after seeing many misconceptions on the ages of the characters and also the general lack of knowledge on relevant key events, I thought I'd create a timeline!
A comprehensive breakdown of important dates in Repo! The Genetic Opera:
Tumblr media
1993: Rotti Largo was born (July 14th)
2006: On April 5th, the first ever death for NOS (Neuro-Overstimulation Syndrome) was recorded. GeneCo was then founded later that month in Milan, Italy by Giuseppe Largo and Dr. Michael Whatley who eventually discovered a treatment using an experimental drug called Zydrate and genetic manipulation.
2011: Marni was born (No date)
2016: Nathan was born (No date)
2017: Blind Mag was born (July 5th)
2019: Luigi Largo was born (November 20th)
2024: Pavi Largo was born (September 29th)
2025: By this point, The Genetic Opera, an interactive TV show, was sponsored by GeneCo to promote designer organs and keep the public "status-conscious" in order to continue boosting profits.
2032: Carmela Largo/Amber Sweet was born (August 23rd)
2035: Graverobber was born (No date)
2036: Marni brings Mag to meet Rotti Largo
2039: Shilo Wallace was born (August 27th), Marni Wallace dies, Nathan becomes a repo man
2040: Mag's eye transplants (March 21st)
2048: Blind Mag's Corpus Crusade tour
2053: Tao of Mag, a charity concert event held for blindness
2056: Rotti signs his last will and testament, declaring Shilo as the sole heir of his estate (August 7th). The events of the film take place on November 7th - Nathan, Rotti, and Mag die. Shilo presumably goes missing. Amber takes over GeneCo at a later unspecified date.
Tumblr media
Some common misconceptions cleared up by the timeline:
Mag did not receive her eyes at 19, the date listed on her repossession chart says otherwise
Marni and Mag have a relatively large age gap. At the time in which Marni brought Mag to meet Rotti, she was already 25, and Mag was only 19. I personally like to think that Marni was a singing mentor of some sort (since in Chase the Morning we see that Mag has a memory of Marni singing), and perhaps worked with disabled people and this is how they met!
The age difference between Shilo and Graves is only 4 years!
Mag and Luigi only have a two year age difference. Her being under GeneCo's thumb since she was 19 and Luigi was 17 is probably why they have a relationship.
On that topic, Nathan is only 3 years older than Luigi, there's no way him or Mag could have "baby sat" the Largos as children if they're all approximately the same age (excluding Amber, but considering Nathan had his own daughter to raise and was a repoman and Mag was a world class opera singer I still doubt that would be the case)
This one doesn't have a specific date, but I felt it should be added regardless: Pavi's face disfigurement seemingly happened very recent to events of Repo! We see several times within the film that there are posters and billboards of him with his original face, even in the pictures Rotti has he didn't have the scarring yet. The posters say that GeneCo offering face replacements will be happening in 2057. Pavi was the one in charge of that, and he was stealing faces prior to his scarring (as seen in the pictures). We also know from several sources, including Luigi himself, that Pavi's face happened because of a botched surgery. It's safe to assume this was because of the new face replacement campaign that was being offered, and it was within the last year or two before the events in the film.

This repo of someone meeting XZ @ tuileries gardens is so cute. 🥹🥹🥹
The guy’s girlfriend is the one who is a XZ fan. So he most likely doesn’t know the understanding among fans to not approach XZ when he is out and about. He’s just out there and saw XZ so decided to talk to him. To be fair, he did not take a video or photo of him without his permission. the video he took was only showing the ground so it’s only XZ’s voice we can pick up where he said “thank you.” because the guy said his gf likes him very much.
Tumblr media
He said ZZ is handsome ( a known fact ) going as far as to say that even if he is a man he will fall in love! HAHAHAHAHA! He also asked to take a photo and ZZ said yes but his assistant said No. Good thing his assistant is strict because our ZZ is so accommodating and it’s really okay to say no.
Also THIS : At that time, I was less than one meter away from Xiao Zhan, and then he looked at me and I smiled at him. We stared at each other for several seconds.
I feel like everyone else has their own i met xiao zhan anecdotes now. So lucky! ✌🏼

His relationship with Archer.
Ask my muse questions about their relationship with other muses. // @exnusquam @reiketsui
Proton's eyes dart over, pupils sharpening. He bites the inside of his lip, not saying a word out loud; his mind is flooded with thoughts he wouldn't dare put to word so easily.
