Thank god for this website, I’m finding Instagram completely overwhelming. I don’t know what’s so different about them. It just feels like safer here for some reason?? Maybe it’s just the anonymity. It just sucks bc ig is a source of interaction with friends, but something about it just feels bad rn

“In corpse paint, Euronymous resembled a demonic mesh of Divine and Bela Lugosi-stout, with long black hair, a pointy devil’s beard, and a mustache waxed so the tips curled around like a pig’s tail.
His interest in chemicals led him to build an elaborate laboratory in the basement of the black house (article refers to Helvete as this), filled with beakers and glass distilling tubes, Bunsen burners and vaporous acids. He usually went around in a black cape, but in the lab he wore a white scientist’s coat, with gold buttons and a high collar. He spent hours down there laughing maniacally and mixing illegal chemicals together. An explosion once caused one of his potions to spill onto his hand. “It flamed up like a torch,” Hellhammer remembers. “Even underwater it just kept burning.” - From ‘Blood Drinkers and Hellraisers: Norway’s Deadly Metal Underground’, Spin magazine February 1996. Part 1 of 2 🕯️
(note - this article can be a bit hyperbolic/over the top in its descriptions but I do like the reference to Øystein’s chemistry experiments, which they’re correct in stating he was into)
(note from other admin- there's a very similar description of Øystein walking around in the white lab coat and having a laboratory in the basement of the Kråkstad house, and an explosion is also mentioned)

It's a summer night, Stu is staying at Billy's and his father is deep asleep in his room. Hellraiser II is playing on the TV, Julia's body is rising from the bloody mattress and Stu can't help but think that it looks quite romantic. He wonders if he'll get the chance to sleep next to Billy at some point, he wishes their bodies could melt together in his bed. They have a rule: 'If we watch a movie we have to keep the lights off' so the lights that come from the TV are flickering and painting Billy's face in red and blue. Stu's heart aches. Billy took a shower about an hour ago so his hair is half wet, disheveled and it makes him look way too pretty. It doesn't matter if they're watching a movie, the real movie it's happening right now. Neither of them knows whether their own film will become a romantic comedy or torture porn. Stu leans over Billy's ghostly form and fuck, he's high and it's late and he doesn't know what he's doing but it's too late to stop. The remote falls into the floor so does the bowl of popcorn that was placed over Billy's lap until two seconds ago. Stu is laying over Billy in the blink of an eye, Billy is underneath him and the wooden floor is covered in popcorn. Billy opens his mouth to complain but he doesn't push Stu away though, the world spins around them and Stu breathes out. They don't say anything, they stare at each other for what if feels like an eternity and before Billy has the chance to roll the letter 'F' off this tongue to say "Fuck you" Stu is pressing his lips against Billy's. There's no witnesses, only the posters hanging from the wall in Billy's room. It's a summer night and it's endless. They can rewind the movie as many times as they want.

How many Final Fantasy games are there? I lost track?
It's easy to lose track but don't worry- It's simple once you know the history:
In the beginning, there was Final Fantasy 1. Released in 1987, the first Final Fantasy was then also released in 1989, 1990, 1994, 200, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, and 2021. Final Fantasy 2 was released about as many times, beginning in 1988, but only in Japan. As such, it is known in America as Final Fantasy: The Lost Levequests. The same thing happened to Final Fantasy 3, which was released in America as “2 Final 2 Fantasy: Lindblum Drift.”
The second Final Fantasy released in America was Final Fantasy 2, which was Final Fantasy 4, the Japanese Final Fantasy 4 being a re-skin of an America only game called Chocoboki Panic. Final Fantasy 2, the first SNES game in the franchise, was acclaimed for being incredibly fucking depressing. Like you start the game by killing some kid’s mom and then there’s something about a cursed town maybe? I don’t know, it lost me early on and I never got to see Golbez or Zeromus or whatever. Also, I’m fine with even Dark Souls type menus now but I mean, in 1991 I wasn’t gonna spend 45 minutes trying to figure out how to equip a fucking shoe.
Final Fantasy 3: Lords of Shadow: Mirror of Fate: Alucard’s Revenge 2 came out in both Japan and America in 1994. Introducing cutscenes to the series, Final Fantasy 3 (Abbreviated Final 3 or sometimes Fantasy 5: Hobbs & Sephiroth) was best known for its main villain, Kafka. Kafka was a difficult and frustrating boss who trapped the protagonists in endless bureaucracy and paperwork until they died of old age, never knowing why. It was later released again in Japan as Final Fantasy 6: The Fate of the Fantasy.
