Interviewer: So what was your training like on set for all of the musical numbers? Did your background help you at all with these performances? Timothée: Oh not at all! No, it was way more intense than anything I have ever done. Thankfully all of the singing was pre-recorded, so I didn't have to worry about that too much. The dancing was on a whole other level, though. I had my trainer who worked with me for months beforehand, and once everyone came together to film the bigger numbers, there was another choreographer who was so patient and sweet, and she really helped me feel like it wasn't quite so terrifying, so huge shoutout to her.

yourusername welcome to my postgame penalty box update show: my favorite brother edition! now, you may be wondering: “y/n, girly, my love, sexiest woman alive, why is quinn at two games since his last penalty? where is the kings game post?” well my besties, quintin politely asked me to not post anything for the game against the kings because of their second shutout loss of the season; and since i am the bestest best friend in the universe, i obliged. to compensate, i added him being smiley reading off the starting line up in said game!

Chase already mentioned it but I just came back from hanging with him and Suga and Wolf for the first time ever 🥰!! And we had an absolute blast rocking out at the Louder Than Life festival and made so many good memories during this trip. It was my first ever music festival too and let me tell you it was an experience I will never forget 🤣

Highlights include:

-Seeing so many good fuckin bands live for the first time ever holy FUCK!! Royal Blood, Nothing but Thieves, Foo Fighters, Bad Omens, Baby Metal, Godsmack, Queens of the Stone Age, Flogging Molly, GREEN DAY, weezer, avenged sevenfold o_o and so many more. it felt SURREAL

-Having a grownass man fall on me and crush me under his body after his failed attempt to crowd surf LMAO (I survived)

-Saw Sleep Token again O_O (after seeing them for the first time ever with @muppetghost and @monstarparker the week before!!) and survived their pit

-Helped Chase and Suga carry a lil dude who couldn't see at the Pierce the Veil show and then watched him cry tears of joy bc it was his first time seeing them live 😢

-Me overheating right after and passing out at PtV LMAO. I got carried out like a rag doll and got to see the band up close while fighting for my life tho so 🤘And I got to experience so much kindness from strangers. So many people offered me their water bottles while my besties were helping me out of the crowd and even the lil dude from before caught up with us after the show to make sure i was ok 🥺

-Got dragged into an Avenged Sevenfold mosh pit and survived. I experienced what it would feel like being thrown into a human sized dryer

-SAW A GROWNASS MAN AS GHOSTFACE 🥰

-Singing Bohemian Rhapsody with a bigass crowd right before Green Day!!

-Hearing Billy Joe Armstrong give a shoutout to Mexico, and then later on bring a lil punk kid onto the stage and helped him play one of the band's guitars for the crowd. He got to KEEP the guitar afterwards O_O Bruh!! It was magical

-Got to boogie and have fun with my besties above all 🥰 Chase and Suga and Wolf are truly some of the sweetes people you will ever meet

So much more happened I could gush about it for DAYS. But it was such a fun trip!! Truly 2 weeks that changed my life and boosted my motivation to live. I'm so grateful I got to hang with so many of my onceler besties and I can't wait to do it again 🥰

As for the "plot" and other things... (this got so long I am so sorryy;;;)

Well at first I wanted to do kinda a normal ebg, no plot or anything bc I don't think I have the smarts to do an elaborate game/story lmao and I kinda wanted to have more established s/i lore?? And then I realized hey I can use the ebg to introduce my s/i!!!