'His hatred was conditional and confusing. I don't recognize either of us when we're alone together. He takes a piece of my ruined soul every time we meet. Soon I won't have anything left.'
'It hasn't always been like this.'
'I hated him the way a starved man scorns the gods for keep the stomachs of rich men filled.'
Slowly spinning his balisong on one finger, Proton glances up to the ceiling, watching the flickering of the fluorescent lights, listening to the buzzing of electricity between his ears, that awful metal-on-metal sound that had burrowed into his cranium and never left.
"He's the first one I saw when I woke up from my coma," Proton reveals, his eyes moving back and forth, following the pattern of the flickering. Silent images manifest at the front of his mind. There he had been, barely clinging to life, his body mangled and ruined, while nobody was certain that he would even be capable of being revived-- he'd opened his eyes, every single cell in his body full of agony-- and he saw the color blue.
"Fuckin' shocked me, we hated each other back then, but he still showed up, and he always does when I need him," he admits, his thoughts trailing to shouting matches and snide remarks-- to judgmental glares and mocking laughter. They couldn't be any MORE opposite of one another-- pride versus shame, chaos versus order-- Proton had existed as a ghoul, a source of frustration, a walking antagonist for the frigid man as he effortlessly approached the pedestal he had situated himself on top of, the one that Archer looked down upon others while flaunting his superiority.
"And I'll always show up when he needs me too," just as he had done when Archer had spiraled when their leader abandoned them. Proton had fought against paranoia with both words and weapons in order to bring the second-in-command back to reality, so that he could press the kiss of loyalty to his trembling knuckles.
One man attempts to muzzle another. A leash is tied around a neck. Blades are pressed to a throat. Their mutual hatred morphed into a monstrous, obsessive need to prove superiority over one another, until the madness seeped deeper into the bone marrow than ANY chronic illness could ever reach. They needed each other the way that the ocean needs the moon in order to churn and be alive.
'I won't let anybody make you bleed.' 'I'm the only one who is allowed to kill you.' 'But first, I'll kill all of the shame in you.'
Eventually, a symbolic prince is cast aside-- when the black and the white swan are not forced to contend against one another for a crown forged with invisible expectations-- when they do not feel the need to wear the identity of a society that did not see them as human, they find themselves unable to resist each other.
The repo man chuckles, and sighs, the sound echoing against the walls of the warehouse. The butterfly knife spins, and spins, and spins.
"I don't think you have the stomach to hear the full extent of what he means to me. You wouldn't get it."
Opposites certainly attract, once the opposing force no longer has control over their perceptions of each other.
The hatred vanished mutually without a word an extremely long time ago, and was replaced with something else.
It's grotesque, vulnerable, and burns like hunger. And he refuses to starve.

you mentioned in the tags of one of your reblogged posts (the original was about jessica) that something was 'ocd coded samifer' to you... elaborate please? that sounds very intriguing.
Omg yeah I want to talk about this so bad but it’s kind of probably projection so like most things regarding Sam I write about it in my journal instead of inflicting it upon tumblr 🙃
Basically I am a neurogenic plural system (Dissociative Identity Disorder is what most people would be familiar with but I don’t have a diagnosis nor do I want one so I do not use that term for myself) where the neurodiversity that makes me require plurality in order to function is Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Being a system ourselves we love seeing characters who are plural through fantasy means such as often occurs in Supernatural. When it comes to Sam and Lucifer, hallucifer seems much more like a persecutor (system part created to inflict controlled harm upon a system) introject (part created from an external source like a fictional character or in this case a real abuser) created through trauma than just a hallucination. The textual basis of this reading of Sam and Lucifer as a system comes in large part from the episode Repo Man where Lucifer says something like “he told me to go away 🥰” which is very much my feelings as a persecutor - it’s my job to get a rise out of the other parts in my system so being told something negative by them is a good thing. Later in that episode he helps Sam work on the case, providing information that Sam did not possess and therefore establishing him as a person separate from Sam rather than purely a hallucination.
Now for the part about OCD. We are a system in order to deal with OCD. My specific job as a persecutor often includes triggering our OCD. What I said in the tags earlier was related to this. If Sam feels like everything in his life is contaminated/dirty/impure because of the demon blood in him and Lucifer’s influence over his life, that seems very similar to contamination OCD to me. Lucifer taking the form of Jess - and “uncontaminated” area of Sam’s life - is exactly what a persecutor trying to harm their system would do.
