He likes the feel of her hands in his.

The way they feel smaller, more delicate. Yet, still so powerful. Soap had seen them disassemble and assemble a gun in record speed; he’d watch them shove men twice her size.

He’d also witnessed how gentle they could be, how they’d press against his cheek and make his pulse quicken. How they’d ball up lightly in his top as she slept, silencing any fears or doubts, ridding negative thoughts away.

When they entwine with his things make sense.

Just like it did when she kissed him down the side of the pub, when she held him close and told him it had always been him.

They had magic in them—her hands—he was sure of it. Not just for the way they make him feel, how they can get him groaning. No, it’s the way they vanish phantom pains and make his skin warm.

“What you doing?”

He smiles, soft—almost to the point it’s barely seen. “Shh, lass.”

He turns one of her hands over, placing his other hand over the top of hers. She feels soft, silken. His thumb brushed over her knuckles, feeling the evidence of scars and healed bones.

If he could, he’d never let go. He’d hold her hand in his until he was forced to part—sometimes, he was. When distance spread between them, miles and miles add into the hundreds.

Now, their backs are pressed against the building wall, fighting the shivers up their spine. The only bit of silence and peace they’ve been able to enjoy in several days.

She doesn’t roll her eyes, but he can tell she wants to. Her freehand pulling at the blanket haphazardly thrown over their legs. Creating the thinnest gap, just enough for the cold to creep in and peck at his legs.

“I hate this.”

“Me holdin’ y’hand?”

She smirks, resting her head on his shoulder, snuggling closer. “No. The fact it’s so cold I don’t even want to joke about fuckin’ you under the stars.”

“Aye… they’re pretty bloody stars, too.”

Turning her head, her eyes—with their own galaxy swirling within them—meet his. “Not as pretty as you.”

“Y’flatter me—“

“I’m trying to woo you.”

It blossoms slowly, his smile. Rids any evidence of a growing smirk, making his cold lips crack from how wide they spread.

“Already wooed, hen.”

He tightens his hold on her hand, squeezing it as he presses a kiss to her forehead. It’s sudden, the feeling of her cold skin against his lips. A huge temperature shift, having already been sure he knew what cold was until he felt it on her skin.

“Mar, y’freezing!”

“We’re sat outside looking at fuckin’ stars, Johnny. What did you expect?”

He lets go, swapping her hand for her waist, pulling her as flush as she can go, and tucking her head under his chin.

She’s perfect. He thinks it so often, but more so the way she fits into him like this. The stars are twinkling above him, but he just wants to stare at her—watch her. Each rise of her lips into one of her winning smirks, dissect each colour that makes up her eyes.

It didn’t creep up on him. He’d thrown open the door for her, let her in—allowed her to become home for him. Something he’s forever grateful he’s the same for her. Her sleepy whispers of him being her safe place, her home, her person.

When she’d first said them, they’d made him feel invincible. Until she sucker punched him in the jaw for being reckless, idiotic—and more words he tries to forget. The same as he chooses to erase how her eyes had sharpened, tears bubbling in the corners.

“You don’t get to make me fall in love with you, and then pull shit like that, MacTavish.”

Her hand slides up his chest, palm flush over his heart. He wonders if she feels it, the heavy thump that’s all for her.

“Y’do that a lot. Place y’hand there.”

It’s silent for a while, his eyes looking up—finding the brightest one, watching it shimmer and shine. Her fingers drawing a shape against his top, the fabric rubbing against his chest.

“I like feeling it—your heartbeat.” She lifts her head, staring into him. “Like having the evidence you’re alive.”

Words catch against his teeth, his throat suddenly dries. His own hand wanted to reach out, brush against her cheek and press a thousand I love you’s against her lips. Tell her he’s not leaving her, not now he’s got her—not after waiting so long to do so.

But, he gets lost in her eyes. Has done since he first got the chance to see them up close—had them be the first thing he sees when he wakes and the last thing at night.

He had always thought it’d be a smile he’d fall in love with, having always noticed them. Until he saw Squid’s eyes when she laughed—when they found him across a room and silenced every sound.

Blinking, he finds her staring. That knowing smile written over her face as if she knows what he’s thinking. She probably does, knowing Mari. Her fingers balled up over the space above his chest, as his own hand rose to take it, bringing it to his lips.

“Since you dragged us out there, you going to look at the stars at some point tonight?”

“Nah,” he whispers, pulling her hand back under the blanket. “Rather stare at the prettiest thing out ‘ere.”

She smirks, sinking down, finding her place under his arm and chin. “Didn’t realise there was a reflection out here.”

