So dumb idea inspired by the Malamar Beeheyem episode where they mind control peeps but it apparently doesn't work on stupid people it'd be so funny if because Delia is usually pretty easy going lax no troubles little air headed that Cinders memory altering just pft didn't work because her brain actually picked up on the fact the memories seemed off as her usual thoughts are more floaty, just Delia who knows she's acquired a child and doesn't even let on she knows just thinks they've ran away from home potentially from abuse and so she's gonna give that baby a safe place to life

As a single mom for two vastly different kids I feel as though her fragmented memories altered by Cinder (Mewtwo) would clash with what she observes.

Owning a restaurant with S tier food combined with her and Ash's huge appetites', she'd see the cracks in Cinder's eating habits instantly after the 'twins' find their way back home. Not that she'd mine in the slightest :)

Hiding old refrigerator photos of her and Ash to stop them from finding proof that she knows, checking to see if Cinder's form is an illusion with Mr. Mime, she definitely safety checked that glass cannon so quick Cinder didn't even have time to hide what they were lol

Look up the history of calories as a nutrition tool though. Its bad science. Maintenance phase has a good episode on it. Also basing myself on what the dietician at the ed clinic told me (the most advanced in the field in the country where I was). Kcal are pretty much worthless in terms of nutrition guides, and the ways they're established for specific ingredients is also bad science. Its not anti science to point out terrible methodology and atrocious reasoning.

I’m agreeing with that, I don’t think people should count calories or use them as an indicator of health. They might be a useful tool for some people with very specific medical problems, but overall they’re not something we should be obsessing over. The anti science part of that post I disagree with is implying calories are made up and that all nutrition science is bullshit. That’s a wrong conclusion to draw.

I hate having health conditions that are so excruciatingly painful yet it is "not emergency enough".

I am "choking" right now. Yes, I can breathe. Yes, I can talk.

But there's a piece of sushi lodged in my esophagus and it is sending shockwaves of pain as it slowly descends down my digestive line.

Why? Cuz my esophagus is ✨️wiggly✨️. It's the reason why I'm a natural voice actor for monster sounds. But it is also the reason why I am choking right now and everything is painful and water only makes it worse.

Anyways there is no ENT in my area and whenever my medical team tries to find one, they don't answer the fucking phone. I swear on my mother, if I have to fly to fucking Milwaukee or some shit just find a doctor...

There’s a possibility that I will have to have an NG tube for a little while. I’ve drawn myself with one to prepare for this. I don’t have time to finish this drawing at the moment, but I wanted to post it before my procedure in the morning. Hopefully that should get us a solid diagnosis, whether it’s confirming this one or creating a new one entirely. Then we will decide on treatment, including whether or not a feeding tube is necessary for my situation.

I had a dream that Honkai: Star Rail added a mimic character (as in the fantasy mimics that pretend to be treasure chests) who just wants to entertain people with his shapeshifting, which manifests as GMod transformations. He looks like a guy in a chest with a similar head to Jose from Persona 5.

Just don’t get near him when he’s hungry… he cannot control himself when you get close. He even tells two characters to leave when he was about to lose his mind.

SOMEONE TELL ME WHY LIQUID NUTRITION/TUBE FORMULA AND HOMEHEALTH COMPANIES MAKE THEIR PACKAGES/BOXES SO DAMN HARD TO OPEN?? Like your customer base is malnourished /chronically ill/disabled people and y’all had the AUDACITY to make the boxes so hard to open that even my able bodied, male family members struggle to open it?? I know it’s expensive (god bless insurance actually paying for something for once bc there’s no way I could afford over 9 boxes a month at 72 dollars a box) and they’re trying to prevent theft, but I can guarantee that nobody who sees these shipments of giant liquid nutrition boxes is going to try and nab it.

doctors come in at 0545 and got all these plans and wanna pause sedation and start trying to extubate and I’m standing there like ok can u let me give report and leave first because I’ve spent the entire shift maxing my patient on sedation and trying to prevent them from pulling out their breathing tube