Beyond this, the way that Sam gets Lucifer to go away by pressing on the wound on his hand is a compulsion. Lucifer is literally the intrusive thought that Sam does compulsions to make go away. That’s the entirety of what OCD is.
Sam in general also seems like he has OCD and/or Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder, though I think OCPD Sam should be it’s own separate post. He’s called OCD by other characters a couple times, which is of course done with zero awareness of what OCD actually is, but I think it’s neat that the writers both did this and made him do actual OCD behaviors. The combination of things like the way he is about food and his feelings about being inherently dirty and his OCPD traits like being incredibly driven to do certain things perfect (oscillating wildly between wanting “normal” and being a perfect hunter) make him, at least to me, an OCD coded character.

File Consolidation Upgrade: Wood Subsets/Texture
In continuing efforts to TRY to limit the amount of textures the game has to handle, a few files have been updated to work together better in the future. In this case we have my most common wood subset of anything already repoed to the CaskShelf file.
Primarily there is “barrel/plank wood” and “solid textured wood” that is used in sets...and that’s been working great unless I want a set to use BOTH types of wood and their seamless capabilities...both Texture Main Objects I use for these (WineCask and CaskShelf) used the same subset of Wood. So I had to change some internal names on things for some files.
Not only will this let me to continue to save texture space with repoing, it allows for EASIER overall recoloring to be done overall.
The main sets affected by this change are: Grapes of Rad (which will CONTINUE TO BE THE MAIN TEXTURE SOURCE for most seamless wood stuffs), Wooden Wonders (Plain Planks Furniture), Tannin’ Hides (both main crafting stations), and Vinegar Ventures.
Each set that needed these changes has been updated quietly with these new files. I am however providing the fixed files as standalone. Download these and replace their originals in your folders. Depending how files are named (whether you removed the & in Sun&Moon yet) you man have to do this manually and they will not overwrite automatically.

The (hopefully intended) viewing order of...
Tumblr media
So recently, in preparation for the upcoming movie, and because it’s on Netflix, I decided to watch Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
However, as I watched it, I noticed that one aspect of the viewing experience still hasn’t been fixed: It’s out of order.
This might not be a deal breaker for a lot of people, but it irks me since I feel like there’s a lot of careful effort to make sure much of the timeline and rules of the setting make sense in the show.
At first I checked Wikipedia, which seemed to indicate it was in proper airing order, but then decided to check TMNTpedia, which had entirely different production codes.
While Wikipedia does cite a source for it, I’m not totally certain I trust it (due to it being a fairly obscure TV schedule site), and I think the order on TMNTpedia itself makes more sense, though it still has some issues I think.
So I’m gonna give my own proposed watch order for at least Season 1 (Season 2 aired mostly in order, likely because Nickelodeon already decided to cancel it). It’ll largely be the same as TMNTpedia’s Production Order, though some will be moved around.
Mystic Mayhem
Origami Tsunami
Newsworthy
War and Pizza
Donnie’s Gifts
Minotaur Maze
Down with the Sickness
Repo Mantis
Hypno!: Part Deux
The Fast and the Furriest
Mascot Melee
Bug Busters
Shell in a Cell
The Longest Fight
The Gumbus
Ms. Cuddles
Al Be Back
Stuck on You
The Purple Jacket
Pizza Pit
Smart Lair
Hot Soup: The Game
The Evil League of Mutants
Late Fee
Bullhop
Nothing But Truffle
Turtle-Dega Nights: The Ballad of Rat Man
Shadow of Evil
Mind Meld
Portal Jacked
Warren & Hypno, Sitting in a Tree
Sparring Partner
Mystic Library
Operation: Normal
How To Make Enemies and Bend People To Your Will
You Got Served
The Purple Game
Man Vs. Sewer
The Ancient Art of Ninja Hide and Seek
The Mutant Menace
One Man’s Junk
Snow Day
Cloak and Swaggart
Jupiter Jim Ahoy
Insane in the Mama Train
End Game
As I mentioned, I mainly adhered to the production order shown on TMNTpedia (I don’t expect I did it perfectly), but changed the order of some episodes since some of their placements made no sense to me:
Origami Tsunami has been placed as episode 2 due to that episode introducing Lou Jitsu and the Foot Clan, and also establishes the Turtles deciding to be heroes. (Thanks, @magicalspacedragon!)
