💖 MAKE YOUR DREAMS NORMAL - 7 WEEKS UNTIL 2025 [GLOW UP SERIES] 💖
So you’ve tried to change your life a million and one times, but still you fuck up time and time again, still not learning those same lessons. Part of you feels like what’s the point? Another affirmation, ANOTHER meditation. But the other part...the bigger part of you desperately wants this dream life that’s so clear in your mind. You see it, you feel it. So why is it so difficult? Why can everyone else have something they desire with so much ease, yet when it comes to you, its like there’s a wall between you and what's in your heart?
And this is because you’ve turned your dreams, your vision, into something that is out of reach, it’s on a pedestal above you, and not accessible. You’ve become desperate and needy for your desires, when they actually need to feel normal for you.
It needs to feel normal for you to be debt free and in actual abundance. It needs to feel normal for you to look in the mirror and feel like you are the most beautiful and radiant person you’ve ever laid eyes on. It needs to feel normal for you to have that once in a lifetime love, normal for to be spending your days building your business that makes your heart burst, normal to live in that ocean view mansion thats been on your Pinterest board since forever...Your dreams need to feel normal.
So how do you normalise what is currently not normal? How do you normalise feeling like a CEO of your dream business when you work a job you hate? How do you normalise being married when you are single and live alone? How do you normalise feeling in top health when you have pains in your body? How do you normalise abundance when you are broke and stressed?
You start practising the feeling. You’ve heard this a million times, but your mind doesn’t know the difference between reality and imagination. So as you practise normalising the feelings of your desires. You’re training your body and mind what it feels like to have your dreams before the events have happened. I can testify this works. When I lived in London in my shoebox apartment I would visualise daily my balcony and waking up to the ocean, I would visualise morning walks with my dog on the beach.. was I surprised when this become my reality in January, no? I had already primed my mind for my future. And this is what you need to do to move forward, but to accelerate this process these are the steps

NOVEMBER 21 DAY CHALLENGE:
1] DAILY MEDITATION. I recommend Dr Joe Dispenza mediation each day for the rest of this month. These are POWERFUL & TRANSFORMATIONAL. To learn more about his approach I recommend reading ‘You are the Placebo’ and ‘Becoming Supernatural’.
2] REPROGRAM SUBCONSCIOUS DAILY. Go on a rampage, speak life into yourself each day and record it on your phone (this needs to be replayed as often as possible daily). You are making a bold statement to your subconscious mind ‘It’s normal for me to live in the home of my dreams, it feels so natural to wake up to the ocean, I love this life, I love how good it feels to be here, I love the sound of the waves each morning, it makes me feel so at peace’ etc etc you go into DETAIL. ~You get into the feeling. You record yourself and you play it back, this is the reprogram.
3] Act as if
the 1% method. This is your daily challenge to get into the feeling with action just 1%. Depending on your dreams and goals each day you take action that will put you into the feeling of already having your dream. For example, you go window shopping, PRETENDING to be the woman of your dreams, you try on clothes, you try on lingerie, you go get a coffee in the neighbourhood you wish to live in, you set your alarm at 5am one day because you are getting into CEO energy. You get the picture. Do one thing, just one thing per day, even if its something small, you get yourself into the energy of your desire, this is how you normalise it.
These three steps are GUARANTEED to create some ripples in your energy field. Your vibration will change, you will start feeling and seeing shifts over this next month. Stay committed. Stay receptive. Your dreams are possible, once you take action on normalising.

Love Sea | Fortpeat: Behind the Scenes
I have been fairly behind on the Love Sea updates, so it's great to see all the on the set clips surfacing since they officially started filming.
Mahasamut clearly gets considerably beaten up at some point (due to an accident or fight I wonder?) You can see Fort's wrist/hand in bandages and the various stages of bruising along his jaw and cheek. (I'll take any form of whump guys. Gimme.)
Tongrak with all his suave, jazzy shirts. Mahasamut's dressed down floofiness gives full golden retriever energy. I feel like Tongrak is going to serve us intimidation. Piercing gazes and side-eye, which I am so here for.
Them. On a bed. In bed. Sharing a bed. In bed together. Based on the very little characterisation we know about these two so far, something tells me the love scenes are going to be STEAMY.