After this, the series switched from Nintendo consoles to the Xbox.
The first X-Box, simply called the Xbox, hosted Final Fantasy 7; The next Xbox, the Xbox 360, hosted Final Fantasy 8; The Xbox 1 hosted Final Fantasy 9, and the Xbox 10 hosted Final Fantasy X. Thus if X=7, 360>8, 1=9 and X<10, then Final Fantasy itself equals 11, which is ideal because Final Fantasy 11, the 14th game in the franchise, was indeed a remake of 9, which was the sequel not to 8 but 7, remade later as 13. This can be remembered with the mnemonic “SPUGNUT” but I don’t know how or why.
With fans confused and the Xbox being discontinued by Sega, Final Fantasy sought a new start with Sony and their NeoGeo: Turbografx master system. The first game for that console was Final Fantasy 11 2, not to be confused with 12. 11 2 and 11 3 were released before 12, but well after 14, known first as Final Fantasy Genesis, but re-titled after Final Fantasy 18 into Final Fantasy Genesis 19:18, or in Japan, Shin Megami Tensei.
Final Fantasy remakes continued with Final Fantasy 13, which was Final Fantasy 8, Final Fantasy 17, which was Final Fantasy 16, and Final Fantasy 21, which was Kingdom Hearts 5, and the upcoming Final Fantasy 22, which will be both Animal Crossing 6 and Land Before Time 15: The Longnecks Take Manhattan, featuring Pinhead from Hellraiser and Beyoncé.
The next Final Fantasy game is planned to be Final Fantasy 28, which will come in two editions, Final Fantasy Dark Cloud and Light Ning. Truly, the greatest franchise ever to spin off from Battletoads.

------------------------------
Hector Carlisle’s journals of the Absolutist crisis provide one of the most comprehensive summaries available to modern historians of the events leading up to what is now called the High Hall Shattering. There is not a single day for which Carlisle does not account in detail between Alturiak 10 1492 DR (when he first obtained pen and ink after the crash of the nautiloid which kidnapped him) and Uktar 24 (the night before the Netherbrain’s public attack on Baldur’s Gate’s Upper City). However, after the defeat of the Netherbrain, his own records of his activities abruptly become much more intermittent and rather staccato in nature, lacking the level of detail common to his so-called “Tadpole Chronicles.”
There are multiple theories regarding this sharp change in Carlisle’s record-keeping tendencies. Some of these theories incline towards the conspiratorial - suggesting that the monk’s disappearance into Avernus was associated with some sort of nefarious activity which he was unwilling to commit to paper. Some even go so far as to accuse him of sacrilegious behavior, though this is rendered unlikely by records of both Carlisle’s own Selunite convictions and opinions from all who knew him.
A far more probable explanation is that Carlisle’s thorough record-keeping in his pre-Shattering travels emerged from a sense of obligation. As a monk at the Silverlight Monastery, he had primarily occupied himself with transcription and scholarship of historical texts, and his training placed considerable emphasis on self-reliance and emotional reserve. As such, he considered his own journals to be necessary documentation in the same vein, and he prided himself on impartial and factual chronicling.
His departure to Avernus with Wyll Ravengard and Karlach Cliffgate would ultimately prove no less impactful to the world at large. However, it is clear that he considered it a far more personal endeavor, as evidenced by the remarkably succinct entry from Uktar 25 1492, his first entry after his departure from the Material Plane:
Uktar 25 1492
She’s alive. She’s going to live. Thank the gods.
~ Excerpt from “Raising Hell: A History of Zariel’s Fall” by Harlow et. al., Blackstaff Academy Press

"Hec, look out! On your left!"
Hector dodges to the side just in time to avoid the imp diving towards him; its claws skim the side of his head and score a painful line along his temple. Pivoting onto his heel, he spins, bringing his right fist around to slam heavily into the imp's thick torso. The evil little creature’s spine snaps and it screeches with pain. He takes no satisfaction in it, but watches with blank exhaustion as the imp falls to the rust-red dirt and is still.
"Nice one!" Wyll calls. He withdraws his rapier from the body of another imp and points past Hector’s shoulder. "Looks like another wave coming in - off to the west." Hector follows his gaze and groans; sure enough, another band of the imps is closing in on them, surging over the horizon like a swarm of bees.
It’s been like this ever since they arrived. They’ve had no chance to orient themselves, no time to get a foothold after their panicked flight from the Material Plane. Avernus rose up to meet them like a body driving out an infection; the first wave of defenders appeared within minutes, closing on this raw strip of hellish wasteland to which they brought Karlach to save her life.

