I have found that I have been able to use lots of Toe Grabs to help extend my stretches. Increase my range of movement, improve my posture and balance. Wouldn’t dream of doing this 3 years ago! My left shoulder would dislocate, even post surgery and rehab. I have taken the time to learn how to control my shoulders through straight arm strengthening movements (hanging drills, hand balancing drills, floor work) and different organic and linear strengthening movements. These exercises don’t stop at isolating the shoulder but instead teach the shoulders how to work with the body (spine relationship for example) to produce safe sustainable movements. Look at my body movement with the shoulder dislocations. Trying to manipulate my centre of mass to help reduce the torque required from the shoulder. This comes naturally in all honesty however interesting to look at the shoulder from this global view point.
