Top 5 character dynamics on d20? (Intrepid heroes seasons + side quests; so 10)

oh i love this and thank you for splitting it into the 2 groups, making it slightly more possible lol

point of clarification: the slashes are NOT being used as a shipping indication. it's just faster than using and a million times. in fact, the only one i ship is colin/deli/skarna.

Side Quests:

1- Colin/Deli/Skarna. I don't need to explain this one, I think. Everything is wrong with them and it's painful and wonderful.

2- Squing/Alexsandr. Squing ate over 2500 letters Sasha wrote. Sasha wants to play with his weirdly soft head like silly putty. Every single interaction has me in hysterics, really.

3- Evan/Jammer. EAT TRASH BEAT TRASH. FAMILY ON SIX. Jammer constantly being Evan's strongest hype man is just so great.

4- Chirp/Squak. Emily and Lou decided they wanted to be an iconic, chaotic duo, and my god they knocked it out of the park. The scene where she tells him about her wife and kids?? 100/10.

5- Lila/Jaysohn/Thorn. It was really hard to not say the whole damn party, honestly. But Thorn trying to cool-uncle parent these goddamn nightmares was incredible.

Intrepid Heroes:

1- Amethar/Caramelinda. I wrote a whole fic about their early relationship. I rotate them in my mind constantly. As complicated and painful what we know about them is, what's left unsaid is even more so. (if you just meant pc/pc dynamics, i'm sorry!)

2- Sofie/Kugrash. If I start talking about the million reasons I love them and their friendship, I'll start crying, so. Not gonna do that. But you understand.

3- Pete/Kingston. Pete seeing Kingston as an authority figure to rebel against -> father figure. Kingston not giving Epona Pete's information in the same day that he says that if it comes down to NYC or Pete, he'll pick NYC ten out of ten times. The Voxes, starting diametrically opposed and ending up family, really.

4- Saccharina/Ruby. You can be my queen or my sister, but not both. The prisoners' dilemma. Jet just died, Ruby can't let anyone else in vs Ruby representing everything Saccharina has ever wanted. 100/10 Siobhan and Emily killed me.

5- Pib/Pinocchio. Literally partners in crime. Just a pair of little dudes causing Big Chaos. Pinocchio holding Pib up to Baba Yaga and saying "where the white women at?" is canon to me.

I've been following your D20 recaps for a while (they are so much fun!), but Junior Year episode 9 compelled me to create an account for this ask.

Are Jace and Porter both baddies?

Spot got eaten by an owl right before finding Yolanda's body. Yolanda was presumably killed after reporting Kristen's concerns to Jace, and it was established in freshman year that he summons owls. And now the intrepid heroes are digging through the possible path of succession. Maybe he's just bored of doing nothing as the sorcery teacher?

Porter might be a normal shitty teacher, but I'm getting all kinds of bad vibes from his "rage as devotion to doubt" lesson. Maybe doubly so since Brennan brought up the divine taboo of siphoning off worship from one god to empower another? And of course, no word on who his paladin deity is! There may be another connection with Porter being an earth genasi, since Lucy was also a genasi but with giant ancestry.

Plus these were the two teachers talking to Arianwen post-prom, and Porter (knowingly?) infected Ragh with the Kalina plague.

This has gotten away from me. I think I need more yarn for my cork board.

Unrelated, but last thought: Since there's been all the questions about Aguefort by-laws and the literal vs. intended interpretation of the rules, I think it would be funny if Kipperlilly "found" the rogue teacher just by requesting a teacher conference.

Now, to your actual question let's talk teachers.

I forgot to put this in my recap but despite the fact that I don't actually have any read on what a motive might be, I did wonder if Jace might worth putting on the suspect list. I mean, he is the last person Yolanda said she was going to talk to before they found her body. And Brennan technically didn't say she wasn't killed by magic, he said there was no magical residue. Sorcerers do metamagic which can change spells and I wonder if Brennan would let something like subtle spell be flavored to not leave magical residue. Absolutely circumstantial and speculative, especially since, as I said before, there's no motive. But it's worth noting and he's def worth looking into/talking to as Yolanda's last mission before she ended up a corpse (RIP). And he did presumably become Principal with Grix gone so movement is happening around him.

(I don't remember the owl thing but that would be a deep pull from Brennan, haha. I got the sense that that was more about just Fig's bad luck but who knows?)