Repo Mantis and Hypno!: Part Deux actually take place concurrently, hence why the two are close together here.
The Fast and the Furriest is before Mascot Melee due to the former introducing the Turtle Tank; in airing and supposedly production order, this resulted in an episode featuring the Turtle Tank before its formal introduction.
On the note of The Fast and the Furriest, for some reason Nickelodeon chose to air this episode before Minotaur Maze, the episode that introduces Senor Hueso and the pizzeria he works in, Run of the Mill Pizza.
I put The Gumbus before Al Be Back, since Baxter has an extended cameo in the latter episode. It isn’t very noticeable anyway, but for consistency and character introduction’s sake, I put it before.
Episodes not mentioned on this list (which again only covers Season 1) are Flushed But Not Forgotten and Sewer Games, which had the dubious honor of being aired before Season 1 finished; both episodes are from Season 2 (as evidenced by changes to the opening, most prominently Shredder replacing Draxum), but were aired as a Halloween Special in the show's second year. Netflix will likely correctly mark this as a Season 2 episode if it ever gets Season 2, as it was not included in Season 1's release on the platform.
I haven’t tried this order out for myself (I kinda gave up on the idea of watching it in any sort of chronological order around the time me and my sister reached Shadow of Evil on Netflix, and it would take a lot of time). I hope that the order shown here works, but it might need further nudging.
Here’s hoping the upcoming movie is good!

The Fallen Petal
Tumblr media
Hello, and welcome to The Fallen Petal, otherwise known as Dr. Rose's House of Macabre.
First and foremost, I must warn you that this blog will have eyestrain at times, it will contain references to/images of blood, gore, violence, knives, needles, surgery, medical topics, drugs and many other macabre things, though I will be tagging things with certain categorical tags. I may forget to do so at times, but it will merely be a mistake and/or slip of the memory.
Tumblr media
#night job - These things will reference my night job in some way, which means they will be related to/about blood, gore, violence, etc. of some type.
#source related - These things will be things that remind me of where I came from. These could also be related to/about blood, gore, violence, surgery, medical topics, etc.
#day job - These things will reference my day job in some way, which means they will be related to/about drugs, medical topics, surgery, etc.
#ttrpg interest - These things will be related to/about table top roleplaying games, as this is one of my special interests.
#rat faunus - This is the tag I use for rat-related things, since I am a rat faunus.
Tumblr media
With all that being said, I am Dr. Rose, as the title implies.
I am an intrvario Citizen of @societygrimm
By day, I work as a doctor in The Fallen Petal, which is an SCS, or safe consumption site, for people with Zydrate addictions.
By night, I am a surgeon and Repo Man contracted and licensed by GeneCo to repossess organs from people who have not paid their medical bills.
Sometimes my day and night jobs coincide.
I am also a rat faunus, scalpel gender, objectum lesbian, and go by he/slice.
If you have any questions regarding anything about me, do feel free to ask so long as you are respectful. And if you recognize my source, you are also free to talk to me about it, as well. I would be thrilled.
As for any DNI criteria, I would prefer if anti-endos/sysmeds/endo neutrals did not interact with me. My system and myself are supportive of all system types and origins and don't waste time getting into syscourse, so you will be blocked on sight.
As for the themes and topics of my blog, and in relation to that we are bodily an adult, I would also be more comfortable if minor-bodied people did not interact.
Exclusionists of any kind are not welcome, either, as my system and myself support the right to self expression, good faith identities, conflicting/contradictory labels, MOGAI, xenogenders, neopronouns, mspec gays/lesbians, etc.
Bigots, racists, nazis, ableists, classists, etc. etc. etc. are *not* welcome here, either.
Tumblr media
Relevant blog tags under the cut, along with blinkies and userboxes I find relatable.

This weekend (Friday, January 27th to Sunday, January 29th, 2023) at the Carolina Theatre of Durham, it’s FantasticRealm!
These are the movie memories of your childhood.  They once fired your imagination, made you laugh and cheer, and provided clear-as-glass heroes and villains.  The iconic imagery in these movies — subconsciously or not — became the stuff of your daydreams.  They are nostalgic, and joyous, and meant to be shared with your family and friends.  The Retro Film Series invites you — and those you love — back to the realm of your favorite, most-cherished movie memories.
