Summary:

The top of the fire truck is as good of a place as any, really.

He can climb up, lay on top of the hoses, and be left alone. No one follows him up here, or comes looking for him, and no one who walks by in the truck bay can see him. It’s peaceful and it’s quiet and sometimes it’s the only place Eddie can get one moment’s peace in this place.

He does it for about six months after the tsunami before anyone finds him.

And the person who figures it out, of course, is Buck.

1. What OTPs in your fandom(s) do you just not get?

MacRiley and MacDesi I know people ship it (and MacDesi is canon) but I just don’t see it. I honestly don’t ship anyone with Mac, I like him without a relationship, but if I did choose a ship it would be MacDalton. That being said everyone is allowed to ship whoever they like and enjoy, I have nothing against that., I just don’t also like the fandom drama those two ships created. Just leave people to their ships and don’t hate on them for it.
