The Spook - Loki x Reader (Marvel x Fnaf Crossover)

Part 1 – Meeting, talking about a book and…a Mission for Loki ?

It has been 3 months after Loki’s attack on Midgard, New York. Odin wanted to execute him, but Frigga interfered, so he wanted to lock Loki up, but there Frigga AND Thor interfered. Thor suggested a lighter punishment, reminding Odin of what he did and that he just got banished. What Odin wanted to do to Loki was unfair, because Thor did something far worse, so Odin gave in and listened to Thor.

“Let him join the Avengers and redeem himself.”, was what Thor suggested.

And here Loki was. Living with the Avengers.

Loki kept mostly to himself and read in the huge Library, Stark had installed for someone else, but he gave him access too. The Avengers didn’t hate him for some reason, but were cautious around him, like he was not safe.

He was living in the Avengers Tower now, for 1 whole week and he was just reading in his Library, as suddenly Music was played in the Library and the doors swung open. Loki turned invisible and watched as a Woman came in.

She was beautiful. Black hair, her front hair was green/blue mixed, her eyes were different colored. One was deep dark blue and one was a deep forest green. Her skin was pale and she wore black jeans and a black T – shirt.

“Finally ! I missed my Library !”, she said.

Loki just watched as she walked to a shelf with the nametag “Derek Landy” on it and hummed as she searched a book.

“Damn, Stark… Don’t tell me you didn’t get the newest copy of the next book…”, she mumbled.

She still searched and Loki stalked over to her and looked at a few books from this “Landy”.

“Hmm… ‘Skulduggery Pleasant’, ‘Playing with Fire’, ‘The Faceless Ones’, ‘Dark Days’, ‘Mortal Coil’, ‘Death Bringer’….Where is my Kingdom of the Wicked ?”, the Woman growled irritated.

She turned around and attempted to storm off, but instead she stormed into an invisible wall.

“Uff !”

Loki lost his focus on the spell and the Woman was on her butt on the floor.

“What the…”

Then she looked up and her eyes widened in terror.

“Since when are you here ?! Oh my Lord ! Are you okay ?! Are you hurt ?!”, she asked.

“I am fine. But are you alright ? And who…are you ?”, Loki asked.

“Well…I am alright, I’ve been through worse. My name is Destiny Dust. And you must be Loki Odinson.”

“The attack ?”

“Pretty much. I am not hating you though. Almost everyone, who is now an Avenger, was a Killer before. So yeah. I have no rights to judge people and the others too.”

“They once were all too ? I know of Lady Natasha, but who else ?”

“Well the Hulk, when he was really out of control, Tony as he created war weapons and didn’t care about lives, until one day his eyes got opened and he became Iron Man. Thor considering he killed Jotuns and declared war between Asgard and Jotunheim and stuff. Clint is killing for SHIELD. Yeah… you are in the group of Killers, even if they don’t want to admit it. Also no one really knows your Story, so they have no rights to judge you.”

Loki was silent. Thor and Nat he knew, but the rest ? He had no idea.

“Now I excuse myself, but I have to kick some Tony Stark ass. He promised me to get my damned copy of Kingdom of the Wicked and he didn’t, that means time to beat the shit out of him.”, she was already on her way out of the Library.

“If I may…”, Loki started softly.

“Yes ?”, Destiny asked, stopping in her tracks.

She looked over her left shoulder, making little eye contact.

“What are all these books about ?”, he asked.

“They are a series. It is called Skulduggery Pleasant. There is murder and Magic happening. But not normal Magic and Murder, as you know. It is quite different. A Human girl fell into this whole world and learned Magic, gave herself another name and helped a Skeleton Detective, called Skulduggery Pleasant, with the Death of her Uncle. As that was solved, she stayed in this world and became his Partner.”

Loki looked interested since Destiny mentioned Magic.

“May I read these books ?”

“As long as it keeps you happy… just don’t mangle them ! Thor almost ripped the first book into shreds, just because he had no idea how to open it. I don’t need another idiot, almost destroying my books ! Have fun !”

With that Destiny ran off and was gone. Loki looked at the first book. He took it and started to read it, instantly he was engaged with it as he read the first 10 pages.

With Destiny in the meantime…

“TONY FUCKING STARK !!!!”, Destiny yelled in anger.

He came out of his Laboratory and grinned.

“Destiny ! You are finally back. How have you been ?”

“Where is my Kingdom of the Wicked, Stark ? You promised that you will give me that book as soon as I am back.”, she growled.

