Direct Vision Spell for an Oracle 𓂀

A 2000 year old Greco-Egyptian magic spell

So sick of all these fake bs Tumblr and Pinterest spells-

"what color candle means what lol" with zero cultural or historical significance, it's like they just pulled things out of their ass.

So, here is a real 2000 year old Greek and Egyptian syncretic spell from Thebes to receive a direct vision from the beyond....WITH cultural and historical context.

Because, yes, history is important, and anyone giving you "spell tips" without telling you where the fuck they're from or what they mean is bullshitting you.

Ancient Greek oracular spells were rituals and invocations performed to gain insights or predictions from the gods, the Theoi, as well as Daemons and the Dead, particularly through seers known as oracles.

The Spell: PGM V 54 – 69 from the Greek Magical Papyri

Context of the Spell:

This spell is an interesting blend of Egyptian and Greek oracular practice: the use of Coptic or Egyptian eyepaint, kohl, here is interesting– as well as it's mixture with water from a sunken ship. Water from such locations are normally reserved for love spells, as we see previously in the PGM. The relationship or correspondence between a literal sunken vessel and sinking into the throes of passion. However, here, with its use in an oracular spell, it seems to correspond more to the chthonic or otherworldly realm, giving te wearer the ability to see past the normal, mundane world; past the ‘veil’ so to speak and into the beyond.

The use of the magical mystery word or voces magicae “Akrammachamarei” here is also notable; it is quite often seen throughout the PGM, and is associated with the God/Daemon/Archon of both Gnostic (Jewish-Egyptian) as well as Greek origin, Abrasax.

In spell PGM V. 96-172, Abrasax is identified as part of the "true name which has been transmitted to the prophets of Israel" of the "Headless One, (also known as the Egyptian god Bês) who created heaven and earth, who created night and day ... Osoronnophris whom none has ever seen ... awesome and invisible god with an empty spirit"; the name also includes Iaō and Adōnai, the ineffablenames of the Jewish god. "Osoronnophris" represents Egyptian Wsir Wn-nfr, or "Osiris the Perfect Being.” Another identification with Osiris is made in PGM VII. 643-51: "you are not wine, but the guts of Osiris, the guts of ... Ablanathanalba Akrammachamarei Eee, who has been stationed over necessity, Iakoub Ia Iaō Sabaōth Adōnai Abrasax."

Then, taking the olive oil, pour it into the waiting bronze dish.

With your right hand, anoint your right eye with the prepared water from a shipwreck.

With your left hand, mix 1 part kohl with 1 part water until it is a viscous paint, from the same dish, and anoint your left eye so that it is completely surrounded by the paint.

Then, pronounce the incantations:

Once the incantations are finished, present any offerings and ask over the prepared olive oil dish what your question(s) are. Stare into the oil, lit only by candle or oil lamp light, and you will receive a direct vision.

So I finished DuckTales (2017), my thoughts:

⚠️ Spoilers ahead ⚠️

- Bradford Buzzard:

His feelings for hating adventure and chaos is valid but he should have told his grandma to fuck off and got therapy instead of trying to destroy it. Also its not his fault that Della took the Spear of Selene even if he told her about it.

You can’t have one thing without the other, there must be chaos if there is stability and vice versa.

- Webbigail Vanderquack and Bentina Beakly (Agent 22):

It was a good twist, but it makes me question where FOWL got Scrooge’s DNA to make Webby and why her exact clones (sisters) aren’t perceived as Scrooges kid like Webby is.

My theory: “The Papyrus of Binding only appears to a direct heir of Scrooge McDuck” I think it mean’s physically and emotionally. If June and May are Webby’s clones that means they are just as much Scrooge’s physical child as Webby is, except they don’t have a relationship with Scrooge. Scrooge even before knowing Webby was his kid thought of her like his Grandniece, like family, making her an heir like the boys.

For how much Beakly talked about how important and strong a family is together when getting the boys to talk to Scrooge again in Season 1, it doesn’t make much sense to have her go in alone without informing the family of what she knows of FOWL from SHUSH.

Goldie O’Gilt:

I love her so much, except in the ImpossiBin episode, there she was okay. At the end of the ImpossiBin episode Goldie calls Scooge assuming he took the fountain of youth when they agreed to keep it for both of them, (she went back to steal it for herself so she says). They made progress in the Youth Fountain episode and having Goldie call him about it being gone kinda defeats the whole purpose of their bonding in that episode. Except I understand they needed a character to tell him it was gone like the other missing mysteries but I find it defeated the whole point.