Porter I just talked about in another ask but the genasi thing is an interesting connection. Good spot. My read is that Brennan is playing Porter sincerely but, again, I can def see Brennan leaning into Emily/Fig's last two years of suspicion and making him an integral part of the plot just to pay that off--this is a season of payoffs after all. Either way, just like Jace, he likely has at least some useful info.

Re: Kipperlilly, That would be such a weasel-y way for her to have done that…which makes it entire in character. This is def a loose end I'm very interesting in the Intrepid Heroes following up on so I'm glad Murph/Riz is remembering to roll for it.

I absolutely am!!! I'm still devastated they had to cut it so short but they delivered a perfect finale in the time they had. I loved Chirp seeing her daughter (although I wish we'd seen Squak meet her!!), Squak embracing his literary career (which still cracks me up because it was an offhand joke that became an arc), Binx feeling her court and saying everyone will always have a home!! With her!! Because hers was stolen from her and she's rebuilding it!! Andhera facing his sister and coming into his own and reestablishing his relationship with Advisor [redacted] lmao. And Rue and Hob, two characters who paralleled each other so beautifully, finally coming together!! I've loved romance novels my whole life, I've read hundreds??? Thousands??? I've seen a lot of third act confession monologues. But holy shit, Brennan! It was the perfect complement to Oscar's in the last episode. I would love to at some point see a Misfits and Magic style special to truly have the time to send these characters off, or revisit this setting with brand new characters in a whole new season at some point. This world Aabria has created is SO MUCH FUN, and there's still so much potential there.

And also I can't wait for the intrepid heroes trailer next week!! I so, so, SO want Junior Year although idk how likely that is. I'm still thinking about Em posting the leopard print stuff a while ago which, I love Unsleeping City, but s2 felt so complete for everyone! I think I'd prefer something brand new to that, but honestly every season they do together is so amazing, I don't even care what it is. I have been wondering seeing so much of Brennan as a player this season if they'd ever let Murph DM an intrepid heroes season, maybe set in Bahumia to keep his workload down since he and Em already spend so much time there. 6 more days…

i'm almost finished with sophomore year of fantasy high and wondering which dimension20 show i should watch next- i can't decide if i should go for another intrepid heroes campaign or try out another cast? i really love the intrepid heroes and i think i would miss them. esp lou or zac. which are your favorite campaigns? should i give naddpod a try? (sorry i just think of you as a kind of ambassador bc i got into it bc of you. thanks btw)

hell yeah! im always a BIG advocate for escape from the bloodkeep - i think the short and tight 6 episode seasons are great to cleanse the palette in between bigger seasons, esp when they have new cast members to get familiar with! (ify alone makes bloodkeep a top tier season) if you aren't too into the LoTR fantasy, i still think the unsleeping city is the best season alongside a crown of candy!

also i think Everyone should listen to naddpod lmao - campaign 1 and 2 are pretty different, but both share the same sense of humor, and murph, emily, caldwell and jake are clearly such good friends that it makes all their interactions wonderful - campaign 1 is a lot longer if you want a long-form show to get into, but campaign 2 is a pretty tight 41 episodes if you want something shorter!

tl;dr: the unsleeping city and/or escape from the bloodkeep, and definitely try out naddpod

Hey if you ever feel like it I’d be rly interested in seeing your ranking of all the dimension 20 seasons? Which have been your most to least favorite?

So a couple of notes:

- I ended up grouping things as follows: Intrepid Heroes Seasons and 10 episode sidequests (Mice & Murder, The Seven) as Seasons; 4 and 6 episode shows as Sidequests.

- I still haven't gotten around to the Misfits and Magic holiday special so this is on the original series.

- This is less a note on quality although I've made a few notes where it was; it's much more about my opinion and preferences.

Seasons

A Crown of Candy. I think having a much more consequence-heavy and intricately political world was great. I'm looking forward to Starstruck and I'm hoping to get more creative genre explorations from D20 in the future, especially in terms of fantasy/sci fi subgenres. Would also not say no to horror, actually.

The Unsleeping City Season 2. I preferred it to season 1 in part because I liked Cody and Iga a lot, and because the plot seemed a little bit tighter.

Fantasy High Season 2/Live. I hope they can one day do the live format or perhaps live to tape because this really allowed the improv to shine, and I loved seeing more of the world of Spire. I also liked revisiting the characters and seeing how they grew.

