This is obviously a lil bit geared towards those who were alive and watching tv in the 90s, but youngins who've found their way into these shows, feel free to chime in. I was just thinking that most of us had a singular show that was OURS back then, even if we might've watched the others. Which one did you fandom the hardest / would you have fandomed the hardest?

Going to cautiously posit that if they're moving toward calling Kentucky for Beshear (incumbent Democratic governor) in a blindingly red state Trump won by 30 points, in an off-year election, about 30 minutes after polls close statewide, that is a Good Sign.

If you had the chance to move, right now, to any new city of your choice and start completely fresh in a new living space, with the prerogative to establish a new career, new social group, and new daily routine...
And say in the tags why or why not !

The salad bar, fresh fruit, and drinks are available to everyone regardless of what they're having for lunch. :)
If you’re bringing a lunch from home, please tell me about it in the tags!

Thought November was the best time to compare opinions on Christmas and Halloween. Sorry there wasn't room for indifference!

just saw this tweet over on twitter
and my academic-with-a-special-interest-in-charms-placed-in-household-liminal-spaces ass is over here like
Wreaths, bunches of flowers, charms, souvenirs of special significance, religious items, etc. On the door, beside the door, placed above the door, buried beneath the threshold... Even in your yard leading up to your house. Anything, really.
If you put something that you associate with some kind of religious/cultural/family tradition or protective significance at a point of entrance/exit to your home, my nerdy ass would love to know about it.
Is it year-round? Seasonal? Something only associated with specific events or holiday? Where did you pick this tradition up?
And yes -- please, please tell me all about it in the tags. I'm so fucking nosy.
