Your First Kiss With Philip Would Include...

Requested by anon: “I saw that luckily you do imagines also for Sirius the Jaeger! I read the request for Mikhail and liked it so, since there's like no content about Phillip, can i ask what a first kiss with him will include?”

A/N: I’m aging up Philip to 18 years old, hope you don’t mind.

It was surprising to you when Dorothea told you that he’s pretty vocal around everyone else.

Actually, Philip’s behaviour was much different around you, he’d be a little awkward and reserved, it made you a little upset, did he have a problem with you or something?

You grew up pretty close to Dorothea until you lost all contact for a loooong while, you crossed paths and decided to join forces.

Meeting everyone and getting along with everyone.

Except Philip of course, he was a tough bean. 

Because they were Dorothea’s friends, you really wanted to get along with everyone, but you never managed, you just thought that was his character.

So it made you a little depressed when you found out he’s pretty lively normally. 

You didn’t want to put more effort into being friends with him since clearly he wanted nothing to do with you so you just let it be and accepted that the way you were wasn’t something he wanted anything to do with so fine.

Yuliy noticed and casually slipped it into a conversation between the both of them, leaving Philip blabbering over his own words and cheeks flushed.

Philip decided he should apologise, so he went to you when the moment was right, i.e. when Yuliy not-so-discreetly shoved him into you and left you alone. 

You started off as a clean slate, and it was going great, although you grew feelings for him slowly but surely, even though you didn’t want to.

You didn’t know he returned the feelings, however, until Dorothea teased him, saying that you were nearly in a death situation when you got attacked by a vampire.

It wasn’t true, obviously but the whole group could tell you fancied each other and watching Philip squirming wasn’t something any of them would miss. 

He went R U N N I N G to find the both of you -- who went into town to buy some groceries.

Whilst Dorothea’s story seemed a little unreal given that you were both in town, it wasn’t completely untrue.

“(Y/N), (Y/N), (Y/N)!!!” you heard someone calling out behind you as Yuliy walked into a bakery.

“Huh?” you frowned as you recognised the blond head racing straight towards you, “what’s-”

He did that.

I.e. cupping both your cheeks in his palms and slamming his lips into yours, kissing you desperately.

Your mind went black, you froze into place, in shock and surprised.

When he pulled away, he hugged you tightly.

“Don’t scare me like that again, I’m sorry it had to come to this for me to tell you, but, from now on I’ll be honest and never leave your side -- if you’re okay with that.” 

His voice was slightly muffled by how buried it was in your neck but it was crystal clear to you, which ironically only confused you more.

“What?” 

Philip pulled away to get a good look at you.

“What do you mean ‘don’t scare me like that again’?”

“Dorothea told me you nearly died because of a vampire!” It was his turn to frown now.

“I never was, Yuliy took care of it before I even understood what was going on.” clearly, you were eyeing him suspiciously and his heart nearly dropped out of his stomach, face read and he let go of you.

“O-ooh, I’msosorryIdidn’tmeantodothat,forgetiteverhappenedIwasn’tthinkingstraightokay?I’msorry!”

He was blabbering in embarrassment and your heart was waltzing with joy, a huge grin on your face as he avoided eye contact.

“I’ll uh, just go,” he murmured, turning around after he calmed down.

Gripping his jacket to stop him in his tracks.

When he glanced back at you, he had a desperate look in his eyes, not something he wanted you to see, on the contrary, he was trying to hide it.

He wasn’t significantly taller than you but you gazed up at him, slowly walking up to him and placing your lips back against his.

Philip didn’t hesitate to slide an arm around your waist to pull you closer, his other hand gently grasping your chin to savour the kiss fully.

“Um, did I miss something?” Yuliy’s voice interrupted the both of you.

The pair of you never had such quick reflexes than in that very moment.

You pulled away in the blink of an eye.

“What?” you gulped, glancing at Philip as he stared at the ground with burning cheeks, red ears and scratching the back of his head in embarrassment. 

“I’ll just go, I trust you can get (Y/N) home safety hm?” he had a polite, oblivious tone but Philip could tell he was sending him an amused smile.

