🤗I love making pimento cheese. 🤔Never thought about making sourdough bread with it though. That sounds delicious. Do you put jalapeños in your pimento cheese? I like the added spice so I put some jalapeños but just a little.

Homemade Pimento Cheese is one of my FAVORITE things ever!! It beats that neon orange stuff from the grocery store! Sourdough bread is a PAIN in the ass to make. The starter for it, and feeding it. Of course I think there's a more simplistic way to make it.

I have never added jalapeños before, but now I need to! Fresh jalapeños or pickled? I'm really into pickling right now because a girl on TikTok is making all kinds of pickles! Girl if you love pickles!! I have someone for you!

But I love any added spice! Sometimes I will add pepper jack cheese instead of regular cheddar. I love mixing things up from time to time!