"Researchers at the National Cancer Research Centre in Spain (CNIO) have discovered a mechanism that is triggered just minutes after acute liver damage occurs—and it could lead to treatments for those with severe liver problems.
The avenues for future treatments of liver damage include a diet enriched with the amino acid glutamate.
“Glutamate supplementation can promote liver regeneration and benefit patients in recovery following hepatectomy or awaiting a transplant,” wrote the authors in a paper published in ‘Nature’.
The liver is a vital organ, crucial to digestion, metabolism, and the elimination of toxins. It has a unique ability to regenerate, which allows it to replace liver cells damaged by the very toxins that these cells eliminate.
However, the liver stops regenerating in cases of diseases that involve chronic liver damage–such as cirrhosis—and such diseases are becoming increasingly prevalent, associated with poor dietary habits or alcohol consumption. So activating liver regeneration is key to treating the disease.
Learning to activate liver regeneration is therefore a priority today, to benefit patients with liver damage and also those who’ve had part of their liver cut out to remove a tumor.
The research has discovered in animal models this previously unknown mechanism of liver regeneration. It is a process that is triggered very quickly, just a few minutes after acute liver damage occurs, with the amino acid glutamate playing a key role.
“Our results describe a fundamental and universal mechanism that allows the liver to regenerate after acute damage,” explained Nabil Djouder, head of the CNIO Growth Factors, Nutrients and Cancer Group and senior author of the study.
A “complex and ingenious” perspective on liver regeneration
Liver regeneration was known to occur through the proliferation of liver cells, known as hepatocytes. However, the molecular mechanisms involved were not fully understood. This current discovery is very novel, as it describes communication between two different organs, the liver and bone marrow, involving the immune system, according to a CINO news release.
The results show that liver and bone marrow are interconnected by glutamate. After acute liver damage, liver cells, called hepatocytes, produce glutamate and send it into the bloodstream; through the blood, glutamate reaches the bone marrow, inside the bones, where it activates monocytes, a type of immune system cell. Monocytes then travel to the liver and along the way become macrophages – also immune cells. The presence of glutamate reprograms the metabolism of macrophages, and these consequently begin to secrete a growth factor that leads to an increase in hepatocyte production.
In other words, a rapid chain of events allows glutamate to trigger liver regeneration in just minutes, through changes in the macrophage metabolism. It is, says Djouder, “a new, complex and ingenious perspective on how the liver stimulates its own regeneration.”
The research also clarifies a previously unanswered question: how the various areas of the liver are coordinated during regeneration. In the liver, there are different types of hepatocytes, organized in different areas; the hepatocytes in each area perform specific metabolic functions. The study reveals that hepatocytes producing a protein known as glutamine synthetase, which regulates glutamate levels, play a key role in regeneration.
According to the CNIO group, when glutamine synthetase is inhibited, there is more glutamate in circulation, which accelerates liver regeneration. This is what happens when the liver suffers acute damage: glutamine synthase activity decreases, blood glutamate increases, and from there, the connection with the bone marrow is established, reprogramming macrophages and stimulating hepatocyte proliferation.
Possible therapeutic applications
The experiments have been carried out in mice, but the results have been tested with bioinformatics tools, using databases of mouse and human hepatocytes.
According to Djouder, “dietary glutamate supplementation may simply be recommended in the future after liver extirpation, and also to reduce liver damage caused by cirrhosis.”
The first author of the paper, CNIO researcher MarĂa del Mar Rigual also wants future research to explore using glutamate supplements in humans who have undergone liver resection for tumor removal."

The Argue method
Tumblr media
Do you ever feel like you have doubts? They're taking over your mind, and you can't get rid of them. But let me tell you something: There's no need to 'reprogramm your mind'. All you need to do is use things such as doubts and fears to your advantage.
This is a new method I created. The argue method is just about convincing your mind. Let your brain have doubts. Let it think about whatever it wants. But you, the god, the creator, a master shifter, convince it to think otherwise. Your brain [subconscious] doesn't have eyes. You insist that you are in your DR. This is a very simple method. It doesn't require much and in my opinion is also quite fun. But as always, it isn't guaranteed that you will shift. A method doesn't make you shift.
Tumblr media
Step one: Do what you always do before you shift. Whatever it is, relax and calm yourself down. Count to 100, affirm: whatever. It doesn't matter. And if you're confident enough, just skip this step.
Step two: Start to let your brain talk to you. Just let it speak. Surely, it will say "You're not in your DR." Just let it talk. Whatever it has to say. But as I said, your brain does not have eyes. It can talk as much as it wants. But YOU need to be the person to convince it otherwise.
Step three: Now it's your time to shine. Start to argue with your brain. Tell it, "No, I am already in my DR." Surely, your brain will say: "No, you aren't. You're literally still here!" Continue to do this as long as you need to. Tell it that it's stupid, silly. Because you are already there. You already shifted. Your mind can't tell you that you didn't. But you can. You, pure consciousness/awareness.
Tumblr media
This method is inspired by @ilovecatfr 's post! Give her credits for everything, this isn't 'fully' made by myself <3