Lena and Violet Saberwing:

To me it looked like Violet’s parents adopted Lena and I’m all for that. Also love the hinted gay rep with their dads.

Magica De spell:

While it was Scrooge that blocked her spell, it was still her spell that she shot that turned her brother into a raven. Theres no reason or obligation for Scrooge to have caught him and give him to her when they were both terrible people. If anything her brother got a new chance at life as a raven instead.

I wish there was kinda a redemption arc when she was training Lena, if not for Lena a little redemption for Gladstone because I like those two.

Fenton Crackshell (GizmoDuck) and DarkWing Duck:

I like Drake with Fenton regardless if he’s Drake or playing DarkWing but I feel like he needs to accept that GizmoDuck is also a hero. Bro needs to know the difference between hero and vigilante.

Fenton is pretty bbg too <3

Launchpad McQuack:

Giant himbo and I love him so much.

Daisy Duck:

Love her, not much else to say. She had standards, that was clear when we heard what she said while driving away from their second date except she still fell in love and was willing to put up with Donald enough to go rescue him and keep going out. Overall a girl boss <3

Huey, Dewey and Louie:

While Dewey should have come forward earlier about looking for Della I understand his intentions more then Huey did when he found out. Louie was right, its not okay, but in the beginning Dewey was just trying to find if she was alive or not, not where she was. He was sorry because he ‘got caught’, he was genuinely sorry. It’s difficult to want to tell someone you’re finding all this stuff about someone you all seek when none of you know if they’re even alive or not. Dewey didn’t want them to lose hope that Della may be alive even if he found out she might not have. Yes he should have told them but I understand he didn’t want to them to be more hurt that she’s unalive instead of just missing. Also they aren’t even teenagers and communication skills are ass with teenagers what makes you think they’ll be any better as 10 year olds?

Again, their anger is misplaced when they’re mad at Scrooge for building a Spear of Selene.

Scrooge McDuck (sugar daddy?):

I like his character and I feel theres a bit of development through out the show with him and the kids, to be a teacher you need to be able to learn from your students.

While yes, he shouldn’t have built the rocket right there he also didn’t tell Della about it. Not his fault she left. Also the audacity to find out it wasn’t really his fault or the fact he nearly went bankrupt looking for her and they didn’t apologize at all.

Donald Duck (DILF):

Literally the best man in the whole show. He put his family first the whole time even when he should have taken breaks except he stepped up. We know that he had some form of falling out with Scrooge because of Della but even so he stepped up to take the kids and stayed in DuckBurg instead of moving anytime in the 10+ years they lived there. I have a feeling they stayed because he knew deep down that he could somewhat still count on Scrooge if not Beakly. Why else would he have stayed and gone to Beakly to watch the kids, granted he didn’t want to talk to Scrooge, Scrooge still took them in and watched them while Donald was off getting a job.

Donald may not be their bio-dad, but he is no way a fucking Uncle. He raised those boys by himself for 10+ years, through their formative years and until they were old enough to know he wasn’t their bio-dad. He stepped in to be a parent because Della chickened out and chose to go to space even when he told her she shouldn’t so she can be with her kids.

Donald Duck, not an uncle, a father.

Della Duck (cool-ish weird Aunt):

My opinion has not changed, she still isn’t a mother to me. Della is an estranged aunt that comes by and is the ‘cool aunt’. She willingly, without obligation, without threat, consciously CHOSE to leave her kids. Regardless of if she knew she would get killed or stuck in space, “there were too many variables” -Huey. She had a fight with Donald that specifically told her that it was a giant, dumb fucking idea with kids on the way. The idea that anyone would accept her back as a parent so blindly is so dumb. Yes she’s their egg-layer, but there is no way in hell she is their mother. A MOTHER would never choose to leave their children unless they positively fucking had too (obligation for safety). Whether or not she regrets it holds no power because she still chose to leave for a stupid reason.

Season 1 finale: “Get away from my kids” by Donald Duck will forever hold more power and significance then anytime she ever says it because she gave up parent rights before they were born. No parent would willingly, without valid cause like their safety (not fucking exploring space for funzys) would leave their child.

Over all:

Scrooge and Donald are DILFS and Della can get bent.

