A love that is worth fighting for. A strong relationship that is independent of the type of love you've been surrounding yourself with. A ride or die type of love where you would do anything for your partner & they would do that too. A passionate, youthful love that never burns out. You may be quite addicted to the thrill that romance brings you and store a bit of affinity (though you may deny it) for some drama & action in your love life. A child-like romance where you bicker (for fun) then kiss & make-up. Your lover/future spouse needs to be a strong individual who has gone through quite a lot in their lives alone. Perhaps they felt like they had to grow up faster than their peers due to their responsibilities.

Ex: Blake Lively has this placement. In terms of her fashion choices well .. you know it's certainly "bold" in It Ends with us. She's still an icon in her own right due to her role in Gossip girl though.

You desire someone who is strong and unwaivering & your partner may infact be quite the resources full & determined fellow! You may prefer a partner who is quite mellow and steadfast and prefers to do nothing with you than everything without.

Ex: One of my close friends has North node in Taurus °14 Taurus in the 4th house. Her current boyfriend (who I suspect to be her future spouse due to his surprising endurance & the fact that he matches literally every from what I've seen in her chart) is an immovable object to say the least. Once he says he really wants to do something, good lord he does it regardless of how tedious it may be. Man was stopped by hours or immigration related ordels but kept pushing through because he said he wanted to see her on Valentine's Day (it was their first time meeting each other face to face). Their date only lasted an hour because he had to work the next day. If that isn't determined, I don't know what is, damn.

Though he's not completely devoid of responsibility over his own actions being the cause of their separation (him & Lisa Presley), he did truly love her. He said that she understood him in the way that he hasn't felt before.

Just through listening to any of her love songs, you'll know what I mean. Also there's that famous quote from her claiming that he "made her a woman". I'm sure she meant every word. She's strong, she's beautiful, she's Sasha Fierce!

The card that is me all around. I always think “Me!” when I see this card. I see facets of me in quite a few other cards, but this might be the best single card to represent me. For starters, I have a black cat, and quite a few sunflower 🌻 decorations around my home. I also have Leo placements, so the lions in this image (and wands being the suit of fire🔥) apply. Also, I have the Queen of Wands’ energy in that my self expression, for better or worse, is basically the strongest driver in my life.

I’ve read the interpretation that the Queen of Wands is about being socially dynamic and popular, but I don’t personally see that. She’s by herself in this image (well except for her cat- and how many cat ladies do you know who are wildly popular with people?? 😂). Authentic self expression is clearly the biggest motivator for the Queen of Wands in my eyes. And in my experience, authentic self expression does not necessarily make you more popular. If it’s truly authentic, you might actually lose a lot of popularity points.

If the Queen of Wands was primarily about being socially charismatic and popular, I feel like she’d need to also have more air energy or maybe Venus energy. Some energy that has its focus on relating with others. Why do we forget that fire is about individuality and independence. If fire is popular it’s not because it went out of its way to consider what others would most want to see and hear.

In a similar vein, I roll my eyes at descriptions of Venus in Leo that are about being attention seeking and high maintenance in relationships. My experience with this placement has been the exact opposite; it’s been about learning self love and becoming more emotionally independent than frankly almost anyone I know, so that when I finally did find someone worthy of making my partner, I wouldn’t need to over-rely on him or his attention at all. We don’t even talk most days.

Grateful that the Queen of Wands’ energy is so strong in me. It doesn’t give me points with others but it keeps me determined to know and project my true self. 🙏
