Could u do an imagine where reader's hair is red and daemon's absolutely obsessed with it?Thank you.
Would u consider doing an imagine where its basically daemon and the reader have a love /hate relationship but then they confess their love when Daemon comes back from tbe StepStones
My Fire
Request: Could u do an imagine where reader’s hair is red and daemon’s absolutely obsessed with it?Thank you
Hi! I love this request, it’s so cute. I wish I had red hair, I’ve dyed it a wine color before, but I’m considering dying it a copper color at some point. I didn’t know if you wanted bright red hair, or something like ginger, so I left it kinda up to the reader, I hope that’s ok. Also, I made the reader fem, and a friend of Rhaenyra from another house, so I could make sense of the reader's hair color. I hope you enjoy it! Let me know what you think.
And yes, I can write that other request, just submit an ask with any ideas or details you want and I’ll add it to the list.
(Warnings: i don't think there are any, maybe an ooc daemon, let me know if i missed any)
Rhaenyra had finally convinced you to let her braid your hair, framing pieces around your face and twisting the strands into intricate designs all around your head. You normally kept it simple, and out of your face, pulled back neatly.
With the amount of time you spent with Rhaenyra, often on dragonback, you didn’t have the time to fiddle with your hair, as it would get tangled anyway.
Even then, you had no great love for your hair. The high born boys of your house often made fun, teasing you about the color. As you grew older, the boys turned to men, and the comments became a lot cruder. Rhaenyra, ever the fiery spirit, always had your back. You were a handful of years older than her, and it was quite funny to see a little girl instill fear in boys twice her height. Although, you supposed that had more to do with her father being the King, and her Uncle, who had quite the reputation, being fiercely protective over the pair of you.
Rhaenyra often begged to have you let her do something with your hair, so you could hold your head high and walk with confidence, and you finally caved to her incessant pestering. And you had to admit, you did look quite nice when she finished.
“You have plans with my Uncle today, do you not?” Rhaenyra asked, smirking.
You raised a brow, watching her grin. “You’re such a little meddler! Is that why you kept asking? I swear, you’re too much like your Uncle.”
“That’s why you love him,” she laughed, blocking her face from the pillow you slung her way. “And he loves your hair, you know that. Why hide it from him?”
You groaned, hiding your heated cheeks in your palms. “Gods, you really are like him. I bet he put you up to this. You two are always a recipe for a disaster. You could take down the Seven Kingdoms if you put your mind to it.”
“Yes,” she agreed. “Bold plans, for a later time. For now…you have to meet with my Uncle. Off you go, now.”
She shooed you away from her, blowing a kiss in your direction. You rolled your eyes, opening her chamber door. “I’ll get you back for this. And him too. You both have nothing on me. You should be scared!”
You accepted Ser Harwin’s arm as he closed the door behind you, guiding you down the steps that led towards the Dragon Pit.
“Thank you, Ser.”
He smiled and nodded, returning to his post outside Rhaenyra’s door. “Good day, My Lady.”
You made your way to the pit, anxiously awaiting your day with Daemon. You arrived to see him standing in front of Caraxes, seemingly talking to him. You laughed to yourself, watching Caraxes find you in his sight, perking up at your presence.
You whistled, smiling as Caraxes bristled, letting out a happy shrill that mimicked yours.
Daemon turned at the sound of your voice, a grin creeping its way onto his face at the sight of you. He smiled, a genuine rare smile, holding his hand out for you to take.
“My Lady,” he greeted, as you stepped up to greet Caraxes. The dragon lowered his head, letting you run a light hand down his nose.
Daemon watched you in awe, amazed at how he managed to get a girl like you. As far as he was concerned, the whole of the Seven Kingdoms paled in comparison to the woman who was akin to fire.
“You’re beautiful,” he murmured. “I was going to say you look beautiful, but that’s a bit of an understatement. You’re always beautiful.”
His smirk grew as he watched you fight the flush in your cheeks, and he continued on to save you from the embarrassment of stuttering like a fool in front of him, which he regularly made you do.
“I see Rhaenyra finally got her hands on you,” he said, twisting a loose curl around his finger.
“She did,” you nodded. “I’m not quite sure what her fascination with it is. Who knows how many times I’ve wished for hers. Your family has beautiful hair. I’ve hardly ever met anyone with mine, aside from a few Tully’s. Even so, theirs is auburn, they blend in well enough. I might as well have lit a flame atop my head.”
“That’s a good thing. Everyone else is dreadfully boring. You stand out.”
Daemon was still transfixed with your hair, twirling it around his finger. You watched him, amused.
“I suppose so. As do you. But yours is regarded as royal. It shines like a silver star. What is mine like? A..uh, a–”
“A dragon,” He interrupted your thoughts, his eyes suddenly meeting yours. You held your breath under his icy gaze. He reassured you a second time. “Like a dragon.”
“I don’t understand.” You shook your head, confused.
Daemon gazed down at you thoughtfully, gently moving you to stand behind him. You remained silent and followed his lead as he led you to the edge of the pit, where Caraxes had settled. He kept a protective arm in front of you, although he knew Caraxes wouldn’t harm you.
