#pisces asclepius

hi, i'm sorry for asking again but i was checking ur asteroid masterlist and i was curious how u would interpret these related asteroids:

i was looking at asteroid asclepius and found out it's prominent in my chart, along with its related asteroids like zeus and and artemis (apollo, pluto and chiron aren't prominent in my chart though hehe). to give further information, i have a 1 degree asclepius conjunct my 5 degrees mercury at pisces in the 7th house, it's also in a semi-sextile with my 2 degrees zeus at aquarius in the 6th house. my zeus also conjuncts my 5 degrees neptune, and it's in a semi-square with my 16 degrees sagitarrius chiron at the 5th house. i also have 19 degrees artemis conjunct my 18 degrees sun at pisces in the 8th house. artemis is also squaring my chiron. finally, i have 8 degrees capricorn apollo in the fifth house but it's not aspecting any of the asteroids mentioned. my 12 degrees sagitarrius pluto in the 4th house is not aspecting any of these asteroids either, but it's conjunct my chiron.

may i ask how these aspects would affect my destiny career-wise? like would i have any great discoveries or be a trendsetter in some way?

here’s my mother’s for instance.

we could push aside everything else when talking about related asteroids. what i see in her’s is no pluto interaction, a chiron square asclepius, no apollo interaction, an artemis square asclepius, and zeus sextile asclepius.

so really it’s about:

chiron (12h) - asclepius (3h): negative aspects: not included in this explanation.

artemis (12h) - asclepius (3h): negative aspects: not included in this explanation.

zeus (1h) - asclepius (3h): positive aspects: not included in this explanation.

FOR YOURS (i’m ignoring all the zeus (the other information won’t help answer your question), artemis, apollo, and pluto details because your question is in regards career and whether you are a trendsetter or discoverer like asclepius - we only care if those asteroids interacting with asclepius):

pisces asclepius (12°, 24°): you are someone others see as concerned for others and their wellbeing. you likely have a pretty rich social following that regards you as both witty and curious. you likely have a new way of looking at things that is rather holistic and creative. your work is best done when aren’t under pressure from others - the more others lean on you for help and answers, the more difficult it is for you to think. pisces asclepius people aren’t the best under pressure (its not ideal for a surgeon to have this placement but a family doctor, psychiatrist, or holistic doctor? sure). i definitely see this placement making new ideas come to life so long as they have the space to do so that is.

aries asclepius (1°, 13°, 25°): this is someone who’s energy draws people in. people which aries asclepius (or the influences of this placement) generally bring forth exciting new ideas to the group. there is likely a lot of directness regarding this person. they may seemingly have an answer for everything. they come off as rather bossy though - people tend to worry about collaborating with them due to the intimidation factor. this person tend to be a leader but may fail to let others share their ideas when collaborating. who knows maybe there are two ideas that when put together create and incredible one made for an aries asclepius person to execute.

7h asclepius: you and a future business partner may make life altering decisions or set a new trend. this could also indicate you setting off a chain of marriages in your family - you could be the first of many weddings in a year. it could indicate that you may see power equality as a deadly in a business setting - or that you think a lack of equality in society is rather deadly to humanity. you may be a powerful advocate.

asclepius (7h) - mercury (7h): positive aspects: this could be a sharing of your legacy with others who you are closest with - you could be remembered as a unit or in conjunction to another. you may have a high intelligence in regards to a practice that is new or constantly evolving. you may be an incredible person to learn new things from in terms of personal relationships and/or career shadowing later in life. negative aspects: your method of thinking can come across as unorthodox.

asclepius (7h) - zeus (6h): positive aspects: you may see flaws in a business setting in which your boss may have overlooked and you find you alone can fix them. negative aspects: this could be an indicator of a bad relationship with your boss - they may think that you are crossing lines or view your actions as unethical. you could also be viewed as a threat to society by someone in a higher up position.

(Hades, Poseidon, Hera and Demeter are acknowledge too but i cannot really say I worship them for now.) It is a lot but some of those deities were in my life before i knew polytheism was a thing and i just started being more mindful about Them since last year.

"Well...firstly, I'd like to thank all of you for your hospitality." Cassie said, stumbling over her words a bit. “And…um…”

All of the Zodiacs watched her intently. She fiddled with the hem of her sweater, taking a deep breath.

“Okay…this might sound absolutely insane, but…I come from a world where Zodiacs also exist. It’s called the Astral Plane, just like this realm…but it’s completely different.”

