A character who has been sidelined since s2 for the very purpose of bringing him back at the forefront full speed in the final season. This scene also had one of his most iconic queer coded moments with the rainbow-ship, which is directly connected to his birthday mention. If they’re preparing a big arc for s5 that is related to him going through all these hardships with his sexuality, leading to an inevitable happy ending, they rewatched that scene religiously, point blank period!

in that same scene, Louis brings presents for the twins: "paper dolls for your girls" since it is their birthday. but no one - not Mama du Lac, not Levi, not Louis, not Grace - mention that baby boy again, nor is he seen with his sisters.

the only reason Grace is cordial with Louis at their mother's funeral is because a) she's southern and it's their mother's funeral and b) she wants to buy the house from him.

idk if Louis is in denial or Armand did some mind-magic to free him from the guilt, but he ate that baby.

well it depends how long "a while" is.. there hasn't been a new content update in almost a year now (last one was last november iirc 💀) it took me a good chunk of time to import the game over into twine and all of the updates this year were either importing or me making various edits and code fixes throughout the game, and then i took about a 3 month break over the summer.

The Acorn Fairy is the Princess of the Autumn Court, though despite this she's not always one for fancy dress and often prefers a daring adventure to a party. Her companion is an Electric Sprite! Sprites are smaller than plant Fae, but they are born from magical element events, this Sprite in particular was born after lightning struck an Acorn in mid-air, turning the acorn into a gemstone and housing the Sprite. The two get along incredibly well, and are rarely apart. During Winter the Sprite often hibernates to save energy - when she hears Acorn she'll know Spring has returned.

The Sea Holly Fairy rivals Sycamore on genius, both create a lot of the technology used by most Fae, for instance Sea Holly created the prosthetics that Wheat uses. Due to their claw-less hands, they have a little trouble climbing without gear, but they are an efficient swimmer.

The Dragon-Fruit Fairy is bigger than most Fae, and as result can often offer flightless Fae a ride! They're friendly, but a fierce fighter - they cannot spit fire like their dragon-counterparts, but instead can spit seeds like bullets. They're a fierce protector, often accompanying any Fae venturing outside into the Mortal Realm to ensure they all safely return.

Wheat and Iris Fae are an unlikely pair, Iris being a high ranking Summer Court Fae and Wheat being rather low in the Autumn Court. Originally Iris overlooked Wheat due to bias, but their tenacity and clear skill in fighting caught his attention. He offered to train her in an act of haughty confidence, but after realising she was giving him a run for his money forced him to readdress his mindset. He still refuses to admit he enjoys her company, but she can read him better than he thinks. Wheat's used to being underestimated - most think she's just a type of grass not realising her grains are used in most of their baked goods, but she prefers to remain humble about it. She doesn't care too much about appearances, she's good friends with the Princess after all.