DT timeline from fowl (theory/headcanon)

In the early 60's Bradford was still young with a full head of hair, met and teamed up with black heron, making f.o.w.l…

Some time a little later in the mid 60's Heron tried to get the formula for gummi-berry juice, meanwhile Scrooge just joined s.h.u.s.h. as a new philanthropist, he and Beakley beat Heron, and Bradford must have just found out his partner in crime just got defeated by those two.

Scrooge's big Christmas party probably happened in the late 70's that would be a whole new decade later for him to age into the state we see him at the Christmas party where he and Scrooge apparently first met face to face.

Ludwig Van Drake got kidnapped by f.o.w.l. sometime after the 70's or at least some time after the Christmas party. If they had the stone of what was at the time and didn't lose it yet. It would be very easy to fake someone's death by just leaving a lifeless clone of that person to be found. Before being kidnapped, he still trusted Bradford enough at the time for Bradford to easily lure him somewhere to capture him.

 Later in the early 90's is when Donald and Della come to stay with Scrooge and "The First Adventure". After which Bradford becomes Scrooge's new CFO, and starts his 30 year plan to get the papyrus of binding back. 

 Then either that year or some other year after that Dewy time travels back to meet his mom and uncle as kids for Christmas.

Around 2006, Scrooge built the Spear of Selene and Bradford told Della about it, basically instigating the Spear of Selene fiasco.

Beakley attempted to shut down f.o.w.l. once and for all but finds a baby duckling who she named Webby and goes into hiding at McDuck manner. This is possibly also when f.o.w.l. lost the Stone of what was. 

Possibly after that, Bradford causes Duckworth's death, either directly or indirectly.

August 12, 2017, the triplets meet their uncle Scrooge for the first time.(DuckTales 2017 officially started)

September 23, 2017, "The great dime chance!" 

April 2018, "The Beast in the Board Room!"

July 7, 2018, Black Heron made a second attempt at recreating gummi-berry juice but was stopped by Webby. 

August 11, 2018 "the last crash of the sunchaser!"

April 4, 2020, the ducks found the lost journal of Isabella Finch. And f.o.w.l. was watching them.

April 4, 2020, "Quack Pack!" the ducks found the lamp of Alli Babah.

April 11, 2020, "Double-O-Duck in you only crash twice" the Intelli-ray was invented using the Third Eye Diamond.

April 18, 2020, The lost Harp of Mervana was found.

 September 21, 2020, "The Phantom and the Sorceress", Magica got her magic back.

 October 12, 2020, The Forbidden Fountain of the Foreverglades was found by the ducks.

Violet Baudelaire’s series of unfortunate events ended tonight.

-Es un universo alterno en donde los monstruos y humanos nunca entraron en guerra por lo cual los monstruos viven en la superficie junto con los humanos

Las dos razas saben de la existencia de otros au's y con la tecnología que poseen inventaron diferentes aparatos y armas para poder pasar a otros au's pero sin éxito aún

Aquí gaster es uno de los científicos más inportantes y mano derecha del rey asgore

-Gaster tiene solo un hijo llamado thomas (en este au no existe un papyrus) quien se estaba preparando para ser su sucesor y seguir con las investigaciones

-En uno de los tantos intento de poder crear la manera de poder invadir otros au's fue creado kamay quien al principio tenia forma de humo(pura magia destructiva sin un cuerpo) los científicos se dieron cuenta que era algo realmente peligroso y destructivo pero en parte beneficioso por que era lo que buscaban.

-a kamay le construyeron un cuerpo artificial (y un alma) ya que en su forma actual cualquier cosa que se hacercara a él sería dañada en gravedad y también con el fin de poder controlarlo y entrenarlo para ser un arma.

-aclarando el lugar donde se encontraba, era un laboratorio subterráneo

-kamay no era el único hay , avían otros intentos /experimentos tanto fallidos como exitosos en el lugar

-thomas conoció a kamay por accidente al perderse en el laboratorio, fue cuando se iso su amigo.