A collective gasp arose from the Zodiacs, accompanied by muttering amongst them. The other patrons of the restaurant wisely decided to pay no attention to what was happening.

"I'm in charge of gathering corrupted spirits that have fallen down to Earth and bringing them back to the Astral Plane to be healed. On one of these missions...I met Ciara. And her snake." Cassie pointed at Asclepius. "She walked me back to my portal, but we were ambushed by the corrupted spirit I was supposed to capture...she ended up in my portal by accident, and I got knocked into hers."

Aries raised his hand, like he was a child in elementary school. "What was Ciara doing on Earth? Who let her go? Wasn't she supposed to be resting after her last brush with death?"

Sagittarius coughed. "I sent her down to Earth to fight some Calamity demons."

"By herself?!"

"Well, yeah, she had her necklace and her sword, right? A bit of fighting is good for letting out some aggression."

Gemini looked like she was about to have an aneurysm. "You let her go down there by herself, and now she's trapped in an alternate dimension! Who knows what's happening to her right now!"

The green haired woman—Virgo—calmly raised her hand. "Ciara is a strong girl. She will be fine. The question now is how to get this one home." She pointed at Cassie. 

"Why don't we just send her back using the portal nearest to the location she came from?" Aquarius asked, not looking up from her tablet. "We do know where she came from, right?"

"We don't know where she came from." Gemini admitted. "And there's no way to track where Ciara went because she has her necklace. We can't track that."

"I don't know where I came from." Cassie echoed. "There's many of my portals all over Earth. Whenever I go down to Earth from the Astral Plane for a mission, I get teleported to the portal that's near the corrupted spirit I need to find."

Ophiuchus spoke up. "Is there any way to get into contact with Ciara?"

Pisces snapped his fan closed and stood up to garner attention. It was then that Cassie realized Pisces was short, barely taller than her Aries. She had to stifle a snicker, as laughing would be highly inappropriate. 

"She has a chunk of sarconite in her necklace. If we used the other sarconite gems in our possession, we could possibly engineer a way to communicate with her through her necklace." Pisces looked back and forth amongst the other Zodiacs. "Of course, the only other sarconite gems are located in—"

"We are not using the scythe," Gemini said, her voice hardening. "We've discussed at length already, Pisces."

The fish Zodiac shrugged and sat down. "I see no other option."

"There are always many options." Capricorn said, taking a drag on her cigarette. "Perhaps Cassie could recall any significant markers or signs that would indicate where she was? That would give us a clue as to where Ciara was as well."

"I...um..." Cassie racked her memory, trying to remember anything that could give her a clue as to where she was. The only thing she could remember was heaps and heaps of snow, which wouldn't help at all. "There was snow."

"Well, that eliminates every country near the equator," Aries said sarcastically.  "That really narrows it down." 

"Don't be rude, Aries." Scorpio elbowed his brother, who rolled his eyes. He looked back towards Cassie. "Sorry about him, he's just grumpy to everyone. At least we can infer you were somewhere up north." 

"Were there a lot of trees? Or was it just a lot of snow?"

"What kind of trees?"

"Any animals nearby?"

"Uh—um..." Cassie looked around nervously, at the Zodiacs' inquisitive faces, not knowing how to answer.

"Let the girl rest." Ophiuchus stood up, walking to Cassie's side. "I imagine she's had a busy day. We will send for Centaurus in the morning, and she will be able to help Cassie with her memories."

Cassie exhaled, grateful for the save. "Thank you."

Gemini nodded. "Meeting adjourned! Sagittarius, send Centaurus here in the morning, will ya?"

"Will do!" Sagittarius waved goodbye at Gemini. "Thanks for having us!"

Capricorn tapped him on the shoulder, beckoning him away. "Come along, my son." 

The Zodiacs all stood up and began heading out of the hall, leaving Cassie, Gemini, and Ophiuchus by themselves. 

"Long day, huh?" Gemini waved her index finger in a circle, and small wisps of vapor began to form. They clumped together, creating a large, fluffy cloud. She climbed onto it, patting the empty space next to her. "Hop on."

Cassie tilted her head, looking at it. "Uh...how?"

"It'll hold you, don't worry." Gemini crossed her legs, criss-cross applesauce. "And if you fall off, I'll grab you."

