Honestly, I find the idea of Tucker being cursed with bad luck so fucking funny. Like, imagine that the majority of mishaps and unfortunate accidents were due to the Tucker’s bad luck, but the idea of him being a trouble magnet just. Didn’t cross their minds. If anything, everyone from Danny’s circle of friends, acquaintances and (fre)enemies believes that it is Danny who’s cursed with shitty luck because of all the bullshit he and his (relatively) happy band of clowns get involved with.
And then Tucker leaves for vacation with his parents for a week, and it’s the quietest Amity Park has ever been. No ghosts, no natural disasters, no creepy circuses with their sicko ringmasters; the sun is shining and birds are chirping, the school is less horrible than usual, Vlad is on some sort of business trip and left the town, Sam’s mother decided to leave her alone for a change and Danny even gets enough sleep at night! They’re thriving, man!
Tucker, meanwhile, is locked in a twisted survival horror with only his beret for a company and is having a horrible week. Afterwards it was assumed that it’s because some kind of creature akin to Youngblood followed him to make his life a living hell, therefore Sam, Danny and Tucker decided to stick together as much as possible to prevent it from happening again. And the cycle continues.

When I rewatched the Bridon Arc, I noticed that each time Lu Guang has a nightmare (once in episode 3, and again in episode 4), his watch is stuck on the exact time and date that he chose to abandon his original timeline to try to save Cheng Xiaoshi. More specifically, it's the date and time that he associates with Cheng Xiaoshi’s death: September 13, at 00:05.

It’s fucking insane to me that people genuinely blame Sam for the stuff he did while he was soulless, like YALL your blaming Sam for the things his body (this man’s issues with autonomy omfg), which was at this point AN ENTIRELY SEPARATE ENTITY FROM HIM did while HIS SOUL WAS BEING TORTURED BY THE LITERAL DEVIL FOR LIKE 200 YEARS BECAUSE HE SACRIFICED HIMSELF TO STOP THE APOCALYPSE. Like where is the media literacy, what show did you watch??!?

Sam didn’t choose Ruby over Dean he chose death over living in a world where Dean hated him.
Dean was supposed to think Sam chose Ruby over him because that’s central to their conflict in season five. Dean believes this because he has incomplete information.
Dean doesn’t know about the voicemail.
Dean doesn’t know Sam thought he would die killing Lilith.
Dean didn’t understand that Sam thinking he was weak wasn’t derogatory but rather the fear that his love for Sam would get him killed again.
None of this is to say Sam was completely altruistic but when the hell is anyone ever?
The show did take some measures to make us believe Sam was going down a truly dark path but you’re not actually supposed to think that at the end. Kripke even joked about it through Chuck; “I thought it would make you unsympathetic.”
In short, stop being mean to my baby Sam.

So I've been seeing a bunch of people reblogging some of my old gifs which made me want to go and work on them but didn't have enough energy for that so instead you get cropped screencap grabs and some edits.
These are from TFATWS gag reel:

These are from the deleted scenes, most of these are edited except the first one:

Of course you know I can't resist some Sambucky shots:

Now this next one is definitely a scene that's been on my wips for ages but I figured the screenshots were good too. It's a discussion between Sam and Rhodey about what happened to Rhodey during Civil War and we ALL have read fic addressing it, and while I hated this was in a deleted scene, the fact it's actually a canon thing is kind of nice.

Also, I had to take this shot because clearly a WHOLE lot of people (mostly the kids) wanted that (ice cream) cake lmao

Bucky has been banished to the couch by his husband. Sam's in Washington, busy putting a team together, but Bucky knows better than to try sleeping in their bed. Sam would just know.

You know, the MCU had so many great opportunities to really highlight Sam's pararescue background and flesh out his origin story on-screen.
I'll forever be sad we haven't gotten any flashbacks to him rescueing people in his EXO 7 wings.
Was he still serving when Tony was captured by the Ten Rings people? Could he have been frustrated at potentially getting pulled from his unit so that he and Riley could try to extract some billionaire weapons manufacturer.
Could've shown the times he butted up against authority, where he felt that following the orders given were the wrong move and wasn't right. (Something that tied into "Well, the number of people around here giving orders is down to zero, so yeah.")
Also, if Sam's EXO program was around before Iron Man 1, then the air force already possessed that kind of flight technology. Was the EXO 7 also Stark tech back then? Or was it developed by the Air Force itself? Did Rhodey know about it? Was he involved in its development as head of the weapons R&D sector? (I headcanon yes, cos I'd like history between Sam and Rhodey.)
Were the wings developed as a weapon/offensive measure first before they were then used for rescue purposes? (the military cynic in me says yes) Could this have been another interesting ethical dilemma Sam thought about.
Or maybe it could've been revealed that after field testing the EXOs in rescue ops, the air force was getting reckless with them and started sending Sam and Riley out on more dangerous offensive missions, and that's when Riley was killed (routine op was just the cover story).
Could've really hammered home the theme of Sam distrusting the government and that they will always end up using any weapon (or symbol) that's given to them. And he didn't want to be used again.
Anyway, this post got really away from me! This started as me thinking 'Gee I wish Marvel showed more of his backstory...the emblem of the 58th rescue squadron is LITERALLY an angel with its arms holding the weight of the world and shielding it with its wings. And if that ain't our angel Sam then...'