The both of you watched him leave until he turned around a corner, before acknowledging each other’s presence again.

Slowly, he redirected his attention back to you.

“Do you wanna get something to eat? I know a place…” he trailed off.

A smile found its way onto your face as you nodded.

“That sounds nice,” it sounded so soft to his ears and he looked up at you in shock, surprised you even agreed to this despite what happened moments ago, he didn’t have a response to that.

Seeing the blank look on his face, you chuckled, intertwining your fingers with his and tugging on his arm.

“The place?” you tilted your head to the side.

“R-right,” he blushed, squeezing your hand and guiding you towards it.

O for Yuliy? OwO

Yuliy is rather subtle with his notions of love.  He’s not exactly the most emotional person there is, so rather than proclaim his adoration of you with grandiose vigor, he often expresses his love through actions.  He enjoys soft physical touch, especially things such as running a hand through your hair or attempting to style it like his, or holding your hand when he sense you feel nervous or uncomfortable.  If you need to let out all your emotions, he’s always there for you, and he gives the absolute best bear hugs that seem to raise a beacon of impenetrable light between the two of you and the trials and tribulations of life.  Although you often accompany him on his travels, he’ll still find time to sneak out and get you souvenirs, to the point of where a corner of your room is decked out with post cards, snowglobes, famous novels, gems, or works of art from nearly every destination imaginable.  He finds his thoughts always winding back to you, and almost always those thoughts bring a smile to his face, regardless of the situation.

Hey, I love your stuff! Could you write some hcs or something with Yuliy and Mikhail with a significant other with adhd?

I really hope you like this nonnie! A bit of a warning though, I am not here to romanticize ADHD or any other disorder. If I do… I sincerely apologize if I offend anyone. This is a serious subject and I don’t want to take it lightly. I figured I’d focus on one aspect of ADHD for each character, while also touching base on others briefly. This was all written from my own experience and the research I did on ADHD.

Mikhail: Poor Planning/Forgetfulness

He’ll often find you up late at night or early in the morning, working on something that you claimed had to be done because you forgot or time got away from you.

Sometimes he has to force you to go to bed or else he knows you won’t go to sleep on your own.

You get mad at him for it, but deep inside you know he’s just trying to look out for you.

Constantly getting distracted and forgetting things is a big part of your daily life, Mikhail tries to help by getting you a planner or by reminding you, mostly trying to help in small ways.

Sometimes he’ll leave you sticky notes around your house

Things like “Don’t forget your lunch” (that he probably made you), or “your keys are in the silverware drawer”, you know. Cute and helpful things like that.

Overall, I see him as being very patient and creative in having ways to help you cope.

Like if you feel like you feel you need medication and therapy? Great! He’ll go to appointments with you if you want him to.

If not? He’ll offer his help in any way he can

Yuliy: Hot Temper

I’m no psychologist, but I feel like Yuliy displays some signs of ADHD in the anime. He’s incredibly reckless and impulsive and gets himself into situations that could have been avoided if he had just slowed down and had help from others.

Specifically I wanted to focus on having a hot temper.

Which my older brother and little sister have actually. 

Anyway.

He tries not to get too upset if you ‘explode’ or if you get really upset.The smallest things can set you off, and he his best to calm you down afterwards.

Sometimes that means just giving you time to cool off and sometimes that means sitting you down to talk.

Combined with your inability to sit still for long periods of time or really focus, sometimes he’s at a loss.

Sparring together or working out like going for jogs help.

My brother and little sister like things like fidget cubes or stuff like that so they have something to do with their hands.

I see Yuliy constantly having something on him that you can fiddle with, say that sash he has tied around his waist or his coat or he’ll bring something that he knows you like messing with to help you stay focused.

Mikhail & Yuliy + Morning routine after the canon (divergent)

★ Ever since Mikhail joined the jaegers and Professor Willard’s team, he and Yuliy have a habit of sharing a room. Either that or one will be found in the other’s room in the morning. So when Philip catches Yuliy emerging from Mikhail’s room with his older brother lagging behind him, he cannot help but ask if they sleep like married couples.