“Ay, give ova’ will yer.”

She laughs, until it fades into silence, quickly followed by the softest whisper: “Thank you... for tonight, Johnny.”

“Yer welcome, Squid.”

Pressing a kiss to her forehead, tightening his hold on her as they sit under the stars. Listening to her breathing soften, watching the condensation from it bleed into the air.

“Don’t fall asleep on me, Mar.”

She shifts, ever so slightly. “Shh, baby.”

He smiles. One wider than he’s done for a while, pressing his grin to her hairline, feeling her relax—the most perfect feeling in the world.

Building on that, I love that you write songs and he writes screenplays(?). I think it’s so cute to pair writers together so that you might inspire one another and be each other's biggest fans. I also like Guy for you because he strikes me as one of those people who calls themselves “polyjamorous”, listening to basically anything and everything. Episode 47 S5: Mana Runs too Slow and it Kills 2 People

Peeking up at us over the horizon, our end of the world apocalypse has reached the next step of his rampage: which is to shoot glowing missiles out of it's Dragon crotch until Egypt is destroyed.

I'm pretty sure Kissara told him straight up to call her whenever, and considering how few words they've ever said to each other, you'd think he'd remember the words she said like half an hour ago. Then again, he was kind of...sleeping when that happened. Or hallucinating, or dreaming, or all three.

Bakura and Yami are watching this pan out from the Shadow Game Zone, Bakura kind of nodding slowly while Yami becomes overwhelmed with embarrassment over how much everyone around him is screwing it. This is not meant to be funny, but it was very funny to me.

I have brought this up before, but Bakura does bring up a good point, that this entire arc was kind of against the grain of who Yami became over the course of the last 4 seasons.

+++++STAND BACK I'M GONNA RANT, FEEL FREE TO SKIP++++

Don't get me wrong, Yami LOVES to make bad choices that end the world. But why would he continue to go back here and destroy the world of the future he knows and loves so much? Especially since it already went SO south with Dartz the last time he opened pandora's box?

He has a new identity now, he has so many friends, last arc was just so many women throwing themselves at Yugi. His life is really good! I think they could have developed more of a line of logic between last arc and this arc, but like with a lot of things in this arc, it was rushed.

So him giving up his newfound modern identity that he made all himself through hard work and friendship first off feels kinda bad. Like I'm OK with him being a new guy, he worked hard for that! Lets not go backward now.

And then him coming here to regain his old identity is sort of like the show knew what it must do, but the characters were like "nah." and then went and did it anyway seemingly at gunpoint.

And I kind of wish there was any contrast between who Yami's new identity is in the future and who Yami was in the past. It would be fascinating to dive into the fact he's now two people yet again, even though Yugi is no longer in that bean. but eh save it for the fanfiction, because they needed to end Yugioh in a certain number of episodes.

And that happens sometimes. Stories are character driven, and when you try and drive the characters, they become less like people and more like iconic symbols. Here's our hero. He must do this because he's the hero. That's it, that's the reason. Welcome to Shonen Jump.

Problem is, Yami isn't that meta. He's dumb though, so in a way it does make a little sense why he had to open the box. He dummy thin.

And like in case you've jumped in here after my accidental hiatus (hello!) and not realized this, I had to binge watch the rest of the season before we cancelled our Hulu subscription. There was the option of watching it for free on the Yugioh website, but I didn't want to change my Photoshop actions.

So get ready for me to talk about how the ending of this show bothered me, for like 8 episodes. I'll try to keep it in, so we can get there when we get there.

But you can't say lines like "We were meant to be together." in the context of this arc, you can't DO that, show.

Apparently the creator of Yugioh got hospitalized while he wrote this arc, hence the dick king demon. But also it got....messy. We have like 3 seasons of development in like 8 episodes, buckle up. They did the best that they could do with the resource's given, and we'll even get to meet my favorite character a few times before it's over (the Storyboarding God that occasionally guest stars on Yugioh, love that guy)

Back on the playing field, Yami is running out of options, when Isis informs us we can just go to McDonald's and get more McGuffins.

Out of basically no where, Mana zips onto the screen because she's ready to have at least one girl's night before the end of the world. The contrasting energy from both Mana and Isis is peak goth babysitter vs the parrot that hides behind the couch and bites your feet.

Back near Pharaoh's tomb, Yugi is still dueling over a deathpit with the child who these kids think is Ryou bakura.

This is not however, Ryou Bakura. It's sideways adjacent evil Bakura.

