7. If you use song lyrics, which artist's songs did you pull from the most?

I don't use song lyrics. When I listen to music with lyrics, I usually either relate them to my own life, listen for a message, just enjoy them as part of the music, or consider the song a story of of its own. I can't remember a time when a song has reminded me of a fictional character or ship, and I don't want to use a title for my fic that is only a loosely related mood setter (which is a totally valid approach, it's just not me). I guess I could cite some lyrics in the notes but I've never felt like it.

Plus...most of the music I listen to isn't really the type that would work in a YR context haha.

Hello! I can't wait to Epilogen, so exiteded. When do you think it's coming out and when do younthink we are getting a date and a trailer?

Hello! The articles has said it will come out this year. Season 5 and 6 came out in September and August if I remember correctly. I think we got a teaser in like July or something (for season 6) but I'm not entirely sure. And I aslo don't think we got the date immediately. @plantbasedfish @myladyofmercy @glimmeringdreams do you remember the details?

We got a teaser first and then a trailer. But also some mini teasers that played on tv with just short sequences.

I would say September-October probably. And some news in August.

The big question is if it will be divided. They said there will be two parts (10 eps total) but were also adamant it was just one season and not two. I don't think I can wait a year.

so i posted my latest desktop background a few days ago and then fish was none-too-subtly like "this could be a photoshoot for an interview" and what can i say, i tripped and opened photoshop by complete accident. it happens to the best of us.

a thousand thanks to @plantbasedfish, @the-amber-fox, and @pagegirlintraining for the help coming up with article titles for the cover and translating everything into swedish, which i don't speak and can't learn because i already have too many languages in my brain (and in duolingo). if you are swedish and notice any errors, feel free to let me know - i shall correct and repost ASAP.

* this may or may not have started as a sort of postscript to my interview fic, but in the end i decided to stick with canon (or what we have of it so far) for anyone who hasn't read that fic (...yet?).

i am CONSIDERING perhaps also putting together a "table of contents" page... but i would need someone to find me/show me an actual table of contents page from café mag so i can use it as a model. i can't seem to find a scan of one anywhere on the internet, but once again, i'm swedishly challenged, so i just may not be looking in the right places. if anyone can help me with this, you'd have my full love and devotion for the rest of forever! Wilmon and hands season 2

I love how they kept the focus on Wilmon and hands in season 2.

Even if they had a lot less really intimate scenes and much more focus on their separate development, them touching and holding hands remained a focal point in season 2.

Even in Wille's dream it's a prominent and important aspect of the intimacy they share. To touch and be touched is so important for Wille.

Top ten Wilmon kisses

This was harder than I expected because they are all so special. But I tried.

This feels like a crime, ranking the their "first" kiss last but here we are. There are just so many good ones and this one is still so perfect. It's not their first, first kiss but it feels like it's one of the most significant because they are both on the same page. They both want it, even if they are a little hesitant, it such a tender moment.

Spotify tag game: Top seven tracks on repeat

I was tagged by @sadhappylady - thank you for thinking of me! I'm starting a new thread because the previous one was getting heavy.

This isn't super accurate as I haven't been listening on Spotify in at least a month. I only really use it on longer bus or train rides.

So...a bit of Daði Freyr there, I've been a fan since he represented Iceland at the ESC in 2021. The Whole Again cover was recorded for last year's ESC and is definitely my most repeated track haha, I don't know why but it just puts me in such a good mood. Also saw Daði live last year!

Then there's some MCR of course, that makes sense. But I have no idea how Måneskin or blink-182 ended up there. They are good bands but I don't even listen to either of them that often! Also, how is there only one Kent song when I frankly listen to them on most rides?! At least it's definitely my most repeated Kent track, but I would've expected more songs by them. (Sad fact: Kent are one of my all-time favourite bands, but I never got to see them in concert! They toured quite extensively in the Nordics but I just never happened to find a suitable date...)

8. What they argue about

i think simon gets really defensive about, like, a ton of things. much like in the show, i think there are certain circumstances that wille just doesn't GET, because of how different/privileged his life has been, and simon tries to not be judgmental about it but he doesn't always manage it. also, even when wille DOES get it, he often thinks the best way to deal with it is being diplomatic, whereas simon is much more black-and-white about how these things should be dealt with, believes that there are things you can't compromise on, which puts him at odds with wille. he also gets upset with wille's habit of putting himself down or thinking he's not good enough for certain things, especially if wille closes himself off and outright refuses to do things out of fear of failure.

wille, on the other hand, feels simon pushes himself too far past his own limits, to his detriment. he doesn't mind that simon is a carer, a giver-- that's one of the things he loves about simon-- but he gets upset when simon gives so much, does so much to help other people, that the stress starts taking a toll on him, or he forgets to take care of himself, or neglects their relationship. it bothers him when simon chooses to carry everything on his own shoulders rather than leaning on him for support, especially when he doesn't tell him what's wrong or that something IS wrong. wille can also be a bit possessive, which he's working on, but also when it happens simon tends to double down on it, which only bothers him more. in fact, simon's tendency to get all sarcastic/passive-aggressive when they argue is often a point of contention.