18+ since it's Hellraiser, obsession, mentions of gore, torture
When you had found the wooden cube at the antique store, you thought only of how beautiful it would be by your bedside table. It’s gold detailing caught, no, demanded your attention, and you knew you just had to bring it home with you. It was smooth and polished, as if new, and it seemed too beautiful to simply gather dust. One night when sleep evaded you, you took it in your hands only to find out it was a puzzle,
You absentmindedly fiddled with the pieces, shifting them about until they clicked satisfyingly into place, unaware of the true repercussions of your simple curiosity.
Upon the puzzle box’s completion, a sudden chill settled over the room, and before your eyes, your room distorts into…something else.
Walls push and pull away leaking steam from the forming cracks. The lightbulbs around your room simultaneously burst, startling you out of your drowsiness.
You could only sit in shock, wondering (or rather hoping) to have had a particularly bad nightmare, and for a moment you believed it. But, no matter how tightly you squeeze your eyes shut, you couldn’t ignore the sting of the glass exploding and tearing against your flesh, or the hot steam tickling your skin.
A series of bright bursts of light fill the room, and upon each one, a grizzly monster appears. Garish injuries mar their hairless, lifeless looking flesh. They looked like people, but so horribly mutilated that they had turned into demonic entities, so devoid of their humanity. The horrible strangers in your room was all you needed to propel to your feet and attempt to leave.
Yet as you rushed to the doorknob, a chain snared around your wrist, prying you away from escape. More and more chains wound around your limbs, pulling you away from any possibility of escaping. You squirmed and cried out, but you could just feel that your screams didn’t reach anyone beyond the room.
"The box,” a voice thundered, low and resounding, a leather cloaked man entered into your vision, head terribly plastered with nails. “You opened it. We came.”
"Who are you? What do you want from me?" you sobbed, twisting your wrists, contorting to ease the bite of the metal chains.
"We are explorers—adventurers in the sensory realms, seeking new heights of pleasure and pain.” The monster or man before you grasped the neatly carved box in his hands.
“You solved the box. You have summoned us; brought us to your world. And now, we will bring you to ours.”
Clinking chains catch your attention, and you glimpse something that makes you want to vomit on the spot. A pole has erected from behind the leader of these monsters, spinning slowly, with chains and hooks crudely mounted upon it. Worst of all, were the many stretched patches of skin, and faces, cut from their heads tacked to the pole like a memo board, frozen mid-scream. You could only meet the gazes of their eyes, as they glanced at you, still seeing.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about! I don’t want any part of this!” You shrieked, “Please leave me alone!” Your twisting and turning was sure to leave bruises, but that was a small price to pay in exchange to joining the numerous tortured souls they’ve collected.
“Oh, but we want to bring you with us—to show you our world—and with time, you will learn to enjoy our pleasures as well.”
Tears welled and spilled over your face, both from the marks surely forming around your wrists,  and from the indescribable fright at possible abduction at the hands of grizzled, mangled people. You averted your gaze from the pin-headed man before you, and the gruesome monument of the pain they’ve caused.
“Please,” you begged with a soft voice, “please don’t do this. I didn’t mean to summon you. I’m sorry. You can find someone else who wants this, but please don’t do this to me.”
A cold, dead hand tilted your chin up, forcing your gaze to the terrible, black eyes.
“No tears,” he mocked in his commanding, monotone voice, “it’s a waste of good suffering,”
“What if we prefer you?” A raspy voice spoke, a woman’s, or what once was a woman. Now her throat is torn, pulled apart by strings, “what if we find your suffering to be the most beautiful?”
You could feel the terror rising from your stomach, and it must’ve shown, as another one of the monsters, fleshy with horrid teeth and sunglasses, snickered at you.
“There is no use in trying to bargain with us. It is you who opened the box, and it is your suffering that we want. We will take you to our world to show you our pleasures and you shall show us how wonderfully you will suffer.” the pinhead announces. A portal or rift, too blindingly white to see clearly, opened behind him.
“Your soul is ours to claim, ours to torture, and ours to destroy.”
Sharp hooks dug into your skin, not only drawing blood, but tugging it, eliciting your pained screams as you are dragged into the rift. And yet, somehow, you knew this was only a sample of the terrible things they will do to you.
“After all, we have all of eternity to explore the depths of your suffering.”

