Ferah cringed, holding the cheescake pan close to her chest the moment Aydin ran into Sebastian’s apartment. “You’d think he hasn’t seen you in years!” She chuckles before leaning in to kiss Bash’s cheek only to have Aydin come between them and pull his uncle toward the living room. “Alright. I don’t exist.” Ferah laughed and made her way to the kitchen, letting the boys have their time together. 

“How’s Scrappo? Good ol’ Scrappy doodle?” Aydin beamed and plopped down on the couch. “I got a 99 percent on my spelling quiz and Rider took me to the arcade the other day but you can’t tell mom because she will probably scream to the top of her lungs...” He leaned in. “That’s what Rider says anyway. I missed you. Where’s aunt Tas?”
