Drivers and reader who has to go to the hospital often/for long periods of time

Oscar is calm in a way that is needed in hospital visits

Any anxiety that hospital visits bring, from fear or needles, cabin fever, or sickness in general

He will comfort you in any way he can

He makes sure he knows exactly how to handle any situation

If you want to walk around, he knows how to set everything up to let you get some movement

If you feel bad about 'dragging' him to being in hospitals all of the time, he doth protest

He eventually made a whole sideshow that he uses every time you're in the hospital

It makes points that he didn't technically need to be at your side as much as he could, but he chose to

And how he knew you would need to go to the hospital a lot before you had begun dating

He chose to be by your side, and he didn't regret it a bit

Although he's often traveling and can't always be by your side, he always makes sure someone is

One of your friends, and family member, or at the very least, he makes sure they know you're in for a hospital stay

If he finds out people aren't visiting you, he'll take the first flight he can to spend time with you

Every single time, he's just as worried as the last

He makes sure ke knows everything that's going on if you'll let him

It may seem like hovering, but it's just how he shows he cares

If you want space he'll happily give it, but he also wants to make sure you have everything you need which he can give

If you every get good or bad news, his reaction will match yours, but he'll still make sure to prioritize your feelings

When you had first started dating, Sebastian hated that he couldn't be with you in the hospital because he was driving

It was something that encouraged him to retire, along with everything else

But he wanted to prioritize you and your health

He'd done enough racing

Whenever the two of you have to go to the hospital he has a whole backpack packed to keep you busy

He's a big fan of therapy, but he's also a big fan of distracting you when you're in distressing environments

For overnight stays he'll bring plushies that have his jewelry or a mini version of his racing suit

So that you can keep part of him with you even when he has to go home

He also makes sure that you fallow all discharge instructions

Now that he's not all over the place, all his focus is on you, and taking care of you