The Seven, which had a great premise and a wonderful cast and again expanded Spire.

Fantasy High Season 1. The pacing was a little messy but the story was fantastic and this was a smart flagship; it's instantly relatable and the characters are very well realized.

The Unsleeping City Season 1. I still liked it but this was back when they were strictly adhering to rp/combat/rp/combat format AND it took a while for the plot to really get going (vs Fantasy High Season 1 which got a little fuzzy towards the end but started strong).

Mice & Murder. I liked the setting and characters, but in practice D&D centered around a mystery with low-level characters in a world with little to no magic, all in one night, tends to make me less interested. I still enjoyed it very much but I don't think I'll ever rewatch it.

Sidequests

Escape from the Bloodkeep. Yes there are hiccups in the early format but "you play as the bad guys from LOTR" is specifically designed to appeal to me. Also: more high-level sidequests please!

Pirates of Leviathan. Absolutely STELLAR cast (which was my introduction to Aabria, actually!) - it made sense to try out their first remote season with a cast who was extremely comfortable with D&D, and a fun revisiting of a favorite Fantasy High Live setting.

Shriek Week. Neither dating sims nor monsterfucking are really my thing, but I think Gabe's GM-ing was great, the cast was strong, the mechanics were very suited for the story being told (this sounds very clinical but this is like. my highest praise.) and it was just really fun.

Misfits and Magic. A good system, another great cast (I hope Danielle comes back for another sidequest and Brennan gets to be a player again somewhere), and Aabria did a wonderful job. Its position here is purely because like...I absolutely grew up with Harry Potter and enjoyed the books but it was never an obsession (this is a Diana Wynne Jones household, thanks very much) and I was an adult who had long since moved on from the series well before Rowling started openly being a transphobic asshole. So like...even parodies/commentary thereof aren't something I tend to seek out anymore.

Tiny Heist. Yet again: not remotely a commentary on the cast as I love the McElroys' stuff, loved Lily in Shriek Week, and have enjoyed Jessica's work on other College Humor shows and it's just like...I don't feel the premise worked super well with D&D. I think it needed a different game system.

(but thinking about it all the other mute!reader fics are good but they wont nsfw so it didnt interest me-) furthermore, its so good. so pure. so hot. 11/10 would recommend.

I saw you on September 19 2013 on Polimer channel for the first time. That was one day when I felt really bored and was just flipping my remote to view something nice. Suddenly I came across this serial NENJAM PESUTHE and I became elated when I saw a little girl acting too good beyond her levels. Then in the last scene of that very episode came my hero MOHAN PRASAD. He became the man for whom I desperately waited to watch. Days passed and I became more and more a KUNALIAN and I should say that the onscreen chemistry between nanhi and her Spiderman was more adorable than that between the lead pair. You are the first person who could bring a smile as well as tears in my eyes at the same time. You really swept me off my feet. I started crushing on you and loving you so much. It is you who kept me glued to the computer during my 9th standard vacation. I completed watching season 2 of the serial 175 episodes at a stretch in just 13 days only for you and in spite of getting a hell lot ofscoldings, I really enjoyed that. I am really proud to be your fan, oh my King of expressions! I was amazed (still am) by the way you never consider yourself as a celebrity and are such a down to earth actor one can ever see. Press: What's Next for Westeros, Gwendoline Christie and Her Empowering Brienne of Tarth

  NEWSWEEK – “I’m Gwen,” she says, as if she could be anyone else. Gwendoline Christie is tall. This won’t come as a surprise to fans of Game of Thrones, the show that features the 38-year-old actor as the dutiful and fearless warrior Brienne of Tarth. And yet, when meeting Christie on a Friday morning in the rooftop bar of a London music venue, the full 6 foot 3 inches of her can still take you aback, even without her character’s coat of armor.

  For the uninitiated, Game of Thrones is based on George R.R. Martin’s wildly popular fantasy series A Song of Ice and Fire, of which there are five novels, with two more planned. The books are set in a vaguely medieval world on fictional continents where the leaders of seven kingdoms battle the undead, dragons and one another for the exceedingly uncomfortable-looking Iron Throne. Since the show’s premiere in 2011, it has won more Emmy Awards than any other scripted series in history (38 to date), kept Reddit and social media ticking with memes and theories, and inspired all manner of online debate—over excessive violence (heads chopped off, girls burned alive, men castrated) and gratuitous sex (the rape of one character in particular).