-a los experimentos fallidos los eliminan aqui

-Le hicieron pruebas y experimentos a kamay para poder entrenarlo ,en uno de esos casos lograron abrír un portal a otro au

-ese plan se frusto ya que thomas decidió salvar a kamay (casi se mueren los dos por que uno estaba bien pendejo) pero al final logra sacar a kamay del laboratorio y logran abrir un portal fuera de su au (aunque al momento de escapar kamay se rompió la parte de atrás del cráneo y de hay viene su mala memoria)

-thomas le tuvo que enseñar muchas cosas a kamay ya que este no sabía nada de nada

-Thomas decidió tratar de controlar los poder destructivo de kamay sólo enseñándole a pelear sin magia (los únicos poderes que tiene kamay actualmente o los que sabe usar son la levitación, crear cosas de su propia magia aunque estas después desaparecen con el tiempo, a hacer levitar cosas pequeñas, abrir prqueños portales y algunos ataques de huesos aunque son deviles,sabe muchos tipos de pelea cuerpo a cuerpo)(entre las otras abillidades que tiene pero no sabe utilizar/o no sabe que tiene, es la capacidad de poder explotar con la gran fuerza de una supernova, hacer Levitar cosas mucho más grandes,y la capacidad de crear seres echos de magia)

-las abilidades magicas y no mágicas de thomas son crear gaster blasters, ataques de huesos, crear portales, tiene una espada de casi 2m, puede crear veneno letal, es capaz de guardar información/códigos de au's y de sus avitantes lo que hace que tenga un gran registro e información de esos universos, puede producir una onda de sonido realmente fuerte aunque queda expuesto a cualquier otro ataque

-estos dos se encuentran viviendo en el au destruido por kamay(aunque no lo recuerda)

-después de años conviviendo con otros sans y sus avitantes ,kamay y thomas tuvieron un hijo al que nombraron kushi

-después de algún tiempo conocieron a un sans(naife) el cual era un niño al cual cuidaron hasta que vino otro sans(chasti) y lo adoptó

-luego conocieron a al sans(yanqay) del au destruido al cual no le dijeron que fue culpa de kamay

DuckTales The Inter-Dimensional Swap Fanfic Chapter 5

Scrooge McDuck (2017) POV:

We were trying to get past these living shadows to get to Magica De Spell’s counterpart herself.

But our efforts are looking fruitless!

Every time it seems like we took one of these shadows out, they just reform again.

“Luckily, I have perfected my magic spell to give life to shadows meaning they won’t go rogue like last time.” Magica De Spell’s counterpart gloated.

One of the shadows tried to attack me from behind until Goldie’s counterpart shot it.

Speaking of Goldie’s counterpart, one of the shadows grabbed her gun only for her to use sleight-of-hand to take it back and shoot that shadow.

Gizmoduck’s counterpart is using his propeller blades to slash his way through any shadow that comes too close.

But most of the shadows seem to be focusing on me. Makes sense considering that I’m the one this Magica De Spell came for.

I’ve been using my cane to bounce over the shadows and catch them off-guard from behind.

I also tried that same move to bounce over the shadows and make my way straight to Magica De Spell’s counterpart.

But the shadows caught me in midair at the last moment.

Thankfully, I was able to counter and use my cane to hit the shadows causing them to let go.

Ugh. Curse me kilts. I’m not sure we’ll be able to make our way past this Magica De Spell’s shadows.

“Hey you!” a few voices suddenly shouted!

I turned to see that it was all of my family’s counterparts!

“Well, well, well. If it isn’t Scrooge’s family.” Magica De Spell’s counterpart said gleefully. “A pity you won’t be around to see the end of the Scrooge McDucks of 2 worlds.”

Magica De Spell’s counterpart then sent several of her shadows straight towards them!

“NOOOO!” I yelled trying to make my way past the shadows to help my family’s counterparts but to no avail!

But it turns out that they’re starting to put up more of a fight than I expected!

The boys’ counterparts are using a rope to lasso some of the shadows and Beakley’s counterpart is throwing frying pans and other kitchen tools at the shadows which is actually looking to be a wee bit effective.

Webby’s counterpart is using a horse she somehow got here to jump over and kick the shadows.

Looks like those horseback riding lessons I gave her earlier are starting to pay off.

Seeing Magica De Spell’s counterpart angry at what’s going on gave me an idea. I’m gonna taunt Magica De Spell’s counterpart into letting her guard down.

“Magica De Spell!” I yelled getting her attention. “It seems to me that you are nowhere near as scary as your counterpart. She is far more imposing than you. And more effective as a villain too for that matter.”

“My magic is able to strike fear into the hearts of many.” Magica De Spell’s counterpart replied coldly and venomously. “And I was able to have your counterpart’s mansion infiltrated by using my magic to disguise the Beagle Boys as your counterpart’s triplet great nephews.”

“The Beagle Boys?” I said both surprised and amused. “I reckon they would be pretty incompetent when it comes to doing a good impression of my great nephews.”

In a fit of anger, Magica De Spell’s counterpart ordered several of her shadows, including some of the ones that were attacking my family’s counterparts, to charge me.