Tony’s eyes widened and he gulped.

“Oh…ughhh… I…kinda…forgot about that…”, he said sweat dropping.

“WHAT ?! YOU BETTER JEST, BECAUSE I WANT THIS BOOK, BEFORE IT IS SOLD OUT !!!”

“Ughh… JARVIS ?!”

“Mister Stark ?”

“Order as fast as possible the book called Skulduggery Pleasant Kingdom of the Wicked !”

“On it, Sir.”

Destiny glared at Tony with murder plans.

“That was a close call, Sir. Only one was still available.”, JARVIS said.

Silence.

“See ? I got it for you.”, Tony chuckled nervously.

Destiny glared at him darkly. Then she went to the kitchen and took his Coffee. His eyes widened.

“Destiny, no !!!”, he yelled.

She ignited his Coffee and burned it down.

“No !!!”

“Yes. I should throw you out of all of your existing windows. Be glad it was your damned Coffee.”, she growled out.

Then Destiny stormed off and back to her Library. As she entered it, she saw Loki read the first book of the series of Skulduggery Pleasant. He was already 40 or 50 pages in the book. She sat next to him and looked over his shoulder.

“How is it so far ?”, she whispered to him.

“It is great. The humor in it, the little childishness, the action…I like it so far.”

“I don’t like Fergus and Beryl, like their two bratty kids.”, Destiny huffed.

Loki chuckled.

“I didn’t read much about their kids, but Fergus and Beryl are really disgusting and bratty. They take everything for granted, as long as they get the best and most expensive things.”

“I know right ? Disgusting.”

Loki hummed and continued to read the book with interest and glee.

“Though you were right. In this book, Magic is very different as from what I know.”

“It is fantasy. I love those books. I always jump up and down when I hear that the next book is out soon or already in progress. I had the first book finished in 3 days. I was very absorbed in it, which is very rare. This series got my attention and I always sat on edge while reading it, awaiting something.”

Loki smiled as he continued to read it.

“Well it also has grabbed my attention.”, he said.

“Cool.”

“And ? What is with your “Kingdom of the Wicked” ?”

“Tony forgot and luckily got the last copy of it. That damn asshole…”

Loki chuckled.

“What did you do ?”

“I burned away his Coffee.”

“Served him right.”

Then suddenly Destiny’s phone rang in her jeans and Loki jumped in fright.

“I am sorry Loki.”, she said.

Then she fished out her phone and picked up the call.

“Destiny Dust, who is there ?”

Silence for a while. Then…

“Oh ? Nice, give it someone else please. I just came back from a week of work.”, Destiny said annoyed.

Silence…

“No. I will not go to that place. I heard the rumors of this place and I hate it. Why did you even reopen them all ? This is Madness. I don’t wanna end up as the others in these places.”

Silence. Then Destiny sighed and massaged the bridge of her nose.

“Alright ! But don’t expect me to go all alone to these places. I will take one or two more people with me that I take from my noble home.”

Silence again.

“I do not care if you will be there too or not. I will go with two more people of my own there. I am not doing this with you alone. I hate these places.”

Again silence.

“Yeah, yeah old man. Bye.”

And with that she ended the call and huffed in frustration.

“Who was that ?”, Loki asked.

“A Coworker of mine. He goes to Pizzeria Places, were rumors about bad things were told about. I will not go in there, no matter if he is there or not, without at least one more person.”

“Who do you plan on taking with yourself ?”

Destiny looked at Loki.

“You actually. Fury never gave you any Missions, this would be the perfect chance to prove yourself a lot. I need someone with a brilliant mind, for escaping, if anything goes wrong. Someone who can read lies and someone’s mind. You think you up for it ?”

Loki looked at her in shock, but soon smirked and nodded.

“This should be fun.”

“Well then…let us go to Fury and tell the Team, because we are going tonight, so get as much rest as you can. It can get very spooky in the Locations we will be visiting. Every Location we will stay almost a week in it. There are 5 or 6 Locations, so you better get ready for over a month filled with pure horror and fright.”

“Nothing is scaring me easily.”

“I didn’t warn you from something that would scare a little child for a second and then giggle about it. I am talking about horror even Gods could have terrors from. Not every rumor is just a Story. Some really are true and I would hate it, if you would die on me.”

“You really are underestimating me.”

“No, I am not. I am warning you.”

With that Destiny left and Loki was fast to follow her, silently. Where will they go and why did she warn Loki from something as harmless as a place with rumors ?
