Bei den Olympischen Spielen in Paris geht es bereits morgen für den ersten HCE-Handballer los. In der Gruppe A läuft unser Torwart Klemen Ferlin mit der Nationalmannschaft Sloweniens gegen Dänemark auf. Christoph Steinert ist dagenen erst am 27. Juli, um 19 Uhr, gegen Schweden gefordert. First day of Nucleus Overload ( Teamd 3D Migian ) done for Traps and Forearms.

Doing dumbbells shrugs with 50lbs for 25 reps but might up it up to 55 or 60lbs. And doing the hand gripper for 40 reps and it’s an amazing pump and I love it!

Ok so if i remember well the premise of cwars was that evil purple goo fucks UP the cookies and turns em into zombies.and I think energy drink y wasabi where really important [or would have been cause u know] too stopping this.with wasabi studding a way too cure this while energy drink is just playing splatoon with some funky lequids.and both wasab and energy drink are really green [i belive there wepons could cure the zombies or am just high] and i just noticed that aloes trial added funky machines unlike ions [blue] who've gone heywhire by the looks of it,and that might be thanks too the green insted of blue lequid they use too be powerd

AND i was working on this villain au thingy and i wanted too add jelly wars in a way to it and then i noticed this and a idea poped in "purple jelly efects normal dough cookies while green efects machinery and ai........OMG WHAT IF ALOE AND WASAB TEAMD UP TOO FIND A CURE AND IT JUST WENT DOWN HILL AS THEY CREATED A VIRUS THAT ONLY EFECTS MACHINES" and another thought that came in was cyborg being sort of the boss around for the green machines,they have a green costume and i can eassily imagin another atempt too rise against the cookies from em[ anyways thats all sorry for the lunatic rambles]