And it didn't really matter that this plot point ever happened because it's not like Yugi, Joey, or Tea ever catch on that this isn't Ryou anyway. But at least I, the audience can feel a little bit better about the weird twist by the dub there.

Ryou is still passed out on some stone steps. He's fine.

You might be wondering "Oh so what asinine thing is Isis going to have to do to get the items back?" and uh, you're wrong actually.

Turns out we could have just picked up the items in the desert at any time but I guess we forgot. I'll blame it on Shadi.

Joey Wheeler, who can punch out probably anything but a ghost, chooses to hide behind Tea because he knows she can punch a ghost and I believe it, too.

Back on the surface, is a scene that would have been emotional if it hadn't been 3 minutes. it was NOT enough time to give a proper send off to our girl Isis here, and they tried, but if you imagine the Yakety Sax song playing under this death here, that's about the speed at which this girl biffed it.

speaking of Yakety Sax theme, this is what was happening while Mana was crying her eyes out.,

And you may ask, was it really that goofy? and yes, yes it was.

and like I get it, animation and pacing are really, really hard. Parts of me wonder if maybe on paper this seemed OK. If maybe even as a storyboard this seemed OK. But something you learn quickly when doing any sort of narrative art, is that you need like 2x as much space as you think you do. Pause is an underrated godlike skill that takes a lifetime to master.

However, it still had good stills going on, it still had some lovely direction just...I mean they dropped Isis from top to bottom of that frame so freakin fast it was like she was a dropped banana hahaha.

They still have to carry these items physically to the Pharaoh, and so becuase Mana is a slow runner, 2 people freakin died this episode distracting Zorc. Which is also the title of this episode because I want to send home howfreakin funny that is to me.

Ah, back to Episode 1.

So how breathtaking and epic is the Kaiju fight you ask? Well good thing for you, I capped it.

The look on Seto and Yami's faces about sum it up.

And as quickly as he showed up to do a few silly punches, the great Exodia was cut exactly in half. Don't ask me how the card logic works for that, I have forgotten how this game works already.

Mana finally makes it to Yami, cursed puzzle in hand, and that ends this episode.

Can you imagine adding 7 characters to a story knowing you have to kill all of them individually before the anime arc is over? Breakneck deaths going on here.

Sorry for all you people that were so deeply attached to Shimon, the guy who isn't even Grandpa, by the way. A moment of silence for all 4 of you.

And we get back this thing. This horrible thing made out of thousands of dead people's souls. The thing that trapped him for 5000 years and launched him into the future. The only thing that can save mankind.

idk if they'll be terribly interesting? but i'll try lol!

He has an affinity for all of the animals, plants, just nature related state symbols (e.g. beavers, eastern bluebird, nine-spotted ladybugs, sugar maples, etc. etc.), and probably loves learning about all of them.

He loves horses, and while he likes watching horse racing occasionally, he doesn't find the sport too terribly interesting. He probably talks about horse racing with someone like Kentucky though sometimes. He gets his mild interest in it from the horse racing in his own state (such as in places like the Saratoga Race Course as an example).

Is relatively decent at keeping plants alive, all things considered. The only person he really trusts to take care of them if he's not there is New Jersey. No one else gets to go near his plants. He likes to name them, too, sometimes.

Despite how much he makes fun of New Jersey's state nickname, he still trusts him the most when it comes to plants and gardening.

Not very original, but he has some pet pigeons.

He used to have a black cat named Void that would perch on his shoulder all the time.

Has snapped at multiple others to remind them New York state is not just the city. Sometimes though, he seems to forget this himself, much to his own dismay.

His answer on when 'upstate' starts seems to change semi-frequently, if someone asks for his personal opinions about it.

He gives Vermont Stewart's cards (gift cards you can only use in the store and those 'one free ____' ones) sometimes.

Adding on to that, he also sometimes will have a milkshake from them with him when he goes to the table. It got snatched once by Florida who then drank it and he still holds a grudge about it.

Occasionally swaps books with Washington, but will anxiously wait the entire time it is not in his possession.

There are times where he finds California extremely pathetic (can have different meanings, though. There are times where it's the 'soggy, sad kicked looking puppy' kind of pathetic or the 'you literally fucking suck, wtaf is wrong with you' kind of pathetic, among others).

Sometimes he'll make very spicy food and before he goes to eat it, walk up to others that don't like and/or can't tolerate spice and ask them to smell it, just to laugh at their reactions.

He likes playing sports. Ones he like are tennis, air hockey and volleyball, among (some very obvious) others.

He gets self conscious sometimes playing more active sports, or doing active things like running if he knows people are watching him.

He doesn't like swimming, be he does know how to.

