if you assign the bros secret code to a thru z in order (see figure 1):

then you can decode what ford writes in the journal when he’s thinking about calling stanley (see figure 2, already decoded)

there’s a bit in the end where stanley cussed out bill. i recognized the code and Chat i wanted this word to be fuck so badly you had no idea. i would’ve been happy with a bullshit. but INSTEAD it’s SAD AND DISMAL.

I think movie buff Duke Thomas should force Jason to watch the LOTR movies and literature nerd Jason Todd should force Duke to read the books.

They should make a movie night out of it and then a weekly book club that's really just Jason periodically hacking comms during Duke's patrol so he can yell at him to finish each chapter like a deranged English teacher that follows you around at work. And then they should get into heated arguments about Tom Bombadil; and Duke should get really invested in overanalyzing all the poetry in the book trilogy; and Jason should rewatch all three movies like seven times at least so he can scribble thoughts into the margins of his paperback copies, write dissertations in his head about the effectiveness of different story changes, and cry at Sam's "But I can carry you!" without having to stop reading.

And then they should repeat all of this with The Hobbit. They're both a little psychotic about it and the rest of the family is tired.

I haven't been active in ages, but here are some snippets of the past days. Working on the CSS project (can I just say JavaFx is actually the bane of my existence), and on the Great Wave puzzle I got for Christmas.

I'm almost done with this semester, only two projects and two exams to go! Just one more push 🌻

I think it should be said this whole thing with the book is for fun.

At the end of the day, unfortunately Gravity Falls is a dead show, it’s been dead for years. It’s great that we have new content, but we have to remember at this point we’re really only to expect scraps. We aren’t owed anything as a fandom and we should not go at Alex for any reason beyond joking support. I haven’t seen anyone do that but I’m just saying. This is all for entertainment and fun.

There seems to be a major connection between TBoB and The Great Gatsby, the second being about letting go of the past so it doesn’t haunt you. The timer on the website? The negatives? The dead ends? Maybe it’s Alex’s way of saying this is the end. To let go. To move on.

just realized how funny otogi's school outfit is compared to the other boys. like honda, yugi, and jou are pretty typical and expected, bakura is a Good Proper Boy, and then there's otogi out here with what i think is a mesh shirt, a big bandana and straight up leather pants

This was the initial sketch for it by the way. His eyebrows read more clearly here. The color scheme was largely in part inspired by a mixture of the Queerplatonic flag AND the album cover/art for The Circe Saga of EPIC the Musical lol. I’m not even a part of the fandom surrounding it but the animatics people have been cooking up for the songs are so damn cool. I keep going back to them again and again AUUUUGH love when people add their creative spins on the characters featured in those <3

But hey there’s some pinks in here so maybe it can be subconsciously correlated to Valentines too? I don’t know I just like the swirly pink & yellow + purple & white (Fluttershy x Rarity palate lookin combo). Funky vibrant colors tickle my brain :3
