Dainty
ruikasa comparing hand sizes fic
"Wow Tsukasa-kun, you have such dainty hands."
Tsukasa bristled, bunching his shoulders up. "If you're making fun of me-"
"No nothing like that at all, I promise. I was just thinking about how different ours were."
There's eight centimetres height difference between Tsukasa and himself. Rui takes notice.

Wonderlands x Showtime was sitting on the stage in their practice clothes, doing a readout of their latest script. Rui was supposed to be paying attention, but he was admittedly a little distracted.
He couldn't help noticing that even though they were sitting on the floor, Tsukasa was still a good deal shorter than him.
His round face and large eyes made him look younger than all the other boys in their year, even though he was one of the oldest.
His script, he noticed, was folded over and held in one hand like he was a middle aged professor with a paperback. It was endlessly endearing. His eyes traced his hand, and a thought struck him.
"Wow Tsukasa-kun, you have such dainty hands."
Tsukasa bristled, bunching his shoulders up. "If you're making fun of me-"
"No nothing like that at all, I promise." Rui held out his own hand, like he was waiting for a high five. Something in Tsukasa's chest warmed seeing the bracelet Emu had made for him on his wrist. "I was just thinking about how different ours were."
On instinct, Tsukasa held his hand up to Rui's. He let out a surprised squeak.
"Wow..." he pressed the bottom of his palm against Rui's, lining his fingers up against his. Rui was right, his hands were rough and calloused from long nights holding wrenches and screwdrivers. His wrist and knuckles were a bit knobbly, but the biggest difference was-
"Your hands are so big!" He probably shouldn't be surprised, with how Rui was easily the tallest person he knew, but he couldn't help but stare. His palm was slightly wider, but both it and his fingers were so much longer than his own. So long he could probably curl his fingers over Tsukasa's.
Rui must've read his mind, because he gave a small giggle before doing exactly that.
Tsukasa sucked in a breath.
"You can really tell yours are pianist's hands Tsukasa-kun. They're so soft." Tsukasa stopped breathing. "They're so small and dainty, it's cute."
Tsukasa pulled his hand away as if he was burned. "We should get back to the script reading."
"Ha, of course." he smiled at him.
As Tsukasa leant over the script in his lap to find his spot, Rui spotted Nene looking straight at him over Tsukasa's shoulders. She raised an eyebrow at him. He chuckled quietly, he really couldn't help himself.

I WOULD BE VERY INTRESTED IN YOUR LILY RUIKASA AU!!!
Tumblr media
I'm sorry for the delay but this is going to be so long that I wanted to have a proper time to answer properly and perhaps, expand it more than I originally intended!
Tsukasa is a prince in this story and he is forced to marry someone from the next kingdom to get a peaceful truce and end war between them. Of course, he doesn't want to get married with someone he doesn't love but he doesn't have another choice but to give in, for the sake of his family and his beloved kingdom. He has never been in love before and has never for any meaningful relationships besides his childhood friends from the same royalty, often mistook his parent's praises as a form of love when he was only being prepared for when he will finally take the king title.
His perspective about the world changes after he meets Rui by chance, he takes the courage to leave his well builded perfect life and live his own life and no someone's crafted for him to live on.
Rui in the other hand is a wanderer musician that has lived his life the way he always wanted; he has always considered himself a free bird that flew away where the flow leads him to. He lost his parents when he was a teenager and now, and even so, seeing through the worst, he has become in a very gentle soul with time.
his only dream is to be able to performe in front of everyone around the world and bring endless smiles with his music, ceasing the pain and sadness some might feel, the same way he felt when he lost what he considered most precious to him. When he met Tsukasa he felt he needed that too, someone who would be willing to tell him the true about how to live his own life and not feel pity for him about it.
They immediately connect, as if they were meant to be. I think I got a bit overboard with this but I'll leave a small introduction of the au because I'm really so obsessed with them lmao.
