I haven’t drawn him enough in this au (almost not at all) and I needed to. Especially when he has some interesting lore I’d like to share because it’s been eating me up from the inside these past couple days.

Higari is ill, chronically, and is simultaneously one of the strongest and weakest racers.

His condition caused him to take a step back from racing as it worsened, and now he only races every now and then as he’s taking a break.

The Formula™️ did not mix with his blood properly in the way intended, and the concentrations constantly shift and change.

He was born with far too many markings than his body knows what to do with and since the concentrations change, the locations of which markings work properly also shift.

Instead of having light markings on the arms, they takes up his entire arm almost and even his hair.

He was taken in for “treatment” and “observation” from the Soulmaster as a child and experimented on a lot.

AFO managed to stabilise the issue by forcing most of the formula to concentrate within his arms. This helped, but it isn't a permanent solution.

Due to this, he has the strongest ability to create almost anything out of the holograms and control them. But he is physically weak.

He often will pass out and cough up very highly concentrated blood.

Due to his situation, he was subjected to a lot of soulless training and gets stolen to be experimented on occasionally.

The scientists at hq are trying to figure it all out.

I AM ON A ROLL WOOO i might actually complete a comics this month my current idea for it is a gal experimenting with contacting the dead accidentally summoning a ghost from the Art Nouveau and going on adventures together to solve her new friends murder.. might make it a sad gay story might now who knows! definitely not me! Will probably redesign her to include her cause of death in her design after I get a more concrete idea of the story.