See I'd been working SO hard on her names lately, researching and studying in-game adepti lore and stuff and I though why don't I make it a simple game where the goal is to guess her name (with me giving hints ofc) and at the very start I had the idea of her losing her memories so she could re-discover/remember things about herself alongside the "players" learning them. Whoever character I got as my bias would help her and get to know her too along the way, even npcs (or in the rare case of me getting Dottore/Pantalone, probs be the villain for her memory loss lmao)

And then I got Kazuha. And it was so SO perfect. I took inspiration from Spirited Away with the plot point of having your name/memories/identity stolen and for some reason I remembered the whole Ino-shika-cho koi-koi card combo from Summer Wars I just had this vivid mental image of a scene where Kazuha dropped the biggest hint by writing the Kanji for Butterfly (Chō) which doubles ofc as the Hanzi for Butterfly/Crystalfly (Dié) written the same pronounced (and romanized) differently :3c

I was very proud of myself//hit also

I did not end up making haiku bc they are complicated but I at least tried to loosely keep/emulate the 3 phrases, phonetic rhyme and sensory elements while referencing my lil plot lmao

✧˖Originally I was gonna blame it on a playful tanuki or smth but I don't think they're powerful enough youkai lmao it was probably a kitsune.... we may never know ✧˖She was technically never in any danger yeah but imagine being lost with no memories and no way to know if you could get them back even because every person she met kept telling her they didn't know ofc she'd break down, or at least me, I'm very crybaby and neurotic sometimes//HIT ✧˖Yes this entire thing was technically Zhongli's fault since he did write her a letter addressed 亲爱的晶蝶 ("My dear Crystalfly/Jingdie") and that IS her name woops on a random note I kinda imagine he also signs with something like 你的龙 "Your Dragon" and vice versa with Crys ("My dear Dragon/your Crystalfly") sgcvgajsvcjhacbajkca //squeals kicks feets

And all this started because I was stressing over the fact that "Crys" is not an appropriate name for a Liyue character lmao, I debated for so long giving her a chinese name, but I didn't want to further make her an OC I wanted her to represent me/my blog (also part of me was and still is immensely worried I somehow insult cn ppl by being as some sort of weeabo equivalent or that I am "appropriating culture" or idk I may be dumb but I try to do my research and I prommy it does not come from a place of malice or anything I genuinely love genshin and Li and it's got me interested in a culture/country I funnily enough have somehow interacted with and have friends in but never really paid that much attention to ig...) and then I just had the epiphany What if I just reverse engineer and name her Crystalfly in cn? Lore would be that either her name got accidentally translated in documents a long long time ago and ppl started calling ehr Crystalfly/Crys and she rolled with it or she simply adopted the translation/nickname as her name for international settings, keeping her true name more private (hidden in plain sight tbh) p sure the only ones who know are the elder adepti (Ganyu/Xiao included) and Neuvillette (once he told her his real/first name) (ironically Crys may be harder to pronounce i other languages lmaoooo rip Fontaine)

Shoutout to you for the way you treat Alex and George’s relationship when you talk about George in context of gewis. So many people in cases like this with less popular ships turn vitriolic towards anyone who they think could pose a threat to their ship and just… don’t. Your approach of they’re besties your honor is great and sparks a ton of joy

I have to say this message surprised me a bit because it’s something I’ve really had to work on, to the point I used to get some very angry anons about the way I generally ignored or forgot about Alex. Basically the opposite of this one hahaha! but I’ve also started to warm more to Alex this year than I did last year, though I still wouldn’t call myself a real fan, it’s nice when he does well.

I have… a complicated relationship with Alex as a driver and person. On one hand, he’s George’s best friend, I couldn’t change that even if I wanted to, and it’s a truly sibling like relationship I suspect George needed given how much older his actual siblings were. They support each other and that’s a thing they both need.

On the other, I’ve been watching since 2020, and Alex WAS a Red Bull driver, and he spent the entire first year of when I was watching the sport, getting into incidents with my favourite driver while being generally being very… accusatory. His role in RB during 2021 didn’t help either, and it just generally left me very mistrustful of the guy, probably unfairly, but with 20 drivers to focus on you don’t tend to get past first impressions unless you really stick about.