"Okay..." Cassie grabbed Gemini's outstretched hand, climbing onto the cloud. It felt remarkably like a cloud should feel like, very soft and spongy. 

"And away we gooooooooo!" Gemini pointed towards the exit, and they zoomed away. Ophiuchus sighed, shook her head, and followed them at a walking pace.

They ended up at Gemini's palace once more. Cassie was given a shower and a new change of clothes. She returned to see Ophiuchus setting up a bed in a guest bedroom. Asclepius slithered around on the floor, perking their head up when Cassie walked in.

"Hey, bud." Cassie knelt down, letting the snake crawl into her palm. "You're just a little guy, aren't you?" She patted the snake's small head.

Ophiuchus fluffed the pillows and smoothed out the bed sheets. "Goodnight, Cassie. Get some rest."

"Hey, Ophiuchus?" Cassie asked after a moment. "Will you tell me more about Ciara tomorrow?"

The constellation smiled. "Of course. Now, goodnight. Sweet dreams."

"Goodnight!" Cassie waved goodbye as Ophiuchus walked out and shut the door behind her. She flopped onto the soft bed, sinking into the mattress. Asclepius wriggled around on the floor near her, before tucking their head under their tail.

Cassie sighed contentedly, staring idly at the walls of the bedroom. She could see the stars through the glass window.

They look so similar to the stars back home.

Things are going to be okay. Everything will look better in the morning and once I've gotten some rest.

"Um...see, I..." Ciara looked up at all the Zodiacs. Her hand went to her sword, just in case they turned aggressive and tried to attack her. 

"Okay...I come from a separate...alternate world...where Zodiacs also exist. They live in a world called the Astral Plane, like this one, but they're completely different. They also," She turned around and shot a nasty look at Scorpio. "Don't try to kill me on sight!" 

Scorpio coughed awkwardly. "Sorry."

Some of the other Zodiacs, Libra especially, also shot him dirty looks. 

"I went down to Earth on a mission to fight some rogue demons that fell down from the Astral Plane. I stumbled across Cassie, who was looking for a corrupted spirit? I don't know, but there was a snowstorm coming, and I helped her back to her portal thingy. And then my snake—"

"Snake?" Scorpio interrupted. "This snake wouldn't happen to be green, is it?"

Ciara stared at him. "No. It's black and purple. And sometimes red. Actually, it looks a lot like you, now that I think about it."

Scorpio's face scrunched up, offended, but Ciara ignored him. "And then my snake grew, because he grows when he's scared, and then the little fucker knocked me into Cassie's portal and now I'm here."

"So where did Cassie go?!" Libra asked, wringing her hands together. "Why are you here instead of her?"

"Uh...well, I made a portal right next to hers, and it was headed back to my own Astral Plane. So she might be still on earth, but my guess is that my bastard snake knocked her into my portal. So she's in my Astral Realm." 

All the Zodiacs gasped, and looked nervously at each other, beginning to talk over each other. Virgo broke the chatter by raising her hand.

"Well, I see the solution." Virgo said, folding her hands in front of her. "Simply make a portal to your own Astral Plane, then retrieve Cassie, and then bring her back to our realm. The problem is solved."

"I can't make a portal. At least, not right now." Ciara said. "My powers need to recharge. And my necklace also needs to recharge."

"And how long will that take?" Sagittarius asked. 

"Uh..." Ciara shrugged helplessly. "It could take anything from two days to two weeks. I don't have any potions or anything, so it'll take way longer for me to get my strength back."

The Zodiacs looked amongst each other. The Gemini twins and Leo were especially anxious.

"So...Cassie's gone?" Leo asked, her voice so small. "And we don't know when she's gonna be back?"

"She will be back, right?" Both Solana and Luna chorused together. 

"This could be a problem," Aquarius said. "We don’t know where Cassie is, but I know she can take care of herself. She will, hopefully, be able to find a portal that leads back to our realm. What do we do with you, in the meantime?" 

"Send me back to earth." Ciara's fist clenched around her sword. "I can fend for myself down there, and once I get my powers back I can return to my own Astral Plane."

"We will not do that," Cancer said. "You may stay with one of us until you get your powers back. 

"You don't have to do that," Ciara said, hating these Zodiacs and their sympathetic gazes, and how they weren't her Zodiacs, but knowing that they did nothing wrong and that they were just trying to help. "I can handle it."

"How old are you, girl?" Sagittarius asked, crossing his arms. "Fourteen? Fifteen?"

