Any crossover ideas for Penny?

I could see placing Ophelia (my Spider-Man universe OC) in the Fallout universe as a sort of black market tech dealer. She'd be the type to fix up Pip-Boys and other tech under-the-radar - used to be a vault dweller? Who fucking cares, as long as you pay well. Ghoul with stolen tech? Ah, what's not stolen these days? Super mutant? Look, she can't say she's seen weirder, but she's definitely seen weird, and it pays the bills.

Anyway, Penny runs into her outpost and has her fix up some tech, and... notices that Ophelia herself isn't really fit to survive the wasteland on her own. Her left leg is all torn up, she's got it braced the best she can with the scraps she has but she's still limping and leaning on her worktable just to stay upright. If it wasn't for her work keeping the caps and trades coming, she'd probably already be dead.

But hey... with her brain, Fawkes' brawn, and Penny's devotion and ingenuity, maybe they can team up and survive together...

(sorry if this isn't great, I don't know much about the Fallout games lol. I started playing New Vegas but only just got past the tutorial and I need to get back into it, I don't know much about the other games)
