Ok so I have a lot of recommendations lol.

If you enjoy dark (and I mean dark) SIM, then Basil has a ton of short fics. The whole collection is here.

Highlander_II writes a lot of canon aligned SIM, found here.

Peter would be The Worst Vampire?? Especially if you're thinking CW/HC/IW era Spiderman. Can you imagine trying to tell that tiny little bean boy he has to drink people juice? Can you? Look me in the eyes and tell me he would fall to his knees in anguish at the mere thought.

Tony has no fucking clue what to do and oh god Peter please get off the ceiling that's more disturbing than I can put words to and rallying the Avengers and half of SHIELD HQ for a blood donation drive and Peter resolutely insists on thanking each and every one of them personally.

Steve and Bucky restore blood faster than anyone else and at least once a week Tony has to toss out a the kid's asking for a snack as he passes them for the coffee machine, or like the time Steve is reading in the common room and Tony watches the kid dithering behind him for a full twenty minutes before he sighs and says Steve, it's your turn to feed the baby.

Peter accidentally popping fang all the time and he can't talk properly around them it's just all slurred and lispy and really, Clint is trying to stop laughing but please say quantum-reflectory differential again oh my god. Half the photos on Tony's new photo wall have the kid flashing his new set of gnashers.

Decades were nothing in a vampire's life. A lifetime for men, a mere blink of an eye for him. He was centuries old, and the passing of time had never bothered him, not with Peter by his side. He had never felt younger and more alive than with him. Every 15 years, like clockwork, they would pack their bags before people grew suspicious of the boy who never aged and his lover who never ate, move to a new place, and get married again. He had never gotten tired of putting a ring on Peter's finger, again, and again, and again. He was the love of his life, the sole reason for the fluttering in his chest when his heart had long stopped. Those centuries spent with him had gone by so fast. He had barely had the chance to cherish them before the rug was pulled from under him. He had lost Peter. Now, doomed to decades alone that dragged on like a knife wound that wouldn't heal, he wandered the streets of New York. Peter's favorite place on earth.

He glanced at the buildings around him, the tall skyscrapers that had popped up from the ground, one after the other, and risen to graze the clouds until there wasn't a direction you could look in without one of them springing up in your eyesight. Looking at those looming towers, he felt cold. Colder than his dead body already was. He longed for warmth. The one of his lover's smile was long gone, but the one of a cup of coffee would do. If not to drink it, then to feel its heat against the palm of his hand as he held it. He glanced at the coffee shop across the street. The lights were on, still open in the dead of night. He crossed the street with a drag in his step. He was tired, bone-deeply so. He reached the shop and laid a hand on the handle.

The door opened with a small chime. It was quiet inside, devoid of the bustle of conversations of customers and office workers on their way to work. A faint jazz soundtrack could be heard under the noise of a machine steaming milk. A young girl, college-aged, was moping the floor a few tables down. He stepped towards the counter. Someone was already there, waiting for their order. The milk streamer turned off, its hissing sound cutting off abruptly. The boy behind the counter poured the pitcher's content into a cup carefully, his head of brown curls tilting to the side in concentration. He turned around, set the cup down, and smiled brightly at the customer in front of him.

"Anything else with that, Sir?" He asked, hands braced on the counter and a light flush high on his cheeks.

No sooner had the sound of that saintly voice reached his ears, than it faded out, replaced by a loud ringing piercing his eardrums. He felt like his heart had just stopped beating to kick start again, never mind that it had stopped pumping blood centuries ago, like his veins were flooded once more, like he was gasping in his first lungful of air in decades. He would recognize those twinkling, clever brown eyes, that straight slope of a nose, those innocent golden-brown curls, and these sinfully delicate lips anywhere. Peter. He whispered his name like a prayer. The sound must have startled the boy, who tore his gaze from the customer he was serving to Tony. Those brown eyes locked with his and widened in shock, the cup of coffee he was holding almost dropping from his hands.

He was home.