"Eternally fifteen," Ciara said, her voice taking on a hostile edge. "I'm dead."

All the Zodiacs went silent, their pitying eyes searching Ciara's face. All except for Scorpio. He averted Ciara's gaze, staring at the floor.

"I'll stay with Scorpio." Ciara turned towards him, and his head snapped up. "He seems to know the most about Cassie."

The Zodiacs, for what seemed like the thousandth time, looked at each other, this time with apprehension. These Zodiacs seemed much more awkward around each other than her own.

"I'm sorry?" Scorpio asked, sounding more startled than anything. 

“What Scorpio means to say,” Capricorn said, talking over him. “Is that he is not the best-equipped to house you right now. Perhaps you could stay with Cancer or Sagittarius? Maybe Aquarius and Pisces?”

"We'll be more than happy to take you in for the time being." Pisces reached for Aquarius' hand, smiling. 

"Can she stay with us?" The Gemini twins piped up. Leo nodded along enthusiastically.

"I would like to ask her some questions about her Astral Plane," Libra muttered. Virgo chuckled, shaking her head.

"No. I'll take her." Scorpio spoke up, regaining his composure. He straightened up, staring at Ciara. "...if that's alright." 

Libra arched an eyebrow. "Why the sudden change of heart, Scorpio?"

The scorpion zodiac straightened up. "We don’t know who she is or what she is. She could endanger this world, or she could be associated with Ophiu—"

“I am not a danger!” Ciara protested. 

"I'll warn you, Scorpio..." Libra straightened her glasses. "You hurt this girl, you answer to me."

"If I wanted to hurt her," Scorpio's eyes narrowed, a muscle in his jaw clenching. His hand reached for the enormous scythe hanging on his back. "I would have done so already."

"Now, now. There is no need to fight." Virgo cleared her throat. "Scorpio has no history of harming Cassie. There is no reason to suspect he will harm this child either."

"I'm not a child." Ciara pouted.

"If the girl wants to stay with Scorpio, and if Scorpio agrees to house her," Virgo said, wisely ignoring Ciara's pouting. "Then I believe she should stay with Scorpio." 

"I can hold my own in a fight," Ciara unsheathed her own sword and brandished it. "And I've taken down bigger beings than this guy." She twisted her thumb towards Scorpio. 

"Then I suppose it's settled," Capricorn said, a lazy smile playing around his lips. "The girl will stay with Scorpio."

Scorpio nodded. "Good. Come with me, girl. Rest assured, I’ll keep a close eye on you." The rest of the Zodiacs began to leave the building. 

"Ciara." Ciara stuck her tongue out at Scorpio. "My name is Ciara."

Cancer patted Ciara's shoulder as they passed. "You're more than welcome to change your mind and stay with me and Sagittarius. We’d love to test you in combat."

“Hah! The girl wouldn’t last two minutes in a fight with me!” Aries shouted, marching past Ciara. Taurus laughed at Aries’ words, clapping Ciara on the back as she passed. 

Ciara grinned cheerfully at the departing Zodiacs, before running after Scorpio, trying to keep up with his long strides.

They ended up at a laboratory of sorts, though it looked more like an apothecary or alchemist's station to Ciara. It was made of dark stone, and it looked like a cartoon villain's lair. 

"This is where you sleep?" Ciara asked incredulously as Scorpio went inside. She tried to poke her head in, but Scorpio blocked the entrance.

"No. Nobody is allowed in here except me." He rummaged around in a storage closet of some sort, throwing a folded up tent and sleeping bag out of the doors. "You will stay out here. I assume you've been camping before?"

"Dude. Why'd you volunteer to let me stay with you if you're just gonna make me sleep outside?" Ciara asked in disbelief, but begrudgingly began setting up the tent outside his lab.  

"You wanted to know more about Cassie." Scorpio said nonchalantly, leaning against the door. "I want to know what happened to Cassie. Favors for favors.”

He then closed the door. Ciara huffed, finishing her shabby tent. She dragged the sleeping bag into the tent and crawled into it. The night was warm, and there was a pleasant breeze drifting through the air. She could see the stars through the mesh of the tent. 

They look so similar to the stars back home.

Things are going to be okay. Everything will look better in the morning and once I've gotten some rest.

Since it is January (Gamelion | Γαμηλιών) let us begin with the Theogamia, the Sacred Marriage of Zeus and Hera. This festival honors the union of the King and Queen of Olympus. Their union produces Life, which is represented by Dionysus (the winter sun), who’s festival is celebrated in February.