When he moved to Williams it was all under the fan fair of Horner crying that Toto didn’t approve of the move because he thought Alex was going to spy for them, and at the time it was hard not to sit there and go “well… are you?” Because post AD Redbull had more than proven they were willing to do anything to win, even if it was George’s influence that got Alex the Williams seat. It now truly delights me to see how that has in fact backfired on Christian as he lost a genuinely talented young driver to another team who will better respect his skill if he’s willing to be patient, though you won’t catch me calling for Alex to Merc…ever, or at least, any time soon.

I also struggled with the way he did talk about George a lot! It’s banter between brothers but it often felt like at the time the only way I saw Alex referring to their relationship was to poke or complain about George- especially showing off his body. Every single post George made showing even a little skin- the comments would be full of people waiting for Alex to show up and say something mean, and slowly the content from George dropped off, a coincidence probably given the ramp up with his duties at Merc, but it was hard not to link those things y’know, especially with my OWN, not Alex’s problem, views on body image.

So yeah, it was a tough grind, NONE of it helped by the prevalence of Galex as a popular ship and the tendency of popular ships to get very… expectant, of you to like them. I had the exact same issue with Sewis, though I will always adore Sebastian, because for a while it really did feel like it was being shoved in my face every which way and I couldn’t escape them, and no one enjoys having to wade through things they don’t like. Lots of posts with a general vibe of “what do you MEAN you like gewis when galex exists and clearly has more evidence” that just didn’t sit right for what I felt or what I was seeing. There was also the fic that will not be named that gave me a slightly… traumatic response to Galex and Sewis in relation to Gewis, and I all but stopped mentioning Alex at all if I could avoid it. Which as mentioned at the start… some anons sure took issue with!

I spose what changed my relationship with Alex was reframing his relationship to George (and by proxy redbull), when then things he started saying became less about George’s body and more about what a pain in the ass best friend he was. That’s a relationship I understand, the best friend who you love beyond all belief, would defend from wolves, would kill for, but if you had to date you’d kill each other in a couple days. A psuedo sibling bond I have with a lot of my own friends, people I would say I love you too knowing I have 0 intention on dating them.

Then it became easier to see all the ship stuff because I could go, cool I get it, but to me that’s his brother, that’s the guy who watches George pine and makes faux gagging noises, but would also go behind George’s back to tell Lewis how George felt if he thought it would make George happy. That’s the guy who George complains to when he’s struggling with balancing his feelings with his job as a teammate, and who hugs him when he’s feeling lost.

I have to credit Niamh for saying it one of her fics- but Alex is George’s Valtteri. The guy who has his back even when they’re fighting, and who’s bond goes a little deeper than skin, different to romance but no less strong.

So yeah, I will still always probably grit my teeth when it comes to getting galex shoved in my face, (no I haven’t forgotten synths poll, so many of you were v annoying to me ((this is a JOKE)), I’ve certainly started to completely detach that from Alex as a driver, and short of a nuclear melt down, I hope that relationship just slowly improves. Not that any of that matters to him of course. But this is the blog where I talk about myself.

Sorry for the ramble! That was useful to get off my chest I think hahah, cheers for the offload, now I can move on from it.

the best, most top tier, most BRILLIANT fangame of all time is a game by ekat n michael called pokemon ashen frost. bestie @frostbite-yinny can vouch for how amazing this game is. basically its a crime noir pokemon game that takes place in one huge ass city. you play as a detective with a swinub as a partner n the game is split into cases rather than gyms. my words arent enough to describe how high quality and genuis this game is. the story is deep n intricate n so beautifully told. n ohmygosh the SETTING. the city of riverview feels so,,, real. like i literally miss being there. the MUSIC too!!! its so jazzy n compliments the setting n story so well. n dont even get me STARTED on those CHARACTERS,,, you will get ATTATCHED. n i mean it. the end a the latest demo literally had me WEEPING. it features a talking protagonist which rlly helps you bond w the other characters. basically, ashen frost is a story abt people that takes place in the pokemon world, n thats what i adore abt it. i IMPLORE anyone who likes pokemon to play this game. im not saying that cause its my favorite, but bc to not play this game is literally a disservice to yourself. in fact i'll even give you a download link,,, here ya go

ahem. anywho. as for actual rom hacks, my favorite is easily pokemon fire red rocket edition. pokemon but you play as a member a team rocket!!! its such a breath a fresh air. a fun way to play through kanto, which is definitely needed seeing as most ppl have played through kanto 53629523 times. n the STORY??? goes HARD. theres a twist at the end that changes the way you see the story of red n blue. it takes the game from really great to fuckin BRILLIANT.