Featuring:
W.D. Richter's The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension (1984)
Fred M. Wilcox's Forbidden Planet (1956)
Joe Dante's Innerspace (1987)
Peter Yates' Krull (1983)
Hayao Miyazaki's My Neighbor Totoro (1988)
Hayao Miyazaki's Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind (1984)
Hayao Miyazaki's Princess Mononoke (1997)

Plus, If you want to PLAY Rollerball in real-life, stop by the cinema lobby on Saturday afternoon, January 28, as the Origins Award-nominated Durham game designer JP Trostle will break out his bespoke 3-D Rollerball arena!  (JP became obsessed with Rollerball after his parents wouldn’t let him see the movie in the summer of 1975.  He long thought a board game could be made from the fictional sport, and after he found a copy of the Official Rules online, he proceeded to do just that.  After a publisher pulled the plug on a licensed version he was developing in 2006, JP released his rules online, and continues to run his adaptation at game conventions.)
Movie tickets are $10.00 each, or you can get a 10-pack for $80.  Check here for schedule.
“Along with the City of Durham, we have made major investments in the Carolina Theatre for the comfort and safety of our guests during our closure,” says Randy McKay, the Carolina Theatre’s President & CEO. “That includes tens of thousands of dollars in new state of the art HVAC upgrades from Global Plasma Solutions (GPS) that remove biohazards, pollen, and other contaminants to make our air as pure — and sometimes purer — than outdoor air.”  The theater has also earned a Global Biorisk Advisory Council® (GBAC) STAR™ accreditation for its cleaning practices to ensure that guests have a safe and enjoyable experience.  “Together, these cleaning practices and advanced air filtration make the Carolina Theatre one of the safest spaces to attend a film or live event in the region,” says McKay.  [source]

anyway........ a neat 1k of shadowrun brain worms
--
The waiting room of a back alley cyberdoc is rarely what one might call luxurious. Or even particularly hospitable. By now Maksim’s sat in enough of them to know this is one of the better ones–it’s well lit and it’s clean, and it’s at least a few square feet bigger than a walk-in closet, which in total is a far cry from the dingy vermin-infested storage unit he’d stumbled into a month ago with the vision in his left eye tearing and an ice pick migraine a cocktail of alcohol and narcotics hadn’t curbed at all. In retrospect it was a wonder he didn’t walk out of there even worse, but desperate times and all that.
It’s the waiting that’s getting to him. The situation now is less dire but, to Maksim’s sensibilities at least, no less urgent. Another new install, the last one he’s planned (for a while. Maybe.) and the hardest one to lock down. Bioware is finicky, expensive, and far harder to source without being traced and probably shot dead by some corporate repo man. He had to find someone who could not only get their hands on it but who could be trusted to install it without slagging some other part of his brain. Clark came as highly recommended as he could have hoped for–sharpest eyes and steadiest hands anywhere east of the Barrens, and discreet on top of it. Or so six different people had sworn.
So he waits.
When his left leg starts to bounce impatiently he wills it back into stillness, drops his head back against the wall and channels the restless energy instead into his hands laying palms up on his thighs. Controlled, intentional fidgeting, the minute flexing of thin muscles restrung and retrained to protract the fine carbon fiber blades sheathed cat claw-like at the end of each finger. Slowly, deliberately, he touches the point of each blade to the soft pads of his thumbs, the only digits left unedited (you never know when you might still need a fingerprint). A dull twinge of pain shoots up the fiber-optics in his left arm and he flinches, nicks the tip of his thumb and grits his teeth to swallow back a curse. It’s an unnecessary confirmation of why he’s here at all, an unacceptable imperfection in the careful cybernetic mesh of control he’s been weaving over his own reflexes for the past year. It needs to be absolute. Anything less is a reminder he can’t allow.
He fixes his eyes on the stippled off-white ceiling overhead, traces the irregular edges of water stains, knowing that if he closes his eyes for more than a second there will be memories waiting for him in the dark, blood and terror-wide eyes and broken glass. The ceiling still doesn’t offer enough distraction to keep him from remembering the feelings… the sensation of something sliding into his head, dry and silent and subtle, slipping through the door he’d always left open to allow him to reach out into others’ thoughts, coiling up inside his skull and then clamping down before he even knew what was happening. The impression of screaming while no sound emerged, the strain of pulling against limbs that wouldn’t answer, the wet heat of fresh viscera. The thing that had wrapped itself around his brain killed two of his teammates before Strikeout had managed to pin him down and Avaricia could tear it back out of him, and he was lucky they liked him enough to drag him out of there nearly catatonic because he couldn’t bear to send another command to his own extremities only to have it denied again.