“Caraxes,” He called, clicking his tongue to get the dragon’s attention. “Sōvegon.”
Fly.
Caraxes flapped his wings, lifting into the sky.
“Dracarys!”
Caraxes let a tumbling roar emerge from his throat, breathing fire into the sky above him.
You watched in wonder, feeling the heat on your skin as the flames danced in the sky. Daemon slid his hand into yours, turning your attention back to him.
“You’re like a dragon, with hair to match. Flames and heat, scorching to the touch. Like an inferno, embers dancing in the sky. You might not have the hair of a Targaryen, but you have the heart of one. Caraxes can sense it, and I can sense it. You’re akin to fire, like me. And it’s beautiful. Wear it with pride. Wear it with power.”
Your heart fluttered at his words, filled with overwhelming emotion. You squeezed his hand in yours, and he bent down, leaning his forehead against yours.
“Issa gevie, se iksā gevie. Ñuha mele. Ñuha perzys. Ñuha zaldrīzes.”
It is beautiful, and you are beautiful. My red. My fire. My dragon.
You brought a palm up to rest on his cheek, swiping a thumb across his cheekbone, before running your fingers through his hair.
“Ñuha qēlos,” you returned, watching Daemon fight the flush that crept onto his cheeks.
My star.
“Aōhon,” he nodded, holding you close to him, one of his hands finding its way back into your curls.
Yours.
A/N - Hi! Sorry this is kinda short, I’ve been really busy and haven’t had the chance to write. This was my first time writing for Daemon, I hope it’s alright.

I like putting Cole through various scinareos
Tumblr media Tumblr media
breif explaination bellow
⬇️⬇️⬇️
Crystal King - Overlord uses Cole as its vessel in Crystalized because Harumi has a sick sense of vengence. What better way to get back at the guy who nearly unknowingly ruined your whole plan by having him be a vessel to the embodiment of darkness, evil and chaos
Source Dragon - The Source Dragon of Strength chooses to live among humans by fusing its soul with a newborn baby. Cole is unaware of his true nature until Dragons Rising when Ras captures him and unleashes the Source Dragon within him
Traveller - Cole leaves the ninja after DoTD thinking they don't need him anymore (still hurt from being forgotten). He does his own vigilantie thing until SoG where he learns of the SoG's plan and steals the Mask of Hatred from both the SoG & the Ninja. To make sure no one will ever get their hands on it, he travels to the other realms with help from Mystake
My Nonexistant Friend - DoTD bad end, Yang returns to life, Cole is stuck at the temple forgotten by everyone. Until 300 years later where the current Master of Earth finds and befriends him. I have a fic written and completed, give it a read if you wish
Elemental Anacondrai - Chen is a bitch. Chen brands all the loosers of the Tournament of Elements as his slaves, meaning they also get snaked in the last few episodes of the season
First Realm - Cole is from the First Realm and lives among the dragons. The ninja meet him when they're stranded and he helps them out by taking them to Firstborne. He ends up in Ninjago in March of the Oni when the First Realm is destroyed so tbe ninja adopt the feral elemental master into the found family
Oni - Omega's a bitch. The Oni find Cole on deaths door after The Fall and turn him into an oni both to save his life and add him to their army. It doesn't work Cole just goes back to help the ninja, now a demon cat
Master & Student - Yang's a bitch. Yang wipes Cole's memory and treats him a like a student, all in a way to manipulate him and make him more willing to take on the temple's curse so Yang can be free. Yang is like a mix of both Mother Gothel & Pink Diamond

(kings au) mm please, max being so clinical about everything with lewis while lewis is hoping for at least a little bit of affection from the omega! but even when max‘s heat starts he‘s still trying to be so strategic, telling lewis about specific positions to try and get pregnant faster. lewis will comply because yeah okay he knows that that‘s the end goal…he still tries to make it good for max and try and get them more comfortable with each other. nosing and kissing max‘s body and trying to prep him by fingering him carefully, but max gets impatient fast and tells him that he won‘t get pregnant from his fingers, the alpha should just stick his dick inside him already..lewis feels a little hurt and used at that. pls max even trying very hard to not even enjoy the whole thing and view it as intimate and instead just as a transaction that needs to be done, and he tries to not make any noises or reactions either. it‘s so awkward and stiff and lewis feels horrible about it! it‘s only a little more into his heat that max slowly relaxes, and when he can‘t help but gasp and whimper he buries his head into lewis‘ neck, daring to hold onto lewis a bit?
Oh plss! It being their weddingnnight and Lewis is set on making it good for the Omega but Max is mostly just concerned with getting pregnant, fulfilling his duty as regent. He tells Lewis what positions he read are best and how to hold his hips, while Lewis just tries to be a good mate and make it good for Max, kissing his neck and cheeks and trying to kiss Max's lips (Also to shut him up lol) but Max keeps averting his head.