Terrortome by Garth Marenghi
Tumblr media
Terrortome by Garth Marenghi (Matthew Holness) Coronet, 2022
Matthew Holness created Garth Matenghi's Darkplace in 2004, which was presented as an 80s TV series starring author Garth Marenghi and based on his books. Garth is somewhat based on Guy N. Smith and Steven King, with Holness' stock pedantic wanna be tough guy character.
Terrortome is a short story collection as written by Marenghi. To add another meta layer, the main character is author Nick Steen, a stand in for Garth. The first story is a Hellraiser riff, with Steen getting erotically involved with a demonic typewriter. This ends with all the stories in Steen's imagination being unleashed into the world, which he has to stop. We get two more stories - a mad podiatrist and a riff on the Dark Half.
Holness keeps a lot of plates spinning to keep up the conceit. He stays in character with the writing style throughout, keeps the story engaging, writing as if he's dead serious while keeping it funny throughout. Marenghi writes Steen as a cool stand in at the same time Holness presents him as a comic loser.
The audiobook is highly recommended, narrated by Holness in character as Marnghi, and it sounded like the text was changed in places to fit the format.

Iruma~ can you be a good boy and clean the bathroom?
Iruma! Do you think you can be a good boy and put away these heavy boxes?
Iruma… we’re really low on money, and the rich people want a bear skin rug, do you think you can be a dear, and fight it for us?
Iruma, we dont have money for bait, can you be a good boy and…
Iruma…
Iruma…
Iruma, you know you need to come back to us, don’t be a bad boy! What happened to you? You were such a good boy, and now your greedy and spoiled! You know he doesnt really care about you. But we do! Thats why we had you do all of this! Come home! Be a good boy and come home!
———————————
Shivering, a cold feeling runs up iruma’s spine, and he opens his eyes ten minutes before his hellraiser clock started screaming at the room. He stares at the blanket around his shoulders and just breathes. Deep breathes. Dee–
SCREEEEEAACH, SCREEEEEEAACH, SCREEE–
“Good morning my dear grandson! How did you sleep? What did you dream about! I hope it made you happy!” The questions rattled off in iruma’s head, words bouncing around in his skull until they break into each letter, sporadically slamming into his skull until they realised they needed to be understood.
Iruma blinks, then answers “G-good morning grandpa, i slept great! But i think running around in my dreams made me really hungry, i have no idea how that happened.” Iruma scratched the back of his neck, knowing it was obvious he was trying to change the subject .
But still, Sullivan was merciful. “I think its a good thing Opera made more breakfast than usual this morning! But how about we get you dressed first?” Sullivan said the middle part a little louder than nessecary, and now wants to stall time for his cat butler, iruma concludes. Ah, poor Opera.
“Okay grandpa? I havent had help getting dressed before.” The boy is nervous, mostly because he remembers having injuries on his chest and stomach, he doesn’t even know what his back looks like.
His dream rings in his ears again, and before he can actually spiral into the depths of disaster, the egg version of his grand father comes from the abyss and says, “I think this could suit you perfectly today! Will you wear it iruma?” Its a simple t shirt and shorts, but iruma needs to go to school.
A laugh escapes the boy, then the reply “Grandpa, that’s not a uniform, and i need to stay in dress code for school! What would professor Kalego think?”
“Well, i could give you special permission to wear whatever you like! You could even go to school with nothing on!” The disgusted looks of his classmates and teachers flashed through his head as he imagined that senario.
“nothanksgrandpa…” iruma managed to stutter out, he avoided the dream, now he needs to avoid this. “Alright, lets get you into a proper uniform then!” The old egg dashed to the closet, excitedly rummaging through the identical uniforms to find the cutest one.
Iruma sighed, hoping the ‘grand reveal’ would go well. He unbottoned his shirt and pulled it away from his shoulders, waiting for the older demon to turn around.
“OOH! I think this would be LOVELY for your smile!” He spins and glances at iruma’s frame then back to the uniform… then looks at iruma’s chest, the uniform, his chest, and just sets the outfit to the side.
“Iruma, are you in pain?” That catches the boy off guard, he thought at best, Sullivan would cry for him and call him his baby, at worse, Sullivan would be disgusted and throw him to the human world. “Uh, no, not anymore. Most of these happened when i was really young anyway.” Sullivan crooked and eyebrow, “Most? If you feel comfortable, can you tell me about the ones you do remember?”
“Sure, uh…” iruma didnt know where to start, he looked at his arm and saw a pair of jagged marks, “Oh! This is from a wolf fish that was caught in a lobster trap, it had a lot of teeth… and this is when i was running from the mafia, i dont think i was able to take out that bullet…” and so it went. Iruma said where some scars came from, and others, he just said “i cant remember.”
