the people aren't ready to hear this but angelique arbitrarily picking quentin to decide to be in love with out of nowhere, bewitching roger into marriage and then absolutely not wanting him to touch her, and constantly pursuing men's (chiefly barn's) attention only when it's clear he doesn't want her, is soooo comp het of her.

Okay, this is probably gonna be a bit of a hot take, but I liked the ending to Sonic and the Secret Rings better then Disney's Aladdin.

That doesn't mean I hated the ending to Aladdin, but let me put it simply: I found it a bit out of place when Jafar turns into a genie that afterwards Aladdin then just grabs his lamp and he just gets sucked into it.

And on top of that, all the things that Jafar did either as a sorcerer or with the other genie's lamp just seems to magically undo itself.

The reason I like the Secret Rings ending more is because Sonic actually uses the genie's lamp (Erazor Djinn) to actually grant 3 wishes which he uses to bring Shahra back, restore the Arabian Nights stories, and to trap Erazor Djinn back in his lamp where he could no longer do harm.

Also Sonic manages to look like a total boss sitting on the Sultan's throne while doing it.

I kinda fell into the category of folk and local witch just as a personal evolution over time--incidental rather than intentional. But I'm sure I'd make the PR for witchcraft look really weird and perhaps not all that thrilling if folks are expecting contact with phenomenal cosmic powers, yet I'm over here making friends with a creek near my house.

Thanks to you all's responses on my poll, you now get to meet the prime antagonist of Mortal Sparks, a extraterrestrial magical being made of hunger who finds physical lifeforms to be fascinating.

It doesn't have a name, names are useless to it and others like it, and it doesn't have a body until it enters the physical world. The people of Mortal Sparks refer to these beings as 'demons' and give them names and contracts for the ability to control a measure of their power, in exchange for a taste of human emotions and lifeforce.

This particular demon has been interacting with humanity since ancient times, drawn by an undemon-like curiosity, almost a love of humans. However, the things that love us can hurt us all the more.

i still haven't gone and beaten totk for various reasons (shrines hard to find, mostly) but i did spoil myself sort of by watching a speedrun last night. so i have no context for the things i saw since they skip over cut scenes and when suddenly the ganondorf dragon appeared all i could think of was the end of aladdin, where jafar turned himself into a genie