Tumblr media
The story happens in the medieval era, most likely it revolves around a war between two kingdoms, Shirogane and Kurogane kingdoms respectively. They have been in a very heated dispute over the resources of their lands and military territory; these aren't the only kingdoms to exist but I'll expand on that in another post.
After numerous tries of reaching to a solution for their political issues, they decideed to sign a peace truce between kingdoms by celebrating a marriage between their royalty families to put an end to this endless discourse between them, of course this isn't going to be easy and in the end it won't end up well at all but that isn't the issue at hand for now.
Tsukasa is presented in the story to be the eldest son of the Shirogane kingdom's royalty and the next to become the next king on their land. Of course, the blonde, as much as he loves his family and his kingdom, deep inside he doesn't want to become in the next king and wishes to have a normal life but he has lived all his life to be the perfect son and perfect older brother. He spent his all life fulfilling his parents wishing and taking care of his younger ill sister that he loved very much.
As he grown into a fine young man, he kept filling up that perfect role of the elder son and the day where his fate will be tied to that empty perfect life has arrived, he is asked to assist to a royal ball to meet his future wife that was carefully selected to be his companion for the rest of his life. Tsukasa doesn't like the idea to meet someone he doesn't even know at all and marry them out of love, he always dreamed to find the right person he will fall in love and share their live together; this wasn't nothing he dreamed of and the slight idea made him feel sick but he kept playing his role only to fulfill his parents wishes because he always put others first before his own needs, it's what he was taught to do his whole life.
His father mentioned that they picked someone very uncommon but far talented for the ball to perfomance a violin solo for their entretainment. The only thing Tsukasa was told about this person was that he was a wanderer musician that traveled around the world to performance solo shows with his music and he was very good at it; making his own reputation reach the Shirogane Kingdom for them to pick interest on his perfomance.
Curious, Tsukasa waited for the night to come and to finally see with his own eyes, what this wanderer musician was capable of doing. And it happened right in front of his eyes, while he was sitting next to his father at the throne room; the young man dressed in black with a very peculiar hat with black lilies, presented himself in front of the king by the name of Kamishiro Rui, Tsukasa silently watched him adressing himself in front of the crowd and, once he was sure everyone was attentively watching him, he started to play one of his favorite songs.
Everyone was in awe with the musician, the melody was so beautiful that everyone stopped doing what they were doing just to listen to him. The prince was amazed by the music but not only that, he was also amazed by the way how he moved around as he played that melody, his eyes focused on his dear instrument; as if he wasn't really present there. Once the perfomance ended, everyone clapped loudly, cheered for the marvelous show the young musician pull off and Rui could only make a gesture, bowing his head in front of the king who was very pleased.
Tsukasa was speechless and after everything went back to normal, he wanted to have a chat with the newcommer musician but his father didn't let him, making him meet with who he was going to marry in the following weeks at most. The ball ended after that, Tsukasa felt sad that he didn't have the opportunity to even approach the musician to talk about his show and maybe know more about him; the only thing he knew about him was that he was going to stand a few days and then leave to the next town. The young prince had the bad habit to stay up till very late because he sometimes liked to stare at the stars from his balcony and make a wish, wishes that he knew that wouldn't make true if he didn't do anything about it, but still, he wanted to dream about going outside and find something for himself.
When he suddenly heard a distant melody, a melody he heard before. Curiosity took the best of him and he decided to sneak outside the palace towards where the source of the sound came from. He followed the melody til the huge royal garden that wasn't too far away from where his room was, which was casually at the back of the palace.
That's when he found Rui playing the violin alone in the middle of the night and that's when their story truly begins.