The heat starting as an instinct when Lewis bites and mates his queen, and he manages to have Max return the bite before tbe omega gets a lot more flustered and giggly, allowing Lewis to be better, less sterile. It makes it better foe both, Max actually whimpering and moaning a little so Lewis cab figure out what he likes, and it's a real bonding experience to share a heat with your mate.
Max is so awkward after though, ehen the heat breaks. He hates losing control like that and is very tense, but can't help but like the way Lewis takes care of him, having food and drink brought over and helping him wash up a little, and even helping rearrange the nest.
Lewis also being amused when Max noses a little closer, seemingly sniffing the Alpha lol? It's the first time Max let himself get to know the Alpha's scent and he is so cute shyly running his cheek on Lewis a bit for their scents to mingle!

Tumblr media
"Y/N L/N, never have I met such a vile woman in my life. You are accused of murder, fraudulence, and treason of the Thysin kingdom." a stack of papers anf photos get thrown before your person.
The ballroom surrounded by citizens erupt with gossip and gasp full of shocked. In the center on their hands and kness with gaurds pointing sharp spears at them was you ,(Y/N).
Once a powerful and beautiful woman who stood to be feared by man and envied by woman. Now she was nothing left but a broken shell of her former self.
Hair once kept neat and primed was the equivalence of a rat nest. Clothes that were the best of the best now reduced to a burlap sack with holes that was dark with dirt and blood from the beatings that was bestowed upon her when arrested. The smooth skin that was the talk of the kingdom and compared to a goddess was now scabbed over with scars of switch marks and cuffs and chains cutting into her wrist and ankles.
"Zuku,my love I-I didn't do this. She framed me." becoming a weeping mess infront of thousands can only be described as pathetic.
"How dare you accuse my wife to be and princess of the all for one kingdom of such... such disgusting acts. How could you explain the evidence before you." He pulls the woman ,Ochako, closer making you even more defeated as the only man you loved is stolen away from you.
"See izuku? I told you, she can't even defend herself." Playing the damsel in distress act was right for her as she gets hugged and her crocodile tears get wiped away.
"By the power of king all might and my authority and my duty as the prince. I hereby sentence (y/n) (l/n) to beheading which will take place within 4 days time."
Trembling in frustration ,sadness, and exhaustion of knowing your innocence was nothing but a unleft whisper on your lips.
"oh midoriya! Can i have a few last words? Just to give her my forgivness." her brown eyes that were sparkled with innocence looked at your broken person as if a bright spotlight was shining on you.
"Princess Uraraka you are to good for this world." Deku caresses her round pink cheeks with such tender love and care as
she made her way from the throne to the center of the marble floor facing you.
Her pink dress rustles and folds under itself as she kneels down. Those big ole innocent brown eyes turn stone cold devoided of that little sparkle you saw up there next to the prince.
From her tiny plump lips leave a low icy chuckle only meant for your ears, " you were once an angel. Now nothing but lowly filth i wipe away from underneath my shoe," placing her warm milky hands on your cheek to stop your trembling form, " I saw you looking happy as you could be. I wanted it. I was so jealous. And now— and now I have it all. You dirty b-i-t-c-h."
Each syllable leaves her mouth as if it was air she took in. With some power that you had left you graves a hold of the chain that bonded your wrist and a war cry piercing the air as the metal wrapped around her throat.
The knights circle you and your captive as deku begs for you to let her go.
"Heed my warning prince izuku. For I say this once. Beg every god and goddess in the universe I do not return for when I do," you pull harder making it suffocate Ochako more, " i will extract my revenge on those who wronged me. And you who i chose to love and live for." you let her go and she falls gasping for air.
Deku runs to her side as you get tackled by the gaurds no sound of pain leaving your lips only meanacing laughter that shook the ballroom to the core as you're dragged away back to the cold rat filled dungeon that smells of bloody metallic, decaying corpses, defecation ,and piss.
The execution got pushed to the next day. People young and old gather and cast stones as you get brought to tbe guillotine.
As the sharp metal blade that has dried blood from his past victims get brought down, deku pulls ochako close blocking her way only making out her mouth down. She opens her mouth to give you the sly fox smile ' b-I-t-ch' wss the last you witness as the huge razor severed your head from your body. Fresh blood marks it's new victim.
The few seconds you're brain could register before becoming dead; was blocked by a blinding white light.

Prayers
Tumblr media
Ft. Klein (my MC), Satan
SFW (but that doesn't mean minor can interact)
Mention of religion
Tumblr media
"Good night, everyone!" Klein said and went to his room to retire for the night. Well, it technically wasn't his room, but a guest room inside a Gehenna devil's home. But since Satan wants to be close to his people, he rarely stays in his castle, especially since the war with Heaven started. Consequently, after Klein came to Hell, he had to borrow a guest room as well.
After brushing his teeth, Klein put his glasses on the nightstand and went to bed.
(Oh right, I have to say my night prayers.) Klein reminded himself. He made the sacred sign and began to recite his prayers.
"Our Father, Who art in Heaven,..."
