yall i started consistently listening to this self concept subliminal while i slept and ive been having the most amazing dreams about my manifestations and like people adoring me, coming up to me just to tell me im pretty, people always searching for my eyes so they can wave and smile, having loads of friends who hang on to my words with interest and laugh at my jokes, and people caring about me so much that the thought of me being gone literally sucks the life out of the room.
my celebrity confidence icons (Alexa demie, Nicki Minaj, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, Megan Thee Stallion, etc) knowing me and getting visibly excited to see me, me having confidence that literally exudes from me being (ex. this group of boys tried making fun of me in my dream and all i did was make a witty quip and tilt my head at them and they switched up so fast 😭😭 like falling over themselves), etc.
and in my waking life i feel so much more confident about my journey. i’m having an easier time persisting and accepting my desires as mine. i can feel myself fulfilled without trying so hard and i love it
this is the subliminal if anyone wants to try!! remember subliminals are tools that just help aid the power already in you!!

Hi guys, this is first post from my new series ~ shifting methods. I will be posting least known methods for shifting.
This method requires A LOT OF VISUALIZATION. But don't worry i'll post these without visualization too.
Of course remember to not give up on method if it won't work for the first time!
I don't know if anybody talked about this method before but if they did, i don't know. Nightmare Method is made up by my friend who told me about it but i changed it a little bit.
Are you brave enough to try this method?...
1. As always lay/sit down in comfortable position and close your eyes.
optional step: you can take a few deep breaths and count from 1-10 just to prepare yourself
2. Start to visualize that you are in the forest. Forest can look whatever you want it to look like. Let your imagination do work!
3. Imagine that you are standing in front of bridge. You can get inspired by picture above!
4. Then imagine that someone is calling your name (from dr). Turn around and see a character from HORROR MOVIE. It can be Art The Clown, Jeepers Creepers, Pennywise, Freddy Krueger. Whoever!
5. FEEL emotions. Feel sudden danger and see that this character is slowly moving towards you. But he/she hasn't good intentions...
6. Turn around and run. Imagine how you are catching breath and how your heart is beating fast. You hear this character running behind you.
7. Whilst you are running start to affirm: i am safe now, this is just a nightmare and i'll wake up, this is not real. ~ you can "run" as long as you want and affirm. When you'll feel ready, go to the next step.
8. Get off the bridge and see big sign far away from you, with words : JUMP AND WAKE UP FROM YOUR DREAM!
9. Run towards it and jump into big black hole behind sign. While falling you can still affirm and feel relieved that now you are safe and you wake up in your dr.
10. You can fall asleep or you can repeat whole steps till you shift!
As you may see this method is inspired by alice in wonderland method but a bit changed. Let me know what do you think about Nightmare Method and if you are planning on use it to shift!

Just read your shifting post. And I feel like I struggle with lucid dreaming now that my frontal lobe developed. It sucks. Do you have any advice for newbies who are attempting to shift? It’s all very new to me! Thank you in advance🫡😚💙
Hello! First of all, I want to say that I think I've stumbled upon your acc somewhere else and I thought you were a shifter because of the oc as your pfp... I guess I was right hehe🤭
also, do you mean that you wanted to use the lucid dreaming method to shift, because ofc shifting is not a lucid dream but ld can be used to shift
anyways, I think the best thing to do is to keep a positive mindset no matter what and to think of it as easy and simple, don't try to overcomplicate it