  But the 23 million viewers (on average) who watch each episode come for the unusually large number of indelible characters—like Lena Headey’s power-mad Queen Cersei; the brooding, putative hero, Jon Snow (Kit Harington); and Brienne.

Christie’s physical stature made her a quick sell for GoT producers. Fans of the books had suggested the relatively unknown actress for the part before she auditioned. At that point, her screen credits were minimal, her work mostly onstage. (There was some notoriety beyond acting, thanks to photographer Polly Borland’s “Bunny” series; shot between 2002 and 2008, it features a nude Christie spoofing the Playboy Bunny in odd, funny and seductive ways.) But from the moment Brienne appeared in Episode 3 of Season 2, beating a seasoned male warrior in a tournament and becoming the sworn sword of Renly Baratheon, Christie and her character shot to the top of the GoT popularity index.

  Brienne was an easy sell for Christie as well; the actor was immediately attracted to her character’s power and androgyny. “Even when I was very young, I didn’t understand why the women had to have the boring parts,” says Christie, who grew up in a small coastal village near Hampshire, in England. “I didn’t understand why the women had to be submissive. They predominantly seemed to be of one type—they were often beautiful, but I didn’t understand the relationship between virgin or whore, mother or sex object.”

  In Martin’s books, Brienne is described as being “ugly” and unfeminine: “[Her] features were broad and coarse, her teeth prominent and crooked, her mouth too wide, her lips so plump they seemed swollen…. Her nose had been broken more than once,” Martin writes in A Clash of Kings . The character is bullied mercilessly, and playing her brought back unpleasant memories for Christie—of being ostracized for her own appearance.

  “I remember when I had my hair cut off, the armor, the mud…I completely changed the way that I looked,” says Christie, who added 28 pounds of muscle to play Brienne, in addition to learning to fight with swords and ride horses. “I knew I had to overcome the things that I was uncomfortable with, like my androgyny, my height, my physical strength, feeling like an outsider, being told I was an outsider. It’s definitely given me more confidence.”

  As often happens in Hollywood, Christie has been typecast. She isn’t complaining; playing the fearsome warrior has its perks: In 2015, she landed the role of Commander Lyme in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay—Part 2 and the villain Captain Phasma in Star Wars: The Force Awakens (she’ll reprise that role in The Last Jedi, out December 15). But it was a bit of real-life intrepidness that got her a role closer to earth on the second season of director Jane Campion’s acclaimed series Top of the Lake, starring The Handmaid’s Tale’s Elisabeth Moss.

  Campion’s films, like 1993’s The Piano, heavily influenced Christie, and after seeing the first season in 2013, she wrote to Campion. “I didn’t have the nerve to send the letter for 18 months,” she says. Eventually, she gave it to a mutual friend. “I got a lovely note back,” Christie says. Four months after that, Campion wrote her again: “‘I’ve been dreaming about you. I’ve written you a part.’”

  Christie plays the vulnerable and embattled Miranda, who partners with Moss’s police detective. “I’m going to admit that it’s hard to play a character who’s failing all the time, who isn’t good at anything and who can’t seem to overcome that,” Christie says. “It doesn’t give you the same wonderful rush of supporting the hero, but it was a very interesting investigation for me, and a more realistic one, of how many of us feel.”

  The notoriously secretive Star Wars and Game of Thrones productions prevent Christie from saying much of anything about those projects. The final 13 episodes of GoT will be divided into two mini-seasons, the first seven beginning July 16, the final six in 2018. “I have to speak generally,” she says, and we both glance around, as if HBO spies might be lurking in the shadows. “ Game of Thrones is famous for different characters coming together with unlikely consequences. And what’s recurrent in Brienne’s life is forming relationships with people that start with an opposing force, then a begrudging mutual respect and, out of that, a deep respect and pure love. That happens again this season. Brienne will realize a deep alliance.”

  The heated online speculation is that the alliance will be with the mighty red-headed Wildling Tormund Giantsbane (Kristofer Hivju). When I mention that, Christie releases a loud cackle. Viewers will remember an appreciative glance from Tormund toward Brienne last season. It was a throwaway moment in the script (“I think it read, ‘Tormund hasn’t seen a woman like her before,’” Christie says), but Hivju made the most of it. “I don’t often laugh during filming,” she says of the dinner table scene, in which Tormund sensuously attacks a chicken leg, his eyes locked on Brienne across the table. “That was really difficult. Because he is so intensely hilarious.”