There was one scar in particular, that looked recent, but mostly healed over. It was one, long, slightly tilted scar over Iruma’s spine, it covered over older, smaller scars and started from the base of his neck to mid-back. “And do you know where this one came from?” Sullivan inqurires to the boy, fearing someone was responsible.
Iruma reached around himself, and Sullivan saw two things…
One, he saw teethmarks on the boy’s waist, too dull to be demon, so a human bit him?
Two, he’s sure he saw something move inside of the wound. It was an instant, and he was distracted by the tooth marks, which he will be bringing up soon. “Oh yeah, i was taking out trash in a resteraunt, and a can that was open slashed my back. I guess i shouldve checked if any had their lids out.”
Sullivan didn’t know how to respond, so he took his finger and traced the outside of the bite, unintentionally tickeling the child and making him jolt away from the hand, laughing. Until he realised where Sullivan touched.
“Where-“ “i cant remember.” Iruma stared the demon in the eye, with a burning passion Sullivan had only seen in him and when training with Opera. Sullivan let it go -for now- and helped the young human into his uniform.
Opera laid down the last tray and stepped away from the tabe just as the two of them came into the room. A feast fit for three kings sat in front of the boy, steaming, frozen, or even boiled to perfection.
“Good morning Master Iruma, how was your rest?” The cat-like servant was glad they made things that were quick to serve for the extra food.
After Iruma left with Clara and Azz, Sullivan pulled Opera into his side and declaired to the feline, “Iruma needs love, make sure you give him the attention a child needs.”
“Yes Master Sullivan.” Opera was just as confused as when Sullivan brought Iruma home. They love the young master, he eats the food they make, keeps his room clean, is always polite, and never was there a problem with ill words.
“Just be sure to remind him that he’s safe with us.” That raised a flag in Opera’s head, something must’ve happened when Sullivan was alone with the boy.
Whatever it is, they hope Iruma will be well.

A/N: I'm struggling, and I need a fucking hug. So I wrote this. It's probably fucking terrible but I need a fictional surrogate boyfriend to shower me with affection right now, because the real one is halfway across the country. Okay. Exquisitely self-indulgent hurt/comfort with tooth-rotting fluff.
Pairing: Mike (Hellraiser) x reader (you)
Summary: You're feeling like shit, and Mike helps you feel less like shit. That's it. That's the plot.
Word count: 1.4k
Warnings: Hurt/Comfort. Depression/ anxiety/ general really bad fucking day having reader, suicidal thoughts/ intrusive thoughts. I mention a boner once.

“Babe I’m having a really shit day, okay?” You hate doing this. Cancelling plans last-minute is the worst under normal circumstances, but you really wanted to see this movie tonight with Mike. “You can go by yourself, it’s fine. Or take someone else. I’m just going to bed.”
“Alright, babe. Text me when you wake up, okay?” He’s so sweet. You really don’t deserve him. Then again, you don’t deserve anything. Yeah, to lay in bed, completely worn out from doing nothing, unable to move (because why the fuck not?) and hungry because you haven’t eaten all day – that involves moving, and as previously established: you can’t. Plus, even if you weren’t tired and glued to your bed, he’d probably have a better time hanging out with someone who isn’t depressed and horrible. And that rules you out.
You’re on the verge of falling asleep. Actually, you’ve been on the verge of falling asleep for weeks. It just doesn’t happen. So, like all those other times you wished there was a poison apple or cursed spinning wheel nearby, you just lay in bed with your eyes closed, curled up into a ball and trying to ignore the crushing weight of your overflowing to do list and the guilt over bailing on your boyfriend. It’s probably only a matter of time before he runs off with someone cuter, thinner, and more alive than you, anyway.
The door opens. The noise doesn’t make you turn around. In fact, absolutely nothing would make you turn around. Keanu Reeves in your doorway wouldn’t make you respond at this point, and Lord knows that’s saying something. You’re just done.
Whoever it is that’s in your doorway and likely isn’t Keanu Reeves, walks into your room. Honestly, if this is a murderer, good. No one would complain. It’s probably just your roommate, though. Massive disappointment.
“Sadie, just go please,” you sigh as you pull the comforter tighter around your shoulders. The unidentified intruder reaches your bed, and a bag drops to the floor with a loud thud and the suspicious crinkling and cracking of... Food wrappers? You freeze when this person sits on your bed – but they don’t stop there; they actually get into bed with you, which means it’s definitely not your roommate. This still doesn’t make you move, and you almost laugh at how completely fucked up a reaction that is.