hi guys I’m in a horrible bad mood and I cried for four hours with Tsukasa plush over a fanfic
And then I looked at him and thought “he’s the only one who can comfort me”
And then I got an idea! So here’s a small little thing I wrote:3
Polyshow thingy thing (also me projecting on tsukasa hi guys) (Tsukasa angst and also comfort)
Tumblr media
And there he sat, a boy with blonde, strawberry hair. With tears flowing down, in a corner behind the dear place of happiness. Phoenix wonderland, the wonder stage, these places should make him happy. And they do. They do, they really do. So why, why was the star, Tenma Tsukasa, crying like a child? And even worse, crying when he was supposed to be practicing. Tenma Tsukasa, the world future star, born to make people smile, to shine so bright. He wasn’t doing any of that. All he could think was, ‘ stop crying, stop crying, stop crying, you have work to do, get up and practice, and stop crying. ‘ yet, he couldn’t. No matter how hard, he’d continue, and continue, and continue.“ Tsukasa-kun? “ He heard, with a male peaking behind the curtain. His purple haired director. Tsukasa attempted to get himself to stand up, but he couldn’t. There was nothing, nothing he could do. It was the end of the star, Tenma Tsukasa.
“…eh? Tsukasa-kun?! Are you okay?” Rui asked, with such worry that Tsukasa had never heard before. He didn’t give an answer. “..Emu-kun, Nene-chan, come here. It’s important.” Tsukasa hears Rui say, and he panics. No, he doesn’t want this! He tries to speak, but nothing comes out. His eyes meet Rui’s, and he silently pleads. But it’s too late. Emu and Nene walk backstage, and Rui goes after them. Tsukasa wasn’t very hidden, so the two girls spotted him almost immediately. This was horrible. His troupe, his best friends, and his partners, saw him crying like a child that didn’t want to go home. Humiliating. He looks at them, pupils dilated. his cheeks were stained with tears, and he watched the three as the stared at him. Rui stood straight up, looking in slight shock. Nene was neutral, but worried. And Emu.. Emu had the most unfamiliar expression of all. She wasn’t smiling at all. Instead, she ran over to Tsukasa, looking as if she was going to cry. She hastily sat down on the floor and jumped into hugging Tsukasa. Tsukasa was shocked, his dilated pupils darting from her to the other two. He felt as if he would start crying again, and he did just that. Rui and Nene approached slower, both sharing a silent conversation. They had dealt with this more often with each other. Rui and Nene knelt next to the boy. Rui put his hand on the blonde hair of his boyfriend, stroking his hair and putting their foreheads together. He let out a few “shhs” while Nene patted his back.
A few minutes, and his sobbing faltered. He looked at the three, whom were backing away and sitting on the floor next to him. Rui was the first to speak. “Tsukasa-kun, mind telling us what happened?” he asked, his hand on the blonde’s shoulder. Tsukasa sniffled a little, and took a breath. “…today hasn’t been a good day.” Is all he said. “How so?” Rui asked another question. He looked at Rui, who nodded, and then the other two. The other two nodded, Nene smiled calmly yet slightly upset at him, while Emu had a solemn, sad smile on her face. “It started with my parents. They had gotten mad at Saki, since she had accidentally dropped a plate.. dad was yelling at her, and I saw her crying on the couch. Mum hadn’t done anything, but she hadn’t interfered either, and that’s when I did. It was back and fourth arguing between me and my dad, but it ended when he said I was useless, that I’d never get anywhere in life.. and it hurt, more than it should’ve. Saki and I left really quickly.” He spoke. Rui, Nene, and Emu all had shocked expressions. “What else is there, Tsukasa-kun?” Rui questioned, doubting that was the only reason. Tsukasa sighed and continued.