★ Yuliy has a morning routine. He wakes up, does his business, washes his face, brushes his teeth, fixes his hair, dons his clothes, and makes his bed. Today, Yuliy will do his morning routine as well… after he stops memorizing his brother’s serene face while he dozes off and tracing the scars decorating his face.

★ Mikhail notices that Yuliy is the one who always folds their sleep wears and make their bed in the morning.

★ Mikhail makes sure that Yuliy brushes his teeth thoroughly, even waiting for him by the door just so he does not skip cleaning his canines. 

★ Mikhail is not bothered by his growing locks. He likes it long and free behind his back. But, every good hair has their ups and downs. While his is impeccably soft and fluffy, the strands are also easy to get tangled. So, he enlists Yuliy to brush it off him.

★ When Yuliy is too sleepy, Mikhail brushes his hair instead.

★ Breakfast is always a hearty event, Mikhail learns the first time he joins the team. He eats the food for the sake of eating but he often sneaks pieces of his servings to Yuliy who is obviously sleepy and does not comment on Mikhail’s lack of chewing.

Mikhail Jirov x Reader - “Your First Kiss With Mikhail Would Include...”

Requested by @bright-like-the-sun-00: “Hi! I wanted to request a sirius the jaeger headcanon. With mikhail x reader. What would the first kiss be with him? Where would it take place? When did it happend? Thank you if you reading this and wants to write it. 🙂"

A/N: Hope you like it!

You were one of Yuily’s closest friends, which is how you met Mikhail, through his brother.

Immediately, you found him devilishly attractive and he was really really sweet to you.

You spent more time with him when you worried about Yuily when he wouldn’t voice his problems, even though you were closer, you knew that Mikhail could read him like an open book and maybe some of his insight might help you aid your friend.

Over time, you both grew really close where he grew comfortable enough to tease you incessantly.

At that point, you were as close as friends as you were with Yuily. 

He didn’t seem to mind though.

Mikhail would tease you about other people eyeing you or when you were shy around others, like you had a crush.

But you only had a crush on him and the way he was trying to set you up to see you happy with someone else only gave you the illusion that he didn’t deserve you, he really did have feelings for you.

At one point, his brother saw the sad look he had when you seemed to be having a good time with someone Mikhail brought close to you and Yuily just had to do something about it.

He used how close you were to him to his advantage.

Yuily understood that his brother had multiple reasons for doing what he did, including that Mikhail deserved the suffering for what he’s done, you deserve to be happy and that wouldn’t have been with him and, well, you’re really close to his brother and he wouldn’t have been able to forgive himself if he did something that would drive you away from him.

Mikhail slowly became more distant from you, whether or not you went on dates.

One day, you confronted him about it in his room, where he had nowhere to go. 

He admitted everything, he felt so guilty for revealing his feelings because he didn’t want to confuse you or make things complicated but he couldn’t stop his long confession.

When he finished and there was a long pause, his breathing caught in his throat and he apologised profusely, being hard on himself and stating how selfish what he just said was and asking you to forget it.

You grasped his arm when he started walking out … of his own room.

Sitting him down and grasping his jaw because he wouldn’t meet your eyes.

The look in his eyes was so heartbreaking, you didn’t find the words to speak up so you just pressed your lips against his.

His arms slid around your waist and he pulled you closer to make you straddle him more comfortably.

Your end of the kiss is soft and sweet, his end is hungry and desperate, like it was the only thing that could make him breathe. 

Mikhail’s grip on you was tight as he kept you against his chest, needily making out with you as your fingers ran through his hair.

When you pulled away, you hugged him tightly and you both went over your feelings and how this was going to work out.

The rest of the night was spent cuddling on his bed, kissing and whispering to each other. 

Yuily smiled widely when he accidentally went into his brother’s bedroom, thinking he was up and wouldn’t mind if he came in to take something he forgot in the room.

The same small smile graced his features for the next few hours, the image of the both of you cuddling each other engraved in his brain.