Suddenly, the door slammed opened and Satan stepped inside the room.
"W-what are you doing here, Satan?" Klein asked, startled. He knew that praying in Hell would seem weird and it could cause a misunderstanding, so the Overlord didn't want any devil to catch him when he was praying.
"Why, you ask? Weren't you there with us when we were assigning room for the night?"
"Oh..." Klein slowly remembered the moment. Since there was only one guest room in the house, Satan and he would share the room, while Sitri and Ppyong would have to sleep in the living room.
After seeing that Klein had remembered, Satan went to the bathroom to brush his teeth. The Overlord, after recovering, made sure to finish his prayers while Satan wasn't in his sight.
...
"This is the first time I have seen someone praying while lying on bed." Satan spoke as he settled on the other side of the only bed in tbe room.
"Wait, you know?" Klein was baffled.
"Sitri told me he heard someone saying prayers and since I know that none of the devils in the house is a religious type of demon, I guessed it could only be you."
(And you decided to interrupt my prayers by slamming the door open, you bastard!) Klein scowled but that only made Satan grinned.
"Solomon, that guy, he always prayed kneeling down with outstretched hands towards the sky." Satan started to tell a story of Solomon again. "Even though Solomon made deals with the devils on a daily basic after he came to Hell, he was still a religious man. He would often excuse himself to go say his prayers and he would return after he was done."
"Eh, so he was that kind of person." Klein said without knowing what else to comment on what Satan told him.
"Klein", the king of Wrath turned to him and said, "Hell is a place where a devil can enjoy their freedom to the fullest extent. I want Hell to become such a place to you too. There are even devils who pray in Hell. So whenever you want to say your prayers, don't feel guilt or ashamed of doing so. Remember, there's no guilt or shame in Hell. And you are in Hell."
"Alright, will do." Klein replied even though he still felt a bit weird after hearing what Satan had said. Though he soon made peace with it, with the reason that freedom is an important principle in Hell or maybe... Satan had some special feeling for him.
Soon enough, drowsiness came and the Evil Overlord fell asleep. In his dream, Klein saw God creating a cat with a cozy sunny fur smell and a pair of red eyes then He let his creation have fun playing around.

The first time King learns of it, he's drunkenly dozing off to the TV. He's startled awake by the news jingle. He catches a glimpse of Werner's face and he sits up straight, blinking. There he is, the pretty bastard, adorned with gold and a crown. The reporter voicing over describes the coronation of king Werner the fourth, finally bringing peace and unity to Vlatavia after decades of civil war. King cannot believe his own eyes. Here is his ex, who he hasn't seen in five years, getting crowned.
"What the fuck?" he mumbles, brows furrowing.
Then he remembers he broke up with Werner when the man wanted to leave tbe Suicide Squad with him because King was a coward. Still is. There is not a day where he doesn't regret his lack of courage to follow his heart. And now he would never get Werner back. King stumbles to the kitchen to get himself another whiskey.
Aw @jellyfitzjelly you always surprise me with the loveliest Faraday/Vertigo ficlets/snippets. <3 I always appreciate it.
Awwh poor Faraday in his drunken sort of stupor. Man, I bet that would hurt and be such a shock to see your ex of all people to be crowned king. Even worse if you still loved him. In an AU where Vlatava still existed and Werner was willing to accept the crown it feels like such a, 'Look at me' kind of move in the sense that he's trying to show he's moved on to bigger and more important things. More important than King.
Also from this version of Werner's perspective, I'm sure he'd accept the crown out of duty, but also in the back of his mind there's the possibility of him also thinking about King. (1. Out of the obvious connection that Faraday goes by King and that Werner is being crowned king. And 2. Cause I don't they'd ever really escape each other or forget about each other in their minds. so it could be a way to distance himself from Faraday who could Werner might see as a distraction at this point.)
It'd very much be an AU/playing a real fast and loose with their canon, but I'm just getting images of scenarios in my head where Vertigo returns to America whether it's for diplomatic reasons/etc. and happens to run into Faraday, he's trying to be distant/respectable with regard to his status, and sorta lords his new status over King, as a way of emphasizing that things are different between them, but on the inside I bet they're not, old feelings bubble to the surface, or that they fall into old habits. Example Werner could insist on being called 'King Werner,' 'Your Highness,' etc.
Also just visuals of King kissing his hand or his ring as a greeting, or making King bow to "true king" come to mind. Or maybe snide remarks and wordplay passed between them playing on Werner's status as king. ("Replaced ol' King for a kingdom, ey Werner?" Or something like that.)
And that's all the thoughts I have at the moment, but In exchange I'd also like to offer you this snippet:
Tumblr media
It's another old snippet but I will probably see if can flesh it out into a little fic since I really like where it was headed though I can't remember exactly where. XD

erendis sketch (kind of, it has some colour)
Tumblr media
The scene where erendis gives aldarion the bough of oiolairë is one of my favourite sections of the tale.
A lot of quotes and thoughts under the cut, spoilers for some of Aldarion and Erendis, you have been warned, this is long!!