“It’s pointless. Got a low grade on my test, a few classmates made fun of me for it. That’s it.” The three looked as if they either wanted to hurt someone or that they were shocked at everything. Rui tightened the grip on Tsukasa’s shoulder. “Tsukasa-kun. If you’re ever going through anything, tell us. Stop keeping things from us.” Rui spoke, with Nene and Emu nodding in agreement. “It’s going to be okay, Tsukasa.” Nene spoke, patting his back. Emu hugged Tsukasa once more. “Tsukasa-kun! We care about you a lot, so please talk to us!” Emu said in a pleading tone. Tsukasa nodded. “..okay. I’m sorry, everyone. My crying just served as a burden to you all. “No!” The three said in union. “You can cry if you want, Tsukasa. Sometimes, you just need to. It’s healthy.” Nene said, and for a second Tsukasa didn’t recognize her. He nodded, and smiled back, with cheeks stained with tear drops. He stood up, and took a breath. “Alright. I feel better. Thank you, everyone. I love you guys.” Tsukasa smiled a toothy grin. Rui chuckled, Emu giggled, and Nene smiled. “We love you too!” They said in union, once more. He kind of felt like this was planned.. “Now! We have a show to practice!” Tsukasa said, pointing his finger at the curtain. The three nodded, and the four walk to the curtain, at a sort of peace.

OK HI. This is quite a long post but if you read I love you with my heart <3
This was mostly to make me feel better, so it’s not good at all. I’m sorry that ran a little long..
If you’re ever upset, remember that there are people who love you. You are loved, by me, by your friends, by your family.

sorry i have the absolute worst brain worms imaginable right now. first ruikasa fic, let's go.
like my last and only other fic, this one is set in my supercyber AU- a project sekai cyberpunk x supernatural (genre) dystopian world. characters are aged up in this AU, which really doesn't have much to do with the fic itself other than the fact that rui has an apartment.
as for a summary... vampire!tsukasa does his vampire things (blood sucking) and rui nearly passes out. enjoy <3
(content warnings: blood, vampire shenanigans, making out, a little bit of hurt/comfort)
FANDOM: Project Sekai: Colorful Stage
CHARACTERS: Rui Kamishiro, Tsukasa Tenma
WORD COUNT: 2,941
The morning when Tsukasa got back, Rui knew something was off. He didn’t go off on some long tangent about how something crazy happened like he did on occasion when he wasn’t feeling at his best. He just entered the apartment, grumbled a greeting to the alchemist who had been working on a new project on the kitchen floor, and trudged off to the bathroom. The sight Rui got of him was covered in dark, maroon blood. This wasn’t particularly surprising, he had gotten quite used to the pungent odor of rogue blood. Even so, his lack of enthusiasm was worrying.
Rui decided that he was going to talk to him whenever he got out of the shower. He put a pause on his project, putting the pieces into a box that would be safe, out of harm’s way. He pushed the box to the side of the kitchen and stood up, pulling the goggles off of his head. Living with Tsukasa had turned him into a night owl of sorts. He would spend all night working on new inventions while the vampire was out, and when Tsukasa would return, he would spend the morning with him, before the two slept the afternoon away. He figured it was a dangerous cycle, as a human never really having time to see the sunlight, but he was happy to just be with Tsukasa. He was the only light Rui needed.
After a bit of waiting around, Tsukasa finally stepped out of the bathroom. His long hair was still damp, and he had changed into one of Rui’s old t-shirts. The alchemist noticed that his eyes seemed darker than usual.
“Tsukasa-kun!” He dashed over to greet him, hoping that the shower had refreshed him. “How was your night?” Rui gave him a smile, stopping just a few paces in front of the vampire.
Tsukasa grunted in response, looking past him. “It was fine, nothing really to talk about.”
This was wholly unusual. Rui knew that he loved to talk. Something was definitely wrong.
“Hey, are you feeling alright?” he asked, turning his head and giving Tsukasa a once-over. He didn’t seem to have any obvious, life-threatening wounds.
“I said I’m fine. I just want to go to bed.” He was given such a curt response. Though his words were believable, the tone of his voice said otherwise. Not wanting to just stand there longer than he had to, Tsukasa pushed past Rui, headed toward the apartment bedroom.
A hand gripped onto his wrist stopped him.
He whipped back around, a wild look in his eyes, and his fangs bared. The image shocked Rui- never had Tsukasa snapped at him like that before. “Let. Go of me.” He felt the tendon in his wrist shift as he flexed his claws. Rui’s stomach churned, a nervous feeling welling up inside of him. Even so, he refused to release the hold on him.