Household Ritual

A simple at home for the following festival that can be done at your altar/shrine. Burning of incense (styrax is recommended). You may wish to decorate, you can do so using the attributes of the gods. Peacock feathers and lilies for Hera, and eagle feathers and oak branches for Zeus.

Opening Ritual

So like I’ve been thinking about getting a thigh tattoo for awhile now and since I’m gonna be a bio major and I believe in Greek Gods and I observe astrology (heck the 13th sign ophiuchus) and all that jazz I wanted to create a symbol that would represent that and other elements of myself.

So I decided upon using the caduceus but with one snake because the Rod of Asclepius uses one snake and is the “professional” symbol of many medical associations but the caduceus is a rod used by Hermes who is the messenger of knowledge which is something I believe myself to be— someone who passes on knowledge to others.

As I was researching Asclepius— bc a girl’s gotta know her history before she goes inking it on her body— I learned that Zeus killed Asclepius and casted him away to the stars.

He is now known as Ophiuchus.

it was my birthday yesterday: predicting my 23rd year based on my solar return chart

i think this is fun to do, so feel free to comment or reblog what you think will happen this year to me based on my chart, while i make my own predictions for my solar return chart. feel free to treat this as a solar return observation post! perhaps next year i will come back and see if my predictions were correct!

first things first i have to point out this is a 2023/2024 chart i always get funny looks for this but hi i turned 23 on october 27th, 2023 (this year my solar return starts the 28th because of the eclipse - i suspect) why would i look at a 2024 solar return that takes place october 27th, 2024 - i would be 24 then? so from this point on EVEN WHEN WE ARE IN 2024 i will be referring to the 2023 chart for the solar return year. make sure you verify your stuff before looking at your solars.

1H IN LIBRA AT 12° (contains: scorpio sun and narcissus (37117))

prediction: there is likely to be a relational focus this year and with venus (the house ruler) in the 12h it is likely to be with myself (what us my relationship with my self? how can i better treat myself? etc). my diplomacy skills are likely not going to be the best as i look at the 10h/11h, what is sitting in those houses, and that pisces degree on my 1h... with my scorpio sun present in the house, it is likely that it will be obvious that i trust no one this year (people may suspect that i only trust myself - they could feel as though i look down on them or think little of them). my sun is opposite my moon so i might feel a bit disconnected from myself... with my sun in the 1h, i will likely have a super intense vibe (not that i don't already) but in a way that seems like magnetism because it is a libra 1h? like drawing others in? i do feel like this year is going to be the sort where i am discovering who i am and who i want to be (i just have to make sure it doesn't get out of hand with the sun and narcissus (especially with his conjunction to my sun, mercury, and mars) present).

2H IN SCORPIO AT 9° (contains: scorpio mercury, mars, and kassandra (114) AND sagittarius educatio (2440) and pythia (432))

prediction: what an interesting mix of stuff i have here... money makes the world go round this year i guess. my mercury is at 9° and my mars is at 11° - can i just cry a little...? bro wtf is bitcoin and why do i feel like i am gonna get into the world of online investing...? the coupling of these two planets (especially mars as the 2h ruler) makes me feel as though i will be making money and spending it or moving it relatively quick so that i can't use it? i say "i can't use it" because my mars opposes jupiter which makes me think of compounding interest like a CD... anywho, i am a money wizard? i have kassandra and pythia here, so i feel like i will probably make investments and use my money in unexpected ways (kassandra makes me think of emergency funds OR bad financial contracts though). i also have educatio here so at least i will be learning more about financial literacy plus i do think with mercury i will be extremely interested in learning more about finances. and with mars... it might just become a new passion of mine... aside from money, while i am likely to continue a lot of giving and receiving of knowledge this next year on social media (mercury things), there is a danger to the realm of social media... ESPECIALLY with mars present and both mercury and mars conjunct my sun then all three opposing jupiter... my self worth could take a hit which i do not look forward to.

