are you named after anyone? not really. my parents almost used my great-grandmother's second name, but eventually decided against it.

when was the last time you cried? uuuhh i think last night while watching tadaima, okaeri :'D that anime just touches my heart by being so cute and sweet (i generally cry easily while watching things).

do you have kids? no and will never have if i don't have some serious change of heart at some point lol

what sports do you play/have you played? I used to do karate as a kid and also played some basketball casually

do you use sarcasm? yes, but not too often

what’s the first thing you notice about other people? eyes and maybe their mouths if they're talking

what’s your eye color? green-brown/something like a muddy forest floor

scary movies or happy endings? am a huge angst/tragedy lover, but also a sucker for happy endings, so picking those.

any talents? uh. idk. time management?

where were you born? finland

what are your hobbies? editing, writing, reading, listening to music, watching dramas. sometimes i do knitting and drawing too.

do you have any pets? no but i'd love to have a cat :(

how tall are you? 178 cm

favourite subject in school? math (yes, i was excellent in math. no, i would not like to have anything to do with it anymore, but i will enjoy a math problem if you give me one.)

dream job? currently a researcher. i'd love to work with other ppl who also study literature and analyze the heck out of things. another would be a writing therapist, but that's a bit of a far stretch in my current situation.

i watched the first movie in theaters when it came out and it was kinda always in the back of my mind, but what shot me back into it big time was audrie greywinds first video about the nine realms :>

i don't know if i could pin down what exactly i love the most about httyd! theres alot <:]

i have quite a few favorite dragons! sand/desert wraiths, eggbiters, stormcutters are a few! triple strykes have been worming their way into my heart lately too

as for dragon ocs, theres a few! bunny is the only one ive shown on here so far, but the night fury in my icon (and the above pic) is named Sparks! he was born unable to use fire :]

3. What’s your favorite fic that you’ve written?

Favorite published one is Holding You in the Dark - Favorite unpublished one though, is a haikavetham fic I'm writing right now for a friend's birthday, which will replace Holding You in the Dark as my favorite

18. What’s one of your favorite lines you’ve written in a fic?

Ahahahaa ok let's see - probably this one:

hancock has been on my mind lately so let’s go with him!

1. everyone talks about the first kiss. what about your first make-out session?

fgjskdjfk this one makes me blush a bit but. i see hancock as being kinda handsy, very much into the physical side of things, so he’d probably initiate this not too long after they became a couple. meg might be a bit alarmed at first but they ease into it with hancock helping them adjust

3. what was your SECOND date like? was it an improvement on the first in some way?

the first date, hancock tried to take meg on a walk around goodneighbor, but fights were breaking out that he had to “deal with” (aka some people died) and he profusely apologized that their date had been ruined. so the next date, he decided to instead have it at his office, just tell everyone not to bother him and he had a meal prepared for them both to sit and eat together in a private room

5. what’s your f/o’s favorite type of kiss to receive? slow, passionate, sloppy, quick, sweet? what about you?

oml ur killing me here /pos but like i said, hancock seems like a physical guy to me, so i think he’d be yes to all of it, but prefers passionate. me on the other hand, i like slow and passionate, although sometimes quick can be fun too

7. if your f/o was a type of dog, what breed would they be? maybe a mix?

i think he’d be a rhodesian ridgeback! they’re said to be mischievous, strong willed, and loyal

9. what’s your f/o’s favorite cuddling position? yours?

hancock likes to be the big spoon. i’m a big fan of cuddling where you can bury your face into the other person’s chest

23. What is your favorite piece of clothing?

i have this hand-me-down tank top i got from my mom, it's rather tight-fitting, black, with a skull and two forks crossed underneath it. The text above it says "free lithium picnic" and the text under it says "illegitimi non caroborundorum." i'm not sure what it is about that piece of clothing, but it has been an absolute favorite of mine since I was in middle school.

25. What's the best personal gift someone could give you?

hmmmmmmmmmmm. honestly, i think anything handmade is one of the best things i can get. now, i'm always a sucker for blankets/warm clothing items bc i am cold very often, but anything that someone makes by hand means the most to me. it indicates to me that they care enough about me to make something that took time and effort, and i always prize those sorts of gifts.

i think one of the nicest things i've had a friend do for me was compose a short song. they sent me a small snippet they'd played on piano, and i told them it was really pretty, and 3 hours later they sent me a 3 minute and 30 second version of the song. it's my alarm on my phone and i listen to it a lot

30. What reminds you of home?

it's a very specific combination, but the most potent association i have with home is seeing the sun rise in the spring or summer, where everything gets bathed in this really saturated orange light, while i'm drinking tea or relaxing. my childhood bedroom faced east, and i spent many mornings when i had down time just watching the sun rise. that combination of sensations just immediately makes me feel at home. (i also have to admit that every time i hear the song "Good Morning, Hypocrite" by Electric President, i also feel at home. right before i moved out, i listened to that song during one of those summertime sunrises, and that song is rather inextricably entwined in that sensation)

anytime where i feel at peace makes me feel at home, and for me that's always been associated with morning sunlight and soft music