“Tsukasa, let me help you. Talk to me.”
His scarlet eyes bore deep into Rui. The vampire swallowed thickly, a small bead of saliva escaping his lips. The crazy look he had turned to one of desperation, and his eyebrows furrowed.
Tsukasa let out a shaky breath. “Do you trust me?”
What kind of question was that? Rui’s face remained stern. “Of course I do,” he spoke in response. The grip on his wrist loosened.
“I need your blood. Please.” It sounded like he was begging. The pang of fear inside him turned into empathy. It was true, now that Rui thought about it, that he had never once seen the vampire drink blood. He never questioned him about it, knowing that vampires had their own way to source blood without harming people. But to hear Tsukasa sound so frantic really made him feel for him. There wasn’t much Rui could think of that he wouldn’t do for him.
He had always wondered what having his blood drank from the fangs of a vampire felt like.
Rui just nodded, noticing the slight look of relief in Tsukasa’s eyes. What would he have done if I said no..?
Tsukasa pulled his arm from the loose hold and took the alchemist’s hand instead, guiding him into the living room. Almost forcefully, he pushed him toward the couch, climbing on after him. Everything seemed to happen so fast that it overwhelmed Rui- one moment he was standing in front of the bathroom, and now he was shoved onto the couch, the vampire hovering over him, saliva dripping from his lips.
“Hey, hold on-” he grabbed onto Tsukasa’s shoulders, preventing him from diving straight into his neck. His face was flushed, golden eyes wide. “Not the neck. Not yet.” Rui looked away, embarrassed.
The pitiful whine he heard from the other was not something he expected. Tsukasa sat back, next to Rui on the couch, who glanced back at him. A defeated expression was plastered across his face, thick drool cascading down his chin, his breathing heavy.
Oh my god, it was worse than he thought.
As much as the unprecedented sight of Tsukasa sitting before him like that stirred his curiosity, he couldn’t just let him suffer and starve. Rui pulled the glove off his human hand and presented his arm to him.
“Here, my arm is fine.” He paused, feeling the need to explain. “My neck is just too.. Intimate right now. Not for the first time.” He scratched the back of his neck with his opposite hand, a light blush crossing his nose. Tsukasa didn’t argue. He wasted no time pulling Rui’s arm closer and hunching over.
A gasp escaped the alchemist’s mouth, the pain of Tsukasa’s fangs deep into his skin taking him by surprise. The sting was quickly eased as a numbing sensation traveled up his arm, focused around the bite. He grunted softly, the vampire now sucking at the wound.
Rui allowed himself to relax, slowing his breathing. There was an absence of pain now, which piqued the alchemist’s interest. It would continue to hurt if a human had bitten and sucked on the wound, however because Tsukasa was a vampire, it seemed he had a mechanism that quelled the pain. Perhaps it was a paralyzing agent all vampires contained, in order to immobilize their prey? Thinking of himself as Tsukasa’s prey made him shudder. He averted his eyes, his face flushing at the thought.
The pressure on his arm was released, and he took a deep breath. When the vampire slowly lifted his head from the spot he had latched to, Rui peered at his arm. Two punctures were left behind, tiny spots of blood bubbling up from under his skin. The area was wet from saliva.
Tsukasa’s eyes met his, their usual sunset orange a deep red. A small trail of blood trickled from his parted lips. Rui’s mind had gone foggy- why was he so trained on his lips? The hand that was formerly wrapped around Rui’s arm moved to sit on his knee, and Tsukasa leaned forward.
“Rui, can I kiss you?” he asked, eye contact unwavering. With the way Tsukasa was looking at him, eyebrows furrowed, mouth opened enough to reveal two pointed teeth, Rui felt like his question was more of a demand. He could barely give him a nod before the vampire closed the gap between them.
He felt a cold hand reach up to hold his flushed face. As Tsukasa’s lips pressed into his, he closed his eyes, submitting to his affection. The blond moved closer, swinging a leg over Rui’s legs, and shifting his body to straddle his lap. Rui gasped at the sudden adjustment, but Tsukasa just pushed deeper into the kiss. His hands found themselves a spot on his back, holding onto his thin shirt.
