Edit: Today I learned render is the stage of digital painting in which you "polish" the piece. You focus on detail. Right?? Is that correct?

I looked it up on youtube and noticed how other people use... many different tools and keep stuff in separated layers where I use only brush. I use Photoshop. I do use masks and other stuff (levels, ctrl+u, layers on multiply/hue/etc). Unless I'm unsure of what I want the final product to look like, I paint everything in one single layer, keep adding "patches" and merge most of them. Maybe that's why it takes me ages to finish stuff???? 😅 Cause I try to "brute force" everything throught the brush?

The original size of the Sun picture is double (1400px of width), so when you shrink it shaky brushstrokes are less noticeable.

So in part 20, at the end on the screen, they have mikey, leo and april (and what looks like Baxter stockboy?). So does that mean they don't know about raph or splinter? They looked quite surprised to see splinter (or maybe just at getting caught). And they were only in leo and mikeys rooms in part 23. And does that mean theyre going after baxter aswell?

Everyone in the fandom arguing over what Darkner Spamton looks like, but I would like to know what everyone thinks Spamton looked like in the Lightner world, as in his email program?

He was running around in 1997 so he'd have that neat old tech aesthetic. Do you think he worked on Windows or Mac (or whatever OS Queen runs on)? Or maybe some new OS that Lightners have?

If on Windows/Mac, its interesting because many email programs came in to existence in the 80s/90s but lost users in 2000s.

Just Googling this stuff there's: WindowsMail/Outlook for Mac (1991-2001), Eudora (1988-2006), Netscape Mail (1995-2004), Mulberry (1995-2007), and more.

I think Eudora is a strong possibility of what program Spamton may have been based from. It was very popular in 1997 and considered to be the inspiration of a lot of modern email programs. Also if you didn't want to pay for the full program, you could get an adware (aka Addison) version for free (it plays ads in the email program.)

Though whatever programming Spamton may have been running, I'm sure he was awesome. Call me nostalgic, but 'old' PC and web was so much more charming that it is now (not that I hate modern tech, just has a different vibe). I wish Zoomers got the chance to experience the 90s/early2000s computing, it was such a fun time.

Ig adultify him? I don't like when the fandom paints him as a sexyman or sexualises him because he's a toddler in tuxedo to me. I think I've went on a big old tangent about this before. But on the flipside sometimes I worry I infantilise Edo a little? I'm not a very good writer '^^

I think ultimately his story hits a little hard for me and I'm overly attached LOL he's become a really big comfort character for me. I guess a minor gripe I have is I'd like to see more character analysis fics of Edo or just Edo centric fics in general. I sometimes binge the destinyshipping tag cause I've read like everything in the heroship tags and some of the fics in there are really good. It would be cool to see egoshipping more often.

Coming back around to sexualisation tho, I think we need more sexy Ryo, not sexy Edo. Ryo is actually an adult! And he's actually attractive. Like the shock collars? The big black coat? Maybe I have bad taste LOL

This is one I've been thinking about for a while. Most often think that Zora is the baker's main plug for things relating to art and that's it. While they are the main source of the cool art and supplies in his apartment, Chris is their plug for any new software that comes out. If they need an updated adobe application or new animation software, Chris usually finds a way to get it for Z for free. While he does pay for some creative applications, even he kows some cost too much and getting a pirated copy makes it easier than a trial run.

Here’s something I’m pretty curious about.

So, based on some pictures I’ve seen, I’m pretty sure either with debugging, modding, or some other tech thingamajig, you can mod a Grumpus to remain their original design before their Snakification.

In neutral/bad endings where you don’t complete a character’s side quest, they turn into a pile of mushy bug residue and presumably die. It makes me wonder; if the debug/mod where the character remains their original form is still on during the ending, do they still turn into mush or does something else entirely happen?

this bally sports comcast thing has really fucked over my parents. they cant watch their own team anymore. i suggested getting mlb tv but apparently id be the only one benefitting from it cause all the twins games have local blackouts on there, but work fine internationally. and all of the workable options for my family are just.. get an entirely new cable subscription that costs a shit ton per month Just so they can watch twins games.