3H IN SAGITTARIUS AT 10° (contains: sagittarius ambrosia (193), asclepius (4581), cupido (763), jormungandr (471926) rx, lev tolstoj (2810), and zeus (5731) AND capricorn aphrodite (1388) and chekhov (2369))

prediction: sagittarius and 10° for the 3h is giving "it's all fun and games until someone says/mentions ____". i have to be mindful of my mouth because while i am likely to make people feel alive with my words given ambrosia and asclepius in this house, i also have chekhov (where you want simplicity but receive drama), aphrodite, and jormungandr (where people try to end you - aka getting socially outcasted/cancelled) in the 3h... but lev tolstoj is here too so whatever i am saying that offends others or makes them mad is facts even though there is drama/gossip involved when i do say these things... the dangers of social media part 2? i feel like it may be romantic drama because zeus (i am not a zeus person because there are no aspects to the sun or asc - only a square is made from this asteroid to my venus), cupido, and aphrodite (and for aphrodite there are no aspects made to my inner planets this solar return - so it is definitely not me doing something sus like cheating) are here in the house too. i do have my suspicions as to what is happening already... and oh shiiii will it hurt because 10° is always a bit painful in my opinion. especially with the house ruler in the 8h... it just looks like emotional damage...

4H IN CAPRICORN AT 14° (contains: capricorn pluto, balder (4059), and bellerophon (1808)

prediction: a lot of my astro friends who see this chart are like "oh are you moving?" and i am like ABSOLUTELY NOT. like i literally just moved so no. unfortunately (i hate to be this person) i do believe a beloved family member (4h balder conjunct pluto and square moon) will be passing this year. even more unfortunate - i do not think it will be an easy death with bellerophon present because he was thrown from pegasus... and not to be super disgusting, but i do believe i will inherit something expensive and very material given the earthy grand trine formed by pluto, venus, and uranus. that being said i feel like i might neglect my mental health because pluto squares my moon - i might stopping going to therapy (currently i see a therapist regarding my childhood ptsd). i might regress into people pleasing behaviors because it is all that i will be able to control if someone in my family passes... which is not the healthiest for me.

5H IN AQUARIUS AT 17° (contains: pisces saturn, amor (1221) rx, and karma (3811))

prediction: this seems like a good mix for me achieving something big with writing/blogging. especially because saturn is the traditional ruler of aquarius and capricorn (which is home - the work i do from home, a side hustle). my outlook for romance is not too good with amor in retrograde in this house nor with freedom loving aquarius ruling this house. not to mention i feel like the world will be showing me something that will cause me to have a grudge against love (saturn) and karma will be dished out. this could also be a sign that my childhood trauma could be triggered again with saturn in the 5h too (great).

6H IN PISCES AT 17° (contains: pisces neptune rx, AND aries heracles (5143) rx and salacia (120347) rx)

prediction: i appreciate the that neptune is retrograde in this pisces house... last thing i wanted was for my health, routine, or hygiene to be confusing/frustrating, avoided, or to constantly be behind / running late / neglected. so this is fine by me. i might be obsessive with scheduling, health, and hygiene because jupiter (this house's other ruler) is in the 8h. it seems like the job hunt is at a standstill with heracles in retrograde - instead, i might get one great option that i take and stick to with given salacia in retrograde.

7H IN ARIES AT 12° (contains: aries nn, chiron rx, part of fortune, pandora (55) rx, and signe (459) rx AND taurus moon and vertex)

prediction: it's a toss up as to what all this could mean. i could find myself in a very emotionally charged connection (this is the eclipse moon after all) - with chiron rx it could be the healing of past wounds. the combination of vertex, part of fortune, and north node dictates that any relationship/partnership i find myself in could be extremely significant. with pandora here i feel like it might be unexpected where this relationship will come from. WITH SIGNE HERE i feel like some people may look down on who i this person is...

8H IN TAURUS AT 9° (contains: taurus jupiter rx and uranus rx)

prediction: oof not my 8h ruler in the 12h - what's that screaming i hear lol? maybe i will be afraid of change - i mean that because of the 12h venus and jupiter retrograde... the combination doesn't really express embracing change and the unknown, you know? the uranus retrograde makes me think i will be moving away from shared finances and working on managing my own money. i definitely believe it is for the best that i keep my opportunities to myself... i don't get the sense people will be supportive of my wins - i more so sense the envy of others from this house. i don't think i will be shocked by my successes, but i feel like others will not see it coming...

9H IN GEMINI AT 10° (contains: gemini midas (1981) AND cancer arachne (407) and odysseus (1143))

prediction: mmmm the contemplation to go back to school is real this coming year. it's weird because it might not be for my MFA? like the 9h midas sextile chiron is giving paralegal? nursing? idk but it's not feeling literary oriented... especially with cancer arachne present, i feel like that is nursing/medical-esque... alternatively, midas can be extreme change then add in odysseus, the traveler - i could be going on a trip that changes my life entirely.