Rui was finding it exceptionally difficult to think. Between the movement against his lips and the newfound weight in his lap, he was afflicted with a warm feeling inside him, even warmer than the blush across his cheeks.
A wetness touched his lips, and Rui quickly gave in. He parted his lips, allowing Tsukasa’s tongue inside. He was immediately met with the metallic taste of blood. Only moments before, his vampire was eagerly drinking from his arm. There was something so personal about tasting his own blood from the mouth of someone else. Wait, his vampire? God, Rui was in deep now. A soft moan escaped his throat as Tsukasa pushed deeper into his mouth, his tongue pressing against his own. He felt hands tangled in his plum hair, tugging gently. The blond returned a hungry moan into Rui, clearly enjoying the work he was doing.
Rui’s breathing grew heavier as the kiss increased in passion. It felt so, so good, kissing Tsukasa like this. He held on tight to the other’s back, desperately not wanting to let go. The fog in his brain was only thickening, clouding his thoughts further. The touch of Tsukasa’s sharp fangs in his mouth drove him nearly mad. He wouldn’t mind being bitten by those teeth every day. Just the thought caused his already-flushed cheeks to darken. It was becoming hard to breathe.
Tsukasa pulled his mouth away, licking the saliva from his lips. The alchemist’s eyes fluttered open, noting the defined rising and falling of the vampire’s chest. Tsukasa was so pretty. It was unusual for him to be so direct. Not that Rui didn’t enjoy him so unwaveringly taking charge. He closed his eyes, unable to keep them open, and leaned into the back of the couch. He felt as if his consciousness was going to easily slip away, and his breathing was ragged.
“Rui..?” he heard a familiar voice. He hummed in response, turning his head to the side, exposing the side of his neck. “Rui!” he jolted awake, Tsukasa’s hands now on his shoulders, shaking him. His wide eyes met the vampire’s, formerly red returned to their usual orange.
The unmistakable feeling of dizziness overtook Rui. He closed his eyes once again, letting out a groan. “Shit,” Tsukasa cursed under his breath, just loud enough for Rui to register. The weight that had once sat upon him had left. The sound of footsteps departed, and returned as quickly as they had gone. He felt the couch shift.
“Here, drink.” Despite his tiredness, Rui opened his eyes. Tsukasa, now sat next to him on the couch, was holding an opened bottle of water to his lips. He weakly nodded his head, and the bottle was lifted upward, allowing the water to glide into his mouth. He hadn’t realized how thirsty he had become. The cool water felt so nice going down his throat. After a few moments, Tsukasa pulled the bottle away from him and screwed the cap back on. Rui watched as he put it down on the ground in front of the couch, and when he leaned back up, he noticed that the vampire had something else in his hands. He fiddled with it, the familiar sound of tearing plastic met Rui’s ears.
Now, Tsukasa held a breakfast bar in front of his mouth. “Eat this.”
Sense was beginning to return to Rui. His mind was certainly still muddled, but the warm feeling he had was going away. “What? Are you my mother or something?” he finally spoke. Tsukasa, however, was not taking this as an answer, so he shoved one end of the bar into Rui’s mouth before he had a chance to close it. He let out a muffled grunt, lifting his hand to take the other end of the breakfast bar, and took a bite.
As he chewed, Tsukasa explained. “I.. I haven’t taken blood directly from the source in a while,” he stated, a nervous edge to his voice. “I forgot that it wasn’t a good idea for you to uhm.. Not eat anything before. And I was really hungry.” He had his gaze trained on something past Rui, refusing to make direct eye contact. “I’m really sorry, I got carried away.” The pointed tips of his ears were becoming flushed. He stood up once again, swiftly making a trip to the bathroom.
