HELLO!! Thank you again for the Ballpit AU!!!

So I got the Into the Pit audiobook last week (I forgot to cancel my audible subscription for like.... months and needed to burn my credits somewhere fun LOL). And I wouldn't call myself a fnaf lore expert lol. But it got me randomly thinking. If the ball pit in Jeff's Pizza could time travel because -mumblemumble- Agony and Remnant reasons or something -mumblemumble- then the ball pit in the Pizzaplex probably had the same kind of thing where it absorbed all that stuff over the years? Perhaps the two ball pits in your AU that exist at different times are one and the same?

I could definitely see Fazbear entertainment in Pizzeria Sim finding the original Fredbear's ball pit after like 30 years and going, "Yeah, we can give this thing to that new guy with the bear head. His pizzeria won't last a week anyway."

And when that pizzeria burns down and they build the Pizzaplex on top of it, some OTHER pizzaplex employees find that thing hidden away and say to themselves, "We can't waste this money-saving resource! Find a good place for the 40-50 year old disgusting unwashed ball pit in this Pizzaplex immediately!!!"

...And that kids, is one possible recipe for your very own time traveling ball pit....??

But also this is fnaf. Nothing really needs a recipe, I personally am a fan of answering lore questions with, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ "uhh-uhh!"

- If Acronix, Krux, and Cyrus played monopoly together it would end in arguments between Krux and Cyrus. Acronix is the race car. This is non negotiable.

-Acronix would absolutely attempt to stand on the wall in a gravitron carnival ride

-if you gave Acronix a lazer pointer he would immediately shine it directly into his eyes

- Krux can cook really well, and if in an au where both of the twins get a redemption, I can see him trying to teach Acronix how to cook too

- Acronix and Cyrus would watch Barbieheimer

- in refrence to the Fnaf pizzeria simulator game, Acronix would think the ballpit mini game is the funniest thing ever

-Acronix has the vibes of a cat that you'd have to hold back from stealing your food

-Krux would be godly skilled at tetris

- Acronix would love abbreviating words while texting so he could text Faster but eventually his texts become borderline incomprehensible

-Acronix is a true listener of every type of music. You could put on any genre and he's groovin.

-Acronix would love beyblades and the Beat Saber game

- Acronix would like sour candies and hard candies (because it's a colorful tasty rock you're allowed to eat). Therefore his favorite candy would be a juicy drop pop.

- Krux knows Morse code

-It would be so realistic for Acronix to just get sick during his first week in the modern era due to like. Not being used to the new modern germs or whatever. And to whoever did that one fanfic I'm forgetting your name at the moment I do agree that Acronix would be so dramatic about being sick. Sickly victorian child vibes. He could get the slightest fever and suddenly he's bedridden asking to be brought outside into the sunlight one last time before the illness takes hold

-on a similar thread Acronix is the kind of person who, if you tell him he has internal bleeding, would be like oh okay that's fine, that's where the blood is supposed to be.

-Krux has probably accidentally drank oil a few times while working on his steam bots

- Acronix cannot resist the urge to bite into a glowstick. It's his curse.

- I have concluded that, in terms of beach activities, Acronix would be a Sports In The Sand kind of guy except on a day where the waves were especially strong, he would run in there immediately for the danger. He would probably also end up digging a giant hole just for the hell of it. Krux would be fishing// wants to be on a boat. And tbh Krux would love collecting sea shells as well but hate that sand gets everywhere.

Okay so, the ballpits in Monty Golf seem to be there to simulate water for Monty to "swim" in, so consider:

No one asked my opinion, but I actually like both ideas of Gregory being just some random kid AND Gregory being a robot/Evan/The Crying Child. Both for their own reasons.

Gregory just being some random kid that ended up in the whole mess by accident is fucking hilarious. Vanny/Burntrap spend however long (the longer time spent the funnier it gets) working on this whole plan only to have their shit completely fucked up by this random ass child in one night is comedy gold. It's what Michael and Cassidy would've wanted. Get fucked old man. It's also just nice to have some fresh blood to kick off a new era.

