Lyrias👏arc👏wasn't👏that👏good👏 it was quite boring in fact IM ENDING MY SILENCE

It will never be as good as the other arcs no matter how cool the winter aesthetic is and no matter how cute and fun the new characters are. The plot itself was ehhh and the pandemic and OT3 date was probably the most interesting thing that had happened there. It will never be Tanbarun or Bergatt arc and that's on that 💅

AND ANOTHER THING! omg I just remembered. Shirayuki leaving her patient in the Perfume arc just like that (girlie was traumatized and recovering still) and going with Obi and Eisetsu to rescue Ryuu and Kageya was quite pointless imo (and bit ooc for Shirayuki? Is it just me??) Like I understand it was about Ryuu so ofc she came but I don't think she played that crucial part in the rescuing (she noticed the secret msg from Ryuu and knew about the herbs effects so she was a good addition but I just can't get over 'leaving your sick and very traumatized patient moments after the accident' move) 🤷🏻‍♀️

16. Something that you had wished had happened

I wish we got to explore more of the characters pasts and backstories. AND BRING TOROU AND MIHAYA BACK! Torou could have been a great fuel for Obi and his character development....a missed opportunity man 😭 I think sensei makes the mistake of making interesting and appealing side characters just to forget about them later a lot (?), even when they are relevant to the plot or not. It's a shame, really. But I can't blame her I suppose.

Like you also mentioned before: wishing the separation arcs weren't as long. AMEN! OT5 should get more time to spend all together. That much of a separation was just ...??? uknow

for "O moon, thou climb'st the skies" the title comes from sonnet 31 by sir phillip sidney! i was studying sonnets because of one of my courses at the time and felt like the first few lines matched the beginnings of my draft

this fic, like most of my other ones, is very mundane. its a no curse au and the majority of it happens in one setting so far..catching little moments and that thing of the sort

i actually posted a wip of this a WHILE back that has since changed slightly but here's a newer snippet:

You sit at the edge of his bed, tired, sweaty, and half wrapped in his white duvet. The view is nice: Suguru’s back is flexed because his forearms are resting on the rails and his hair falls beautifully, swimming in the night breeze like shining, coiled eels.

omg no bc ive had this idea for a modern au (yes yes another one i know i just love them) where the team is all at university but the kicker is theyre all on the soccer team, with the exception of lance who is a cheerleader and coran who is the coach. one day while playing a rly nasty rival team keith gets injured and cant keep playing, so lance, who is present at all of their practices bc he loves his friends (and who also helps coran come up with play strategies) grabs an extra pair of cleats and fuckin TEARS IT UP on the field in his cheer skirt. just kicks absolutely ass. i just have to transer this from my brain to the google doc 😭😭

im actually rly proud of this whole fic, but i thought i captured lance's character rly well in this one scene in particular:

Luckily for Lance, he’s not the only person on this ship who grew up with siblings. Everyone here knows the art of chore trading. 

He catches Hunk in the morning, holding a laundry hamper far away from his body and scowling at it. 

“Hunk! Buddy, pal, light of my life!” he calls, forcing himself to sound cheerful and possibly even mischievous. He cannot sound desperate, that’s Negotiation 101.

Hunk squints at him suspiciously. “You only call me ‘light of your life’ when you want something,” he accuses. 

Lance clutches his hand to his chest. “You wound me!” he gasps dramatically. “I am heartbroken! The disdain, the accusations – baseless, if I may add – maim me so! My heart! My feelings! My delicate composition –”

“What do you need, Lance,” Hunk interrupts, but he’s grinning. 

Ha! Lance’s dramatics do come in handy, thank you ever so much. He made a grumpy Hunk smile.

Overall experience, 100/10. Talagang GIDLE lang yung nagdala. The group was very humble and yung energy nila from start to finish, wow, stable. I never saw them falter, their endurance is really amazing. And saludo ako sa work ethics nila grabe, hats off. All smiles nila feels so genuine hindi plastic. I can really feel na we connected. Miyeon was even smiling or CANNOT stop smiling and look contented (yung look na sobrang proud sya sa nakikita nya) even on serious songs kasi nga feeling ko the crowd’s energy make them feel fulfilled in a way. But miss caly let me end this on the note that this is literally one of the best chapters and one hell of a way to end this act. And don’t worry about making up for lost time, if we gotta wait a whole month for artistry such as this then fuck yeah I’ll wait forever, and honestly it’s such a wonderful surprise to see the notification about it and being like OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG and you’re immediately transported back into the world of MOC. Also might I add Yeonjun fucking hottie. I may not be a fan of heavy hurtful angst, but you write it in a way that aids the plot and easier to bear if that makes any sense. And I’m eagerly awaiting to see the aftermath of her leaving and her giving Jisung a run for his fucking money 😛, I crave violence and fear upon MOC Jisung because one hell of a power move. Does this next act involve Jin more or is he more on the sidelines? But omg just the way you write intimacy between San and MC just ohmygod it’s so precious and calming and speaks a lot on what love is and I really love reading it. I really can’t wait though for this next act and see if we get more on MC’s past too, like I wanna know what happened that one night and who she really killed 👀👀👀 Ok I’m gonna stop here for now, I’ll prob drop other thoughts throughout the week heh.