He likes to go out into less populated parts of his state just so he can sit down and listen to nature.

He'll try to 'forage' in forests upstate sometimes, just so he find plants to take pictures and video of so he can show them to New Jersey to see if he likes them and ask what they are.

He used to skateboard because he knew it pissed other personifications off. He doesn't as much anymore, but he still has a decked out looking skateboard (it's black with things all over it. He decorated it himself and is very proud of it).

He knows multiple languages.

He finds the fact that it only snows for about a day or two in November and December in certain parts of his state now very depressing. He hates the fact sometimes it doesn't even snow until January. He doesn't like snow much, but he misses it when he doesn't see it as much as he used to.

His favorite drink is water. Cold, preferably.

He likes old/vintage stuff. He doesn't like calling them that though, because "It felt like this was the newest shit just last [speaks New York] week!".

Things hybe 'did' for Jimin FACE era

1. Denied him of 4 MV, to artist who build that fuxking company. While giving their rookies 4 MVs on 1st album, Yoongi and Hobi a documentary and now a world tour. Apparently 4 MVs request is unreasonable, my ass.

2. Lets forget about other international platforms but they Didn't raised a finger against hanteo robbery even if it's their own home country. Still no one knows where that 770K sales went. Conveniently stole his #1 soloist sales record.

3. Didn't sent LC to radio even after mass request from fans and it achieving no1 on BB, left all work to be done by fans. LC had a very big opportunity to go even big but how much fans can do without a single support from agency ?

4. No celebrations or theme cakes like other members, no interviews or hype after No.1 BB like bangtan had during dynamite era. When rest country was celebrating and their share prices shoot up. Even Jimin's dad's friends celebrated while it's silence from his agency.

5. Even his pre orders still not shipped which is affecting charts. It's been a month, mind you. Took days to restore CDs in BTS store. Took days to add LC to This is BTS Playlist, which is the biggest we can have, while haegum was added in a day.

6. Army were begging them about BB situation for 3 WEEKS but no response but conveniently corrected the website just a day before D DAY. No comments regarding his 90%+ sales being deleted while all K media were writing about the BB payola.

7. Cut down his promotion to 10 fucking days leaving even Jimin disappointed and doubtful about his promos. Just to announce a whole new album in a week and killed hype of FACE.

well, i certainly fell behind on my giffing for breeders, didn't i? had some important things in rl i had to tend to and all that, yk yk. but, here's my thoughts about the finale:

luke yelling and cursing at jay? saw that coming from a mile away. the way he was getting more and more frustrated and high-strung, i absolutely knew he was going to mirror his father at one point or another. and the fact that paul was witness to it? and probably had so many memories come back of how awful he was with his anger? oh yeah. ouch. (another turn 'round the sun. nothing changes, nothing new.)

but ... i do also think it was brilliant. bringing the show to a close the exact same way that it started, completing the cycle: except, instead of paul and ally pushing back and forth over who's going to tend the baby, they do it together. i think that speaks volumes, especially with how rocky their marriage was at the beginning of the season / end of season three. it was an excellent way to end the show, right back where it started, all these years later. and, paul and ally definitely didn't have the support circle they needed when they first had luke and ava, but now they're able to give that to luke and take some weight off of his shoulders. is luke younger than they were when they became parents? absolutely. but, having his parents there for him while he's still struggling to adjust to being a dad and all the frustration that comes with it, having support there to hold him up if he needs it ... these characters have gone through so much growth over the course of the show, and paul especially.

something that hit me hard was jackie, and the way her memory was declining with her dementia / alzheimers. now, my own parents are about paul and ally's age, and i'm only the ripe age of 23. but, my grandmother on my father's side is going through the same exact thing, and it's awful to see her declining right before my very eyes. she's also in denial, and still wants to stubbornly remain independent. but, she constantly forgets words for things, or something she spoke with us about on a prior phone call. she isn't bad yet, but she will be, and i hate to think what it'll be like then.

do i think breeders ended happily? well, relatively speaking ... yes. everything ended up relatively okay, and that's just life. that's what breeders was: it was life. shit happens, it is what it is, and you keep on going anyway. you find solutions. you do what you need to do, and sometimes, you can't work shit out. but, sometimes you do find a way. things will never be perfect, but that's damn okay. life doesn't always have a happy ending, and that's okay, too.

what i'm trying to say here is: i originally watched breeders for martin himself. but, god, i fell in love with the show and its characters. each renewal for a new season filled me with so much joy, and each season finale left me eagerly awaiting for the new year so i could see more. i fell in love with the worsleys, and their imperfect lives. i'll miss this show desperately, and you know what? i think i'll start my rewatch from the beginning very soon, because i'm not ready to let go just yet.