THE GOLDEN UPGRADE Chapter 4: The Field Test Deployment unit: active.
PDU-412 stood motionless at the edge of the turf, black rubber suit glistening under the artificial lights. His visor flickered faintly with golden data streams as his internal systems synced with the Hive grid. Sensors locked onto his objective.
Tumblr media
Ahead: a private sports complex. Inside, the latest batch of Golden Bros, high-performing recruits, cocky, resistant, still clinging to identity. Still playful.
One in particular: Bro Lukas. Fast, strong, loud. Still untagged. Still free.
But not for long.
Inside the dome, Lukas kicked the glowing soccer ball across the turf. It felt strange, too smooth. It shimmered even when it wasn’t in motion.
The others avoided it. He didn’t care. He was “too strong to be hypnotized.”
But the TechBall was no ordinary ball.
Tumblr media
Threaded with micro-signal emitters, it sent out low-frequency golden waves, encoded with Hive mantras. The more it was touched, the more it bonded. The more it spun, the deeper it worked.
PDU-412 activated Protocol Echo. From across the field, he stepped forward, each footfall echoed in Lukas’ mind. The rubber-clad drone emitted a frequency of his own. It synced with the ball.
The glow intensified.
Lukas blinked. His muscles slowed. Sweat trickled down his chest, shining in the light. His breath caught. The ball rolled to his feet. And stopped.
“Join the rhythm,” a voice hummed in his skull. “Let go. No resistance. No thought. Just play. Just obey.”
Tumblr media
He kicked again. Slower. Then stumbled. Then fell, onto his knees.
The chanting began. Not his voice. Not PDU-412’s. But a chorus inside his head:
“Obey. Obey. Obey.” “Golden glory. Hive unity. You are ready.”
The field lights dimmed.
Then golden threads slithered across his arms, liquid fabric forming new kit. Tight shorts. Shiny cleats. Gleaming jersey with a single gold spiral over the heart.
TechWear 9.4: AutoFit Gear. Responsive. Reprogrammable. Irreversible.
His eyes glazed. His smile grew. He chanted now. Louder. Joyful.
He wasn’t playing anymore. He was learning.
Tumblr media
PDU-412 logged the success. Lukas was no longer a Bro.
He was a receiver.
The field wasn’t for competition. It was for assimilation.
Conversion efficiency: 97% New Candidate: Lukas – Status: Golden Bro (Type-B Receiver) Final broadcast sequence pending
 @goldenherc9 @brodygold
Previous: Chapter 3: The Upgrade Pod Next: Chapter 5: The System Expands
They play. We program. They sweat. We signal. The game is a lie. The goal is submission.
Reblog to expand the system.

watching a video of someone playing an older game (not even THAT old) and constantly having to hear them go 'omg can you imagine how much more pretty and good this would be if it ran at 60+ fps with highest end graphics of the current modern games and in 4k???' over and over while also commenting on some graphics looking slightly muddy and how ugly and shitty 30 fps is
and i just cant help but get incredibly annoyed at that, cant you just appreciate the game for what it is?? the constant focus on smoother everything and graphics so detailed it looks faker than the real world is such a limited view on games- more polygons and higher res textures doesnt equal better ffs
i, and i might out myself with an unpoluar opinion here, but remakes are in my opinion often rather unecessary, just rerelease the old game, just make it avaible for people, officially, you dont have to reprogramm the entire thing!! maybe upscale it a little so it doesnt get stretched into a blurry mess if possible but even that i will work with no problem!! there are cases where its pretty much an entirely different game (FF7?) and i get seeing one of your fav old games get some new paint can be really cool, not arguing against that- what i dont like is that those remakes replace the original as that isnt made avaible, only the new version- like i wish i could play windwaker on my switch, but i cant stand the "HD" remake of it and i know if it ever were to get ported it will only be that version like the original doesnt exist anymore and my earlier point that many people consider more fps, more polygons, more resolution as automatically better
i dont need games to be running at 60+ fps, 30 is enough, sure id like it to run smoothly on that without huge drops, but when its stable 30, why would i need more? more often than not i prefer simplified graphics bc they often focus on the most important parts of what they are trying to achieve or work with an interesting style to compensate and i LOVE THAT, also id like to not have to download 100+ GB even when i would turn it on its lowest settings anyway, save me the space- and that is if i even got hardware that can run it at all, my computer struggles with slime rancher and i dont have the funds to buy the newest consoles nor computers
im not against remakes per se, but the fact that the old will more often than not disappear entirely and remain unavaible forever and that higher end graphics are automatically seen as better drives me nuts