  But she answers my question of their future with a question of her own. “Do you think she actually likes him?” she asks. “No,” I say. “Well, there you go!”

  The more sensitive GoT fan might be holding out for a reunion between one of the show’s odder duos, the entertainingly humorless Brienne and her erstwhile traveling companion, the jocular, one-armed Kingslayer Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau). She, of course, is unfailingly honorable, while he—among other things—is the father of three children with his sister, Cersei. (It’s complicated.) The closest Jaime has come to pure heroism was provoked by Brienne, in the seventh episode of Season 3, when he jumped into a bear pit to save her from certain death—one of the most rousing moments in a series filled with aggressively rousing scenes. Their resulting fealty—even tenderness—was undeniable, and so is the on-screen chemistry between Coster-Waldau and Christie.

  Any hope for them? Christie can’t say, but she also doesn’t laugh it off. “There’s a whole world there,” she says. “But I don’t think either of them has any idea of what’s going on or how to deal with it.”

  Christie has her own hopes for Brienne. If she had her way, the battle-weary white knight would ride alone into the Westeros sunset, squire Podrick following closely behind. Any particular destination or future? I ask. She ponders. Perhaps her ancestral home, Christie says finally, and “a Brienne of Tarth’s Finishing School for Unconventional Young Ladies.”

  Games of Thrones airs Sundays at 9 p.m. on HBO, beginning July 16. Top of the Lake: China Girl premieres on the SundanceTV network in September.

Dooku Captured, Pt. 2 (complete) -  Dooku is taken alive onboard the Invisible Hand, and Sidious’ web is torn. The Sith Lord wonders if death might have been preferable to clumsy interrogation by Anakin Skywalker.

In Loco Parexis (complete) -  The intrepid trio get themselves Separatist-lasered into childhood, leaving Captain Rex to serve as the only Adult in the vicinity until the Jedi Council figure out how to reverse this nonsense. It goes about as well as you’d expect.

All The Words You Do Not Speak (complete) -  Obi-Wan has his foot in his mouth, Anakin has nothing to say, and Ahsoka still can’t get a word in edgewise. The trio, post-Deception.

Just Call My Name (complete) -  Rey has heard their voices before, but their faces are not familiar. Master Luke, however, doesn’t seem so surprised at the additions to their lecture. She isn’t sure what they are doing here, but she is sure that Finn’s hand in hers is an anchor she is grateful for as the Force moves around her.

Fallen Legends (complete) -  When Anakin does not find Ventress and Ahsoka is found guilty and sentenced to death, Obi-Wan interferes and breaks her out, unable to stand by and let such a travesty of justice take place. The Council complicates matters by jumping to conclusions, and while Obi-Wan and Ahsoka attempt to find out the truth of what happened, Barriss is planning to set off another bomb…

Time To Go (wip) -  A version of the “Anakin doesn’t find Ventress at the end of season 5, with the result that Ahsoka gets Dramatically Sentenced To Death” plotline. Obi-Wan makes choices, Anakin freaks out, the Jedi Council behaves somewhat questionably, Darth Sidious behaves completely reprehensibly, and Ahsoka is generally her bad-ass self.

Time to Run (complete) -  Time travel AU. Anakin crash lands on Hoth and finds himself on the run with Han, Luke and Leia. As he discovers the consequences of his future actions he realizes that Vader must be stopped at all costs. Set during Episode V.

The Sting (wip) -  Darth Vader searches for the team of thieves that stole a personal ship from his own hanger in the middle of a manhunt. Luke has a team of thieves and their last job might have gotten them in trouble.

Begin Again (complete) -  The Sith Temple de-aged Ahsoka to three years old. Rather than kill her, Vader decided to make her his new Apprentice.

Legacy (complete) - Not 100% sure what the plot of this one is but includes Sith!Obi-Wan. 

The Beginning After The End (complete) -  Padmé wakes to the back of Obi-Wan’s head, his hair mussed and his arms spread, outstretched over her knees as though to shield her from all that would come. (Too late, Padmé thinks, feeling the dull ache around her throat, where phantom hands tightened. Much too late for that now.)