Hi! Ummm... I'm pretty sure you've noticed the fact that I haven't posted the tattoo parlor thing for the past 2 weekends, but Imma do it now.

I'm currently sketching out a tattoo for Lance, and I'll either do watercolor accents or just do the whole thing digitally.

By the way, here's a fun fact about me! I'd like to be a tattoo artist at some point. I have a mini-fantasy of opening a tattoo parlor that connects to a flower shop.

Keith spent the next half hour asking Lance basic questions about why he wanted the tattoo, and what he had in mind.

As the other man spoke, Keith found himself drawn into his bubbly personality. Sure, he came off as rude and a bit cocky, but he could tell that Lance was a naturally friendly person.

Keith still ignored the various pick up lines hurled at him, though.

Apparently Lance had been wanting to do this for a while, and his friends had taken matters into their own hands. They placed a bet with him that they knew he would lose, but everyone knows that Lance can't back down from a bet.

As Lance mentioned something about getting his ears pierced, and Keith found himself imagining Lance like that. Hiding his blush, he made a mental note to ask Shiro about that. He was fine sticking needles in people, but it freaks him out to see it come out the other side. Whenever he gets a new piercing, he has to ask Shiro to get rid of the mirror. If he can't see what's happening, then he doesn't mind the pain too much.

Keith is derailed from his train of thought when he realizes that Lance is holding a phone in his face.

As he takes the device, he takes note of the Forget Me Nots and blue Hydrangeas dotting his phone case.

The image Lance is showing him is one of Keith's own designs. Its a purpleish-gray dagger surrounded by roses.

Shut up, Keith's allowed to be cliché sometimes.

"I noticed that you put a lot of flowers into your art. Could we maybe do something with that? I was thinking about going for a blue theme. I don't really mind what flowers you choose. And could we replace the dagger with a lion?"

Keith smiles. All his last client told him was that she wanted something 'aesthetic.' That's it. It makes Keith's job a whole lot easier when people actually know what they want tattooed onto their body for the rest of their damn life.

He grabs the nearest sketchbook and doodles a rough design of a lion.

"Like this?"

Lance nods excitedly. "Yes! Thank you! This is awesome."

It's so sincere that Keith decides to give Lance another shot. He holds out his hand.

"Hi. I'm Keith, and right now is gonna officially be our first time meeting. I have had no crappy first impressions of you, and as far as I know, you have no association to Allura."

Lance grins and returns the handshake. "Oh, thank goodness. I was honestly worried that you were gonna hate my guts for the rest of time. And my name is Lance. It's nice to meet you, Keith."

The both laugh for a second before Lance glances at the clock.

"Oh crap! I'm late to help Hunk out with his baking! See ya, Keith!"

Keith chuckles as he watches Lance race to his car through the window.

I work in a library where I design book displays, trivia games, and escape rooms, and I run a DnD club where I am the DM but I'm still learning so I'm kinda terrible at it lol

I'm a big musical theater nerd, a reader and writer (duh lol), and a book hoarder. Sometimes, I act in plays and musicals, but I also have horrible stage fright, hate being the center of attention, and can't easily speak in front of large groups of people to save my life. I am aware it makes no sense. I'm also big on all forms of sewing type crafts (cross stitch, embroidery, crochet, plushie making, etc). I just really like keeping my hands busy.

I am the kind of person who loves discovering new media, but when I find something that I really enjoy, I will watch the same movie over and over again, listen to the same album on repeat for months at a time, rewatch the same shows again because I like what I like.

My favorite piece of clothing is this very flowy black dress patterned with sunflowers, and it makes me feel beautiful. I have a mood ring that I wear every day that I will admit I only started wearing because it looked like one of Eddie's rings, but now I feel naked if I forget to put it on before I leave the house.

