Looking for another way to really work the quads other than lunges? The sled is often seen being used with a ‘forward push’, but another way we can use the sled is with a ‘backwards drag’. This variation will still work the quads and core but because we are now backwards dragging the sled it should decrease pressure and strain in your knees.
