So, I'm playing Slay the Princess(Yes I started it because Jonny Sims. I LIKE HIS VOICE OKAY?!) and I'm simultaneously comforted by and slightly uncomfortable over how familiar it is to how it sounds in my own head. The different yet similar voices arguing with one another. Bickering about what the best course of action is or actually agreeing with each other and striking up a friendly chat. A lot of my friends believe I am likely part of a system. I myself am not entirely convinced, but I'm not completely dismissive of the idea either. But, regardless, I have people I talk to in my head who even occasionally pop in to give advice or just narrate for some reason. It's almost comforting having what it sounds like in my own head being in a relatively popular game. It makes me feel less alone. It make me feel like I have the option that, if someone asks what I mean by "different voices" talking in my head, I can tell them "Play a little through Slay the Princess. It's like that." And I won't have to struggle to find words to explain. It's nice. Kind of uncomfortable at times, but nice regardless.

I used to have some sort of DID/OSDD or maybe I was gaslighting myself into it. Idk, but like there were voices/ppl in my head and I named them and sometimes I’d be them. I also don’t remember a lot of stuff from that time and my friends would tell me about interactions I didn’t remember or did but it felt like I wasn’t in control. I might talk to the therapist about this but it confuses me.

Know this all too well. We made a shit load of vent art (sometimes still do when we feel like it, maybe we'll show some to y'all) and colors were INCREDIBLY important.

Orange Comic Sans text represented Ectha, an alter that I thought was real but genuinely can't tell anymore.

Black Arial text represented Sinergy, another alter that I don't know is real or not.

Pink Arial text represented one of our friends (which we'll call TeGee), which is the main person helping us with system problems.

Dark Purple Rage (font in jspaint) text represented.. Damien.. Just... I'll have to make a separate post about him...

Lighter purple (more blue) Inkfree (font in jspaint) text represented me, Jevvy! First thing I did when I thought I might be a separate alter was actually draw up this (kinda) silly drawing!

Obviously, I know very little about Ectha and Sinergy, and still know very little. I'm assuming stuff off of what I believe they've done.

•Hello, I am Sunlit_Chrysalis or just Chrysalis.

•I post a lot about audio drama/podcast related things and even draw a little(although I'm not very good at it).

•I go by any pronouns, but usually prefer They/It.

•The reason I say kinda is due to the fact that me and many close friends of mine suspect I may be part of an OSDD system of some sorts. So labels have a habit of changing often.

•I am also physically disabled. I have Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome(Not officially diagnosed but heavily suspected by multiple doctors and diagnostic criteria is met), Some sort of heart issues, Endometriosis, Gastroparisis, and more unfortunately. I also have diagnosed arthritis in my hands, so if I complain about them hurting while drawing, that's why lol.

My Svsss Au, where transmigrated SY is the inner disciple of Qiong Ding Peak. After being saved from the demonic cultivator, he was brought to the Sect by Yue Qingyuan when SQQ was in seclusion. He has some resemblance to SQQ and that's why he receives a little(not) more affection from Sect Leader. When SQQ came back, he was obviously not pleased with YQY taking in a replacement for him. Meanwhile, for YQY, it is more like adopting their shared kid.