What about some random Yuliy and reader headcanons to start out? ❤️

- Yuliy probably wouldn’t initially understand the fluttering that occurred in his chest when he first saw you.  He knew it affected him, perhaps made him feel a bit happy, but couldn’t quite determine why, even as the sunlight streamed in over your hair on the train where you happened to be.  It was the first time he’d ever felt something real and tangible since leaving the Jaegers.

- It was up to you to initiate a conversation, and, while on yet another train, you happened to spot him again.  He had a face simply impossible to forget and eyes like the ocean under silver moonlight.  When lunchtime came around, you moved seats to be across from him after noticing he didn’t seem to have a meal and offered him half your sandwich.

- It took him a moment to respond, and when he did his voice was hoarse from lack of use.  He denied the offer but thanked you, tilting his head to the side and eyeing you carefully.  There wasn’t a sense of danger about you, but rather something he still couldn’t describe that made him just as alert.

- Over the next few months you two grew to become friends via both unprecedented and meticulously-made methods of catching the same trains at the same time at the same station.  He took an interest in your work - a traveling historian, set on solving an ancient riddle that had fascinated you since childhood, it was inevitable to lead you down many twists and turns.  He offered his assistance one day, which you gladly accepted.

- Throughout your travails you only grew closer, and it was when you two set up for a couple nights of an unforeseen snowstorm in a natural cavern that had bored its way deeply within snowy mountaintops.  As you were setting up the bedding, hanging towels over the entrance to prevent drafts, and decorating the room to your liking, it began to take Yuliy back to his childhood comforts, and perhaps for the first time since childhood he felt as though he was at home - not a house but rather a place where his heart lay, and it was then that he realized the mystery feeling wasn’t a mystery feeling anymore, it was love.

- In a twist of fate it would actually be you who confronted your feelings first, by accidentally saying “I love you” as you two switched guarding positions in a dangerous area of a decaying city famed for robbers and kidnappers.  He did a double-take, but wound up grabbing your hand and murmuring to your back, “I love you, too.”

- Yuliy’s typically quite passive in the relationship, but admonishes you quickly if you put yourself at risk, even if it is to protect him (though he fails to see the hypocrisy, as he does exactly the same, if not on a broader scale). 

- It’s the small actions that make him happy.  He loves the feeling of your fingers combing through his hair, allowing you to style it whichever way you like, even enduring a day of pigtails just to see the grin plastered across you face and hear your lyrical laughter.  

- He doesn’t quite do the same, with the occasional arm around you shoulder being about the only small thing he’ll do.  He often finds himself going in for kisses, especially on the lips, and refuses to let go more times than not.  He’s quite protective with you, but keeps it bottled within himself - he knows you’re capable of handling yourself - and thus converts it into passion for the moments of darkness or simply silent content.

A Relationship with Yuliy Jirov would include...

Flowers.

This boy loves flowers.

And he loves you.

So he gives you flowers.

Not bouquets, just wildflowers he found on the side of the road or maybe one he picked from someone’s garden.

“Yuliy you can’t just go picking flowers from people’s gardens!”

“Why?”

“That’s their property!!”

A relationship is hard at first.

Like Dorothea said “he doesn’t know the difference between love and pain” (I’m paraphrasing)

So it’s a lot of firsts and slow going and probably a few arguments sprinkled in between.

But once he gets comfortable; this boy loves you.

Also bundling up together when it’s cold, you cannot change my mind.

If you’re cold he tries to give you his coat but you make him put it back on because boy cannot handle the cold he is literally shivering and sneezing put the damn coat back on.

Kisses!

You have to initiate most kisses, because poor boy is clueless and awkward.

But he loves giving little kisses like on the forehead or cheek like he’s reassuring himself you’re still there.

But only in private.

In public he likes holding your pinky, or hand if you can really convince him.

Philip, Fallon, and Dorothea like to tease you two.

You’ll argue back but Yuliy just watches with a smile and dammit Yuliy you’re not helping

Willard just watches you all with a fond smile because young love is so adorable.

He loves it when you play with his hair

Look at it!