I'm unintentionally loud, a fierce protector of my friends, and a hopeless romantic.

okay so, not to just copy and paste one thing about you into it lol, but i do think you'd work at the hawkins library, too. eddie had practically begged you to take it once you both graduate, anyway, since he can't exactly keep running sessions from the school now he's left, and it's not like people use that conference room in the back, you could just let him keep his throne there, right?

you'd always wished you could have been more than just a sub for hellfire stuff, you always had fun playing with the party and they were forever inviting your character to join bonus oneshots, but theater always took up too much of your time to commit to d&d full-time. the only downside to getting the library job is that now that consumes all your time, so you still never really get to join any campaigns. eddie'll still visit between sessions to plan, though, and he's forever bending your ear for inspiration.

once eddie gets a job, he doesn't have time to get to the school in time, pick up the kids AND get to the library quick enough to get a good session in. so he relies on his ol' pal steve to play chauffeur so he can meet his party there. steve doesn't even question that there's another person in his car every week that he's never met, let alone spoken to. he hears the name gareth get thrown around, but he assumes that's part of the game, he doesn't believe that name really exists.

steve doesn't know what to do with himself while they play, and since you're the only one within 30 years of his age range, he pretty much hangs off of you. he's useful to keep around, though; he can carry way more than you, he's happy to fetch you stuff, and he can reach up to put things on higher shelves with ease - in fact, after seeing the makeshift way you pile things up to reach those shelves, he insists. As payment for being your little assistant, you'll make him little thank-you gifts - a woven bracelet here, an ewok plushie there. but, since his love language is acts of service, he always retaliates by trying to do even more while he's at work. meaning you feel more obligated to make him stuff to show your appreciation for all this extra effort. which makes him believe he's gotta do more to earn all those extra gifts. he gets the message eventually, though.

She caresses her own ring with the tips of her fingers while her eyes are closed. If the spell she cast is effective, the ring in Roi's palm should warm up. "I used magic to connect those two rings. I'll know if you wear yours and think about me hard enough. We'll always be together this way." Maybe she lied, and it's a little cliche, but she wants Roi to remember that she never forgets about him, even when they're apart.

In truth, Roi hated being seen by most people. He hated being recognized. As his reputation grew, he often found people eager to talk to him or give him gifts. This grew much worse over the holidays. He was thankful that most people didn't really know what he actually looked like. But sometimes, someone would see him and seek him out. He never knew how to respond.

His quiet lie doesn't deter her, however. His cheeks begin to warm up as he feels her soft hand on his cheek. It takes little to fluster him. His voice fails him and any attempt to speak is met only with incoherent and brief noises.

As he felt the ring warm in his hand, he closes a fist around it. He felt something he couldn't explain. A rush but also incredible fear. He didn't deserve such a gift. But at the same time, the fact that she had given it to him made him feel so much that he couldn't even parse what all it was. He just knew it wasn't a bad feeling.

With a breath, he slid the ring onto his finger. He still couldn't speak. He never dreamed he would have someone so obviously care for him. Even if he had plenty of people now that loved him, it still struck him that she would give him something so heartfelt.

"Y'shtola... Be honest." He said once he finally gathered enough strength to speak. "Are you able to use this to somehow watch me and make sure I don't get into trouble...?" He couldn't tell if he was serious or joking, even to himself.

you were an actor as well, but you never really reached out for auditions, until one fell into your lap. madison told you how they were auditioning for a new love interest, but she didn't tell you for who.

you auditioned, and you got the part. the directors loved you from when you were hanging out around set, and they knew you would be great in outer banks.

drew had no idea you even auditioned, or got the part. you told him you booked a movie in florida, so he thought you had left for the airport that morning, but you had just snuck into the office for the table reading early.

everyone soon piled in and madison texted you the door was shut and you moved next to it against the wall. you listened to jonas welcome everyone to season 3, well, almost everyone.

"there's an empty chair, who's missing?" he asked and everyone looked around, the empty chair next to drew. "ah, rafe's love interest" drew nodded and looked at the door, expression glowing as you walked in.

► Bucciarati typically doesn't stay up late at night, he has work and would squeeze all the amount of sleep he can get on his free time.

► Unless he has a lot of things in mind.

► It doesn't matter whether it's a work-related problem, his past, a random thought, or just generally his worries about his future. It will keep him up.

► He'll definitely need someone to be an outlet but if no one's available, he'll just stare at the night sky and distract himself with the moving clouds or finish some of his work until he's too tired to think of anything.

► If you happen to be in the same situation and same place that night though, then make sure that you take care of the trust he has for you when he was at most vulnerable and he will do same with you.

► I personally headcannon Bucciarati to be the type to like those kind of conversations since i highly doubt that he has been so vulnerable in front of anyone besides Abbachio ever since he joined the mafia.

► And even then, he's mostly the one who lifts the spirits up and not the other way around since he's the leader.

► So expect to hear things and words you wouldn't expect to come from the Bucciarati you see everyday come spilling out of his mouth, it'll be a lot.

► Staying up until 3AM is nothing new to this man, hell, he could even go on a whole day without sleep if he has a lot of things that's bothering him.

► He's the opposite of Bucciarati, he prefers to shoulder his intrusive thoughts alone. It'd take some great amount of effort and trust to make him talk and let it out.

