Hiii my loves, ughh it's been awhile since i posted. So today's technique is based of self hypnosis and a technique I got from a shamanic book <3 ( I used to read a lot of books on shamanism because I was obsessed with their concepts) . This technique is really different to other techniques, I've posted on the past. I got a lot of asks telling me that some of y'all have being trying for months on end and haven't been getting symptoms. So today this technique will teach to induce the symptoms and enter the void state after that. It's a step by step method. Well ready to get symptoms and enter the void state? :-)

THE TECHNIQUE :
This technique involves using self hypnosis to induce symptoms at first and from there the void state. Please, self hypnosis is saurrr easy. It can be done ANYWHERE and ANYTIME. Self hypnosis is basically ALPHA STATE. Alpha state is a type of brain wave that we experience when we are relaxed, about to fall asleep, drowsy ( state of akin to sleep), you get the drift. I remember when I was writing out my lucid dreaming guide, I linked a post for you guys to read where that person successfully induces lucid dreams every night by self inducing sleep paralysis in a drowsy state ( alpha state) which then convinces their mind that they having sleep paralysis 😭. In a self hypnosis state of mind, you can tell your mind to experience having void symptoms. In the book, I've read it's called " instant healing", I'll let the author explain by quoting a passage from the the book -
" A rapidism is a type of affirmation that consists of repeating a word or phrase over and over again very until a change occurs. The first time I used this was on a chair lift at a ski resort when my hands were freezing. I imagined a fire in a fireplace and said to myself, “Myhandsarewarm—myhandsarewarm—myhandsarewarm—myhandsarewarm,” for about five minutes and my hands got toasty warm. Since then I’ve used it for a lot of minor ailments as well as emotional states and mental qualities, and it works very well ". You can give your body self hypnotic suggestions for anything and this time, we going to be using it for the void!!

HOW TO DO THIS TECHNIQUE :
Step 1 - SELF HYPNOSIS
So, I explained before self hypnosis is basically alpha state. We gonna induce alpha state first and I'll be linking many ways to do it!! P.s you reach alpha state before you go to sleep when you're feeling sleepy!!
Alpha state meditations :
Alpha reinforcement excerise, second one
Alpha State pink shared <3, same mediation with theta waves and no call back!
Alpha state binaural beats + alpha state meditation
In this success story an anon used alpha waves and counted backwards 100-0 which significantly reduces your brainwaves and entered the void state.
After completing any of the above you'll surely be in alpha state.
How does alpha state feel like :
• Relaxed, Sleepy, Calm , Slow thoughts.
Step 2 : INDUCTING SYMPTOMS
Let me give you a break down firstly on the different type of void symptoms, Body becoming numb, floating, seeing flashes of white/ images, Falling, any symptom is an indication that you're entering the void state.
After getting into alpha state, you can give your self suggestions of the symptoms and you can even use one word suggestions. You may say :
→ FLOATING, " I FEEL LIKE I'M FLOATING ", "MY BODY FEELS LIGHT" . YOU CAN EVEN IMAGINE YOURSELF FLOATING WHILE SAYING THE SUGGESTIONS.
→ YOU CAN FOCUS ON EACH BODY PART REPEATING THE WORD " NUMB" IN YOUR MIND OR YOU CAN SAY " MY BODY FEELS NUMB ", " MY BODY IS DETACHED FROM THE 3D", " DETACHED ".
→ "MY THOUGHTS AND BODY IS DETACHED FROM THE 3D ". "I AM NOW ENTERING THE VOID STATE ".
→ I AM NOW EXPERIENCING VOID SYMPTOMS "( LET YOUR MIND CHOOSE THE SYMPTOMS FOR YOU )"
Step 3 : ENTER THE VOID STATE
After inducing and feeling symptoms, you can affirm to enter the void state!!

How did you do it (specifically)?
Yes I’ll link the TikTok! You get hypnotized because it goes in your 3rd eye subconscious and it reprograms it. If you feel dizzy it’s working, if you don’t that means it WILL work still. Or if your third eye feels weird that’s a sign.

Hey girl I love love love ur posts smmm like they helped me so so much. I’ve known about the void for around 4 months and I struggled at first because I realized I was so scared of the void and change and that resulted in me getting super lazy and attempting like one every 2 weeks but I got over that so anyways I’ve always wanted to wake up in the void so ur command ur subconscious post is my holy grail and I’ve been attempting it for a small amount of time but every time I do it I’m like “omg I’m 100% guaranteed no doubt abt it gonna enter tonight” (I use the konnies reality sub) anyways every time so far I end up waking up in the morning not really remembering falling asleep and it’s hard to put into words but I think I just fall asleep so fast that I don’t have time to do the command for ten minutes. Also I know this sucks and ur not supposed to like have a deadline but I have try outs for a sport next week and I’m super nervous and I have a breathing disorder so I can’t run at all well and that’s something I’m changing in the void so… Any tips?