That left an opening for Goldie’s counterpart to get past the remaining shadows.

Then, Goldie’s counterpart took Magica De Spell’s counterpart by surprise from behind and was able to grab the Papyrus Of Binding.

But then, this world’s Magica De Spell turned around and in a fit of anger, merged all her shadows into one gigantic one and sent it to attack Goldie’s counterpart!

“Watch out!” I yelled as I got between the giant shadow and Goldie’s counterpart!

The giant shadow then punched me into the dirt and I struggled to push it back as it made its way down on top of me!

Then, Goldie’s counterpart went over to help me wrestle the shadow off me!

Soon, I looked around and noticed everyone’s counterparts began to help me wrestle the shadow!

They’re not my world’s family. But I’m still feeling proud of them!

Then, I noticed tree branches right above us and I got another idea.

“Goldie. See those tree branches above us? Shoot them off their housing!” I said.

“This better work.” Goldie’s counterpart said as she shot those branches off the tree.

Those branches then fell right on top of the giant shadow disorienting it!

That gave us enough time to get past it.

We then started to charge towards Magica De Spell’s counterpart!

Magica De Spell’s counterpart seemed like she was starting to get her shadow to come at us again.

That’s when I told Webby’s counterpart, “Remember those horseback riding lessons I gave you?”

Webby’s counterpart nodded!

“Alright. Jump!” I said.

Webby’s counterpart got her horse to jump over Magica De Spell’s counterpart and was now right behind her!

“Kick!” I said.

Then, Webby’s counterpart got her horse to kick Magica De Spell’s counterpart knocking her down to the ground!

I then grabbed Magica De Spell’s counterpart by the neck and knocked her out!

That caused the shadows to disappear allowing me to make my way to Goldie’s counterpart as all of my family’s counterparts were gathering around us.

“Nice work.” I said to my family’s counterparts briefly letting myself get lost in some proud but at the same time strange feelings about them whole thing before snapping myself out of it.

“You weren’t so bad yourself.” Goldie’s counterpart replied also briefly letting herself get lost in some strange feelings she has about me before snapping herself out of it as well. “We have the Papyrus Of Binding now. Do you think we can use it to get you and your other self back to where you 2 belong.”

“Hopefully.” I replied. “But even the slightest bad choice of words will alter its effect. So, we may have to be careful.”

Suddenly, we all noticed a very strange glow and it was coming from the Papyrus.

Then, a bizarre burst of magical power burst out of it and it started to form into something!

Scrooge McDuck (1987) POV:

As we were battling this world’s Magica De Spell, it became very clear that defeating would be very difficult.

This world’s Magica De Spell brought trees and stone rocks to life and commanded them to attack us.

We were still doing an exceptional job holding our own, though.

This world’s Ms. Beakley was breaking off the branches of the living trees and was using them as weapons to smack the trees down on the ground while also using her tremendous amounts of strength to lift one of the rock monsters and throw them at its fellows.

This world’s Goldie was tricking the tree and rock monsters into taking each other by using herself as bait and dodging at the last second when one of the monsters was about to strike her and thus causing it to hit the monster behind this world’s Goldie instead.

This world’s Louie was admittedly the only weak link here. His manipulation skills are no good here since there’s never any use manipulating mindless golems!

So, we all were making sure to keep the tree and rock monsters away from this world’s Louie.

However, the tree and rock monsters are not the only problem!

This world’s Magica De Spell herself is also firing a constant barrage of magic blasts at us!

Between evading that, fending off the tree and rock monsters and keeping this world’s Louie safe, it’s going to be extremely difficult to get close to this world’s Magica De Spell let alone ending all this!

Suddenly, we heard a voice cry out, “Leave them alone!”

I turned to see that it was this world’s version of my family as they gathered behind this world’s Louie. It looked like they were on their way back to the mansion from getting supplies of the magic sort for that Violet girl.

And they began to help us beat this world’s Magica De Spell!

Della was using her prosthetic leg to kick the tree monsters down on the ground.

This world’s Donald was using his foul temper to bring down the might of the rock monsters.

This world’s Dewey was using his…dance moves to dodge the magic blasts this world’s Magica De Spell started sending his way!

This world’s Huey was using a mirror to reflect this world’s Magica De Spell’s magic blasts. After noticing the Junior Woodchuck Guidebook on him, I really wouldn’t be surprised if he somehow got the idea from it.

