Just a quick little thing from me, a post that I made a bit ago got the attention of some people (one of which sent me a death threat) and a few who took what I said out of context.

I have deleted the post and it no longer exists on my blog nor the blog I reblogged it to.

I would like to say that to me, as the runner of @blocklists-just-4-u , a blocklist has always been something used to curate the internet experience. I have made blocklists on gimmick blogs, aesthetic blogs ect!

I don’t want to see them and they don’t want to see me complain about it!

I do apologise for @ ing the people on the list, I do this for easy block ability apologies. But it can also bring unwanted attention to the post.

The post on question was a blocklist chain of people shipping a character ( Alastor) with others/saying it’s okay to ship him ect. I made it clear in the heading of the post to not send anything to the users below and it wasn’t a hate list.

Unfortunately the user in question decided that meant I hated them? The post is shown below

I didn’t check their blog, which is my fault, but apparently they’re a fictive of alastor..? From this post it reads as a shipper so I added it just so I wouldn’t see their posts.

Unfortunately more people took that to mean I hated a lot of different identities (including my own????) and I was no longer a safe place (death count 9)( +4)

I would like to apologise for any hurt caused but I honestly think this was a misunderstanding more then anything else

Omfg. I have said MULTIPLE times that I don’t like or want Proshippers to interact with me. Someone just informed me that a proshipper has stolen not 1, but 2 of my posts 2 days ago.

Istg you pro//shits are all for “We respect people’s DNI’s!” And then steal someone’s posts when they’re against you interacting with them.

This is not the first time a pro//shitter has interacted with me. Quite a few have done so and then ignored me when I confronted them about it, some even blocking me. But taking my own words without my knowledge because you think crossing people’s boundaries is “cool”, is definitely new for me. I have never once harassed a pro//shipper unless they have harassed me first. I blocked out pro//ship tags to distance myself away from them. Because that’s what you pro//shippers want! I distance myself away from you guys so you can distance yourself away from me, because it’s a boundary. You guys don’t like when we’re in pro//ship tags, we don’t like it when you’re in anti-pro//ship tags. I’ve never personally seen an anti-shipper steal a post from a pro//shipper, but I’ve definitely seen a bit of pro//shippers steal anti-ship posts, these being two of them.

Stealing anything that doesn’t belong to you, and crossing people’s boundaries intentionally doesn’t make you cool. It makes you an annoying ass. Crossing someone’s boundaries can be annoying and even hurtful sometimes. Y’all are all “Anti-Harassment!” But then have no respect for someone’s boundaries. That, to me sounds like harassment, which you claim to be against.

I know that not all pro//shippers are going to cross people’s boundaries and do stupid annoying shit like this, but still, even if not all, there’s definitely some, and that’s who this is aimed at.

I’m so fucking tired. I’m supposed to be asleep as I’m typing this, but I got too impatient and has to type out my thoughts. Can y'all add animentality to your filters please? They constantly have Twitter screenshots going around and if you are familiar with them, they seem to be someone who purposefully starts discourse or at least has takes so fucking bad they lead to a genuinely shitty echochamber of white people agreeing with their takes.

They've resorted to antiblackness and casual racism on more than one occasion. Most recently they were one of the people acting like having issue with using "rest in power" for Bushnell was a psyop or like some show of false solidarity on the part of the Black community. The tweets they posted to basically express this sentiment had like nothing but white people agreeing and saying the exact same shit and he seemed to have blocked every Black person who took issue with it. If you search their url + antiblackness, someone within the community has already brought this up.

They also keep posting stuff about trans issues, especially those centering trans women, and tagging them with a tag that is a well known one that terfs frequent. Someone asked them why they do that and they responded like this:

Which if you're anyone with a lick of sense, you'd know that's an incredibly stupid thing to do, given you're risking putting trans women who interact with your post in proximity to a hoard of people who literally abhor, demonize, and regularly harass them. Not to mention it's a clear invitation for them to plaster their "debate", ideology and transmisogyny in your notes (not just the replies, before someone mentions he has them off) which is exactly how they like getting that shit seen and around. I don’t really have many? I get it as a concept, and I’ve said to @thatsmemate more than once that Max’s most tolerable moments pre 21 were when he was being fruity with Daniel. I’ve also read plenty of it in the background or as a side ship in older britcedes fics. But I also can’t detatch Max’s behaviour in real life from the transformative side anymore. I used to be able to, its still easy to separate George and Lewis as real people, from the RPF we play with where they’re a hell of a lot more willing to fuck other men.

I can’t do that with Max, not with the shit hes done on and off the track. Not with what he enables, encourages or actively enacts.