But Gregory being a robot could be an incredibly compelling storyline. Along with being funny if he's meant to be Evan. Just because wow, your kids just keep fucking you over, huh old Willy? But sentient robots are fun to play around with in literature. It's especially interesting to play with the idea of a robot masquerading as a human, maybe even thinking it's human. There's a lot of potential there, but I can see why people wouldn't like it. It's dredging up the same tired past (even if I kind of like the idea of FNAF Pizzeria Simulator being mostly fabricated by Fazbear Entertainment to put a neat nice ending-Willy got what he deserved-we're done with this-everything has been laid to rest bow on the past tragedies), though I kind of like the idea of Evan being given another chance at a childhood that was stolen from him.

Either way, both ideas are fun to me and this damn franchise basically has no rules *cough cough- time traveling ballpit- cough- fazgoo- cough cough* so I'm just going to use both as I see fit!

Okay, first things first. If you are easily scared, he may not be the one for you.

When you first meet him, he loved to mess around with your brain. He'd make up random tasks for you to do for you to purposely get jump scares, and he loved to appear out of nowhere to scare you shitless.

When he realized that he liked you, his behavior would only amplify. He'd sneak up behind you to jump onto you and scare the shit out of you.

He is very salty so if you are ever better at him at doing tricks or juggling, he will pout like a child and go cry off to whoever would listen that you are being mean.

He's.... Like a spider? He likes to crawl after you on the walls or ceiling, and specifically that only. He just likes showing off his tricks to you and this is one of his tricks he just loves to do.

He is a very clingy person, but not in the traditional sense. He's disgusted by anyone else's touch, but you are the exception. But he doesn't want to cuddle or hold hands, no no. He wants to bite and crawl on top of your back.

If you got any secrets, he will leap at any opportunity to find out about them. Especially since he's an animatronic and can't follow you around 24/7 so he wants to know everything that happens when he's not around.

Remember how I said he was clingy? Well, that means he'll never leave your side. Going to go poop or pee?? He'll protect the stall door from any glamrock animatronics as well as serenade the shit out of you.

He loves to sing. So he will serenade you as much as possible, though they are kind of like creepy lullabies.

He's getting too annoying for you? Slap a phone or iPad in front of him. Yes, he's kind of an IPad kid. He would binge any Ad's for their restaurant and get giddy like a little child when he sees himself in them, though it's mostly in the background or snuck in since he isn't the safest animatronic.

He is easily jealous of Sunrise. He will demand to know what you and Sunrise did together while he was away and he will get so pissy if he finds out that Sunrise was even slightly more romantic then him. He can understand that him and Sunrise are a package deal, but that doesn't mean that the damned sun gets to take the spotlight!! He will leave very aggressive letters to his counterpart if anything of the sort has happened.

He's not the most romantic, so please bear with him. He finds pranks to be the music way to the soul, so be prepared to be pantsed or doused in water when walking through any door. If you express enough anger though, he will eventually quit but he would be mad or sad the first few times you've reacted negatively.

He isn't a fan of conventionally lovey dovey stuff so he didn't actively seek out kisses at first. But once you've done it to him, it was like he short circuited. He can't pucker up his lips or anything due to being made out of metal so he'd probably slam his metal mouth against your lips to try and simulate a kiss.

Despite him being full of energy and a little dancy pants, he does get tired relatively easy. So expect him to take cat naps near you so you can be his little bodyguard while he sleeps. Hell, he can even fall asleep while on the walls or ceilings so you could even carry his sleeping form and do your job.

He will do obnoxious kissy noises whenever your busy to mess with you, wether it makes you annoyed, flustered, or cringe, it's the reaction he wanted

His love language? A mix of gift giving and quality time. He loves to find the pretty stuff the kids leave in his playplace and give it to you like how a bird would with a pretty rock. He doesn't get to spend a lot of time with others due to him only being activated at night, so he is very eager to spend time with you, even if it's stuff he hates. You having a bad day but he wants to play? That's okay, he can postpone that and just relax with you in the ballpit while binging shows on your phone together.

Although he's a little punk, he does care for you and whenever you aren't around he will brag about you to whoever would listen. Hell he'd even do sloppy drawings of you and stick them around the building for you to find. Though, most of them are like missing dog posters.

