Ces schémas ont été faits pour les ronéos de ma promo en 2017, à partir de prises de notes et de photos. Ma seule source est le professeur de l'époque – qui dessinait ses schémas au tableau – et je peux avoir mal compris certaines choses, faire des approximations fausses, etc même si je fais de mon mieux. Croiser les sources permet d'avoir des informations plus fiables. N'hésitez pas à commenter pour discuter des sujets abordés !

Finally back to learning French! It took a while but I finally sat down and made a plan for studying. So far I'm just remembering the basics. In time I will start learning new things but will also find the best way I can learn.

Examples Within Games- Thief

Thief Mechanics- There are many different objects within the real world for Garret to interact with, such as cabinets to peep around, cupboards to hide in, and locks to pick to gain access to certain areas.  This gives me ideas on how to gain collectibles and ways to continue the story line.

Thief Hazards- Hazards are to be avoided as they usually hurt, but more than often within Thief, hazards are primarily things that alert guards than things that hurt you. This means that it can be anything obvious from shattered glass on the floor that makes noise when you walk through it. There are also things later on in the game such as hidden traps that can hurt/alert the guards to Garrets whereabouts.

Thief Props- Many levels in Thief are scattered with intractable and optional objects that you can either steal or use as a distraction to the guards. Many of these optional props have a worth, but are not paramount to the story to steal them. There are also things such as candles within Thief that Garret can snuff out, despite them not being obligatory to extinguish them.

Thief Puzzles- Within the game, a puzzle is needed to exit or enter a new area. They come in many different forms, but physical sliding puzzles are most common, such as matching a sliding tower to a real one outside the window, or matching symbols to those found around a room. Many are obvious, but some are very difficult as they are timed.

I miss Arizona so much it hurts, and what hurts more is that the only way for me to study there is to do an MFA because it is fully paid for, and to do that I need to get help because it is so incredibly competitive that I have no hope of making it. That’s what three years in the wrong field do to your self-confidence.

Hello angel, I'm following you. Can you please take a look at my studyblr? I would like to know if you have any advice for new people here or any advice for students in general.

Hi Tânia! So I took a look at your studyblr and some quick points: 

- cute, simple and organized theme

- eye-catching icon

- no original content yet but that’s understandable!

My advice for new studyblrs I guess, based on my past year of being a studyblr, is don’t ever feel too pressured to adhere to the perfect studyblr aesthetic, because here there really is no such thing. Everyone’s experiences here are as unique as they are beautiful, so be yourself, post what you want and say what you want! (ofc common sense is to be respectful of everyone’s aspirations)

Also strudyblr tags are great for getting your original posts seen by other studyblrs, for example I track #phocusing, and check it from time to time to see if people have posts they wanted me to see!

That’s about all the advice for new members I can think of off the top of my head here, have fun and hope you get the experience you were hoping for~

[18.09.19] My first proper post! These here are the rings I made in class. Even if they aren’t perfect I’m still really proud of myself for making them. I’m really enjoying my studies and so far it’s all pretty easy. I’m still a bit shy in posting my bujo, but I’ll be picking up my french today so I’ll try to post some of that

I have had the most exhausting two weeks of midterms and also I had to hand in 2 long essays... I am so happy it’s ending tomorrow and hopefully I will have passed everything :D Good luck to everyone who is having exams at the moment!
