Eddie's sweetest memories of her was when she spend her mornings tending to her garden, and he would sit by her and play with mud, or catch worms and frogs in the backyard.

Or sit in her lap while she knitted and watched cartoons all day with him.

But his most favourite memory is sitting by her at the table and drawing together all their favourite cartoon characters going on silly adventures, and having to hang all his art on the wall in her studio beside her paintings.

It's a bit of an unproductive writing day for me so have a small (probably controversial) headcanon instead:

I don't think Donnie actually needs glasses (how would a mutant turtle get a prescription anyway). Donnie only started wearing them when he saw other "smart" people wear glasses like that on TV and began wearing some himself. He saw a bit of himself in some of these characters and ended up mimicking them and their behavior for a short time. After a while though, the glasses became a bit of a comfort and security item for him as a kid, which is why he kept them around for so long. Donnie later built the goggles as a proxy to them when he decided he needed something with a bit more high-tech and functional.

honestly the most life changing living advice i have ever gotten from this website is to have a manual toothbrush, an automatic toothbrush, floss, and mouthwash on your bathroom counter and you should try to use at least one at least once a day. i floss more than i brush now

Now I think it’s a bad quality to genuinely hate children but I just saw a post saying children under 15 cannot hurt you physically or emotionally and I just want to say they can. They absolutely can. I’ve seen some huge 5 year olds. 12 year olds are regularly taller than me. And kids can be mean af. I have gotten my feelings hurt by them and will continue to be hurt by them.

I like kids! But that stuff is just not true.