Although the dizziness began to subside, Rui still felt tired. The cloudiness in his mind was dissipating. It was somehow reassuring that the way he felt was due to blood loss, rather than being down so astronomically bad for the vampire like he initially thought. He silently finished his bar and wadded up the wrapper, throwing it onto the floor. That was a problem for future Rui to deal with.
Once Tsukasa returned, he held a small, plastic container. He opened it, revealing the contents inside to be first-aid supplies. He knelt on the ground, in front of the couch, and gently took Rui’s arm. The blood had stopped flowing for some time now, and it had begun to dry. He pulled out a packaged disinfecting wipe and unwrapped it, pressing the wipe to his wound. The contact of the disinfectant on the puncture stung, causing Rui to clench his teeth. He let out a strained sigh as the vampire softly rubbed at the area, making sure to clean any excess blood. Once that was done, Rui watched Tsukasa take a larger band aid from the first-aid kit, unwrap it, and stick it onto the bite mark. He paused for a few moments, staring at his work, before returning to the container to shut it. He stood up, preparing to make an exit from the living room, but Rui leaned forward and took hold of his wrist.
“Come here, it’s okay. I’m fine,” Rui reassured, tugging on his arm to pull him back to the couch. The look Tsukasa gave him stabbed right through his heart; his eyes were wide, tears threatening to fall, and his typical smile was replaced with a frown. Oh, god. “No, no, no, don’t cry!”
Tsukasa brought his hand up to his face, shaking his head. “I’m not!” His arm was pulled again, and this time he fell onto the couch next to the alchemist. Rui let go of his wrist, moving his arm to wrap it around the other, and pulled him closer. “I just- I don’t want to hurt you. And I messed up,” he sniffled, leaning into his touch.
“You didn’t hurt me, like I said before, I’m fine,” Rui soothed, rubbing circles into the blond’s side. Tsukasa looked up at him. His eyes were glistening, but his cheeks were not wet. That was a relief. Rui didn’t want to be the reason for Tsukasa to cry. He had found himself becoming more and more attached to this goofy vampire that dropped so abruptly into his life. He wouldn’t want to do anything to drive him away. The status of their particular relationship refused to be given a name- they weren’t lovers, but they were clearly more than friends. It was a complicated matter to the alchemist, so Rui didn’t particularly feel the need to ask Tsukasa’s feelings on the situation. The two lived in comfortable affection.
Rui averted his eyes. “Anyway, I kind of… enjoyed it.” Blush was creeping up his neck and across his face. Was that weird to admit…? The initial sting of Tsukasa’s fangs breaking his skin, paired with the paralyzing numbness that came after, was unlike anything he had ever experienced. It felt so personal, so intimate, Rui now wondered how it would feel to have the blood sucked from his neck, rather than the arm. He didn’t have any blood to spare right now, but… his eyes landed back on Tsukasa’s, who was just staring at him, face as equally red.
“Hmm..?” Rui’s voice came out higher than expected. This was so embarrassing.
“Enjoyed it?” the vampire repeated back to him. He nodded. There was a brief awkward silence where the two just stared at each other, until Tsukasa broke it with a smirk, followed by a chuckle.
Tsukasa’s hand reached up, fingertips brushing the side of Rui’s neck. He did not consider himself a bashful guy by any means, but by god, Tsukasa was going to turn him to jelly. “Of course you did,” he spoke, as if Rui were just stating the obvious. “I didn’t take you for the kind of person who wouldn’t bend to the temptation of a vampire.”
HUH? “What’s that supposed to mean?!” the alchemist choked out, golden eyes flitting about the room before landing back on the smug-faced Tsukasa. The chipper air had returned to him. However, he seemed to be using the change in mood for evil. His finger hooked under his choker, tugging against his throat slightly. This caused a noise to escape Rui that he wasn’t even aware he could make, his cheeks now bright red. Tsukasa pressed a kiss to his neck.
“-kasa please,” he breathed out, “you’re going to make me pass out for real this time.”