Under The Stars (wip) -  After a space battle gone wrong Luke and Vader end up shooting each other down and crash land on an uninhabited planet. Vader reaches the crash site of the rebel snub before his adversary has regained consciousness. With Imperial search crews slowed down, Vader decides to interrogate the rebel pilot and then to dispose of him. That is, until he realizes who exactly is at his hands.Or Luke and Vader have an (involuntary) father/son camping trip, well sort of.

Echoes Of Mortis (wip) -  Post-Mortis Arc AU. In a universe where the Father failed to take away Anakin’s vision of the future, the Hero With No Fear struggles with the knowledge of what he will become and the knowledge of who, exactly, is responsible. Drastic steps are taken and in the process things go a little bit…sideways.

All Things Said And Done (wip) -  The galaxy doesn’t fall; Anakin Skywalker does.

2018 Loch Lothian 5K

Well that was definitely an interesting race today.  I got there early for packet pickup and warm up.  I probably got there a little too early but I remember what happened a few weeks ago at the Frostbite 15K where the line to use the restroom was insanely long and took forever.  I didn’t want to risk that situation again.  Plus I always like to get the race venue early because it helps keep me calm and focused.  I started my warm up with a few laps around the track and then some dynamic stretches. It felt good to get in a decent warm up. I have always been really bad about doing that.  My coach has been working with me to develop a regular routine before runs and races to ensure my muscles are loose and ready to go.  About 30 minutes before race kick off, it started to rain and it was more than just a sprinkle.  I knew then it was going to be an interesting run but I wasn’t too worried too much about it. I just sipped on my GQ6 and listened to music while I waited for the race to start.  My weight is actually started to drop and I am feeling leaner and lighter.  I don’t know what my actual weight is and that is probably a good thing.  I am trying to put more focus on how I feel rather than actual hard data.  Numbers are numbers, but I want to put more emphasis on how I feel.  I have really been focusing on what I eat.  I know my weight doesn’t make my race season “successful” but being leaner and lighter makes me feel more confident and reduces my changes of injury.  Plus wearing spandex is not flattering and is difficult for anyone to wear regardless of body type.  I still have a long way to go to get down the weight I really want to be at by October, but I will continue to be patient and keep my eyes forward.  

My coach said to just go out and give it a good effort but nothing hard.  My desire was to go out fairly easy during the first mile and then progressively build pace throughout.  I seeded myself in the back to limit the pressure on me to go out with too much pace.  That seemed to work fairly well.  I still got caught up in the crowd because the first part of the race was on a sidewalk along a major road.  So there really wasn’t much room to get around slower runners which was frustrating. Couple the congestion with my legs feeling fresh and the cool temperatures, I think that drove me to push my pace a little more than I had planned.  Rather than build pace throughout, my pacing actually declined.  It was really slippery out there and some of the route was on crushed rock trails which was really muddy with all the rain.  Then there were a few patches where it is just all mud, no crushed rocks.  Just leaves and mud.  That is where my pace really suffered as I was fighting for footing.  But I finished strong and I wasn’t worn out when I crossed the finish line.  That is how I know I executed my coach’s plan.  The issue was my internal desire wasn’t consistent with my coach’s plan and I always need to go with his plan.  I finished the race in 31:25 (average pace of 9:57 per mile and mile 3 is what really screwed up my overall average pace with muddy and slippery trails).

I was disappointed I didn’t execute my pacing “desire” (I call it a desire because it is what I wanted and wasn’t really a plan), but given the conditions, I am slowing becoming ok with that.  I think this is why sometimes we shouldn’t enter a race with a pacing plan.  Mainly because there are so many factors that can influence the execution of that plan.  I did however, execute my effort plan.  I felt good throughout the run and didn’t feel I was putting more into the run than I should have.  So I am calling this race a success.   The proceeds from today’s race go to the Intrepid Fallen Hero’s Fund (@FallenPatriots) and is a wonderful cause where the provide college scholarships and educational counseling to military children who have lost a parent in the line of duty.  I want to thank all of the amazing volunteers for being out there in the less than favorable conditions.  I want to thank my coach Kevin Burcham (@KSquared_Racing) for keeping me on track and focused on the “bigger picture”.  I want to thank my kids Mason and Braeden for coming out this morning (and most races for that matter) and dealing with the rain on a Saturday morning.