The oiolairë is a really interesting númenórean custom, in 'Aldarion and Erendis' it says,
'Here must be told of the custom that when a ship departed from Númenor over the great sea to Middle-earth a woman, most often of the captain's kin, should set upon the vessel's prow the Green Bough of Return; and that was cut from the tree oiolairë, that signifies 'Ever-summer', which the Eldar gave to the Númenóreans, saying that they set it upon their own ships in token of friendship with Ossë and Uinen. The leaves of evergreen, glossy and fragrant; and it throve upon sea-air'.
At this point in the story Aldarion and his father Meneldur have fought over to Aldarion's voyaging when, as the heir, his father thinks he should be taking more interest in his own people.
'Meneldur forbade the Queen and the sisters of Aldarion to bear tbe bough of oiolairë to Rómenna where lay the Palarran, saying that he refused his blessing to his son'
In response Aldarion says,'If I must go without blessing or bough, then so I will go'.
The blessing and the bough are linked, the favour of the king and the friendship of Ossë and Uinen who calms the sea, as well as a token of safe return. In Numenor Uinen was particularly honoured for saving the ships so you can see why the Queen doesn't want Aldarion to leave without the branch.
After this, Erendis says that she will bring the branch and delivers it as the ship is preparing to leave, 'little though she loved the noise and bustle of the great harbour and the crying of the gulls'.
This is the point when Aldarion falls in love with Erendis so it is clearly an important moment but I think it goes a little deeper than that.
Throughout the tale there's a clear split in what the pair value, the sea and the land, the ships and the woods, and this is one of the few moments where these opposite priorities co-exist. Erendis delivers a branch which thrives on sea-air, a tree as a symbol of friendship with the sea but also of a safe return! This little moment, to me, shows how their relationship could have developed if they were both willing to compromise.
I also find it interesting how the bough is a token of friendship with Uinen, when Erendis later declares Uinen as her enemy.
'I am no daughter of Uinen: rather is she my foe.'
There is also a neat parallel with the elven birds and the tree they receive as gifts from the eldar at their wedding. All of these originate with the elves, can be used to symbolise their love and each one changes in meaning for them as their relationship breaks down.
Focusing on the oiolairë, after Aldarion decides to leave again (and I could talk for ages on their conversation before he leaves!!) Erendis sets the branch of oiolairë but hides her tears until the ship is gone.
On this trip Aldarion is gone for longer than expected as the haven at Vinyalonde is destroyed and he has to rebuild and on the journey home he is swept off-course, to the north. When Aldarion finally sees Numenor again he notices that the oiolairë has withered in the cold.
Ominous! For such a symbolic branch to die can't help the overall feeling in Numenor at this point that Aldarion is doing something wrong!
'the Venturers were fallen out of esteem; for men thought that he had treated Erendis ill.'
After their wedding, eight years after his last voyage and with their daughter not even four years old, Aldarion sets off again but promises to return in two years. This time, Erendis does not set the branch on his ship or send one, the wife of Aldarion's captain does it instead.
This seems to be the point where Erendis gives up on him, dismissing the elven birds (I could talk about that as well but i will resist) and she leaves to live in her home in the centre of Numenor, far from the sea. When Aldarion does not return after the promised two years she stays there and when he does eventually get back he finds his house empty.
When Aldarion becomes king he journeys to Middle-earth again but, 'It is recorded that upon the prow of Hirilonde he set no bough of oiolairë, but the image of an eagle with golden beak and jewelled eyes, which was the gift of Cirdan.'
Every important voyage Aldarion takes mentions the branch of oiolairë, which is enough to show its significance, but its connection with Numenor as well as the elves and the maiar and how it symbolises Aldarion and Erendis' relationship makes it a really interesting piece of the story.

Thinking about my Narnia OCs. Spoilers for Narnia, the last battle
Octavia loves to solve mysteries but the one mystery she refuses yo touch is the one about Aunt Girdy. Cold, aloof, possibly bakes children in her oven Aunt Girdy. Rarely seen at family outings and when there is one it's a funeral.
When Octavia's parents drop her off to spend the weekend with the old bat, Octavia thinks it must be divine punishment for forgetting to thaw the turkey last week. While Girdy proves to not bake children in ovens, she has proven to be cold and strict.
That night Octavia sneaks into the attic and finds a box full of trinkets. She uncovers some interesting things: a dagger, an arrow broken at the tip. A vintage tin of Turkish Delights - the hell are Turkish Delights, Octavia asks herself - and an old b&w photo of a young woman with a young (white) man.
Octavia hears some noises and is about to leave but suddenly she finds herself outside in the middle of broad daylight when it's supposed to be nighttime. The grass a brighter shade of green brighter than humanly possible, the sky azure blue, musty odor replaced by frangipanni. And more unnerving Octavia realizes there is no door for her to return to.