I saw this world’s Louie, after noticing the magic supplies, make his way towards them and grab something out of one of the boxes. It seemed to be a ring.

“Hey, Magica!” this world’s Louie shouted getting this world’s Magica De Spell’s attention. “I hold in my hand a magic ring that can curse anyone I wish it. So, you better stop before I put a curse on you.”

Unimpressed, this world’s Magica De Spell frowned and said to this world’s Louie, “That’s just an ordinary ring! And do you honestly think I would fall for that same con after that trick you pulled on me with that mirror while I had Duckburg in my grasp with my shadows?!”

Grinning, this world’s Louie replied with, “That’s the beauty of conning. You may not be able to trick someone with the same con twice. But you can still distract them with it.”

“What?” this world’s Magica De Spell said realizing too late that Della had made her way right next to her and then kicked her in the stomach with her prosthetic leg!

This world’s Magica De Spell collapsed onto the ground in agony.

As we made our towards her, we were starting to believe we won.

But then, this world’s Magica De Spell levitated herself away from us!

Then, she conjured up a cloud in the sky and had it unleash a gigantic lightning bolt right toward us!

However, a white blast of magic came out of nowhere and met the lightning bolt midway causing it to disperse!

We all turned around and saw it was Lena who fired the white magic! Although, instead of the black and gray stripe clothing I saw her in earlier, she is now wearing a white outfit. And there is magic energy that is white in color surging around her! And I’m also seeing this world’s Webby and that Violet girl right beside her!

“Lena!” this world’s Magica De Spell shouted with burning resentment in her voice.

“Aunt Magica.” Lena replied with sheer will as well as the same kind of resentment in her own voice. “Give it up. It’s over.”

“I beg to differ!” this world’s Magica De Spell yelled as she unleashed a large purple blast of magic right towards her as well as Webby and Violet!

“Oh no!” I shouted as I made my over to them and got in the way of the blast!

After a moment without feeling any impact, I opened my eyes to see that Lena had put a magic force field around me protecting me from the blast!

“Your welcome.” Lena said with a slightly snarky attitude before smiling gratefully. “But thank you.”

As this world’s Magica unleashed a barrage of spells everyone’s way, we all stood together and used all of our respective skills to close the distance until we were right in top of her!

This world’s Goldie then used her sleight-of-hand to take the magic staff that this world’s Magica De Spell was using from her while this world’s Webby jumped behind this world’s Magica De Spell and delivered a kick to her back sending her down into the dirt.

Then, I delivered a punch to this world’s Magica De Spell’s head knocking her out!

As we all stood there in triumph, Violet suddenly walked up to me and said, “I believe we found a way to send you and your counterpart back to your home dimensions while you were at the social gathering earlier.”

Letting my excitement get the better of me, I enthusiastically yelled, “Well then. Let’s get it done!”

“Hold on a moment.” Violet said. “We need to contact your counterpart in order for it to work. And I think I know how to do just that.”

I nodded after a moment.

It’s definitely going to be interesting to meet my own counterpart.

“How?” I asked patiently.

Taking out the pieces of paper that once made up the Papyrus Of Binding, Violet explained by saying, “Since the other version of the Papyrus Of Binding is what brought you here, you likely still have some of its residual magic on you. We can use a ritual to track it back to its source and, assuming your counterpart has already that version of the Papyrus, contact him. It’s not the most ideal but it’s our only option.”

“Very well.” I replied.

We gathered the necessary ingredients the others brought here earlier.

A rope, grains of sand, holy water and a crystal.

I was told to hold the crystal while the sand and holy water were poured right on top of me and the rope was wrapped around my chest.

Then, after Violet, Lena and Webby chanted the incantation and then there was a large burst of energy.

Scrooge McDuck (2017) POV:

Once that bizarre burst of magic power from the Papyrus Of Binding cleared, I looked at the Papyrus to see magical flames above it with faces in the center of them. And the faces at the center of those flames are…I can’t believe it! It’s my family! My world’s versions of them!

I couldn’t help the sheer happiness that emerged in my stomach at the sight of them.

I also saw another face in the flames.

Bless me bagpipes! It’s…my counterpart!

Scrooge McDuck (1987) POV:

Once I opened my eyes after the blinding flash of light from that magic, I saw magical flames straight above the remnants of the Papyrus Of Binding and saw…my family! And it’s my world’s versions of them!

I couldn’t help the sheer happiness that burst in my chest at the sight of them!

I also saw another face in the flames.

It’s…my counterpart!