10H IN CANCER AT 14° (contains: cancer ajax (1404), hannibal (2152), and loke (4862) AND leo agamemnon (911) and arthur (2597))

prediction: it's a REAL toss up how this house will manifest. i feel like sometimes people will love me and find my presence comforting and other times they will hate me and be annoyed by me. this is thanks to the moon ruler in the 7h... and ajax (who squares my chiron)... and agamemnon (who squares my moon)... i say ajax because i think of my 3h this year - i am falling on my own sword in that regard for sure because not everyone will like what i have to say especially when it is likely to be true (3h sag is starting to remind me of a verbal burn). while people are likely to look up to me (10h arthur AND hannibal) or be forced to - because of my status, they are likely to despise me for what i say/said (7h moon AND mercury and jupiter (3h ruler) square arthur). meanwhile, it might not even be me who is the problem i just look like the bad guy for making it more apparent like loki (10h loke).

11H IN LEO AT 17° (contains: leo charybdis (388), helena (101), and hestia (46) AND virgo beowulf (38086), juno (3), lacrimosa (208), and silentium (2710))

prediction: i feel like my popularity is going to be a thing / where i am on the social status food chain (high up). but i don't believe i can trust anyone this year... i feel like i am likely to reach big social media milestones with beowulf in this house (and this house being in leo at 17°) - social media might even take over my life a little bit (11h charybis). i do feel like friendships will be very love hate with juno and hestia here - i am likely to be a moderator of sorts but with helena here i feel like someone is going to accuse me of being disloyal because of how i am likely to moderate without bias. i might find myself truly alone again this year because of it (11h lacrimosa and silentium).

12H IN VIRGO AT 17° (contains: virgo venus)

prediction: greatttt i thought we were passed this but i guess not.... looks like i still need to work on my self esteem... intuitively, i don't sense social media is going to be kind to me, and i really hope that doesn't mean here. like i am okay if it is instagram (that app is dying anyway) but like here and tiktok are my favorite apps to be in. when bullying is involved though and it is consistent, there is a limitation to that favoritism in which it becomes apprehension to stay for something like a social media in comparison to showing up for myself. there could also be delusions in romance with this set up - i could experience over thinking in a romantic connections with that 12h virgo venus too. karmic relationships are highly probable with this placement too. OR it could be an ex becoming an enemy too (unknown enemies my a$$)...

Background: 

As the legend has it, Amphitrite is the goddess of the sea through her marriage with the Greek sea god, Poseidon. They bore many children together and ruled over the oceans for years unchallenged. Though a brief period before Amphitrite’s marriage, she fell in love with a sailor and bore a demigod child that would later she would lose to time.

Amphitrite was Nereid, a race of sea creatures that resemble the physical ideals of mermaids. She was young and among many siblings, she was not promised greatness and lived a life of freedom within the seas. It was not until she met a human, a Captain of a mighty sea vessel, that was traveling across the ocean that she found of her taste of wonder and awe. The Captain would accept Amphitrite’s curiosities and soon the two would be bonded romantically.  Their love would bare a child. Sadly, the Captain would die and the child would be left with Amphitrite at birth. The infant was a boy and would be raised in the seas for the time being. She named her son Lucio and his last name would honor his father’s name.

When Amphitrite was at the beginning of her courting with the sea god Poseidon, she knew that the child could not be present as Poseidon had a temper that was the worst amongst his siblings. Lucio would be given to Asclepius, the Greek God of Medicine, in secret. The god would raise the child for many, many years. Lucio would learn about Medicines and healing techniques through Asclepius and become a master healer.

The day would come when Poseidon would discover the truth of Lucio and hunt him down to slay him. Lucio would run for years until coming to a stand-off with Poseidon at the shores of Athens. Lucio was ready to surrender to death but soon the waters would rise and swallow Lucio off the shores and into the sea- all at Poseidon’s surprise. It was the elder Titan Oceanus who swept Lucio into the waters and dragged the young demigod in mystical waters of the deep. 

Lucio would arise in a lake, dazed and confused. He had been teleported into the Insolitus Academy Lake. He would come to  understand his blessing and continue to heal in the new world and work as the academy nurse.