On the other side Girdy wakes up and see that Octavia isn't in bed. She panics, she hate the police and doesn't want them at her house but doesn't want to get charged either. In the eye of tve hurrcane she spots thw attic door open and heads inside she finds evidence of Octavia messing in her trunk. At first Girdy is angry but it dawns on her she may have travelled to the place Girdy herself once visited-Narnia. Suddenly Girdy is digging around in books and the boxy clunker of a computer to find ways of travelling worlds. And then she spits another clue: the book Octavia brought with her to read was written by a Susan Pevensie.
Octavia is taken to the court of the Summer King, Salamann. He beguiles her with tales of the narnian race, of the defeat of the winter witch at the hands of the Four Kings and Queens. He talks of the Last Battle, and of the missing Flower Queen Gertrude. Octavia says she has an aunt named Gertrude but she isn't fit to be queen, more like a tyrant. Salamann tells her that in his domain fun is free and nobody has to work. Well almost nobody, he puts criminals to work as punishment. He plans to expand his world of fun to all Narnia, perhaps someday he might even cheer up the real world too. Salamann believes that the prophesied return of the Flower Queen, he could have the power to make things right.
It turns out Salamann's plan for a peaceful world is causing suffering. On his whims to built amusements he disrupts important monuments and nesting places for the animals and creatures. He puts "unfunny people" to work as punishment. In reality the unfunny people are political dissidents and critics, or people just having a bad day. Soon Octavia learns the truth from a young mouse whose home was destroyed by the construction of Salamann's park. She says in order to stop him they must find the Four Kings and Queens, who are currently in hiding.
Girdy is desperate to find Octavia but nothing she does works. Finally she brings herself to read Susan Penvensie's book.
In Girdy's youth she had lived with the old man, when four English children move in. Girdy was a shy girl, partly due to the bullying she experienced as a mixed race girl. She suspected the Pevensie kids to be tbe same to her relief they aren't. She accompanied them to Narnia, and learning of her powers over plants and nature, became the Flower Queen. As she got older she lost her ability to travel to narnia but never lost her penchant for plants. When the war was over, she and Peter - whom developed a romance with - decided to get married. Getrude had wanted to open a flower shop.
Gertrude was visiting family in Canada when she found out that the Pevensies as well as several of their extended family passed in a train accident. Susan wasnt there, making her the only survivor. In the aftermath, and with her dreams of a happy life shattered Girdy became bitter and lost contact with Susan. They hadn't spoken in years. But Girdy did keep a lot of things to remember them by. It was all she had.
Wait Susan can help her! Girdy finds the number and calls her expecting and answer. An unfamiliar voice answers and it is one of Susan's kids. They tell her that Susan passed away a few years ago. Before her death she wrote a book based on her experiences in Narnia. At this new info Girdy becomes ashamed. How had she been so foolish? To let so many years go by without a single hello or how are you? It was too late for reconciliation. All she could hope now is for Octavia to make it through.
Octavia journeys through the land avoiding Salamann's forces and befriending narnians along the way. Girdy continues to read Susan's book and feels a weight lifting off her, she goes back to the attic and uncovers the dagger the arrow the tin of turkish delights everything she kept of her friends. Now she truly cherished them. It was all she had.
Once she steps out again she finds herself on the same meadow of frangipanni, the sweet summer breeze in her now imperfect coils. The frangipanni whisper to her of the young girl and the soldiers in red and orange and gold. Of the king who rule the domain with dreams and eternal laughter.
Girdy hears it all and asks the frangipanni which direction she needs to take. She and Octavia eventually reunite but they are caught by Salamann, who asks Octavia why have she left their game. Girdy attempts to shield her niece but what can an old woman do? Suddenly an arrow comes their away distracting Salamann enough for the heroes to get away. A mystery figure guides them away, through a hidden pathway until they reach a boat. One the boat the figure unveils their hood - a servant of Caspian. Girdy reveals she once visited Narnia but told no one in their family. Having met Caspian before she trusts his servant to bring them to safety.
As Octavia learns more of her family history, Girdy and Susan have a long overdue conversation. Girdy apologizes for not talking to Susan while she was alive, that she did keep her letters but afraid to write back. Susan replies she also was too anxious to write anything back and was sidetracked by her boo and personal life. But even all this time never lost hope that Girdy would find her happiness again. Girdy and Peter meet again, Girdy is still an old woman at this point, she hasn't fully regain her joy but Peter tells her he still loves her no matter what. He had been disappointed that she seemed to forget about him and his siblings but promise to help her break free of her demons.
Caspian's Servant takes Octavia and Girdy to a castle ground far away from Salamann's cluthes. There in all their sparkling glory are the Four Kings and Queens. To Octavia's surprise one of them is her favorite author - Susan Pevensie!
Susan reveals that after she died she was reborn into her queen form, to finally rejoin her siblings. Octavia says her aunt has been to Narnia before, She mentions Salamaan spoke of the Flower Queen having the same name. The royals reveal that Gertrude IS the Flower Queen. Octavia is shocked but Girdy admits they are telling the truth. She tells Octavia that in their world Peter was her childhood sweetheart and that they had planned to marry after the war. When she lost him & their family, she lost a part of her soul. Only until Girdy regains her spark she can use her powers. Realizing all this makes Octavia feel guilty for judging her own aunt. She had no idea that underneath all that coldhearted resentment, was very deep pain.