special shoutout to my first rom hack n the one that got me into all this,,, its a fire red hack by @shima-draws n its basically the story of fire red but your rival has a crush on you n flirts w you throughout the course a the game. my gateway drug n the reason i was able to play through kanto <3 her post abt it is here

another special special game is pokemon legends of the arena. another BRILLIANT n unique fangame that has you travelling the region while participating in a tournament rather than a gym challenge. amazing characters, a talking protagonist which is AWESOME, n an amazing soundtrack!!! the story is absolutely FANTASTIC too. n theres a breathtaking sidequest too. n theres like three different endings!!! which i love!! i got the true ending on the first try hehe ;))

i also cant help but love pokemon insurgence. as my first fangame i have a lotta nostalgia for it. look man, this ones FUN. its got super cool delta pokemon which are essentially regional forms before regional forms were regional forms. the story is a fun level of over the top n i love the inclusion of some a my favorite canon pokemon characters. also, this game made me cry. not bc a the story, but bc its fuckin HARD. n my ass was playing on NORMAL difficulty.

As of today, it has now been TWO whole years since I started writing and posting "Sun and Rain", my Bad Batch fanfic and love story between Hunter and my OC, Kimber!

Crazy how time flies when you're having fun, right?? 😆

I've added a whole lot to my story since last year and I'm insanely happy with how it's progressing! This year, the story finally connected to the events in Bad Batch season one and man, things have been crazy since. It's been a rollercoaster ride, to say the least, but it's still been fun! As season two was airing this year, all I could do after each episode was go "How would I fit Kimber into these events?" and the wheels have been turning, I can assure you! There's still a lot more to come 🥰

First of all, I have to make a HUGE shoutout to my bestie, @l-lend , who also on this day a year ago pitched the idea of Kimber having an all-girl squad. At the time, I had no plans for such a thing, but we got to talking more on discord and the idea started to grow on me...before long, I came up with a way to make that addition and K was kind enough to let me write for her OC, Rina, which was my way of thanking her for the idea. Thus, the Koriena Force was born and, fast forward a year, they've all become such a great and integral part of my fic! As part of that, K has also become practically my co-writer of the story and has pitched a lot of great ideas and witty one-liners, helped me through some blocks and has been a great supporter of my writing! I couldn't have gotten this far without you, bestie!! 💜💜

KinnPorsche World Tour Day 1 Feels

After watching all these breathtaking performances, I'm just sitting here thinking about the amount of effort it must have taken to set this up. When you are carrying a team on your shoulders there are chances someone or the other may feel neglected but the way these 16 of them got a chance to show case their talent has left me in awe. Maybe it was just a hobby of theirs like TA DJing but they were given a chance to amplify it by working on it and believing in themselves.

Not only that, other actors playing the role of Kan, Korn and Nampheung were also a part of the tour. It is never easy carrying everyone forward but KinnPorscheTheSeries is doing such an outstanding job in this area. I don't know who is the great mind behind these actions but since a lot of them have mentioned P'Pond, a HUGE SHOUTOUT to him for showing the world that you need to build things from scratch to produce GOLD like this.

I really really want to go home and GIF these outstanding moments but I cannot as of now..I experienced an array of emotions an ended up shedding happy and sad tears both...Went absolutely FERAL when the minor family dropped their bomb performance with all 3 of them blazing the stage and then major family made it all soft.