On Catastrophic Failures
After working through a silly design mistake and then having to reverse engineer my own project to make up for my own bad habits, my 68030 homebrew computer was running great. Better than ever, in fact — I finally had it running stable at 50MHz. It was absolutely flying.
The only thing keeping the machine from running faster was my 8-port serial card, which really needed another wait state to surpass the 50MHz mark. Luckily, I had designed the board with this need in mind and had included a jumper to select between 0 to 3 wait states. Unfortunately I had missed a single exclamation point in the logic equations for that wait state generator and so the signals were inverted. Not to worry — it's reprogrammable. I just need to add the missing mark, recompile, and re-burn the chip.
And that's when everything went wrong.
All I did was swap out the logic chip for the serial card, why won't the computer boot anymore? I haven't even changed the jumper setting yet. Swapping that chip shouldn't have affected anything else.
... It's not booting even with the serial card disconnected.
Out comes the oscilloscope. Reset is good, but nothing else is moving. All the bus signals are holding steady instead of doing their jobs.
Lower the clock speed; still nothing. Double-, triple-check power supply and bus connections; still nothing. Check the clock pin on the CPU ... nothing.
There's no clock signal on the CPU, so it can't do anything.
A quirk of this design, coming from my limited knowledge when I first started building it, is that the bus control CPLD drives the CPU clock, not the oscillator directly (the original intent was to divide the bus clock for the CPU — something that was more common in the 8-bit era). If there is no CPU clock something must be wrong with the CPLD.
That CPLD seems awfully warm.
I pulled the CPLD and dropped it in my programmer. ATMISP reported that the chip was not blank. That meant it was at least responding to some JTAG queries. I tried erasing the chip and it reported success. I tried reflashing my bus controller configuration. It failed verification every time. Nothing left to do but pull it and try another chip.
That's when I noticed not only was it getting quite hot, but it was drawing enough current that the LED on my programming adapter wasn't even lit. Something in that chip had shorted and was causing excessive current draw. Luckily I have some spares. New chip burns without any problems. Drop in into the main board and success — we have clock and bus signals!
But it's still not booting.
Out comes the oscilloscope again. Address strobes are working as expected. Cycle termination is happening as expected. ROM read & enable strobes are working as expected. RAM and the on-board serial port are never getting selected.
Time for the logic analyzer. After working through bus signals 16 at a time, I finally got to the point where I was watching enough of the address bus to see what it was loading.

The CPU was stuck in an odd loop. It would load the initial stack pointer & reset vector as normal, then start fetching & executing instructions. But before it had even finished fetching the second instruction, it would go back to loading the reset vector, then start again with fetching & executing instructions. Then it would go back to the beginning with loading the initial stack pointer & reset vector, and just continue on in this fashion endlessly.
There is nothing I'm aware of in the documentation that describes this behavior. It is possible to halt the CPU on startup by trying to use a misaligned stack pointer or reset vector, but it's not indicating a halt.
Thoroughly stumped, I turned to Discord for help. One user, [arminius97] had encountered something similar with the 68020 that ultimately required replacing the CPU. Another user well-versed in the 68030, [transistorfet], helped me walk through possibilities, and ultimately we came to the conclusion that something is very wrong with this CPU.
So something burned up my CPLD and my CPU.
I have one other 68030 CPU — a full-featured ceramic-package chip rated for 25MHz (it was my plastic-package 40MHz 68EC030 that failed). Time to swap chips around and see what happens.
A memory error.
It was running code! But it was also consistently reporting a memory error on startup at address 0x00000084. Always the same location, always the same bad byte. So I swapped around SRAM chips. The error followed. I have a bad memory chip.
So that's a CPLD, a CPU, and an SRAM chip that all failed at the same time.
This is quite a setback, especially because it had been running better than ever before. I don't even have any spare 4mbit SRAM chips I can test with. Repairs will be expensive.
Perhaps this is a good time to spring for some 15ns or faster SRAM and run with no wait states for main memory. Or perhaps I could finally finish building & testing the 72-pin SIMM board I assembled for this machine years ago.
I plan on exhibiting this build running the multi-user BASIC setup this June at VCFSW, so I do have a bit of a ticking clock to get it up and running again. I'm sure I'll figure something out.