He may take on a more dominant roll in the relationship, but that doesn't mean he's a softy. He may like scaring you, but whenever you threatening with someone, he just wants to crawl on top of you and praise you for standing up for yourself.

"Awh good morning, my little helper!" Cooing at the small bear in your hands, you held him up with such pride and joy. You grinned as he waved his arms in greeting, happy to see you.

Helpy was always a delight to greet whenever you went into work. He was a lawyer, a game-tester, and an attendant all wrapped in one, but in your eyes he was basically your kid. A very responsible one at that.

“So what shall we do today? Hmm...maybe you can test the ballpit and make sure it’s full.” You set him down on the floor. “That way I can let Mikey know it’s safe to open.”

He blinked and looked to the discount ballpit that was recently installed. The wooden plank definitely needed to be refined, though he didn’t seem to mind as he immediately ran to the ladder with a grin.

You sat at the closest table to watch him climb up. Once he reached the top, he bounced once on the plank and took a leap of faith into the colorful pit.

But you realized he was way off the mark and panicked, jumping up from your chair and rushing over to catch him. “Gotcha! You almost broke your neck there, buddy. You okay?”

Despite his nod of reassurance, you still hugged him tightly. Ever since you saw him fall out of the Gravity Vortex attraction--one of the biggest investments made for this place--you became very protective of him and always kept a close eye on him whenever he play-tested the rides.

Bringing him to the stage, you put him down and kneeled in front of him, smiling. “Maybe we can do something else while we wait for Mike. Got any ideas?”

For a moment Helpy tapped a hand to his chin in thought, before one of your employees turned on some music. And then he started randomly dancing to the tune of it.

You chuckled. “Good idea! Dance lessons. I can show you some moves to greet guests! Get the kids grooving!”

He was 100% on board with the idea.

When Michael arrived to the pizzeria today, he expected to hear crying kids or see one of the animatronics having another malfunction--like that Lefty character he bought for really cheap.

He didn’t actually want to buy it. The bear creeped him out more than any he’s seen before and he definitely found the price suspicious, but at your insistence he did.

Speaking of his fellow co-founder, he saw you showing Helpy some funny dances over by the duck pond. And everything else in the pizzeria was running smoothly, much to his surprise.

He was smiled behind his bear mask as he walked over to you two. Somehow he knew you were gonna get attached to the little guy the moment he was sent here to help. Quite frankly, he ended up doing the same, treating him like a son.

In truth he saw this as his chance to be a better father than his own father. He was going to care for his child.

Even if...his child had a design that happened to be inspired by one of his father’s murderous creations.

But still, Helpy was adorable and helpful. Unlike Funtime Freddy.

“Mornin’ [y/n]. Off to a good start, aren’t we?”

You looked at Michael and nodded in agreement. “It sure is, Mikey. You see Helpy’s dances? I’ve been teaching him those since I arrived. Technically I’m not goofing off if I’m trying to raise our reputation.”

“That’s true.” He chuckled. “You’re doing great. You could run this show all by yourself if you had to.”

“Hey, don’t sell yourself short.” You lightly punched his bandaged arm. “We’re a team. We’re both doing great, okay? You’re doing great.”

“Of course.”

“Will you say it?”

“..say what?”

“You are great!”

“..you are great?”

“Ugh--no, you know what I mean!” You huffed, pouting childishly.

God, you can just imagine the smirk behind his mask right now.  Even after becoming a corpse he still managed to retain his cheeky attitude.

Meanwhile, Helpy was looking back-and-forth at you two, amused by the exchange going on.

You and Michael were definitely like parents to him.

Delving Even Deeper Into My Security Breach Sunrise/Moondrop Headcanons

You guys really seem to like my FNAF SB headcanons, so I wanted to share some more about the Daycare Attendant...

-Sunrise/Moondrop used to have control over their change from sun to moon. Usually it’s a day-night or morning-afternoon type of thing, but the Glitch made everyone unstable and seriously messed with the runnings of the Pizzaplex, making the technicians into nervous wrecks.

