When was the last time you decluttered? 🤔 let me think .... Too many thoughts cluttering your mind ? You have the power to choose what thoughts you want to associate with and turn into results but you have got to release or remove the thoughts that no longer serve you and choose only the thoughts that will through getting emotionally involved with give you results that you want . Polish the thoughts that you want to nurture into results but be careful because what we think about we get or we become . Are there certain things you have at home that you have kept but maybe mean nothing else to you ? Time to declutter , polish the space the old items were in and make way for the new items you want in your life that will give you joy . Release the need to blame complain or justify your situation and polish the situation you find yourself in by finding a result or outcome and not a reaction .
