Congratulations to SAG-AFTRA for staying strong and getting their deal! And we look forward to returning to our regularly scheduled reviews and news updates! In the meantime, though, we’re casting actors we love for something that Demi loves: The Chronicles of Prydain! For those who don’t know (probably most of us), that’s the book series that gave us The Black Cauldron. Did we add melanin to this like we do all of our fancasts? What are Welsh people trying to prove with those names? And will we ever record our episode about our favorite books? Find out in our last episode recorded during the strike! You can also find us on Spotify and Apple Podcasts!

I was reading up on Coyote vs Acme because I am mad that it’s apparently deleted and apparently PJ Byrne was in it. I needed to see the random Bolin role you meaners

Please please please infodump about why Bolin from LOK may be autistic!!! It's such a hot take and I'm in love with the idea!! I often go back and reread fics on 'tism headcannons about my favorite characters, something about it is just so comforting hshjsg
Have an amazing day/night <333
i've been waiting for this one turn it up!
seriously thank you so much for asking this, i've been dying to infodump about it haha
so my main reasons for thinking that bolin is a fellow tism are that:
☆ he doesn't seem to understand social cues, and admitted to not being able to read people.
☆ while mako could smoothly navigate the world, bolin couldn't and just followed his lead. when he is left alone he trusts the wrong people and gets involved in serious trouble.
☆ he sometimes says things at inappropriate times, and gets confused when people react badly.
☆ he seems to stim when he's happy or excited, like when he meets toph for the first time.
i hope this explained everything! let me know if it didn't ❤️

Babylon (dir. Damien Chazelle).
[It’s]  a wildly maximalist fever dream epic of bravura filmmaking in fictionalizing much of Hollywood history’s truly decadent past. Chazelle films this like it’s the last movie ever made and put he puts every idea he has on the screen. It's an extreme response to the nostalgic themes of La La Land to the extreme. Its biggest flaw is also its chief aim in a commitment to over-the-top theatrics fuelled by lurid excess (and tons of cocaine).

Finally decided to watch The Wolf of Wall Street.
Absolute madness of a movie.
I wonder how much of this movie actually happened in real life... and how much was made up by Hollywood 🤔

Put on your 70’s platform shoes! And then take them right back off again because those things are PAINFUL! From the ‘burbs of New Jersey to the busy streets of New York City, it’s the most wonderful P.J. Byrne (“The Legend of Korra,” “Big Little Lies”), who talks Bolin, voting, and so much more!

Remember Gurgi from The Black Cauldron? Wasn’t he adorable? Well apparently the wiki page has a picture of Gurgi that’s not quite as adorable.