The leads foreshadowing their emotions of the show was a clever move all while sticking to their situation post the series..Like we know its a happy ending for KinnPorsche so some of their key moments and recreation of Porsche's dream about owning a beach bar was so darn wholesome. VegasPete began all angsty and they still have a lot of things to resolve so watching them go through those emotions again in those SEXY costumes..*HYPERVENTILATING*

Build and US killed it with their duet performance..OH AND when Build Twerked HOLY COW, that was it..He had 2 moods today, either he was shaking his arse off or crying happy tears about all the love and support that has been showered on him..Welcome Back Build Jakkapan Puttha, we missed you..

Bible, Tong, Build, and Apo's individual gigs..What do these studs even eat..Absolute Greek Gods..

Ahhh they are gatekeeping KimChay moments so bad, we were expecting a side story but ruthless ughh..*fingers crossed* that we may get it tomorrow..Jeff singing WHY DON'T YOU STAY Eng Version was exactly when my adrenaline rush went over the moon..Absolutely surreal y'all..

They have planned everything and will keep us waiting for more..Mile Apo's Period Movie teaser..eeeekkss.

I don't think any show has this kind of power over me even after it ended and there is a reason for it. Their consistency in delivering towards all the expectations of present and the future..I feel like I'm living this journey with them, even without being there physically. When almost all of them were in tears watching the kind of support they got, I was screaming internally you guys deserve it BBs..stop crying we are not the strongest soldiers here..I love love how things are never taken for granted..They work hard and then it is so natural for them to get emotional because this is all they expect and then when they receive it the emotions just overflow..Special shout out to Tong and Mile for being the caretakers of the fam..Tong was distributing tissues, water and hands of comfort every time someone broke down and Mile cracking his dad jokes was so heartwarming..

They helped me go through a very very tough phase this week and I'll forever be grateful to them about this..The last picture is me giving a tight hug of love and appreciation to each member who made this happen..

WHAT HAPPENED AT THE CON?!? did people buy your stuff? were they weird as shit? give us the details expand on the horrors (pls)

many horrors occurred with me and my bestie @/z0mbieb0yx3 at galaxycon columbus from december 2-4 2022. the first thing to go wrong was me throwing up in his car at like 9am and looking back i consider it an omen

to answer your questions specifically:

did people buy your stuff?

no they didn't. i sold a grand total of $50 worth of stock. on saturday, which is supposed to be peak operating hours, i sold a grand total of 5 items and that just kinda made my resolve shatter. i remember crying about it on the drive back home, as well as panicking during day 3 about what my father would think of me after such a catastrophic and horrendous failure since he is both Business Man (man who knows everything about business) and expects perfection from me. my mom on the other hand was very understanding and kind when i turned up at our house at 11pm with bloodshot eyes and dried tears on my face so uh shoutout my momma yo

were they weird as shit?

most people were very nice fortunately! never once did i feel unsafe at the con. there was one guy who came up to our table that kinda skeeved me out but that's the most of it really. a lot of Autism (affectionate) was on display at da con which is always appreciated and i got to link up with some artists that i'm cool with now ^^

we were WOEFULLY unprepared. we didn't have enough variety in stock to make our booth look full AND we had no display equipment (stands, tablecloth, bins, etc.). our shit (respectfully) looked budget as fuck we were not big ballers

this was not helped by the layout of the exhibition hall being absolute doodoo garbage. you had to go WAY out of your way to even find the artist alley which was in the far back left corner of the room, you couldn't even see it from the entrance because of the 10 foot high Premium Vendor booths. there was NO signage directing you towards the alley or even saying you arrived at it so w/o a map you just had to stumble into it. right behind the alley was the bafflingly small food court (a subway, jet's pizza and chick-fil-a stand lined up next to each other) which didn't bring in any traffic from what i could gather

our booth was right next to this very nice couple who would check in with us occasionally and we learned thru them that everybody in the alley was getting no fucking sales! gee i wonder if the poor layout had anything to do with it. it's not a small convention by any means, which made the fumbles all the more shocking. they told us to not beat ourselves up over low sales which was really nice to hear and genuinely reassuring :] day 3 was basically everybody trading stock with each other since they knew it was absolutely and unequivocally joever