The vampire seemed to contemplate his options, before tilting back away from him. His hand trailed from his neck, down to his collarbone, and stayed there. “I am glad though, Rui.” His eyes rested on the other’s chest. “That you trust me. That’s not something I’m used to- coming from a human. Thank you for that.”
Rui smiled. Tsukasa was so genuine with him, the care he shared would be difficult to put in words, but he truly appreciated the time he put into what they had. Even if their circumstances were odd, Rui loved the time spent with him. He pulled his hand up, running it through blond hair. Leaning forward, he placed a kiss on Tsukasa’s forehead.
“I’d do anything for you, starshine.”

short crackfic + art to go with it lol
Tsukasa and Rui were hanging out and doing homework in Rui's garage when Tsukasa got an idea.
"Oi, Rui," He said.
"Yes, Isukasa-kun?" Rui asked, turning in his swivel chair to look at Tsukasa.
"What if we googled ourselves?"
~A couple minutes later…~
Nene was playing a video game when she heard a familiar scream come from next door. She quickly paused her game and ran outside to figure out what the hell Rui was making Tsukasa do this time. When she made it to Rui's yard she saw a computer being thrown out the window.
She ran over to it to see why in the world Rui would throw a perfectly functional computer out of the window when she saw what was on the screen…
She cringed and muttered out a "Yikes.."
Turning to the broken window, she saw Rui and Isukasa peering out of it in fear.
"My lord," Nene said, "Who's idea was that?"

“If you keep seeing my shows… maybe the alchemist will get a happy ending."
Day 1: Past
I haven't actually used my Tumblr in a really long time, and never for Project Sekai related things, so I guess this is the beginning of my Tumblr career... this website is a hellscape but it's time to built my inevitable kingdom once more (especially at the rate my Twitter is going...)
I've never written middle school Ruikasas but this is my time to finally share my version of them so hope you enjoy thumbs up; i feel insane writing for all 12 days so I hope you guys appreciate these LOL
I'll be (planning) to post for every day of the event's runtime, so please keep an eye out for me <3 See you guys tomorrow!

@written-by-kafka hi. heres your shitty rui invention story that I just pulled out of my ass.
Ah yes, what a wonderful time to be working on an invention. School recently banned pipe bombs, but not to worry, Rui can just sneak them in! Anyways, this isn't about pipe bombs. This is about Rui making another terrorising invention to attempt to rule the world with at least 5 monster energy drinks chugged in the last hour.
"...No, that isn't right.."
Rui mumbles to himself as he tries to fix some wiring in Nene-Robo's back panel. He uses his bandaged fingers to effortlessly connect and torch all of the wires back together, and everything goes perfectly!
...Until he hears something fall from his ceiling.
"What the-"
Rui yelps as he sees the glowing piece of.. Something? In front of him, grabbing some gardening gloves and gently poking it.
"Interesting.."
Rui whispers, picking it up and deciding to put it on his table. He sits down and starts to examine it, finding that it has the same texture of bendy metal, but more energized.
Rui quickly starts coming up with all sorts of autistic ideas, soon coming to the conclusion that it could maybe make for a wireless robot! This is perfect.
"Eureka! (🤓☝) Fufufu, Tsukasa-kun is definitely going to like this~"
After a long night of endless drilling that has woken Nene up countless times, Rui is finally finished with his next "super awesome 12,000% accident proof machine".
Rui smiles as he brings a smaller and more glowy version of Nene-Robo to the wonderstage the next day, setting it down on the stage to Nene and Tsukasa's horror.
"Rui.. What is that, and why the actual FUCK is it glowing."
Tsukasa asks while he hides behind Nene, who also looks just as bamboozled by this homosexual looking ass monstrosity of her child that Rui turned her into.
"Relax, it won't do anything harmful fufufu~ However, it is still in the testing stage. Emu-kun, be a dear and press the big red button for me~?"
Rui says with a smirk when Emu suddenly presses the big red button.
Suddenly, they all explode and die. The end :3
Should I turn this into angst lol