► What he does during those times is either using his stand to replay certain memories that could either worsen his guilt or put him at ease, or just drink until he passes out but most of the time, he does both.

► He could also be listening to some music while he does so but if he's feeling guilty for making Bucciarati concerned about his frequent drinking, then he'll just listen to music and hope that he'll fall asleep and not just keep his eyes closed until the sun rises.

► It works, kind of, but even without alcohol driving him to sleep, he'll always be tired. His sleeping schedule is seriously messed up because he never really cared about it in the first place.

► Would sometimes go out for a walk. Leone is fond of the city's peacefulness when everyone is asleep, with the only thing keeping him accompany is the cold air and the dim light of the lampposts.

► Secretly still has his police uniform and would occasionally take it out just to stare at it or talk to it in a not-so-kind of way as he sees his younger self in it.

► Gets dragged in whatever shit Narancia and the others are up to if he gets spotted. Mostly it's just for a movie night behind Bucciarati's back but Abbachio knows better and expects the unexpected when it comes to the gang.

► Knows what everyone does in late night if they're still up and has seen a lot of ungodly sights.

► Whether it be seeing a sleepy Mista and the pistols chanting a weird prayer to a bowl of cereals or Fugo being dragged out of his room by Narancia, Leone knows it.

Pannacotta Fugo

► Just like Bucciarati, Fugo rarely stays up late at night and if he does, it's usually just because he's busy.

► Fugo has hobbies like painting and reading, everyone in the gang knows that. It's just that he gets carried way too far sometimes and loses track of time.

► Who could blame him though when the book he's reading is just too interesting or the painting he's currently working on is almost done, right?

► On extremely rare occasions where something unpleasant enough to keep Fugo up at night happens, he'll bundle himself in his fluffy blanket like a butterfly in its cocoon.

► He always does this back when he's still living with his parents, it makes him feel safe from anything that's haunting him.

► And if it's neither his hobbies or problems that's keeping him up, he'll just hear Narancia whispering outside his door or Mista throwing pebbles at his window.

► For the first few times the duo did this, Fugo was still able to resist until he just can't anymore knowing that they wouldn't leave him alone all night.

► He says as he enthusiastically tosses a popcorn into his mouth with his eyes glued all over the lit screen of the TV.

► Movie nights, along with sneaking out to go the nearest convenience store, became a common thing between the Torture Dance Trio™ ever since then.

► The type to wake up in the middle of the night and think "Hmm... Everyone's asleep, let's commit robbery tonight!"

► Fugo's sleep paralysis demon.

► Would literally not hesitate to steal chocolate bars with Mista and probably does 3AM challenges with him too.

► Never runs out of ideas to keep himself up at night and is the one who comes up with everything but what he does still depends on his mood.

► If Narancia's feeling a little too lazy then he'll just sleep and most of the time, with music keeping him accompany. But unlike Abbachio, he purposely doesn't wear headphones just to annoy Fugo whose room is right next to his.

► If he's feeling like it, he'll straight up just invite the others to watch a movie or play videogames even though Bruno has already made it clear not to use the TV after 11PM.

► But just as he likes staying up at night doing crazy things with the boys, he also uses his energy left and free time to self-study, as surprising that may sound.

► He may hate reading but he takes advantage of the fact that his brain is much active at night and he doesn't want to depend on Fugo too much. After all, he dreams on going back to school and he's more than willing to be capable enough to do so alone and pass without the other teen's help.

► Will cuddle anything that's near him while he studies but if you give him a plushie, it'll be instantly his favorite and he would definitely use it as a study buddy.

► Alright, let's be honest here, this dude wouldn't even stay up if it weren't for his bros.

In your eyes, he was divine.

No one in this whole world could ever compare to his wisdom, his ideologies, his careful heart that swelled with doubts and second guesses.. He was truly extraordinary. And it pained your heart desperately that he didn't believe you.

It'd been months since the operation to reclaim Wall Maria, also known as the grim mission concluding with only ten survivors left in the entire Survey Corps Regiment. A hard day to think back on, and you found comfort in the way your mind blocked out the stench of blood and the destruction caused.

Though sometimes, as much as you wished to forget, the grotesque image of his body burned down like charcoal flashed into your mind whenever you least expected it, welling up waves of tears each time.

At first he tensed up, not anticipating your sudden presence. But then he softened, laying his hands atop yours and enjoying the comfort you gave him.

Before you could protest he twirled around to directly face you and pecked the top of your head, his hands interlocking with yours to bring you two back to the mattress.