How is his hair so fluffy?!

But running your fingers through his hair is a one way ticket to having a happy and sleepy Jaeger boy in your lap.

He is no longer a man, he is a puddle.

He’s not even ashamed of it either.

If you’re in a moving vehicle for more than twenty minutes he will find a way for you to play with his hair.

If you were a fellow Jaeger, he would be like a cat. He tries to pretend that he doesn’t care that you’re putting your life at risk 24/7, but this boy cares for you a lot and stop giving him a heart attack please.

Heavens have mercy on anyone who hurts you while on a mission.

Vampires? Dead in 2 seconds.

People? Team Jaeger really have to hold him back and really talk him out of killing them.

He knows you can handle yourself; he really does, but sometimes you have to reassure him that you’re okay even if it’s something small.

Overall, he comes off as awkward and kind of bumbling at times. But this boy would do anything for you and loves you to the end of the earth.

Sad that there’s no plan for any continuation, though... But at least this means my post-series Misha-revival headcanons can never be jossed.

Even before the words finished leaving his mouth, it was clear to Willard that they would fall on deaf ears; he hadn’t been able to see Yuliy’s eyes before he’d run off, but he knew he’d have seen the blue glow of the beast if he had.  He wasn’t really sure if it was because Yuliy’s family had all died before he could be properly taught to control his power, or if it was just a Sirius trait, but when the blood of the beast was flowing through him it was almost impossible to get him to listen or stop whatever he had his mind set on doing. 

Not that it was easy to get him to listen normally, so long as vampires were involved.

It was somewhat fascinating really, how Yuliy’s personality would change so quickly once vampires entered the equation. Most of the time he was calm and quiet, he wasn’t overly social, but he’d do what he was asked to and sometimes even go out of his way to help others do their jobs; as soon as a vampire appeared though, everything would change.  He’d still go along with whatever plan they group had concocted, but if he felt things were moving too slowly or some unknown element showed up, he’d take off on his own without a word of warning.  

It was a frustrating habit of his, and a dangerous one for both Yuliy himself and the rest of the Jaegers, but Willard would be lying if said he didn’t get the reason for it.  Yuliy was seventeen now, almost a grown man, but he’d been just a child when the vampires had taken away everything that’d he’d known and loved.

It wasn’t something Willard could claim to understand fully, not having ever personally experienced himself, and since he hadn’t known Yulily prior to it, nor did the boy tend to talk about what his life had been like back in his village, he had no way of knowing if he’d always been a quiet child or if he’d once been a cheerful and boisterous kid; but he knew without a doubt that the loss of his home and family had changed Yuliy.

“If it means I’ll meet mom and Nii-san, I want to die.”

He can still remember the words that Yuliy had spoken that day on the train, they were words that were terrible to hear spoken by anyone, but hearing them from a young child made it even worse.  There was an emptiness in his heart from the loss he’d suffered, and in the end, Yuliy had filled that emptiness with anger towards the creatures who’d taken everything away from him.  It had given him a purpose and helped him find the strength to continue on, but that didn’t stop the feeling of sadness that welled up inside of Willard whenever he thought about it, nor did it stop him from blaming himself for it.

He hadn’t been prepared or expecting to suddenly be taking care of a child, let alone one that had just suffered a huge tragedy, and while he’d tried his best, he couldn’t help but wonder if he could have helped Yuliy find something different to fill the hole in his heart with.  And yet at the same time, there was a small guilty part of him of him that was glad he hadn’t, because despite all his issues, Yuliy was a valuable asset to the Jaegers, and without that anger, he might not be as strong a fighter.

Of course, Willard mused, his eyes following Yuliy as he raced up the side of the bridge, without that anger, Yuliy might also not be quite so reckless, and wouldn’t that take a load of stress off of his mind.  It’s one of the things that worried him most about the teen, the way he’d throw himself into danger without a second thought for his own well being; he’d been scolded for it plenty of times and he was always apologetic afterwards, but it never stopped him from continuing to do it.

