・・・ #DualShapes is the next level in yoga challenges and shape making, not in technical difficulty, but in connecting with other IG yogis and your local yoga community.  This challenge requires 2 people to make each shape.  You can pair up with your spouse, life partner, BFF, yoga teacher, yoga student, mom, dad, sister, brother, daughter, son, co-worker, dear friend, casual acquaintance, or anyone else you can get to take a photo with you.  You don't even have to have the same partner for every day of the challenge.  Mix it up.  Recruit a different random person in the yoga class that you take every day.  Maybe even find other IG yogis in our area (that's what we did). Finding someone to partner with will likely be the most difficult part of the challenge.  But we believe that yoga is about community and connecting with others.  So get out there and find a partner or two or three or fourteen! ... The “dualshape” in this post is just an example of what to expect.  It is not actually in the challenge.  We're saving the best shapes for the challenge.  We worked very hard to find fun and interesting shapes that are accessible to all.  We will also post modifications for several of the shapes.  The challenge will run from May 1-14, 2017. ... The challenge is hosted by @stayfitwithp.k and @kericyoga and sponsored by @urthyoga. I am grateful to live in a country where I have so many options about my choice of shelter and where my family and I want to live. My husband and I have been on a journey for several years now to build a home where we can incite his mom to love with us. We have so many choices and options it sometimes becomes overwhelming and that’s not necessarily a bad problem to have. I told him yesterday it isn’t the about there house but it’s about the home.
