Daroach Headcanons based on actual mouse facts

Daroach though he hates doing it on account of it being so "barbaric and animalistic" in his words, will actually chew through wood if the situation requires it.

Daroach absolutely despise the cold weather on account that his body simply can't take it, and while yes he will withstand some cold temperatures. The lowest he can go is 19 °C and anything lower then that actually causes him to enter a state of torpor. Whenever that happens, immediately Storo (Because he can withstand colder temperatures on account of being larger) will pick him up to remove him from the cold and just hold him to help warm up Daroach until he eventually comes around again. One instance of this actually happened when Daroach first got his paws on his ice staff and ended up accidentally hitting himself with an ice beam due to not getting the hang of it just yet, which resulted in Daroach being out cold for an entire day due to just how cold his body had become.

Daroach owns one of those fancy swinging beds that he sleeps in because he finds the gentle rocking motion to be quite relaxing and helps him to nod off faster and helps with his insomnia due to his usual nocturnal behaviors. (Also headcanon that Daroach has a bit of insomnia because come on, he literally stole a pillow just so that he could sleep better at night)

Daroach on some occasions will let his mice like tendencies take hold on some certain days, however this usually just amounts to him boggling his eyes more, bruxing his teeth, making little nests out of blankets and pillows where he will then take up the Squeakers and chill with them inside his makeshift den.

Daroach hates a lot of strong smells due to having quite the sensitive nose, the following smells include Peppermint, Citronella, Ammonia, Catnip and Cinnamon. However it's not to the point that he will run away from whatever causes the scent, just kindly ask that the scented item to be removed or at the very least covered up with something to block the smell.

If anyone would like to engage in an in-depth and immersive five nights at freddys roleplay i recommend waking up still-stoned and consuming a large cold brew on a mostly empty stomach (stomach containing wellbutrin and a blueberry muffin). Then go into your university library's stacks alone (the deepest and most inconveniently inescapable area, ideally with the most evil-looking books) and sit with your back to a corridor and try to avoid the footsteps and creaking noises and weird timing of the motion-sensitive lights.