It’s happened enough that sometimes he wonders if there’s something to Philip’s occasional sardonic quips about Yuliy being a suicidal maniac, he doesn’t think that Yuliy is trying to get himself killed or anything, but it does worry him that maybe Yuliy doesn’t really care about whether he lives or dies.  He can’t say for certain whether he’s right about that or not, but one thing he does know is that he truly does worry that Yuliy’s recklessness is going to get him killed one day.

It’s almost in perfect sync with that thought, that a shot rang out in the air and he found himself watching as a spurt of blood sprayed out of Yuliy’s body, and he began to fall.

“Yuliy!”

For a moment, time seemed to freeze, and he could only stare in horror as the boy he’d raised for the past ten years plummeted into the water below.  The splash as his body hit the water was enough to shake everyone out of their stupor, and they quickly jumped into action, Philip glancing around in search of the sniper while Fallon and Dorothea rushed to edge of the bridge to peer into the water below.

“Where is he?”

“The flows too strong. Somebody bring a light.”  Without a word, Willard grabbed a lantern from the car and joined the two of them in staring at the water below.

“I still don’t see him.” Fallon commented, leaning over the side as far as he could without falling, “You think he got swept further downstream?”  

Willard frowned slightly but was interrupted before he could reply

“You find him yet?” Philip questioned, having chosen that moment to join the rest of them.  Though his tone was casual, Willard could tell from his body language that even though he didn’t particularly like Yuliy, he was still somewhat worried. That was just part of being a Jaeger, whether or not you got along with your teammates, they were still your teammates and so you cared for and protected each other.

“Not yet, but it’s likely he’d have drifted downstream anyway.” He tried to keep the worry out of his voice as he spoke, though he wasn’t sure if he’d succeeded. As a Sirius, Yuily was hardier than a normal human, but that didn’t make him invincible, the combination of his injury and an extended time in cold water could very well kill him if he wasn't found.  “Whoever fired that shot may still be around, it would not be wise to linger too long.  We’ll continue our search further down the river.”

They’d just have to hope Yuliy would hold out until they found him, and if they didn’t….. Well, he’d prefer to avoid thinking about that.

“Let’s go.”

Mikhail/Female S.O. + Fight (Headcanons)

★ Mikhail is like a wolf when he gets angry. He steams the reason in his brain until he makes neither sense nor humor from it. When he could not find any reason behind it or if he far too irritated from it, he will go completely quiet and it is like a calm before the storm especially when his gaze is down right murderous. It’s usually best to leave him alone but it is not possible at all times. When he is too full with all this stress, he will unleash it on the nearest thing he can take his anger on.

★ But his partner is stubborn, she rarely backs down from a verbal fight especially when she knows she is right and it will end up in a confrontation that will put Mikhail on a bad mood for a while and her needing a small amount of time to herself.

★ Mikhail does not like to raise his voice when he is angry but he does so during the heat of the moment. His tone will escalate slowly but surely as he continues to prove his point while she is steady but with a little whine in her tone.

★ When they fight, it is quick. They will say their opinions, release their tensions, and go to their own quiet places to think about what had transpired. 

★ Then, they will go back to their room. Usually, it was Mikhail who would initiate the first contact: first running his thumb on her lower eyelid and then kissing her brows. Then, she will wrap her arms around him and snuggles next to his heart with a smile.

★ Bedtime is for transparent communication, she said. Communication is the key to a lasting relationship.

★ There is no couch. He and his partner already talked about settling matters down before bedtime and that it is better for the both of them to resolve as much as they can of their quarrels rather than letting it brew overnight. It will only stress both of them.

★ No: Mikhail won’t be into angry sex. He has too many angsty feels in his system and having sex while still angry means a chance on hurting his partner. He views sex as an intimate joining of partners and there is no room for hatred during that moment otherwise it will only taint the relationship. He loves his partner so much that he will not want to cause her harm.

★ Although, Mikhail learns not too soon that he can release stress through sex and that his partner is willing to help him on that. She gives her consent when Mikhail asks implies he needs it since he does not like the idea of hurting her. He makes it to the point that they will rarely do just that.