-They used to be able to do something of a peek-a-boo trick with younger kids going back and forth between Sunrise and Moondrop behind their hands or popping in and out of the ballpit, changing each time.

-Sunrise/Moondrop are part of the same deep learning AI personality, but it’s split in order to contain the vast amount of information about all the kids in the Pizzaplex Guest server. The two personalities developed independent of human interference.

-Sunrise/Moondrop used to be on very good terms. They communicate through “self-dialogue” inside their simulated consciousness.

-The glitch made it so Moondrop is much, much more aggressive, dangerously so, and so Sunrise has started trying to keep him from taking control. But when the lights go out- that is, power fluctuations in the Pizzaplex grid (not just the lights, that’s just an indicator) Sunrise’s control slips since Moondrop is designated to take over in cases of emergency as he’s supposed to be more level-headed and organized and versed in emergency protocols.

-When power is diverted or shifted as it is during night mode every hour or when Afton draws a particularly large amount into his recharge station Down Below, Moondrop automatically takes over.

-This is a theory I haven’t seen around very much, but Gregory was probably ‘banned’ from the daycare partly to try to protect him after Sunrise lost control. Sunrise spent the rest of the night trying to confine himself to prevent Moondrop from getting out.

-Sunrise/Moondrop are one of the first to notice and develop abnormalities because of Afton’s appearance since they’re such a big part of the cyber infrastructure of the Pizzaplex. His power siphon from under the Raceway affected him first. It was small things at first, twitches in behavior, personality switching without meaning to, and a great vague anxiety setting in.

-Sunrise/Moondrop tried to warn the techs about what was going on, but it was very difficult to tell from his end what exactly was going wrong and, being unable to vocalize or locate the source of the problem, they just kept it to themselves and hoped that things would clear up eventually, that it was just a passing issue.

-But things escalated one day when Moondrop went on a psychotic rampage when some kids weren’t being quiet during a sleepover event. “Naughty children! Naughty, naughty, naughty!” No one was seriously hurt, but there were a lot of traumatized kids. This event is mentioned in the Fazwatch messages:

Night Terrors CUSTOMER COMPLAINT -

My son never had sleeping problems. But after spending an evening in the daycare, he refuses to sleep with the lights out anymore! He just cries. And then when I do let him keep the lights on, he wets the bed!

-After this, Sunrise never again let Moondrop “out” during the afternoons and all upcoming Slumber Parties were cancelled. He was content that the children were safe with him, though he didn’t quite realize that he too was being affected by the burgeoning Glitch, becoming erratic and absent-minded, obsessively cleaning up the playroom and doing other compulsions. Panic attacks became common and he too started scaring the children or just weirding them out.

-Moondrop became a constant presence inside Sunrise’s mind after the Glitch took hold whereas before, when not in control, the other side usually went into rest mode. Moondrop’s nasty, hissing voice became like deeply upsetting intrusive thoughts growing more and more unpleasant the longer he was “locked away” and “compartmentalized”.

-The “voices in his head” sometimes got so loud they distracted him in the middle of the day and Sunrise would sometimes yells things at Moondrop that are taken as directed at Staff or random guests.

-Eventually, the night of the game, Moondrop and all the other animatronics came completely under the Glitch and Afton’s control, though Vanessa thought she was calling the shots.

-Once the Glitch receded and things went back to relative normalcy, Sunrise and Moondrop calmed down mostly, though for a while there was still hesitancy to shift from sun to moon.

-The Daycare Attendant used to be the most trusted of all the animatronics, but after the Glitch, everyone was a little more wary of him, including the Glamrocks and human Staff. This only broke their electronic heart more and made them determined to make things better.

-Moondrop felt very guilty about his actions and tried to apologize, but the damage was done. Trust is hard to rebuild, especially within oneself. He sought out the kids he traumatized on that day and did his best to make amends though.

-Gregory’s forgiveness is the most difficult to obtain though. The orphan boy has been hurt before and it takes a lot longer to repair that than a quick trip to Parts & Service.