At the end, Girdy and Octavia returns to the human world, the older lady having finally accepted that she can live again. Peter promises he'll wait for her like always. Edward gifts Octavia a tin of turkish delights. Susan gives Octavia her blessing to continue the chronicles.
Salamann plans to use Girdy's magic to rid the world of all sorrow and pain. He had seen portraits of her and fell in love. But he needs all elements: he already has water, ice and of course his own fire magic. He needed earth, spring. In a night he ambushes the royal place and kidnaps her. Salamann tries to seduce Girdy but she refuses. While the idea of changing her past seems tempting she didn't want to destroy her beloved Narnia or the real world to do it.
Octavia, The Four Kings and Queens and their allies launch a rescue operation; on the battle Girdy reclaims her joy and her power. Girdy reminds Salamann that pain and sorrow are just as valid as happiness and joy and to run away from negative emotions is just as bas as letting them consume you. Salamann doesn't listen and in a jealous rage tries to kill Peter. Girdy summons a spell and Salamann is swallowed into the earth, never to be seen again.
The story ends with Octavia and Girdy not even being gone that whole weekend, just as Octavia's parents arrive to pick her up. They're shocked to see Girdy in a better mood. They never seen her so...joyful. Perhaps she's thankful to get the brat put of her hair bur she tells them Octavia has been a good girl and open to visit her anytime. A week later Girdy and Octavia go to an ice cream shop in town to talk about Octavia's Susan Pevensie collection.

The Battle of Sauron and Finrod Felagund - Clamavi De Profundis
youtube
A Real Battle of Mystic Power.
That inspired me for a never started fanfiction crossover between Middle Earth and AtlA, when the real origins of Bendering were the Silmarils that Earendil, Ulmo and the last Ent had broken for giving to the Lion-Turtles, as a Hope for Humanity after the destruction of United Kingdom for the refuse of a lot of Elves to return in Valinor, becoming tbe Spirits, while Raava was a Maia who refused the destruction of Silmarils (and She could pass for a Redemption with Wan, but She had betrayed and killed him After he became the Third Avatar with the blessing of Eru), and Vaatu the Last Heir of Ungoliant. In this weird idea, there would had been a similar duel among Aang and Zuko (Who in that history was a descendent of the Kings if Arnor) against Ozai with Long Feng, that they were possessed respectively by Vaatu and Raava.
Ah yes, I thought for an Azula's redemption.
Man, I was a teenager at that time, forgive me for this strange idea.

The Health Department would like advice citizens there has been a minor incident of the "hivemind" breaking out on New Wania and Texosh. The Defense Department is currently containing the problem and intend to move subjects to Old Wania.
The Health Minister would like to warn people however that these new subjects do not have the traditional purple eyes of the hivemind but gold instead. The reason for this is unknown and the government is putting a large chunk of research towards this effort.
In other news Revolutionary President Mevera has returned to New Wania yesterday. He has addressed the Revolutionary Assembly on tbe current state of the war and how the revolution will spread. He said his meetings with the Evroncian Prime Minister and King went well.
The President said he didn't meet with President Kuzi who was on the planet at the same time. There is no indication if the two presidents will ever meet.

The knights bringing Max to Lewis and they are horrified when they find Max in a thin see through nightgown. They’ve wrapped him up in a cloak to give him some coverage. They can’t believe a selkie would be mistreated like this.
Lewis trying his hardest to be respectful when he meets Max. He doesn’t want to let his eyes linger on Max’s exposed shoulder where the fabric has slipped off. He doesn’t dare let his eyes trail lower where he can see the shape of Max’s chest. He wants to look Max in the eye when he apologizes for the cruelty he’s been treated with.
No one dares say anything when Lewis orders a room be prepared for Max, especially when the room he chooses would typically belong to the Queen.
Plss the knights going to find the selkie and finding him hidden all alone, shivering in the cold but no one else offers him one of their many fine coats. The knights gently asking the selkie to come with them and Max tiredly nods, thinking the whole game will start all over again, he will be ridiculed and hurt...
He blinks in surprise when they wrap a blanket arounf him, keeping him warm and covering him up more than the thin slip as they bring him to Lewis. They even share some of their own food and drink with the selkie on the way up to the king, they have been raised, like everyone in Lewis's kingdom, to respect all magical creatures!
Lewis trying so hard to be respectful too! He doesn't let his eyes linger on Max's pale skin or his soft curves, he looks tbe selkie in the eye as he sincerely apologises, returning the pelt to Max and promising he canxstay to strenghten himself and leave when he wants!
The staff is slightly flustered when Lewis orders chambers to be ready, ones thst would normally belong to a queen! But lesis says the selkie only deserves the very best after the hurt he has gone through... and okay maybr hr wants Max close as well...

