Speaking of the thrift store, I also found these velvet slippers recently, and I wasn't even looking at the footwear. Someone had left them on the shelf with the baskets & wooden home decor things, and they were sparkly and a pretty colour and fit me perfectly.

They're in almost new condition. It looks like they've been worn exactly once, and I think it's because the toe of the left insole had come un-glued and was all wrinkled up, but I stuck a butter knife up there and spread some Shoe Goo under it and fixed it in about a minute.

I was surprised to learn they're made and sold as women's shoes, because they look very much like men's slippers to me, but I guess my idea of normal men's fashion is rather skewed. This specific pair is men's slippers now, at least, since I bought it and will wear them as house slippers!

I’ve been slogging my way through a BOM I bought awhile ago. It’s called Sew Place Like Home. Patterns are by Art East Quilting Co. As you can see I’ve finished Dorothy and the Scarecrow. I did some of the mini border blocks, the houses, rainbows and poppies. I have a ways to go to get all the blocks finished. I’m enjoying taking my time and intentionally piecing. Wizard of Oz was a favorite when I was little. It only came on TV once a year! I’m currently working on the tin man. Stay tuned for progress!

Hey y'all, it's weird question time again! This one is another "I know this is atypical but have zero frame of reference for how atypical*" question So you know when you get those like fabric lines on your skin sometimes when your pillowcase folds or whatever while you sleep? Like, red indented lines from sustained pressure, but not bruises? How long do those usually last? And also: is there a quantity of time for those to last that is like a "probably mention that to your doctor" amount of time? *I have POTS and salt wasting syndrome and am currently very anemic, so I've got like a trifecta of "you're not circulating right"** **the Schoolhouse Rock lyric popped into my head and then I could not word it any other way lol

Regarding your streamer au- have you decided on outfits-clothing-etc besides headphones? High-key obsessed because there are so many directions this can go??

No specific clothes in mind, but I think Sun would choreograph his outfits to be themed for whatever game he was playing! A sundress with little fruits on it when he's playing Stardew Valley, or Tom Nook's trademark button up when he plays ACNH, etc. Accessories too.

Moon wears pajamas every stream, but the type of pajamas changes. He's got top+bottom sets. He's got animal onesies. He's got silly robes. He'll go live with a full victorian nightgown if it gets him views and he'll have fun doing it. But the nightcap always stays!

Every time a viewer tells him to put on some real clothes Moon holds firm that these are the only clothes he owns. It's become a running joke in the chat.