This process had begun a week later, with the skillwire knitted into his left arm to correct the nerve damage caused by the 9mm round Strikeout had inexpertly lodged in his shoulder. The discovery that it had granted him a steadier pistol aim than he’d ever had before “the incident” had eased some of the lingering trauma he’d carried out of that night. But not enough. He had the hand razors refitted for finer motor control next, the eye replaced with a newer model fine-tuned for minute motion tracking. A lighter skillwire mesh had gone into his right arm, and the most invasive implant so far had been the reflex trigger that nestled along the ridge of his spine like some segmented mechanical insect.
“You’re gonna burn out at this rate,” Strikeout had told him, and the concern in zir eyes had been real. Earnest.
Maksim had just nodded. He could already feel the door closing, sense the flow of magical energy around him tapering off. “That’s the idea.”
Now he just needed to tie it all together. The ‘ware was good, the installs were solid, but it was too much too fast, and he could feel his body protesting under the strain of it. Not enough time to adjust to each introduction of heightened senses and tightened reflexes. It wasn’t time he could afford. That only left one option: an inhibitor could omit the pain response from the equation, let him power through it while the body adjusted quietly in the background.
Then maybe he would finally feel like he was in control again.
A door at the far end of the room opens, startling Maksim out of his musings, and his claws retract all at once with a soft snk. The human in the doorway has the willowy stature and angular features more suited to an elf, and beckons him in with a smile. He stands and returns the smile as he pulls a more sociable persona on over the rattled shell that had been sitting alone in that chair.
“I hope you’re not nervous,” Clark says softly as he follows them into the back room.
“Not at all,” he insists, his tone bright and conversational. “I’ve only heard good things.” A carefully modulated performance, one he’s perfected for every person he’s ever had to interact with–another form of control he’s reclaimed.

♢  —    @bogachs asked:  ❝ Oh, I have hated and loved you. ❞
REPO! THE GENETIC OPERA SENTENCES
Tumblr media Tumblr media
“ Are you feeling quite well, dear Regrator? “ Dottore asks with an ALMOST lazy drawl as he leans back in the chair, staring directly towards the banker. It is that which betrays the fact that he is not even a fraction as lazy as his low rumble might make him sound – red eyes remain unwavering and focused on the man that stands in front of him, who appears to be equal parts angry and relieved.
He pulls himself to his feet like a beast pulled from slumber so he can close the distance between them. “ That’s rather UPFRONT for you. “ You, who always uses words like silver knives, hidden under glamor or false truths. He tilts his head a fraction as if he might decide to pick apart the man in front of him at this new development, or perhaps he’s looking for something. Rarely is it easy to distinguish between the two when they often intertwine together to be one and the SAME.
Instead he moves to the side to circle around till he’s behind the man. “ WHAT FOR? “ He inquires into his ear, close enough for the warmth of his breath to brush over his ear before he moves full circle again to learn back against the cold steel of the table, arms folded over his chest with an aura of expectation.
Is it CONCERN for the brief lapse in contact while he was away? From some other nonsensical source? Perhaps because Dottore hasn’t gone to see him since his return? Or an attempt for some future purpose to sway through the heart that exists in flesh if nowhere else? He stares at Pantalone for a moment before he turns his head to allow his gaze to slide towards the distant side of his laboratory. There’s SOMETHING about that that draws wary caution from him.
Hated and loved him? Like Pantalone would ever say such a thing. Pantalone only takes, giving only when forced or when Dottore’s clawed into ugly truth. Pantalone doesn’t speak of love outside of money and having things done on time. He’s never said he LOVED him, unless one counts this moment. But by that account of record, this is likely also something to do with work in some way, shape, or form. Perhaps there’s a request about to be made of him, once the irritation or frustration passes for the other man. Or a complaint, which might be the more likely of the options.
A gloved finger taps his arm with a steady rhythm, waiting for the answer to his question. It will come. This much he know.