some of the horrors were my fault though. that weekend was the first time i drank a monster energy and i (a dumbass) thought it would be so awesome and so cool to drink it on an empty stomach. immediately i felt the repercussions and thought i was having my Jokar Moment until wingding suggested i eat some fucking pizza and suddenly i was like yeah this is fine i'm good now. who woulda thunk it. i did it again the next day and the same thing happened because i never learn. i also tried edibles for the first time on this Very Professional Business Trip and i instantly got scared. oops

in short: columbus ohio is hell. do not go there

first off, my two solo zines!!! celestial cartography is a zine about the parallels between edric tosser, morrow doyle, val games, and pedro davids!! and then the burn with me b-sides is my very hefty baby (45 pages!)– 6 different 12x100s about betsy trombone, york silk, nerd pacheco, nic mora, cedric gonzalez, and spears taylor!

square roots is a short and sweet little zine i wrote with my bestie @tigerquoii about betsy trombone, jessica telephone, mickey woods, and bright zimmerman having a chat at the end of the world and it honestly might be my favourite thing i made the whole jam.

wip amnesty is the last zine i personally organized, and it’s pretty much what it says on the tin! bunch of wips people made, including myself.

one minute to midnight is a very fun exquisite corpse done with some friends (put together by @waveridden!) about the dale and it’s such a fun read!!

speaking of hayden, also ended up in two pieces in their season one zine (the good old days) by accident lol??? shoutout to @glassgob for using my texts for a tosser cousin moment and @lokrow for collabing with me on a tylandry piece!!!

Follow on from the other anon, gotta know now, what's the worst (or just notably offbeat) date you've been on?

Off the top of my head, well ok this was probably more of a hookup than a date but my ex said he (his parents blame me for him being trans which is hilarious to me) wanted to hang out and listen to a mutual friend's dj set twitch stream*.

I get there, find out the stream isn't for another like 2 hours. So he's like "omg let's watch inside by bo burnham this like changed my fucking life" **. So I sat through it like '[ex] literally started talking to me bc he recognized my anarchist flag pin as I walked by, how is fucking inside by bo burnham a revelation to him.' But we finished the movie and then went up to his room and watched the stream (which was fucking epic, Greystar is the best producer in Portland rn shoutout to my bestie Greystar!) and then made out afterwards to New Order. Then he walked me home with a neck so bruised it look like he'd survived a hanging and I was decently battered myself, exactly how it should be.

Sounds decent enough, right? Well the next day I was going grocery shopping with the two of my exes that I live with (this was while they were still dating each other) and we get to the parking lot and the one driving suddenly breaks down crying bc they're overwhelmed and very stressed bc the other one is a jackass (I swear my taste is usually much better this just happens to contain our 2 mutual exes that suck) and I'm trying to help them calm down.

But then MY partner texts me and is upset that I hooked up with my ex again. Ordinarily this would've been fine but the ex crying in the car ALSO dated that ex and had talked about him one of the times my partner was over like 6 months ago before they'd forgiven him for a lot of stuff. So my partner's perception of him was as a sociopath serial homewrecker. Which, to be fair, would be totally accurate if sociopathy was a real thing and not just an arbitrary word for people society doesn't like. And so trying to deal with all this shit at once I promise to everyone involved not to hook up with him again.

That night he then asked if I wanted to try out blood play sometime. Honestly it would've solved a LOT of issues in the local queer community if I'd taken him up on that offer but oh well it happened at the height of my blood aversion and I'm not one to break more than 2 promises simultaneously.

There was also the time I nearly had a massive falling out with an ex who'd I'd stayed friends with (funnily enough they're the partner from the first story) because of some miscommunication about a hookup with a girl who made me watch Attack on Titan while she gave me head but that was somehow significantly easier to resolve.