Anyways this response is extremely long, hopefully it's helpful:
Now as for lucid dreaming(ld), there are many ways to do it:
one. wbtb method
-set an alarm for 4-5 hrs for after when you fall asleep and then sleep. when the alarm wakes you up, get out of bed and do something (go to the bathroom, maybe do a reality check, practice what you're going to do in your ld/ how you're going to shift etc, just try to wake yourself up a bit for 5-10 minutes. You can even think about lucid dreaming or whatever. If you have a hard time falling back asleep then stay up for just 5 minutes. Or if you have a really hard time, then just stay in bed awake for those 5 minutes. Anyways, go back to bed lay down and start affirming "I'm aware I'm dreaming" over and over again until you fall asleep. From there you'll either get right into the lucid dream while still awake, you'll feel like you're getting sucked into the dream and feel your mind zooming in and out until you're in the dream straight from the awake stage and so ofc you'll be lucid. OR you'll fall asleep and your dream will be lucid. If not try again next time (but I've had good success with this method.
two. supplements
-for legal purposes, i'm not responsible or advising anyone to take any sort of medicine.
Use galantamine(I got mine from amazon). Take the recommended amount which is like 4-5mg. How to use: go to bed and set an alarm for your REM stage(4-5hrs) fall asleep, wake up with the alarm, take the galantamine and immediately try to fall asleep as fast as you can before it starts taking effect and prevents you from falling asleep which is the main problem I have from it since I had insomnia for a while so the extra boost from galantamine didn't help my sleeping problem. It's best to have the galantamine somewhere next to your bed with a glass of water. wake up, drink it and fall back asleep as fast as you can and your dream should be lucid. Only use the galantamine once a week or at least 5 days of spacing between uses so the effects don't ware off.
three. lay down, close your eyes and start moving them left and right for about 10-15 minutes until you feel like you're ready(don't move during this process so make sure you choose a comfortable position. This will trick your body into thinking that you're in REM stage. You can probably fall asleep from there(which will most likely give you a lucid dream or you continue on. When you feel like it's enough, try opening your eyes and you'll feel your body go stiff and like you can't move: sleep paralysis. From sleep paralysis, just affirm that you're in your dr or try to visualize it while affirming. You should shift quickly.
four. subliminals
use lucid dream subliminals 2-3x a day while doing anything (or at night before sleeping- it doesn't matter when you listen to it) and then at night your dream should be lucid.

Using subliminals are really easy, use it, don't doubt it and don't waiver and be like "omg when are results gonna come....is this working...I don't think it's working...I don't have results" blah blah blah because then it won't work since you're repeating that and your mind will believe those doubts since the mind is stronger than any subliminal. Just listen 2-3x and don't worry or stress about it. Best to just assume it's working and that you have results and you should be good to go.
You can also use shifting subliminals as well
As for techniques, I already gave you a link earlier on in this post but you can also use the julia method, sunni method, raven method, 5 senses method. Or you can just lay down, relax and calm down then start visualizing that you're in your dr (1st person pov ofc) and think about how things look like in front of you, some noises you might hear, some things you might smell, how the round under you feels like etc and then start affirming that you're in your dr while continue to visualize. That has honestly gotten me pretty close plenty of times.

¡Hola!
Se que es notorio el hecho de que aún no dispongo de tantos seguidores y mucha influencia…
Ya que apenas estoy iniciando esta página y se que no soy muy activa, pues tengo muchos exámenes y compromisos dejando de lado la pantalla.
Pero me gustaría realmente, que si alguien ve esto (tengo la esperanza) y si tienen dudas sobre el shifting me lo pregunten en la sección de comentarios, ya que en esta plataforma personalmente no he visto tanta información sobre el shifting en Español, así que si solo usas esta aplicación o no estás relacionado a este tema probablemente tengas muchas dudas, sobre todo porque repito, no soy muy activa, por lo tanto las personas no se informan lo suficiente..

Dr Dream (TVD)
It was very short but, still.
I, (as in Isabella Bennett) was in a zombie apocalypse testing experiment type of thing? (Scientist had locked us up and were testing zombies on us, so it was kind of a mix between the walking dead and the vampire diaries??) ,then a scientist released a zombie onto me and I was fighting it for dear life, but I still ended up getting bit. I remember the zombie biting into my neck and then I got pushed backwards very hard. Damon had done it to save me and take the zombie out. After that he fed me some of his blood and I woke up.