Meliodas flew until the first rays of light showed, neither slowing or stopping. By then he was completely exaused and that old, niggling doubt in his mind had returned. What if his attack on King and his abandonment of them had been the straw that broke the pig's back? He hadn't hit hard, merely thrown him back to unbalance him, but he'd still attacked his comrade. Just like he had during the escape he'd made from the Commandments when his brother's had publicly disowned him.
Exhausted, Melidoas allowed himself to drift on the wind current for a bit, looking for a spot to land. He was very far from Liones now, near the edges of Edinburg, where he'd sealed Gelda away. A small thought drifted in his head, he should visit Gelda, let her know the Commandments are freed. She'll be so happy to see Zeldris again. He banked to the ruins of the castle, where the giant hole he'd left for Zeldris laid.
He didn't make it, the exhaustion of his flight catching up to him and a series of projectile darkness came suddenly, pucturing his limbs and his wings and he fell into the fog covered forest, just on the edge of the ruins. Branches and leaves scrapped him as he felt, scratching and bruising him as he landed with an audible cry. He laid there in the forest floor in pain, breathing harshly as he tried to bite back a scream of pain. His clothing was ripped and he was now covered in dirt and foliage, his arm throbbjng in sensing pain from his landing. There was definitely a broken bone somewhere between his shoulder, collarbone, and arm.
As he laid there footsteps softly padded towards him and there was the recognizable scrape of a weapon being released from its sheith. He felt cold steel at his neck, prompting him to cracking oen of his eyes open. Zeldris stared down at him in cold hatred, sword to his throat,
"Hello, Meliodas."
He'd unknowing flown right into his brothers clutches...
Meanwhile Merlin is trying to keep the Sins from freaking out, determining they wouldn't be able to find him tonight. Be td them to rest up, expecting to move the bar tomorrow at earliest light after reporting what had happened to Baltra. While searching his room they found a note he had left them, detailing his plan to act as living bait for the Commandments and buy them all time. He left them instructions to protect the kingdom and Elizabeth and to travel to the druid lands of Ishtar for training. He would try to meet them there, although he os unsure if he'd be able to say do so once the Commandments caught his scent.
He left another message within the demon language, ordinary Merlin that if the worse was to come to pass she was to tell them of his curse. He didn't want them to mourn a meaningless death. He also told apologized for his cowardice, explaining it was the only way he could think of to buy them time.
She read the entire note out, demon language and all, for the Sins. She had long been of the belief Meliodas should tell them of his curse, and she had just been given tbe go ahead in her eyes. She explained thag the curse in question was placed upon him by his father, a powerful demon, as punishment for his betrayal of the demon clan. The purpose of which was unknown to both herself amd Meliodas, however considering the nature of demons it was likely meant to drive their captain mad and ensure the clan would be able to get retribution from him.
"Demons are pack centric creature's." She explained, "And with Meliodas' curse and tbe clan sealed away he'd presumably be cursed to wander forever packless for an eternity. An isolated demon is a very unhealthy demon, thus why I had been pushing him to bond with you all so much when we first started all this."
Understanding washed over the Sins and also a bit of guilt. They understood why Meliodas didn't want to spend time with them before they made up (when they got over their hate for demons and Meliodas then thought they were pulling a cruel prank on him), but even afterwards, Meliodas was still reluctant at times.
And now he had been completely alone for an entire decade, save for a literal pig.
No wonder he barely ate or slept now.
Meanwhile, in a forest near Edinburgh...
"Zeldris...", Meliodas panted from pain and exhaustion. The coldness of night still lingered, mixing with the mornings fog, wetting the grass with dew. "What are you... doing here?"
Zeldris pressed the cold steel harder against the blonde demons neck. "You of all people should know what I'm doing here. And that me coming here was pointless in the first place!" he yelled at his brother.
Through his own blurred vision, Meliodas saw tears in Zeldris' eyes. "You didn't... find her?"
"Of course I didn't find her! You killed her!" Zeldris pulled his sword away from Meliodas' neck to go for his already injured arm.
Meliodas managed to avoid the blade. "She's alive!" he yelled through the pain and through the exhaustion, making Zeldris pause. "She's alive, Zeldris!"
"A human told me-!"
"He told you wrong!" Meliodas squeezed out the words as even talking became exhausting. "Twelve years ago, when we were sent to extreminate the vampires, Gelda... she begged me to kill her. Said there's no reason to live without you."
"Get to the point", Zeldris hissed.
"I refused and sealed her again instead." Meliodas took a pause to breathe. "The humans don't know."
Zeldris stumbled back a little. "I... H-How do I know you're not lying!"
"I can tell you where the seal is", Meliodas told him. He tried to sit up, but the pain coming from his shoulder and arm convinced him that was a bad idea. "She's still there, in Edinburgh castle."
"...even if you're telling the truth, why should I believe you?"
Meliodas chuckled, breathless. Ever the sceptist, his little brother. "If I'm lying, you can come back and kill me. I can't move much right now anyway and we both know you know that I'm really weak right now. But if I'm not, you'll be reunited with Gelda."
