffled a bit. "You can call me Red" The masked women replied, her voice almost shy? "I-im just here to help-" Red started but peacemaker who had been recovering stood up.

still i think the one of the more fun differences drawn between illario and lucanis that was lost would be illario's ability to endear himself to others but serious lack of empathy, vs. lucanis' (self perceived) inability to be charming but how much he cares. it's interesting that the game has gone with the "lucanis' ability vs illario's lack thereof" because i think illario being the dellamorte 'best in show dog' vs. lucanis' attack dog would have made me so unwell.

lucanis is... awkward. he's not unlikable, because he is usually very polite, but he doesn't speak much and only seems to care about the other dellamortes. he once sent viago de riva a knife with no note (who knows what he could have meant by this). he does what caterina asks of him, and by his own admission, cannot say no to her. he is a dramatic and prolific killer, and that makes how untouchable he is even worse.

and the crows like illario, sure, AND he's a good assassin! he's even a good crow! he's so good that he can make lucanis smile, and so he is the charming, sociable one. he's the one that stays in treviso and can be relied upon to care, illario's even the one people prefer over caterina and lucanis!

but illario is decoration. he's the prize poodle, and even if poodles were bred to be working dogs, nobody will ever pick him to protect the house over the german shepherd that regularly mauls intruders. anyways the analogy is getting away from me. the point i'm trying to make is that i want illario to have a different kind of jealousy/hatred that's not just over 'being bad at killing' but also an arrogant loathing for everyone around him that is getting harder to hide, because they've forgotten he can bite and is just itching to rip someone's jugular out. illario is very good at hiding his family resemblance to caterina, while lucanis suffers under his grandmother's, and his own, reputation.

She cute. This is a VERY budget, non-articulated playline, so while I COULD talk about how basic it is... that would be a moot point, bc the line is MADE to be basic.

Would I love to have seen MORE detail?

Ofc, but still, even lacking, the doll itself is cute, and her outfit isn't hideous, and is at least more cohesive than whatever was going on with the Garden Mysteries line (and THOSE were higher budget / articulated! so...)

The one thing I WILL openly begrudge this doll is how BORING her hair is... I don't mind the bun, but those slicked down, side-parted bangs... SO boring! Maybe a headband or some cute little hair clips could save it, but... looking forward to seeing what restyles do w/ that.

MOVING ON Lagoon:

okay, I kNOW I just said 'this is budget so I wouldn't complain abt the basic-ness of it', but I WILL complain abt them cheap-ing out on her gradient legs... like... c'mon.

Also, while I said Twyla's hair was boring, I still found it cute enough... I don't feel the same abt this. Maybe it's cause she got a low bun??? Idk it's not working for her.

Maybe two twin buns could've been cute??

She's my least favorite of this line.

NEXT Cleo:

Even budget and with no articulation to speak of Cleo still manages to look STUNNING. I like the dark top lip & light bottom lip. And she looks like she got blushing? (I can't tell if the other two do, looking back at them I THINK they might but it's just v light?? On Cleo it's clearly visible, and nice!)

...Idk why EVERYONE in this line seems to have their hair in buns for some reason... Cleo wears it better than Lagoona, at least, but still it's so boring... Also I really wish they hadn't used a brighter blue from her hair color, it causes the even lighter accent blue to get lost... it stands out better in the navy color she usually has. If, since these are budget, the navy would've costed more, so that's why they used the brighter blue, then I wish for her accent color they'd have used gold instead of the light blue.

I also don't like that they went with such a True Blue for her shoes? I think a lighter blue (like her purse, and the accents on the bow on her chest) would've fit better. OR Gold.

AND LASTLY, Clawdeen:

FINALLY someone that ain't got a god damned BUN!

I wish her hair was curly ALL the way (but I am glad to see her getting to have SOME curls), and that it was brown... this would've looked sO much better brown!!! Please... give my girl brown hair...the purple ain't it.

I think her bow earrings are cute, but that she got too much going on w/ her other ear. (Usually she got one in each, don't she?? They just asymmetric/don't match? Why she got like, 3 in one ear here. It's too much. They should've done JUST the bow ones, those're cute...)

Also I don't love the purple lipstick. I would've liked to see something darker, I think?? Maybe black, or an almost-black shade?

(Looking close, she don't seem like SHE got any blushing... so maybe it IS just a Cleo thing???)

Also why are her shoes like a fuchsia color pink??? Why we bringing pink into this??? Should've been Black. Or Gold.