The next instance happened at dinner one night. You and Armin sat beside each other like any other meal, chatting amongst Eren and the others when the blonde went silent, staring off into space. In your peripheral view you noticed him picking at his nails under the table, his blonde hair slightly hovering his eyes as he tilted his chin downwards.

Everyone else engaged normally with their conversations, but you didn't change your focus from him. Putting a hand on his thigh, he suddenly jolted, as if you'd broken him out of a trance.

"Everything okay..?"

He took a second to respond, gazing at you for a moment before directing his face downwards again.

"Mhm."

His hand didn't find yours this time. You frowned again, feeling the weight of your heart breaking under itself.

The time you finally broke was when you walked into his room one evening and saw his open notebook, pages laid out on display for all to see. You didn't mean to pry, but when you moved closer to the vanity and the inked words became bigger, your vision wavered.

"I shouldn't be here.."

"Why did he choose me? What makes me worthy of saving..?"

"So stupid. What a stupid decision he's made."

"I'm the only one who notices this. What do I do..?"

"I don't want to be here anymore."

An immense pounding punched into your ribcage as sobs crept their way up your throat, pushing your breathing to quicken. The water fell down your cheekbones one after another before your hands came up to hold your face. Leaving the unforgiving book behind, you bolted out his room and made a beeline to yours, finding safety in the farthest corner beside the closet.

Falling to the floor, you pulled your knees up to your chest and wept into the skin of your palms, not caring about anyone who could potentially hear you. Armin would be coming by soon, but all you could think of were his raw feelings embedded into the paper, and how he wanted to leave this world forever.

You wished for him to see himself the way you did. How outstanding and remarkable his mind and being was, and how irreplaceable he was as a soldier. You wanted him to love himself the way you loved him with every breath you took, even if just a fraction.

The sound of your doorknob slowly twisting open went unnoticed due to your sobs. Armin gasped at the sight of you tucked away on the other side of the room. His own eyes threatened to tear up at the sight of it, immediately wanting to be rid the emotions that plagued you. Rushing towards you he kneeled in front of you and grabbed your wrists to uncover your face.

"[First]..? What's wrong, love?"

When you opened your wet eyelids, you stared at him for a few seconds, processing him and his face.

Another sob broke out your mouth as you lunged for him, arms going around his waist firmly. Armin immediately returned your hug but not without feeling a bit confused, a crease forming in between his brows. A hand came up to cradle the back of your head, fingers softly rubbing your scalp.

"Lovey, can you tell me what's upsetting you..?"

He's always so considerate and caring. It made you weep harder into his chest. He held you tighter against him, giving your forehead a couple kisses.

Finally calming down enough to form words, you slightly pulled away from him to meet his eyes. A thumb rose up to gently wipe the tears away, soon falling to rest at your jawline. And then, he waited.

You took in a deep, deep breath.

"..I..I saw your notebook."

You didn't miss the twitch in his face. A wave of horror struck him in an instant. His hand fell back to his knees as sweat began to build up on his forehead.

"....Y-You did?"

His own eyesight grew blurry despite his efforts to contain his racing thoughts. It didn't help his tears when he felt the sensation of your hand on his, a feeling he'll never not get butterflies from.

"L-Listen, [First]...I..I can-,"

Armin didn't finish his sentence when your other hand directed his face to yours, leaning your forehead against his and closing your eyes. For a moment the two of you just breathed, listening to each other's emotions and relishing in the close proximity. Finally, you parted your dry lips to speak in a low tone.

"..I know you don't believe me when I say this.."

You paused as a sniffle escaped Armin, quivers ghosting his shoulders.

"..But you're out of this world, Min. There is not a single person out there who can replicate you.

And I know I'm not the only who sees this."

Armin choked on a sob as the memories of that dreadful day flooded back in. The sole reason for his doubts and hatred.

"Your mind is so beautiful, it's breath taking. You've made so many accomplishments no one in our Regiment could've ever done. So please, please, please, never doubt that you weren't the correct choice."

Pulling back you opened your eyes again, unleashing a couple tears in doing so. Armin was shaking with weeps, face flushed red and brows scrunched up.

"I love you, and I'll always be here for you. You know that, right..?"

He nodded again while wiping at his eyes. Taking a deep breath, finally calm from your own cries, you hugged him again, letting him bury his face into your neck.

Armin could never fully express how much you meant to him in simple words. How special you were and the overwhelming love he held for you was something that couldn't be described. As he began to cry louder and louder, he found himself repeating your words and your praises, and thought to himself that maybe...Maybe he can begin to believe you.
