Bix’s interrogation, Paak’s off screen hanging, the mass execution of workers on level two, the euthanasia of Ulaf, the tortured and murdered unnamed rebel pilot and the horrific description of the Dizonite genocide.
This show has really proven that Star Wars can be extremely dark and adult without ever having to show graphic violence of any sort. We’ve seen suffering and sometimes even brutality in this franchise but I’ve never been so deeply haunted by anything in Star Wars before. So that was a first.
The Andor crew once again, raises the bar.

cuddy's little speech in S1E9 telling House that she set aside 50k a year for lawyer fees when she hired him? knowing he was insane and that trying to stop an insane person from doing insane things is in itself insane? I love that women.

Thinking way too much about Stede’s sense of worth, especially in episode nine with the act of grace. Of course, the caveat to his life being saved is for the duo to renounce piracy, serve under the crown, etc… but you can clearly see the uncertainty on Stede's face- Ed, why are you doing this? why for me? he even says aloud, "you really don't have to do this." Clear-cut as can be, Stede Bonnet's convinced that his life is not worthy of Edward Teach's retirement from piracy. It's not worthy of the loss of the world's greatest pirate; to force him to serve under the crown. Not only does he think he's gone and ruined Ed's life, but to him, all that the world gained in return was the life of Stede Bonnet, and he doesn't see that as a fair pay-off.