“Guess again.” Mikey. It’s Mikey. You hadn’t even considered that possibility. How on Earth did you consider ‘murderer’ before ‘boyfriend’? But why is he here? He’s supposed to go to the movies and have fun, and leave you here until you’re ready to crawl out of this ditch of horribleness. You don’t want him here with you.
“Why aren’t you at the movies?” You ask timidly. He’s wrapping his arms around you and you’re resisting that, trying to think of the best and quickest way to send him packing. “Mikey, please leave. I need to be alone.”
“No.” What? What, ‘no’? “You want to be alone.”
“Yeah, same diff. Leave me alone, Mike. I want you to fuck off and go see the movie without me, and you just leave me here. Okay?” This fucking hurts. You don’t want to shut him out, but you can’t help it right now. Nothing feels right, you’re a mess, and no one needs to see you like this.
“No. Not okay. I’m not leaving.” He sounds angry. Annoyed, at least. And he’s right to be angry. You’re being horrible to him when he’s just trying to be nice. But you don’t want him trying to be nice to you right now. He’s probably only offering to stay because he feels he has to, or some shit.
“But you really want to see that movie.”
“Yeah, Sweetcheeks, I do. I really want to see that movie.” He sighs impatiently. “With you. I’m not watching it without you, so drop it. If we can’t go today, we’ll wait until we can. And if it’s not in theatres anymore by that time, we’ll rent it, or stream it or whatever, but I’m not watching that movie if you’re not next to me. Now stop being stubborn and let me hold you.”
There are tears in your eyes now, because of his little speech, and you’ve actually turned around in his – very persistent – arms.
“Hi, Sweetcheeks,” he says as he smiles down at you. “I’m happy to see your face.” As hard as it is for you to believe that, you can see in his eyes that he’s not lying.
Mike bends his head to kiss you, but you stop him.
“Baby,” he whines, but you shake your head.
“I haven’t brushed my teeth in days,” you admit. Heat surges through your cheeks, and it feels as if someone is sticking a million needles in them. The severely lacking ability to take care of yourself is one of your least favorite parts of this whole depression business. Not that the rest is a walk in the park, but being near Mike in your current gross state is embarrassing and horrible.
“Sweetcheeks, I don’t give a damn.” He kisses you hard, so hard that you are starting to think he’s doing this to make a point. “I’m crazy about you. All of you. And I’m still crazy about you when you’re like this. Although I wish you didn’t feel so shitty.” He moves off the bed again, dragging you to the edge of it as he goes along, where he scoops you up into his arms.
“What are you doing?” you ask as he carries you to the bathroom. Mikey sets you down on the toilet – the only place to comfortably sit in here – and starts to unbutton the flannel pajama shirt you have on.
“I don’t have the ener...” Mike interrupts you with another kiss as he keeps undressing you. He never tries anything, not even when he sees your boobs – although he does grin appreciatively for a second. You let him drag you into the shower, because by now you’ve figured out that resisting him is no use, anyway.
“Can you hold it together for maybe ten minutes until I get back?” He turns on the water, risking the clothes he’s still wearing. You nod.
“Mikey?” He turns around when he hears you call him. “Can you hand me my toothbrush?” Small steps, right?
When he comes back, he strips and joins you in the shower. Standing up was a hassle, so you’re sitting on the floor. He sits down behind you, with his legs on either side, and pulls your back into his chest. Mike helps you wash your hair, and your body, still not trying anything, even though he clearly has a boner from touching you all over. That doesn’t change when he dries you off and helps you into a pair of fresh pajamas.
“How do you feel?” Mike says when he wraps you up into the millionth hug.
“Better,” you say, avoiding his eyes. Yeah, taking a shower helps. It makes you feel better. But you just couldn’t do the thing. Why couldn’t you just do the stupid, silly little thing?
“Good,” Mike says, “let’s get to the rest of the evening.” He takes your hand and drags you back to your room.
“Jesus! Mike! You didn’t have to do that!” There are new sheets on your bed, and your pillows are piled in the corner, together with every stuffed animal you own, and several soft blankets. Ten minutes alone in the shower, and your boyfriend builds you a nest. It’s so sweet that you don’t even allow yourself to be embarrassed that you couldn’t change your sheets yourself.
“I wanted to. Because I wanna spend the whole night with you, watching movies, and cuddling. I brought snacks.” He looks kind of nervous when he says it. “Got you chocolate. Your favorite. But I’ll still go if you want to be alo-” The last syllable disappears into your mouth when you kiss him.