I know right, I love that post sm myself :^). Ok Hun, since you wanna wake up in the void state , I'll advise you towards that. I'll know you like the " commanding subconscious" post , I'll start with that one , first.
Commanding your subconscious to wake you up in the void state :
Firstly, the sub is awake when we are sleepy and relaxed, basically before bed. Because our conscious mind can't interfere with our Manifestations.
Before bed :
Pro tip : You can still wake up in the void Affirming even after falling asleep while Doing it. You can affirm for 3 minutes, remember our last thoughts of the day our sub starts to work on. Your last thoughts should be waking up in the void state.
1. Become relaxed and centred.
2. Take some deep Breaths
3. When you are totally relaxed, start commanding your subconscious
You could say ,
- Subconscious I will wake up in the void state tonight .
- Subconscious wake me up in the void at 1am( if you want a timeframe or choose a time when you want it to happen , anything is possible).
- Subconscious I will wake up in the void state tonight .
Self suggestions before bed :
Self hypnosis method 1.
But I'll share the methods to get in an hypnotic state of mind to plant suggestions .
- Roll your eyes upward
- Breath in and out 4 times
- Start to imagine Yourself , going down a stair case. And say to yourself with each step you going deeper. Once you in a trance state. Start giving yourself suggestions :
" Tonight I will wake up in the void state aware ", " I wake up in the void soon as I fall asleep aware " .
Self hypnosis method 2 :
Eye fixation -
"For example, you can simply tell yourself you are feeling more relaxed and that your eyelids are feeling heavier, using your internal dialogue. You could imagine them closing and getting heavier during the straining process. You can imagine them closing and imagine how much more relaxed they’ll be when closed. You might remember times when you have been drowsy or sleepy and your eyelids felt heavy and wanted to close". - The science of self hypnosis, Eason Adam.

that last post doesn't describe me but i often have a really difficult time knowing what my body wants for me to eat, like what nutrients i need, because i had zero appetite for years and years except when i was craving sugar
so when my roommate asks what i want at the grocery store, i'll hypnotize myself for a few seconds and go to a featureless control room "inside my brain" and it's staffed by this man from stargate

and i ask him (representing my subconscious) what foods i want and i'll get a printout and in capital letters it'll say like "STEAK" or "EGG YOLKS" or "RED BERRIES"
it used to take a couple minutes but now i go there so often i can do it in under 15 seconds
we call it "consulting the oracle" and her word is god because if she asks for steak i will not be able to sleep until i sate her. once i know what she wants i cannot un-know it

How to use self hypnosis to change or remove hypnotic suggestions on yourself
It happens pretty often; a hypnosub comes to an erotic hypnosis community seeking help. For some reason, the hypnoDom who previously worked with them is unavailable and they want someone, any hypnotist really, to help them undo what the previous hypnotist has done.
Oftentimes, these subs don't know that they can do it themselves, and many Doms are for some reason not willing to teach self-reliance to subs. Perhaps they simply don't know enough about hypnosis to teach this. I know this is my hobby horse and I ride it everywhere:
people who like to be hypnotised have this extraordinary skill: to use the power of their mind to do amazing things. If you can do it for a hypnotist or a video, then you can do it for yourself. It's your mind and your body executing the hypnotic suggestions.
I can't teach you self-hypnosis in this one writing. But it's easy enough to learn, because hypnosubs already know how to go into hypnosis. Going into hypnosis is not the hardest part, of course, that's directing your own trance: remaining awake enough to focus on your goal while at the same time letting yourself drift off into the trance necessary for the suggestions to stick. You can write down the suggestions for yourself, or record your own voice and play it back, if you need a little help.
Self-hypnosis sessions aimed at moderating your commands and triggers work better with a metaphor that speaks you. I know someone who goes to the garden of his mind to tend to the things he has planted there and weed out the ones he doesn't want anymore. I prefer using a metaphor of a control room, like a cockpit, where I can monitor all the dials and meters, and disconnect the ones I don't want to use anymore. But I have also used a metaphor of a wardrobe with pieces of clothing and hats that represent habits and suggestions.
Find an image that works for you, visualise how your mind works for you, find the part where you keep your hypno play, and change it in any way you find appropriate. Remove the weeds that grow in your mental garden. Repair the switches in your control room that don't work anymore. Try on your old hats and throw them out if you don't like them anymore.
You are the master of your own mind, and sometimes you choose to submit your mind to the command of others. But it's up to you to take care of your own mental hygiene.

My current witchcraft practice is seeing just how badly I can do meditation/trance/self-hypnosis techniques and still get something out of 'em. Because doing 'em the "right" way rarely does anything I'd consider particularly spectacular, so why not see what happens when I do it "wrong"?