-Extra: This may be obvious, but I like that Sunrise/Moondrop seem intended to be an allegory for Vanessa and Vanny even if they’re cool and strong characters in their own right too of course. The split personality and imagery related to it is a motif and theme that carries throughout Security Breach with the two sides of the Pizzaplex, the shiny, neon public places and the dark and dirty staff areas.

Vanessabeth Headcanons:

Vanessa is twenty years old by the time the events of FNAF Special Delivery rolls around, and twenty two by the time she gets the job at the Pizzaplex as a security guard. The events of FNAF Security Breach roll around by 2038 (DBH timeline wink wink), and presuming that FNAF 6 Pizzeria Simulator takes place in 2017 in my AU (since Deluxe Ballpits were a thing in the game, and since ballpits were eliminated IRL for the purposes of mitigating the spread of COVID), Vanessa’s year of birth is around 2018- nearly one year after the burning down of Pizzeria Simulator.

Vanessa’s full name in my AU is Vanessa Anderson (callback to Hank Anderson from DBH), hence the last initial of “A” in her records.

Vanessa does reciprocate her feelings for Luis Cabrera, one of her coworkers, but can’t confess to him, let alone date him, due to a myriad of reasons pre-game (her adherence to Glitchtrap being a major one).

Vanessa upon birth was actually supposed to have blue eyes- an allude to Circus Baby and Elizabeth Afton’s arc. Both her father, Bill, and her mother, Sarah, had blue eyes, so the genetics outcome was supposed to be quite obvious. However, since the wandering spirit of Elizabeth merged with the soul, shadow and physical body of Vanessa upon her being still in the womb while Sarah was still five months pregnant, her inhabitance and eventual latching on to Vanessa’s developing conscious resulted in them becoming one and the same (a cross between a resurrection and a reincarnation). Thus, her parents were surprised to find that their resulting child had bright, seemingly glistening green eyes the iridescent colours of chartreuse and jade.

Vanessa, due to the unique circumstances behind her birth, possessed a very subdued personality- she neither laughed nor cried as a baby, only crying upon birth due to her biological necessity and instinct of consuming oxygen upon her first breath. As she grew up, she began to show more emotion and react appropriately to things- but for the most part, she was a disgruntled, serious and mostly dignified person, even as an adult now.

Vanessa’s likes include bunnies (for obvious reasons), vanilla soft serve ice cream (preferably served with sugar cones and maraschino cherries on top), as well as botany and flowers (as seen in the therapy tapes). She also seems to have some stereotypically feminine interests, such as wearing rainbow-streak hair extensions from time to time, as well as baking, having ordered pastry and shortcake cookbooks in the past, as well as puppies (of which seems to bond with Gregory over). These are all potential callbacks to Elizabeth, her previous self, who also had stereotypically feminine interests.

She also appears to be lonely, having pushed her trauma of her past life to the back of her mind, attempting to forget about it as a coping mechanism (via dissociative amnesia of sorts). Crushing feelings of loneliness and hopelessness is something that she bonds with her older brother Gregory over as they discuss their trauma post-game and comfort each other.

Vanessa is, for all intents and purposes, fully and completely human, unlike Gregory, who’s creation was… complex, to say the least.

A custody battle happened between her mother and her father when she was nine years old, a month after they divorced- her father, as stated in the tapes, used fear and manipulation tactics in order to goad Vanessa into indirectly falsely testifying against her mother. Shortly after the custody battle, her mother died.

Vanessa’s father, Bill, was quite the manipulative figure, “rewarding her” when she obeyed, and “punishing her” when she didn’t, whether her actions were morally right or not. Vanessa never really managed to see past this abuse, thinking that it was merely discipline due to the way she was raised- this allowed Glitchtrap to more easily control and manipulate her due to her childhood, coupling that with how Elizabeth was raised, since her spirit and consciousness have fully merged with her body and are now dormant within her.

Vanessa basically goes ballistic when she’s called by the name of “Elizabeth” both pre-game and during the events of Security Breach, though she doesn’t know why until later.

She has a deathly fear of clowns and needles, and feels unsettled whenever she looks at ice cream scoopers (callback once again to Sister Location). She also does not like candy, and is afraid of the dark, preferring to be in sunlight and under clear blue skies.