“Thank you, Mikey,” you say, no longer able to keep the tears from falling.
“You’re welcome. You deserve it.”

"You going to Stu's party?" Billy asks Allison following her outside.
"Yeah, the girls kinda begged me. You going?"
"Stu told me Tatum said to keep his mouth shut about it but we all know his mouth." Billy walks closer to her with a smile. "True and speak of the Devil," She says, as Stu comes walking out over to them.
"Oh tell Billy about, if you were a killer wanting to get away with it but people knew it was you... how would you get away?" Stu wraps an arm around her.
"You can tell him yourself because I have to get back to the girls." She removes him arm walking off so Billy looks at Stu who tells him what she said to him.
"Those are good plan B's in case A doesn't work out, right?" Stu gives Billy a look.
"Yeah, most people get caught on the run and or killed. Smart idea." Billy smiles thinking about which of the two would be better to do in case they have to.
When Allison gets to the girls she jokes about how they didn't pick her up and she had to walk to them, "We were gonna get you after getting the food," Tatum tells her as they walk back to the car.
"Well, all the guys were being creepy about the killer and saying who it is so I left." She tells them as Dewey shows up.
"Because they are all fucked up." Tatum laughs.
Dewey ends up dropping the girls off and Tatum and Sidney rush into the house with the food while Allison follows behind till she sees Randy, "So I really can't drink?" She walks over to him.
"Nope, you gotta follow the rules." He spins her around.
"Not even one?" She pouts hoping it would work on him.
"Not even a sip." He says, making her whine.
"Stu!" She snaps her fingers at him as he walks into the same room as them.
"Al!" He smiles.
"Can I have a sip of your beer?" She bats her eyes at him.
"Nope." He sits down with Tatum by him and Sidney by her on the couch.
"Why not?"
"Because I say no drinking for you tonight." He says, making her jaw drop.
"What? When did you and Randy become the boss of me?"
"We are just trying to keep you safe tonight." Stu grabs her hand pulling her down into his lap.
"Stop!" She whines trying to get out of his arms. When she gets out of them she moves to sit on the other side of him.
"How many Evil Dead's? How many Hellraisers?" Randy asks the room of people.
"The Fog, Terror Train, Prom Night. How come Jamie Lee Curtis is in all these movies?" Sidney asks, looking at them.
"She's the... Scream Queen." Randy tells her.
"With a set of lungs like that, she should be," Stu says and the girls knew what they were talking about.
Stu goes to get the door and comes back telling everyone that Gale was here with Dewey. Not much later everyone ends up disappearing on Allison so she gets up to go to the kitchen. "Hey you, no kitchen!" Stu picks her up and walks her out of the room.
"I just want a glass of water. Damn, can I not drink that either?" She asks as he carries her all the way out back to the living room.
"I'll get it for you myself." He messes up her hair.
"Can you guys stop treating me like a baby for the love of god!"
When most people started to leave the party, Sidney and Allison thought it was best to go as well but they couldn't find her, "Tatum, come on!" Sidney calls out.
"Do you know where she is?" Allison asks Stu.
"I haven't seen her." He tells her shaking his head and she could tell he didn't seem to care about her disappearing on them.
"I'll go look in the garage." Allison turns to leave, "Maybe she's getting more beer." Before she could walk away Billy decides to pop in and he ends up startling Sidney and Allison. Allison watches Billy give Stu a look so he pulls her into his side confusing her.
"Billy. Hmm. What are you doin here?" Stu plays dumb.
"I was hoping I could talk to Sid alone." He looks at her.
"You know. If Tatum sees you here, she'll draw blood." Sidney tells him.
"Why don't you go up to my parent's room? You know, you guys can take, whatever." Stu tells them.
"Subtlety, Stu. You should look it up." Billy tells him and Sid says they can talk. Billy comes in and hits Stu, "You haven't drank, right?" Billy asks Allison, stopping Sidney for a second.
"Only one glass of water." She smiles so he leaves. "Can you get me some more water please?" She leans back looking up at Stu.
"Anything for you sweetheart." He kisses the top of her head.
"What's leather face doin here?" Randy walks up to the two watching Billy.
"He came to make up. Now let's go get my baby girl some more water." Stu picks Allison up and walks them to the kitchen.
"You know I'm not surprised people think you date me at times instead of Tatum." She gives him a look.
"I mean, we did hook up before Tate..." He gets her some more cold water.
