I do lmao but full honesty here, I don't particularly feel comfortable sharing them on this site. They're brutal deaths that happened to people I know, and the people unintentionally responsible for them are also people I know who have to live with that. They're almost always just really deeply unfortunate accidents that can be chalked up to slightly faulty equipment or workers who are burnt out.