"I meant when you got with her." She takes the water from him.
"Well because we're cute together." He leans down causing her to lean back quickly.
"What the hell are you doing?" She puts her hand on his chest moving him back.
"What? Don't you want this?" He chuckles.
"What?!" She laughs, "I-I mean, maybe i-i-if you weren't dating my friend." She moves away from him awkwardly laughing.
"Well, you're lucky because she broke up with me. After she got me a beer earlier and disappeared with some other guy." He lies starting to get upset in hopes she falls for it.
"She broke up with you?" Allison lets her guard down a bit.
"I don't know why. I get I'm a bit much at times but..." He sighs looking at the floor playing up his act.
"She didn't even tell me she was going to and she tells me everything." Allison couldn't believe it.
"Sorry for trying to kiss you. I'm just hurt." He looks at her with a sad look so she wraps her arms around his waist to comfort him.
"I'm sorry about Tatum, Stu."
He hugs her back before lifting her head to look at him, "So can I just get one kiss?" He asks, making her give him a look knowing that's a terrible idea.
"Stu, I don't thi-," He cuts her off, leaning down to kiss her. He holds her tightly against him and he could feel her wanting to move away from him.
"Let's go watch the movie with the others. If we take too long, your nerd will come walking in." He walks them back and they sit with the small group to watch Halloween.
Randy ends up explaining the rules to survive a horror movie to the group since they didn't know. "I'm gonna go get a beer and no you still can't have one." Stu kisses Allison's head getting up. "I'm gettin another beer. You want one?" Stu asks Randy.
"Yeah, sure." He tells him.
"I'll be right back!" Stu yells backing out of the room.
"You push the law and you end up dead. See you in the kitchen with a knife." Randy tells him.
Not paying attention to the movie, Allison wonders about Tatum. There's no way she would break up with Stu for some other guy. It didn't make sense and she would have told her or Sidney about it. She always went to them.
After more time passes a few leave while a few stay to keep watching the movie. The phone ends up ringing and Randy tells the guys about their principal who was found dead at our football field. "Come on! Where you guys goin?" He falls back onto the couch as the last of the guys rush out to see.
"You need some water, Randy." Allison laughs leaving to get him a glass of water.
Since she wanted a beer so badly so she looked around before slowly walking over to the door to sneak herself a beer. As soon as she walks out of the door, it slams behind her, locking her out. "What the hell! Hello!" She bangs on the door but nothing. Groaning she turns to go out the garage door and sees Tatum dead stuck in the cat/dog door. Frozen for a few seconds, she just stares before screaming and running away.
As she was running in the grass, she hears Sidney scream and see her fall from the roof. "Sid!" Allison runs back to her and scares her as she sees Tatum. "We have to go. Come on!" Allison drags her so they can run off.
They both get to the news van and climb in to see the killer behind Randy on the TV. "Randy!" Allison cries watching him thinking the worst. The guy opens the door getting out and tells the two there's a 30-second delay. As he turns around again he gets his throat cut so both Sid and Allison close the door. "Go, Sid." Allison shoves her to crawl through the back first.
When it was her turn to crawl the door opens and the killer grabs her, "Allison!" Sidney yells reaching to help pull her through.
"Just go!" Allison screams getting pulled back and fighting with the guy getting stabbed in the shoulder and cut up a few times. "Fuck you!" She kicks at him and he groans. The killer grabs her head, hitting it against the floor as she tries to get away. He ends up knocking her out and she feels her body being picked up and carried away.

"In the early ‘90s, Euronymous also owned Helvete, a record store in Oslo that served as the Batcave for the black-metal movement. Members of the self-proclaimed Inner Circle crashed on mattresses in the basement, moist and dark like a dungeon. Parties at Helvete were legendary: huge, chaotic, candlelit affairs, where devotees wore corpse paint, black capes, and replicas of Viking gear. Many cut themselves with knives and broken bottles; particularly inspired groups would go out to desecrate graveyards, knock down stones, and spray-paint pentagrams and the number 666.
Hellhammer remembers people shooting guns into the shop walls; one guy hammered a nail into his own skull. Euronymous would beat himself with a bullwhip, causing blood to soak through his shirt in crimson stripes.
From his base at Helvete, Euronymous became a leader of the scene. He often expressed hope that black metal would incite young people to violence; conceiving methods of torture, he held lengthy lectures on how the pain would scare the victims. “It was an exciting period,” says Samoth, the guitarist for Emperor. “We all hung out and talked about our hatred for Christianity.”
